Demi Lovato won't be walking down the aisle with Max Ehrich ... TMZ has confirmed the singer and actor called off their engagement.

Demi and her former fiancé have officially called it quits, splitting just over 2 months after he popped the question on the beach in Malibu.

A source close to the singer tells TMZ ... "It was a tough decision, but Demi and Max have decided to go their separate ways to focus on their respective careers."

The source adds, "They have respect and love for one another and will always cherish the time they spent together."

Demi and the "Young And The Restless" actor started dating back in March, just as quarantine was beginning, and their relationship moved quickly. He proposed in July and slid a huge rock on her finger.

At the time of their engagement, Demi said she knew she loved Max the moment she met him and was "ecstatic to start a family and life" with him.

The timing of the split is interesting ... coming only 10 days after Max allegedly got thirsty on social media over Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus and Ariana Grande. Demi had defended him, though, claiming screenshots of his alleged messages were faked.

Regardless, they're no longer getting married. People first reported their split.

There's nothing nasty going on between Christina and Ant Anstead since their split -- in fact, the "Flip or Flop" star's remained in the home they shared and they're still keeping in touch.

Sources with knowledge of the situation tell TMZ ... Ant recently moved out of the Orange County estate he and Christina had lived in together since 2018, while she's still living there.

As we reported ... Christina announced her separation from Ant in an Instagram post Friday, and since then we're told the former couple has been in constant contact because they're co-parenting their 1-year-old son.

Our sources say the split wasn't caused by anything scandalous ... we're told nothing malicious happened between Christina and Ant, they had just grown apart since getting married nearly 2 years ago.

While our sources say the estranged couple's still trying to work on things, it's unclear if they'll get back together.

Christina's already back at work -- with her ex, Tarek El Moussa -- they recently shot "Flip or Flop" episodes, and we're told she's also shooting the 3rd season of her own show, "Christina on The Coast."

Brody Jenner broke it off with Louis Tomlinson's baby mama, as things were moving too fast -- but she's already moved on and gotten engaged to another dude.

We know ... it's a lot to digest. Let's start from the beginning -- you'll recall Brody had started seeing Briana Jungwirth earlier this summer ... and that things were getting fairly serious between them after he took her out to dinner with his ex, Kaitlynn Carter, in tow.

While their relationship appeared to be picking up steam ... sources tell us the romance fizzled out between Brody and Briana -- mostly on account, he felt they were getting too serious too fast. Just one example ... he'd already met her and Louis' son, Freddie.

Bottom line ... he wasn't ready for all that, so they called it quits. No harm, no foul apparently -- because Briana is already engaged, no more than a month or so later!!!

We're told Briana is currently tied up with a longtime on-again, off-again boyfriend named Nick who recently came back into her life after being apart for years. During a recent Vegas trip they took together, we're told he got on bended knee ... and they went ring shopping.

To say Cardi B just opened up about her divorce would be an understatement, because she unloaded lots of feelings and frustrations on video.

Cardi went on Instagram Live Friday to make it clear ... she's not divorcing Offset because of cheating, out-of-wedlock baby rumors, none of that ... she just got sick and tired of arguing.

Cardi was clear, saying, "I'm okay. I wanted to let y'all know I have not shed one tear." She did say in the past she's shed tears over media reports about Offset and their marriage, but no more ... "This time, I wasn't crying. You want to know why? The reason for my divorce is not because of none of that s*** that ever happened before. It's not because of cheating. I'm seeing people be like, 'Oh, he has a baby on the way.' That's a whole f***ing complete lie. That's the second time people are trying to pin babies over here. No, that's bulls***."

So, as for the real reason for the breakup ... "I just got tired of f***ing arguing. I got tired of not seeing things eye to eye. When you feel like it's just not the same anymore, before you actually get cheated on, I'd rather just leave ... nothing crazy out of this world happened, sometimes people really do grow apart."

Cardi wasn't done, saying, "I been with this man for four years. I have a kid with this man, I have a household with this man… sometimes you’re just tired of the arguments and the build-up. You get tired sometimes and before something happens, you leave.”

She was incensed at media reports the divorce filing was a PR play to sell albums.

Christina and Ant Anstead are done after less than two years of marriage ... she says they are separating.

The "Christina on the Coast" star announced the split Friday, saying she and Ant "made the difficult decision to separate."

She adds ... "We are grateful for each other and as always, our children will remain our priority."

Christina and Ant started dating way back in October 2017, and they tied the knot in a super-secret wedding at their home in Newport Beach in December 2018, going with a "winter wonderland" theme for the nuptials.

The former couple welcomed their first child a little over a year ago, a baby boy named Hudson London Anstead.

Ant, who hosts "Wheeler Dealers," is now Christina's second famous ex ... she was previously married to her "Flip or Flop" co-star, Tarek El Moussa, and they enjoyed tons of success together before an extremely public split in 2016 that ultimately led to a nasty 2018 divorce.

It's unclear what led to the split, but Ant last posted about Christina on social media Aug. 2, explaining how he drives her crazy by wishing her a happy anniversary every single Sunday.

Cardi B is apparently over her marriage to Offset -- she just filed for divorce ... TMZ has learned.

The rapper filed court docs in Georgia indicating she's seeking a dissolution of marriage. Cardi is listed as the plaintiff and Offset is listed as the defendant. She filed the paperwork on Tuesday.

There's also this ... according to the court docs, obtained by TMZ, Cardi is seeking primary physical custody as well as legal custody of their 2-year-old daughter, Kulture. She also wants Offset to pay child support -- unclear how much though at this point. No word on spousal support either, for now at least.

She also makes clear in her docs that they're currently separated, and "there are no prospects for a reconciliation."

Cardi is also adamant in the docs she wants Offset to be ordered to pay her legal expenses.

And, get this ... it doesn't sound like there's a prenup, because Cardi is asking for "an equitable division of all marital assets."

Cardi and Offset were secretly wed in 2017 and shared their hitched status the year after. As we first reported ... their nuptials were a bit unorthodox from the jump, and almost went backward (publicly speaking).

In October 2017, Offset got on bended knee at the Philly Powerhouse concert ... and Cardi accepted his ring right then and there. As it turned out, they had already been legally married for over a month at that point ... 'cause they said "I do" in a bedroom that September.

We'd heard it was a spur of the moment thing ... Offset turned to Cardi and said "marry me," and she was down. They brought in an officiant to formally marry them, and shortly thereafter ... filed for and received a marriage certificate in Fulton County, which made it legit.

They hit a rough patch in the marriage a few years ago -- amid cheating rumors -- but they buried the hatchet and seemed tight ... this after a whole lot of apologizing and courting on Offset's end. Remember, he crashed her Rolling Loud set in 2018 to beg for forgiveness, but went full mea culpa on social afterward too. Eventually, Cardi did take him back.

Sadly, Cardi's divorce filing comes just a few days shy of what would've been their third wedding anniversary. Hollywood Unlocked first broke the story.

Kacey Musgraves and her singer-songwriter hubby are on the same page about breaking up -- they've finalized the terms of their divorce.

Kacey and musician Ruston Kelly agreed to put their marital home on the market and, when it sells, Kacey will get 84.4% of the proceeds and Ruston gets the remainder .... according to new docs, obtained by TMZ.

Kacey and Ruston also agreed their prenup is valid, so that will largely control how they split things up ... along with the tweaks in their settlement. All that's left is for the judge to issue the final divorce decree, and they'll each be officially single.

As we reported ... Kacey filed for divorce back in July after 2 years of marriage. They wed in October 2017 in Tennessee after meeting in Nashville in early 2016. Kacey and Ruston announced their split, saying divorce announcements "are always met with scrutiny and speculation and we want to stop that before it even starts."

They added, "We believe that we were put into each other’s lives for a divine reason and have both changed each other infinitely for the better. The love we have for each other goes far beyond the relationship we’ve shared as husband and wife. It’s a soul connection that can never be erased."

Marriages, on the other hand, can be.

Katie Holmes has a new leading man in her life ... or at the very least, she's found a guy she enjoys having a drink with.

More than a year after her split with Jamie Foxx, the actress seems to be happily playing the field again ... she had a date with a mystery man this week in NYC.

Katie and the fella hit up a Mediterranean restaurant called Antique Garage in the SoHo neighborhood Tuesday night, but didn't even need to get grub to have a good time.

Dr. Dre's wife is seeking a steady flow of serious cash from the music mogul as they head toward divorce ... but our sources say she's not going to get it without a fight.

Nicole Young just filed legal docs asking for temporary spousal support from Dre ... and the amounts are staggering, even for the uber-wealthy.

According to the docs, Nicole wants $1,936,399 monthly in temporary spousal support. She wants an additional $5 million in lawyer fees ... even though she just filed for divorce 2 months ago.

This huge swing by Dre's estranged wife has all the makings of a contentious and bitter divorce battle ... especially since there's already a raging prenup dispute.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... nothing has really changed for the 2 since Nicole filed for divorce -- she still lives in their Malibu house and has access to all the cars, personal chefs and other luxuries.

Our sources say Dre's going to push back, arguing Nicole doesn't need anywhere close to that amount since her lifestyle hasn't changed. Nicole, on the other hand, will argue she doesn't want to depend on Dre paying all the bills ... thus the need for temporary support.

As we reported ... things are already contentious after Nicole filed docs in early August claiming she was forced to sign the prenup back in 1996. She says 2 years into their marriage he told her he was ashamed he made her sign the prenup and tore it up in front of her.

Dr. Dre -- whose net worth is estimated at $800 million -- denies he ever tore up the prenup, and says she signed it willingly and wants it enforced.

Teresa Giudice is taking another major step in closing the book on her life with estranged husband Joe ... she's put their mansion on the market.

"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star's looking to unload their Montville home for $2.5 million. This is the home featured on the show, where they raised their family for years before going to jail for fraud in 2015.

As you know ... Teresa and Joe separated in December after 20 years of marriage, following his release from prison and deportation to Italy. He's got his own pad over there, and now she's looking for a fresh start somewhere with their 4 daughters.

Sources close to Teresa tell us the plan is to stay in Northern Jersey, but it's still bittersweet, especially for the kids who are leaving their childhood home.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... while they have been trying to work things out for the past few months, they've officially broken up following their initial split back in the early days of the coronavirus shutdowns.

As you'll recall ... Scott entered rehab not long after they went bike-riding together on the beach in April, and then there were other signs they were on the outs.

Mainly, Sofia was hanging out with another guy in mid-May -- just days after Scott's brief rehab stint -- and rumors began to circulate she was dating other people.

However, our sources say she was the one really pushing to get back together with Scott ... it just didn't happen. We're told Scott recently called it off definitively, and they're no longer on speaking terms.

As for what led to the breakup ... our sources say the 15-year age difference became a growing source of friction, as well as Scott's family commitments. We're told he's also seeking a quieter lifestyle to focus on his business ventures ... and it didn't mesh well with Sofia's life.

Our sources say Scott was very clear in his decision that this is it -- he doesn't see them getting back together. We'll see.

Miley Cyrus and Cody Simpson have officially called it quits on their relationship ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the former couple tell us they split within the last few weeks, and it's unclear right now what led to the breakup.

Miley and Cody started dating in October 2019, shortly after Miley's split from Kaitlynn Carter ... which followed her divorce from Liam Hemsworth.

Instantly, the two were constantly posting pics together all over both of their social media pages. Some of their greatest hits include flirty birthday posts and some fun TikTok dance vids.

It was also Cody who took care of Miley in November of last year when she underwent vocal cord surgery -- and in March, they got matching tattoos.

They were out together back in June when they grabbed coffee in Calabasas, and in early July they were jamming on TikTok together.

Cyrus has plenty to look forward to though, professionally at least ... her new single "Midnight Sky" is set to drop tonight.

Danica Patrick isn't letting the haters get to her -- brushing off an IG troll who tried to mock her dating life after her split with Aaron Rodgers.

The troll left a mean comment under one of her latest IG comments -- trashing Danica out of the blue.

"At 38, its over for you in the relationship world with high value men. From a failed marriage to failed dating clearly you have a problem in dating."

The ex-NASCAR driver didn't get in the gutter with the commenter -- instead, she exposed him and encouraged her followers to ignore this kind of stupid negativity.

"If we let what one person thinks of us be our reality, we are doomed," Danica wrote.

"Realize that what someone says to us has a lot more to do with their own wounds and reality than ours. Our reality is our decision. Still not easy -- but true."
