Adam Levine's back in business -- the luxury house-flipping business -- and he's looking to make millions on his incredible home in Beverly Hills.

The Maroon 5 frontman and his wife, Behati Prinsloo, bought the massive pad from "Will and Grace" creator Max Mutchnick just over a year ago for a cool $35.5 million ... and just put it back on the market.

We're told the couple put $7 million into a complete remodel with a world-famous designer and are now listing it at $47.5 mil. Do the math ... pretty nice profit for a year's work.

The estate -- listed by super real estate agent Kurt Rappaport -- is located on an iconic street in Bev Hills and is over 10,000 square feet of awesomeness ... including a gym, spa, guest house, resort-like pool, 2 kitchens (one just for the chef), a professional screening room, 12 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms ... including a 2,000 sq. ft master suite.

Oh, and Pete Sampras used to live there too, so it also comes with the famous tennis court he installed.

We broke the story ... Adam and Behati recently bought Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner's former home in the Pacific Palisades for $32 mil, so don't worry about them being homeless.

Real estate is kind of a thing for Levine -- he sold 2 other homes last year in Beverly Hills ... including one to John Mayer for $13.5 mil.

No word if any celebs are interested in Adam's new one yet ... but we're sure Rappaport will get a ton of calls.

Blac Chyna's landlord has major beef with her for allegedly bailing on her lease 5 months early, and even worse ... NOT paying a dime since she bolted.

Chyna just got sued by the landlord for a home in Studio City, CA that she'd been renting since April 2017. In the suit, the landlord says Chyna's lease called her to be there through March 2019 ... but for some reason, she upped and moved back in November 2018.

We're guessing he wouldn't care about her leaving IF she paid the remaining rent. Well, guess what? According to the suit, Chyna owes $55,546 for about 5 months of rent. The landlord subtracted her $25k deposit, but tacked on $18k in damages -- he claims she removed "fixtures and equipment" from the pad.

All told, Blac Chyna is $48,546 in the red ... according to the docs, obtained by TMZ.

For the first time, Wendy Williams talked about her divorce on her show, revealing what she's got cooking for post-breakup life ... and it's gonna be tons of QT time with her son.

On Monday's episode Wendy made her a clear reference to the fact she's filed to divorce Kevin Hunter. She talked about a new life that'll heavily revolve around her son, Kevin Jr. The crowd also went wild when she announced she's just a few days away from moving out of a sober house.

Check out the clip ... Wendy stopped short of using her estranged husband's name -- remember, he's an executive producer on the show -- but made it clear she's in moving on mode.

Kim and Kanye West are THIS close to landing a vacation home out in the desert ... and if all goes well, Kris Jenner will be their neighbor.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Kimye are in negotiations for a SICK house in a posh golf community in the Palm Springs area, about 2 and 1/2 hours southeast of L.A.

We're told the 8,728 square foot pad's listed at $7.5 million.

Kim and Kanye scoped out the 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom crib and fell in love with it, so they got down to brass tacks. Nothing's finalized yet but we're told negotiations are well underway.

What's more ... the house -- tucked away in a gated community -- sits right next to a relative ... momager Kris Jenner, who dropped a cool $12 million back in August.

Wendy Williams is making some major changes in her life ... she's searching for a new place to live after filing for divorce from her husband.

Sources close to the talk show host tell TMZ ... Wendy is scouring Manhattan looking for a new place to call home. We're told she wants to get a fresh start after calling it quits on her marriage, and her new digs will help her realize the divorce is real.

Rams head coach Sean McVay's L.A. home was burglarized Thursday night by men who broke in and made off with a bunch of valuables ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ Sports.

We're told 3 men wearing hoodies, bandanas and gloves smashed through the back door of the home ... before stealing $20k worth of jewelry and expensive purses.

No one was home ... and McVay's security system went off -- alerting police to the break-in -- but when they arrived, the thieves were gone.

In addition to what was stolen, we're told there was damage done to the house ... which is still being assessed.

McVay lives with his longtime girlfriend, Veronika Khomyn.

Our law enforcement sources tell us cops are trying to identify the men using surveillance from McVay's home ... as well as from his neighbors' cameras.

McVay isn't the first L.A. Ram to get burglarized ... receiver Robert Woods had his home broken into last year during a Thursday Night Football game.

Taylor Swift got another unwanted visitor at her Rhode Island home when a police pursuit ended with a stolen car smashing into her front gate.

Police in Hopkinton, RI confirmed to TMZ ... the high-speed chase started around 1 AM after an officer tried to conduct a traffic stop and the vehicle took off. We're told officers pursued the car, and the driver eventually lost control and plowed into the main entrance gate at Taylor's estate.

We're told the singer was not home at the time of the crash, and neither was anyone else.

Police say the teenage driver has been charged with reckless driving, felony receiving stolen goods, obstructing an officer and driving on a suspended or denied license. No bail has been set.

Taylor's had a lot of issues at this beachfront pad -- including one guy who was busted trying to swim through rough ocean water to get on the property and another who showed up on her doorstep proposing marriage.

50 Cent just made a massive donation to charity ... and the funds are all thanks to the unloading of his mega-mansion in Connecticut.

Kendall Jenner's alleged stalker has been arrested by ICE, and the agency made it clear ... if they didn't throw this guy out of the country there could have been a tragedy involving violence directed at Kendall.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ cops had been tracking 38-year-old John Ford for several weeks ... the guy who twice showed up at Kendall's home. Last October, he scaled a hill and ended up by her swimming pool and came back again shortly thereafter and ended up on her porch.

Turns out Ford is a Canadian citizen whose visitor visa expired, so he was in the U.S. illegally. ICE agents were on the hunt for Ford, and they got their man Monday in New Mexico at a hotel.

An ICE spokesman tells TMZ, "This timely arrest could very well have prevented a violent crime. Our special agents acted quickly on this tip to ensure that this obsessive behavior didn't escalate to become a tragedy."

Ford is now in ICE custody in El Paso, TX and is awaiting a deportation hearing.

The Kardashian-Jenner family says, "We are extremely appreciative of the hard work by the Los Angeles Police Dept. and ICE, whose swift response and professionalism led to this man's apprehension. His actions have not only had a severe impact on Kendall's life, but the entire family's sense of security, causing us to fear for Kendall's safety as well as our own. Knowing this individual is in custody gives us peace of mind."

Jimmy Kimmel's good friend and famous chef, Adam Perry Lang, has been TOTALLY CLEARED in the crazy case involving explosives, a rifle and a girlfriend.

TMZ broke the story, Lang was staying at Kimmel's beachside home last January, when cops got a 911 call saying a man was inside the home with explosives and had assaulted his girlfriend with a rifle.

Cops swarmed the Hermosa Beach, CA home but Adam was sound asleep with his ringer off. Cops stayed for hours and when they finally roused him, they ordered him out of the house with his hands up.

Adam was arrested and taken to the station, where Jimmy came to bail him out. Adam insisted he did not make the call and that his cell phone records would back that up. Cops checked his cell phone and did not find a 911 call, but nevertheless pursued the case.

Ellen DeGeneres is selling yet another home -- this time it's in Beverly Hills.

The comedian just listed her 90210 home for nearly $18 million, a move that comes just 6 months after she purchased it. Ellen bought the place back in September for $15 million ... now she wants $17.95 mil.

Our real estate sources say Ellen spent $1 mil fixing the place up a bit with some modifications. The house is a beaut, located in the upscale Trousdale Estates neighborhood which is riddled with celebs.

This marks just the latest in a number of real estate moves Ellen and her wife, Portia de Rossi, have made over the past couple years.

They snapped up a sweet beachside estate in Carpinteria back in 2017, slashed the price of their Santa Barbara home a month later ... and then bought another home a month after that, sharing a property line with the one and only Oprah.

Just weeks later in December of that year, Ellen and Portia took a loss on the sale of their Beverly West condo.

Sandra Bullock is looking to unload her oceanfront property in Georgia ... and you can enjoy the island lifestyle, if you've got a boatload of cash!!!

Ex-NFL linebacker Emmanuel Acho says he's got VIDEO of the scumbags who broke into his Texas home and jacked everything from cash to jewelry ... and now he's working with cops to catch 'em.

Cops DID confirm they're investigating the burglary at Acho's Austin home -- but would not confirm the people in his video have been labeled suspects (hence, the blurs on their faces).

But, here's the story ... Acho -- now an analyst for ESPN -- says a crew of thieves "broke into my closet and safe and robbed me of my cash, my Rolexes and other personal memorabilia."

Acho believes the crooks were out-of-towners who were in Austin for the South By Southwest Festival earlier this month. He believes they're from L.A. and Miami.

When contacted by TMZ Sports, cops would not confirm Acho's suspicions -- only telling us they're investigating the matter.

28-year-old Acho was a stud linebacker at the University of Texas back in the day ... earning first-team All-Big 12 honors during his senior season in 2011.

He was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in the sixth round, but his NFL career lasted just 3 seasons.
