Britney Spears Wants to Buy a House with Sam ... Once Conservatorship Ends

Britney Spears and her fiance, Sam Asghari, are ready to start their new lives together ... but they wanna do it under a new roof and without the constraints of a conservatorship.

Sources close to Britney tell TMZ ... she and Sam are planning to take their relationship to the next level by landing a place, but won't make the move until Britney has full control of her own finances.

We're told Britney's looking to move out of the valley and head closer to the Hollywood/L.A. area with Sam ... but they're keeping their options open as far as exactly where or what type of property they wanna buy.

Our Britney sources say one thing's for certain though -- she's more than ready to move out of her current home ... because there are too many bad memories there of being controlled in the conservatorship. She has said she felt like she was being held hostage at her current home, so the move makes a lot of sense.

As for price ... well, she'll make money off her current home and she has $60 mil in the bank, so money won't be a problem.

As you know ... Britney and Sam have been together for years, but back in June when she gave her explosive testimony at a hearing about her conservatorship, she claimed she was kept from marrying him and having children with him.

Though this was refuted by both her father, Jamie, and the conservator of her person, Jodi Montgomery, it raised serious red flags about how she was being treated.

Then, earlier this month after weeks of speculation, Sam did propose to Britney ... and she said "yes."

And, of course, then there was the monumental court hearing this week ... in which Jamie was removed from Britney's conservatorship and wheels were put in motion to dissolve the conservatorship completely.

So, the times they are a-changin' for Britney ... with a new husband and potentially a new home coming soon.

Kylie Jenner Alleged Fence Jumper Busted for Setting Off Fireworks!!!

UPDATE

1:09 PM PT -- Kylie has filed docs to get a restraining order against the man.

Kylie Jenner's $40M mansion became the epicenter of an unplanned and unwanted fireworks display after cops say one man set them off in the street and hopped her fence!!!

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ cops were called to Kylie's L.A. property around 10 PM Wednesday because a man was buzzing her security and asking for Kylie. We're told Kylie's armed guards told the man to get lost -- which he did at first -- but returned a short time later.

When he came back, our sources say the man started setting off fireworks outside her property, and then jumped the fence. Luckily, cops were quick to arrive and apprehend the man before he could make it within the inner perimeter of her security barriers.

A source with direct knowledge tells us the man kept reaching into his pockets to simulate he may have had a weapon ... Kylie was not home at the time of the incident.

We're told the suspect -- a pretty big dude, around 6'4" and 240 lbs. -- carried a suitcase containing a hammer, rubber mallet, a lighter and fireworks. Cops say he did about $1,200 in damage to Kylie's security gate ... and they booked him for felony vandalism. He's being held on $20,000 bail.

The incident comes just weeks after another scary arrest at Ariana Grande's home, in which a man allegedly brandished a knife and threatened to kill the singer. And, of course ... the entire Kardashian crew's all too familiar with cases like this as well.

NeNe Leakes Georgia Mansion Hits the Market ... Lookin' for a Double Up!!!

NeNe Leakes is looking to part with her massive estate outside Atlanta ... and make a pretty penny doing it, too.

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star recently listed her 5-bed, 7-bath mansion in Georgia for $4 million ... nearly double the $2.1 mil she paid when she snagged it up in 2015.

The Mediterranean home is nearly 10,000 sq. ft. with a resort-style pool with waterfall features on the main level ... and boasts all the amenities you'd expect the 'RHOA' powerhouse to have -- including a massive walk-in closet.

We're told Nene bought the house as a shell and poured a ton of money into it.

The property's also nestled in a gorgeous, gated country club community right next to a golf course ... so the views and the landscaping are top-notch. Elaine Richardson with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty has the listing.

Sadly, NeNe putting her house on the market comes just weeks after the passing of her husband, Gregg ... who died at 66 after battling colon cancer.

Emmitt Smith Selling $2.2 Mil Dallas Mansion ... Offers Private Dinner to Buyers!!!

Whoever plans on buying Emmitt Smith's Dallas mansion -- which has a hefty price tag of $2.2 MILLION -- will get a once in a lifetime bonus with the crib ... dinner with the NFL legend!

The Hall of Famer announced the sweet deal with his listing agent, Arthur Greenstein, this week -- saying he's down to personally wine and dine whoever buys the home.

The dinner is a cool touch, but probably not super necessary ... considering, ya know, the place -- which was built in 1995 -- is amazing.

It's 10,806-square-feet ... and has five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, four half bathrooms and a huge kitchen with a dining room that sits up to 22 people.

There's also a game room, a media room, plus an amazing pool in the backyard.

Unclear why Emmitt's parting with the crib -- but he seems pretty bummed about moving out ... saying he absolutely loved entertaining at the home.

The estate just hit the market this week with Greenstein of Douglas Elliman Texas ... happy buying (and eating with a former football superstar)!!

Playboy Mansion Massive Remodel Still Going Strong After 2 Years!!!

The Playboy Mansion is getting closer to looking like a classic party venue again, instead of the construction zone it's been for 2 years now.

These are some aerial pics showing the insane progress that's taken place at the iconic mansion after its massive facelift. You can see the roofs are no longer covered in plastic, and there are fewer piles of dirt scattered about -- always a positive sign on a construction site.

There's still quite a bit of work to be done, but the huge progress is undeniable. One legendary Mansion landmark is still visible -- the old grotto's still getting renovated. Some of the work includes adding "structural steel mesh" and replacing the walls.

As we reported, the mansion's overhaul was nearing 7-figures back in April 2020, and that was just the tip of the iceberg.

Some of the big-ticket items were the staff area and garage renovations for $400k ... and redoing the basement -- which included expanding the theater, golf simulator area -- cost $125k.

For context ... the Playboy Mansion used to look like this ☝🏽. But, billionaire Daren Metropoulos, who bought it from Hugh Hefner for $100 million, started filing permits for his new playground in July 2019. They've been hammering ever since.

J.K. Simmons L.A. Area Home Hit by Burglar ... LAPD On the Case

J.K. Simmons knows a thing or two when it comes to homeowners insurance ... which should come in handy after someone broke into his pad.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the Hollywood tough guy and Farmers Insurance spokesman was the victim of a burglary after cops got a call from his San Fernando Valley home at around 8 PM Thursday night.

Our sources say one of J.K.'s workers showed up at the house and found a glass door smashed. Thing is ... we're told the house was not ransacked and it doesn't appear as though anything was missing. At least at first glance.

Cops say J.K. and his wife were not home at the time of the break-in ... they were out of town, so they'll have to assess what may or may not be missing when they return.

At this moment, it's unclear if an alarm went off at the house and scared the intruder away. But, it seems J.K.'s home came away unscathed ... aside from the broken glass door.

We're told the LAPD is investigating the burglary/attempted burglary. J.K., of course, is known for his role in the 'Spider-Man' films and TV roles such as "Law & Order" and HBO's "Oz." But, to most young folks ... he's the guy who pimps Farmers Insurance.

Let's hope he's covered.

Gene Simmons Sells Beverly Hills Mansion For $16 Mil

Gene Simmons is finally kissing his Beverly Hills mansion goodbye ... and now it's going to get a facelift.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the KISS frontman just closed on the sale of his two-acre property in Benedict Canyon for $16 million.

He's getting less than asking ... as we first told you, Gene put the home up for sale back in October for $22 million but couldn't unload it, so then he made some renovations and relisted it in March for $25 mil.

Our sources say the buyer is Max Nobel of Nobel Development Group ... and we're told he's planning to remodel the estate.

The property is 16,000-square-feet with 7 bedrooms ... or now, the bells and whistles include a 60-foot water slide, professional size tennis court and parking for 35 cars.

We’re told Gene bought the property back in October 1986 for $1,337,500.

"Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" stars Josh and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman represented both sides of the sale, but did not want to comment.

Joe Jonas & Sophie Turner Bye, Bye La, La Land Unload Encino Estate for $15.2M!!!

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner just sold their L.A. residence ... unloading the beautiful Jae Omar-designed sanctuary for top dollar.

The couple sold their 15,000-square-foot house for $15.2 million. The new buyers will enjoy the property's 6 bedrooms, 11 full bathrooms and 3 half bathrooms. Omar, a famous designer favored by A-list celebs, specifically designed the home for the famous couple.

The home features beautiful outdoor living options the open-style kitchen is great too.

There's a lap pool, spa, custom wine cellar, gym, theater room, and 6-car garage. And, get this ... the home also features a 2-bedroom guest house outfitted as an entertainer's paradise ... with an aquarium, cigar humidor, kegerator, disco lights and even a DJ station.

Too tired to hit the golf course? There's also a putting green!!!

The sale comes on the heels of Joe and Sophie dropping $11 million for a Miami mansion.

Carl Gambino of Compass repped the sellers and Ethan Peskowitz and Fred Bernstein of Westside Estate Agency repped the buyers.

Jermaine O'Neal Slashes TX Mansion Price By $2 Mil Pool, Basketball Court & Bowling Alley

If you're looking for a sweet deal on a Texas mansion ... ex-NBA star Jermaine O'Neal just dropped the price of his decked-out mega-mansion -- and now it only cost $9.9 million.

The former Indiana Pacers center built this beauty on 5 acres of land in Southlake, Texas (about 25 miles from Dallas) back in 2012.

And, the 16,477-square-ft. estate is dope -- featuring 8 bedrooms, 10.5 bathrooms, a giant living room with a gorgeous staircase, top-notch kitchen, full gym, an elevator and a 6-car garage.

The best part? The cribs entertainment. There's a full indoor basketball court (of course) and a big outdoor pool with a waterslide.

There's also a bowling alley and pool table in the game room!

The house has been on the market for over 500 days. O'Neal even put the property up for auction in December 2019 ... but the reserve price of $11.49 million was not met, according to the Star-Telegram.

JO slashed the price by almost $2 million and re-listed the house on the open market for $9,999,900.

Almost seems like a steal for the chance to live like a legit NBA All-Star ... exactly what O'Neal was during his career.

In fact, Jermaine made 6 All-Star teams and was named Most Improved Player in 2012. He played from 1996 to 2014 ... and made over $168 million in NBA salary alone.

Joe Jonas & Sophie Turner Makin' Miami Move$ ... Buy $11 Mil Mansion

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner are moving their family down south for the winter, or so it seems, because they just scooped up a luxury home ... while still having 2 others on the market.

The still-pretty-new parents -- their daughter Willa recently turned 1 -- have bought a home in Miami for a whopping $11 million ... a waterfront property located in the exclusive island community, Bay Point.

The place is a mansion -- 10,416 square feet with 6-beds, 8.5-baths, gym, swimming pool, spa, sauna, fireplace, wine cellar, indoor gardens and a koi pond ... and plenty of space to raise a toddler.

It seems the singer and the "Game of Thrones" star got a pretty good deal too, because the place hit the market for $12 mil last year.

What's interesting about this home purchase is the timing -- Joe and Sophie just listed their 15,000 sq. ft. Encino mansion for nearly $17 mil in early summer ... but it doesn't seem it's sold yet.

Likewise, they listed their Manhattan pad about a year ago for nearly $6 mil, but there's no report of a sale there either.

So, it looks like the couple's settled on settling down in Florida ... but they still have very rich options elsewhere.

Rihanna I Really Wanna Sell This Mansion ... Relists Hwood Hills Home

Rihanna's apparently had enough of her home that sits high above L.A.'s famous Hollywood Blvd. ... so it's back on the market for the second time.

RiRi bought the 6-bed, 9-bath mansion back in 2017 for a cool $6.8 million, but after a year of strife in 2018 that included 2 break-ins at her pad that was part of a string of celeb burglaries ... she listed it for $7.5 mil in December 2018.

Nothing came of that, so the Fenty founder took it off the market and turned the 7,000 sq-ft palace into a luxury rental home with a $35k per month price tag.

The neo-Mediterranean home comes with a movie theater inside, a fully equipped gym, a fireplace, a billiard room, a guest house plus a pool and a huge yard -- so it's probably worth it -- but Rihanna has several other residential properties in the area ... so it's time to part with this one.

She's put it back up for sale with a slightly higher asking price of just below $7.8 million. The home's listed with "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" stars James Harris and David Parnes.

Kanye West Drops a Whopping $57.3 Million for Malibu Home/Sculpture

Kanye West has a new home by the sea ... and it's one of the rarest you'll see.

Ye just dropped a fortune on one of the only homes in the U.S. designed by famed Japanese architect Tadao Ando, so the place is a house just as much as it is a work of art.

The nearly 4,000 square-foot Malibu property hit the market last year for $75 million, so Kanye got a pretty good deal at $57.3 mil to add to his collection of homes all over the country.

The house sat on the market a long, long time ... it was listed in May, 2020.  Our real estate sources say the house didn't sell quickly because it's small and it's attractive "to a very specific buyer" -- translation, it's not for everyone.

The 3-story sculpture-esque home also resembles a military bunker, with tons of concrete and reinforced steel to go with the 4 beds and 4.5 baths ... and it sits right on the beach overlooking the Pacific.

Kanye's new pad is only about a 30-minute drive from the massive Hidden Hills compound he built with Kim Kardashian ... where his estranged wife and their kids still live.

So yeah ... looks like "Donda" was pretty successful.

Larry Ellison Home Construction Worker Dies On Job ... Hit By Car Crossing Road

Oracle billionaire Larry Ellison's sprawling Malibu compound is now tied to a grisly death -- one of the construction workers on the site is dead after a Pacific Coast Highway accident.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... one of the people working on Ellison's $220 million lot was hit by a car Friday around 6 AM while he was walking across PCH, and died from his injuries.

The fatal crash snarled traffic during the morning rush hour. Cops say the driver involved in the fatal accident remained on the scene and cooperated with officers.

Ellison -- the co-founder of Oracle -- owns a ton of properties along the coastline in Malibu ... mostly on one stretch of the ritzy section known as Carbon Beach.

He snatched up a total of 7 high-priced lots, which includes a home he bought from film producer Joel Silver. Ellison's currently building a new home on the property.

Kim Kardashian Lawsuit Over 'Underground Vault'

Kim Kardashian says she's is NOT building an underground vault ... despite the claims of a neighbor who has gone to court to block her.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Kim's neighbor, Sarah Key, has filed  a restraining order against the Hidden Hills Community Association to block Kim from building an underground vault, subterranean parking, an attached subterranean wellness center and a detached guardhouse.

But, sources close to Kim tell TMZ ... Kim absolutely has ZERO plans to build a vault on her property. She is building something on the property -- we don't know what -- but we're told it's not a vault. We're also told she's going through the proper channels to get approval from the homeowner's association.

But, in legal docs, Key -- who does not name Kim as a defendant -- says there are two high-pressure gas transmission lines running through the community, and she's concerned the proposed construction would put "Hidden Hills community members at risk of catastrophic bodily injury and irreparable real personal property damage."

Key is also concerned about the alleged project harming the natural and rustic aesthetics of the community.

The house Key's talking about is the same one Kanye West designed and, as we first reported, Kim may get to keep to give their 4 kids stability during their divorce. It's the only home the 4 kids have ever known.

'RHONJ' Star Melissa Gorga Lists NJ Mansion ... Waterfront Living for $2.9 Million!!!

Melissa and Joe Gorga are saying goodbye to some of the best views NJ has to offer ... 'cause they've put their crib on the market.

The 'RHONJ' stars are selling their 7-bedroom, 5-bathroom mansion in Toms River, NJ for $2.9 million. Helluva deal considering the traditional, 2-story home offers picturesque panoramic views of the Barnegat Bay and 165 feet on the Bayfront.

The home, sandwiched between 2 mega-mansions, sits in a cul-de-sac ... so it offers decent privacy. But, the best part, the 17,424-square-foot lot offers room for the new owner's boat! Yep, boat lift and dock included.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Not in the mood for a boat ride or saltwater swimming? Enjoy the backyard with a huge pool.

The place oozes luxury thanks to a spectacular chandelier and ritzy light fixtures throughout.

There's also a majestic fireplace in the living room and a 2-car garage.

Joseph Cassese of Cassese Realtors has the listing.

'Waterboy' Star Peter Dante Busted for Allegedly Threatening to Kill Neighbor

Peter Dante -- you've seen him play goofy roles in just about every Adam Sandler film -- is in serious trouble after cops say he threatened to kill his neighbor over construction noise.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops showed up at Peter's L.A. area home Wednesday morning after he allegedly went berserk on a neighbor. Cops say Peter was upset about loud noise from construction work at a neighbor's house.

Apparently, it set Peter off ... cops say the actor ended up confronting his neighbor in a big way. Officers say they were told the confrontation escalated to the point Peter threatened to kill the neighbor and harm his wife and their kids.

Our sources say after talking to everyone involved ... cops arrested Peter for making felony criminal threats. He was taken into custody but posted bail and was released.

It's not the first time Peter's been accused of making threats. As we reported ... he was arrested back in 2013 and thrown out of an L.A. hotel after allegedly making violent threats and using racial slurs.

NOVEMBER 2013

We've reached out to Peter for comment ... so far, no word back.
