McDonald's Mayhem Cops Say Guy Calls in with bomb threat For Missing Nugget Sauce!!!

A guy in Iowa who wanted to get his dip on during his McDonald's meal went from hungry to dangerously hangry when he discovered his order was missing something ... according to cops, anyway.

Ankeny PD Lt. Rob Kovacs tells TMZ ... Robert Golwitzer Jr. was arrested for making a false report of an explosive or incendiary device -- a class D felony, we're told -- after cops say he called the Mickey D's where he'd just picked up an order of nuggets and said he hoped the restaurant would blow up ... because they forgot his sauces.

Cops say Golwitzer also mentioned wanting to punch an employee because of the flub. McDonald's turned his number over to cops, and when they contacted Golwitzer he came down to the station, fessed up and got arrested.

We still don't know what sort of dipping sauce was allegedly missing from the guy's order, but if it was the sweet and sour ... we sorta understand.

Kidding. Don't let your hanger get the best of you -- and always check your order.

Tour de France Authorities on the Hunt for Woman Who Caused Massive Crash

It seems that massive crash Saturday during the Tour de France might have been downright criminal ... because French authorities are now on the case.

As we reported, a spectator with a cardboard sign was apparently mugging for the TV cameras when she got way too close to the racers ... striking German rider Tony Martin who was at the front of the pack.

She stepped in front of the racing pack holding the sign, appearing to display a message for the television cameras.

The sign hit Martin who was cycling near the head of the pack. Martin tumbled to the ground, setting off a chain reaction as nearly 2 dozen other cyclists ate it.

So now, law enforcement is on the hunt for the woman they say caused "unintentional injuries by manifestly deliberate violation of an obligation of safety or prudence." Translation, recklessness.

Authorities are asking witnesses to come forward who can ID the woman -- who quickly left the scene before investigators arrived.

Three riders had to drop out of the race after the crash.

NBA's Kentavious Caldwell-Pope Robbed At Gunpoint ... In Horrifying Incident In L.A.

Three men pulled out guns and robbed Kentavious Caldwell-Pope in a terrifying incident in Los Angeles earlier this month ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us it all went down on June 17 ... when the Lakers guard was in his driveway at around 4 a.m. talking with friends.

Our sources say a car pulled up and three men then exited the vehicle with guns drawn.

We're told the men demanded KCP and his friends hand over their stuff ... which included a fancy Rolex watch, jewelry and an iPhone.

In total, our sources say the thieves made off with about $150,000 worth of loot.

We're told KCP was NOT injured in the incident, however.

We reached out to the 28-year-old's camp for comment, but so far no word back yet.

Our sources, meanwhile, say the LAPD is currently investigating it all.

KCP -- who just inked a 3-year, $39 MILLION contract with the Lakers in 2020 -- had a solid year for the Purple and Gold in 2021, starting 67 games and scoring 9.7 points per contest.

Derek Chauvin Sentenced To 22.5 Years in Prison

THE SENTENCING
Fox 9
UPDATE

3:25 PM PT -- Chauvin will end up serving 15 years behind bars in accordance with Minnesota law ... according to Minnesota Department Of Correction officials.

UPDATE

We're told the law states inmates in Minnesota, like Chauvin, have to serve two-thirds of their sentence in prison and the rest under supervised release.

UPDATE

In Chauvin's case, we're told he will be eligible for supervised release for the final 7 1/2 years of his sentence.

Derek Chauvin just got sentenced for the murder of George Floyd ... with the judge giving him 22 1/2 years in prison.

The former Minneapolis police officer learned his fate Friday in Hennepin County court, where the judge in his murder trial handed down the sentence ... some 2 months after a jury found Chauvin guilty on all 3 counts, including 2nd-degree murder.

Chauvin is getting credit for the 199 days he's already served ... and the 270-month sentence is short of the 360-month sentence prosecutors wanted but, as the judge notes, is 10 years longer than the presumptive 150-month sentence.

Judge Peter Cahill found Chauvin abused his position of trust and treated Floyd with particular cruelty ... but the court said while children were present during Chauvin's fatal interaction with Floyd, it wasn't a substantial and compelling reason for a heavier sentence.

Prosecutors also argued Chauvin and a group of cops ganged up on Floyd, but the judge saw it differently and said that argument wasn't enough to justify more years behind bars.

Chauvin's defense attorney, Eric Nelson, asked for a much shorter sentence, suggesting his client get time served and probation for the manslaughter and murder convictions.

A MESSAGE FROM GIANNA
Fox 9

Before the judge announced the sentence, Floyd's daughter, brothers and nephew gave their victim impact statements. In a video played in court, 7-year-old Gianna said she misses her dad and she wishes she could play with him.

ADDRESSING THE FLOYD FAMILY
Fox 9

Chauvin was in court listening to everything, wearing a gray suit with a blue medical mask and a buzz cut, and he briefly spoke ... offering condolences to the Floyd family and suggesting some info will come out down the line that might give the Floyd family some peace of mind.

Chauvin's mother, Carolyn Pawlenty, also spoke to the court ... saying her son's replayed the fatal interaction with Floyd over and over in his head.

TODAY IS A TURNING POINT
Fox 9

Floyd's family and their legal team quickly reacted to Chauvin's sentence ... expressing relief the former cop was held accountable and saying it brings the nation one step closer to healing.

UPDATE

Law enforcement sources tell us they're working to connect this incident with similar cases that have happened recently in the area.

A possible robbery off the Sunset Strip at a multi-million-dollar house erupted in gunfire early Friday morning and ended in a car chase ... one person is dead and at least 3 others were shot.

It was a chaotic scene at around 2 AM, starting at a home on Blue Jay Way, a famed street deep in the Hollywood Hills. Witnesses say they heard around 10 gunshots.

We're told the chaos started when 3 men drove up to the house in an Audi and began firing. A security guard was shot but returned fire and struck 2 of the suspects, killing one of them.

We're also told when police arrived they found the security guard under a Range Rover at a nearby house. Our sources say the guard was a retired sheriff's deputy. We're told he was shot in the stomach and taken to a hospital.

The Audi then fled down Blue Jay with a flat tire and LAPD cornered the car just outside the border of Beverly Hills. The suspect who died was still in the car. Cops say another suspect who was wounded was taken to the hospital in critical condition. The third suspect in the car was uninjured.

There were multiple 911 calls from different addresses on Blue Jay, and cops are still sorting this all out.

John McAfee Dead at 75, Suicide in Spanish Jail ... Was Facing Extradition to U.S.

John McAfee -- the software mogul behind the famous antivirus software -- has died by suicide ... according to reports out of Spain.

McAfee was found dead in his jail cell in Barcelona ... just hours after the Spanish High Court ruled he could be extradited to the U.S. to face tax evasion charges.

McAfee's lawyer, Andrew Gordon, confirmed to TMZ he passed away. He had no information about the cause of death.

According to the Spanish outlet El País, McAfee was pulled from his cell and police are investigating the cause of death -- but McAfee's lawyer told Reuters the software tycoon hung himself.

McAfee had been busted in Spain back in October after years of allegedly failing to pay income taxes. A grand jury had slapped him with a 10-count federal indictment for ducking taxes from 2014 to 2018.

And, just a few months ago, McAfee was reportedly charged in Manhattan federal court for his role in a cryptocurrency scheme in which he's alleged to have bilked investors out of more than $10 million.

McAfee's death comes about a year and a half after he tweeted he was "getting subtle messages from U.S. officials saying, in effect: 'We're coming for you McAfee! We're going to kill yourself.'" He posted a photo of a "$WHACKD" tattoo he says he got on his arm, just in case. As McAfee said, "If I suicide myself, I didn't. I was whackd."

A little context here ... McAfee showed off that tat a little over 3 months after convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein died by suicide also while behind bars.

McAfee was briefly back on U.S. soil in 2012 after he was booted from Guatemala. He had sought asylum there after fleeing Belize ... the place he had called home since 2008. Authorities in Belize had wanted to talk to him about his neighbor's murder.

McAfee founded his antivirus software company in 1987 and he left in 1994. Intel eventually bought it in 2011 for $7.7 billion.

Three years after Intel bought the software company ... McAfee created a parody video telling users how to uninstall the software.

He founded several other tech companies, but he was always known for his self-titled antivirus software.

McAfee was 75.

Drake Bell Pleads Guilty in Endangering Children Case

PLEADING GUILTY

Drake Bell just pled guilty in his endangering children case ... but it's not clear yet whether he'll do any time behind bars.

The "Drake & Josh" star was in court for a hearing Wednesday in Ohio where he appeared via Zoom and pled guilty to attempted endangering children (a 4th-degree felony) and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles (a 1st-degree misdemeanor).

The judge accepted Drake's plea. He could face up to 18 months in prison on the felony charge. He's slated to be sentenced in July. As we reported ... Drake was in hot water in Ohio for an alleged incident from back in December 2017.

According to the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office ... a female juvenile filed a report with her local police department in Canada back in October 2018 regarding an alleged incident that she says occurred between her and Drake the previous year at a Cleveland nightclub.

We're told Canadian authorities contacted Cleveland PD ... and its probe revealed that the 15-year-old had established a relationship with Drake several years prior to the alleged incident.

Prosecutors say that, while at the concert, Drake "violated his duty of care and, in doing so, created a risk of harm to the victim." Prosecutors also say the probe revealed that, months leading up to the concert, Drake sent her inappropriate social media messages.

At this point, it's unclear what messages Drake's accused of sending via social media.

Dippin' Dots CEO Sued By Ex-GF for Alleged Revenge Porn She Says He Sent Nude Pics to Her Mom

The CEO of Dippin' Dots is being sued by a former girlfriend who says he went on a campaign to humiliate her by sending nude images of her to numerous people, including her mom ... but the CEO says the lawsuit is an attempt to extort him.

Amanda Brown says in her lawsuit, she was in a relationship with CEO Scott Fischer from 2019-2020. She says the relationship was tumultuous, partly because of what she calls his "dangerous tendency to abuse alcohol."

Brown claims Fischer solicited private sexual images from her, which he extracted by threatening to withhold on "continued financial support."

She says things got even worse after they broke up when he allegedly sent "private sexual images" to various people "and attempted to blackmail [her] to behave in certain manners." It appears from the lawsuit they were in a dispute over who got the dog and a certain vehicle.

She says he threatened to release private sexual images to Pornhub, and on other occasions, she says he made good on his threats. In one alleged communication, she says he wrote, "F*** you. I'm going to do whatever I can to hurt you, watch what I'm about to do," adding, "I just sent your nudes out to everyone ... I'm going to make sure any sex pics, bad pics are sent to your employer ... then I'll sue you for [the dog] ... do you want to see what war is like ... I'm about to show you."

Brown claims last January Fischer sent a sexual image of Amanda to her mother with this message ... "I'm sending this out tomorrow. Then I'm going to file a petition for [the dog]. I asked for a peaceful exit. I said I had a girlfriend and wanted to move on peacefully. I can hurt so much more. Watch."

Brown said in the lawsuit Fischer has used private sexual images "to gain a thing of value" against other girlfriends. She also claims Fischer was physically violent.

Worse yet for Fischer, if Brown’s allegations are true, the dude may end up behind bars. In Oklahoma, it's a felony "to disseminate without consent the private sexual image of another with the intent to harass, intimidate or coerce the other ..."

Fischer's legal team tells us, "This inflammatory lawsuit brought forth by Ms. Brown is nothing more than an attempt to extort Mr. Fischer after he ended their relationship. It is unfortunate that she has stooped to the level of attacking my client through an outlandish lawsuit, covering up her illegal actions."

They continue, "Mr. Fischer is disappointed this has become a legal matter despite his efforts to bring about a respectful resolution. He is ready to put the matter behind him and move forward."

Charles Manson LaBianca Murder House ... Sold to New Owner for Over a Mil!!!

The home where Charles Manson's followers murdered the LaBiancas is finally in the hands of a new owner ... after months of sitting on the market and a significant slash in price.

Sources familiar with the purchase tell TMZ, the Los Feliz crib -- where Leno and Rosemary LaBianca were infamously killed in '69 -- just passed hands from Zak Bagans to someone who's not so famous, and wants to keep it that way.

The anonymous buyer closed on Tuesday, and we're told they paid around $1.8 million ... quite a bit less than the $2.2 mil originally sought when the "Ghost Adventures" star first listed it back in October.

If you can get past its very dark history, the property itself is actually pretty sweet. It's a 2-bed, 2-bath home that clocks in at around 1,600 square feet. It's got a pool, and fantastic views of the city.

You might recall ... Zak told us he bought the place last summer in hopes of shooting a project there, but reversed course after checking the house out for himself, and feeling it'd be best to let it be out of respect to the LaBianca family.

Manson's followers stabbed Leno and Rosemary more than 50 times, and although ZB's famously into all things morbid and macabre ... this one proved too much for even him.

Now, it's off Zak's hands for good ... and will hopefully be the site of better memories to come. Arto Poladian of Redfin held the listing.

Harvey Weinstein Judge Orders Extradition to L.A. On Sexual Assault Charges

Harvey Weinstein could see a change of scenery soon ... a judge just ordered his extradition from New York to Los Angeles, where he's facing additional sexual assault charges.

Weinstein learned his fate Tuesday when a judge in Erie County, NY ordered the extradition over Weinstein’s opposition. We’re told prosecutors in New York believe officials in L.A. will transfer him to California at the end of June or by mid-July.

The disgraced movie producer appeared virtually for Tuesday's court hearing from the New York prison where he's serving his sentence for rape ... but his legal team tells us they still intend to fight for their client’s safety.

Weinstein's attorney, Mark Werksman, tells TMZ ... they're filing a petition in Los Angeles County Superior Court to prevent the L.A. County District Attorney from transporting Weinstein to L.A. "until he can receive the medical care he desperately needs in New York."

As we reported ... Weinstein's hoping to stay put in NY, claiming his health is failing. His legal team claims he's technically blind, has major dental issues and is suffering from cardiac issues, diabetes, back pain and sleep apnea.

Another of Weinstein's attorneys, Norman Effman, argued Tuesday Weinstein won't get the same standard of medical treatment in the jail system in L.A. ... but prosecutors called BS, saying L.A is "not some remote outpost that doesn’t have medical care."

As we've reported ... Weinstein's staring down criminal charges in L.A., where a grand jury indicted him on 11 counts of sexual assault involving 5 women.

Capitol Riot Pelosi Desk Guy Lost Salesman Job ... Wants Longer Leash for New Gig

The guy facing criminal charges for making himself at home in Nancy Pelosi's office during the Capitol riot says he lost his job as a window salesman, and restrictions put on him by the court are making it tough for him to earn a living at his new gig.

Attorneys for Richard Barnett -- who was famously photographed plopping his feet onto the Speaker of the House's desk on Jan. 6 -- just asked a judge to allow their client to travel more than 50 miles from his home for work purposes, which is all he's allowed at the moment.

Per the docs, obtained by TMZ, the lawyers explain Barnett's primary source of income these days is flipping classic cars -- this after he lost his job as a window salesman following the Capitol riot.

Due to the nature of his new gig -- not to mention his location in rural Arkansas -- they say he often has to go upwards of 200 miles to track down, negotiate and sell these vehicles ... and his current 50-mile restriction just ain't cutting it. In order to pay his bills and provide for his fam, the attorneys request a longer leash as part of the conditions of his release while his case is pending.

The attorneys cite Barnett's apparent good behavior in following all the release conditions ... saying his pretrial services officer can vouch for that. BTW, these are the same attorneys who argued his note to Pelosi said "biatch" instead of "bitch."

A judge has yet to rule.

Shyla Walker & Landon McBroom He Tried To Take Our Daughter ... Keep Him Away From Me!!!

Shyla Walker is getting court ordered protection from her YouTube channel co-star, Landon McBroom ... she claims her baby daddy physically abused her and tried to swipe their kid.

Shyla beelined it to court last month and got a temporary restraining order ... to keep Landon away from her and their daughter. Shyla claims Landon has a history of abuse against her.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Shyla claims Austin McBroom's brother shoved her during a May 10 argument, resulting in a visible injury, and claims 5 days later he tried to kidnap their daughter.

In the docs, Shyla claims Landon took the kid from their home and handed her over to an employee before telling the guy to take the child and get the hell outta there. Shyla claims she only got the child back when she called the cops.

Shyla says she's afraid Landon will try to kidnap their daughter again ... and she's also worried he will take the family dog, claiming he's in debt and their bulldog puppy is valuable.

The judge granted Shyla's temporary restraining order and Landon must stay 100 yards away from her and their daughter ... at least until a hearing later this month.

Pooh Shiesty Alleged Shooting Victim Recants ... Doesn't Wanna Press Charges

Pooh Shiesty might not have shot the club security guard in Miami after all -- at least that's what the alleged victim's saying now ... claiming he doesn’t remember giving his original statement to cops.

PS's attorneys, Bradford Cohen and Saam Zangeneh, filed a new motion this week with what they say is sworn testimony from the guard in question ... who now claims he was on a powerful painkiller and unaware of what he was saying to the police when they first spoke.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Frivin Dor's transcribed interview with Pooh's legal team is documented ... and he's on record saying he was given Dilaudid -- a powerful opioid painkiller -- when he first arrived at the hospital that night, which he now claims knocked him on his ass as he spoke to a detective about the matter, 'cause he doesn't remember a thing.

In this new account, Dor suggests the commotion in the club might have been caused by a fan (the spinning type, not a person) that fell in a parking garage nearby. He also says he doesn't recall Pooh aiming at him or even shooting at him.

According to the docs, he also said he doesn't want to press charges, and doesn't want officials in FL to contact him about this matter either ... which Pooh's lawyers say is enough for prosecutors to at least reconsider the decision not to release Pooh on bond.

It's a full 180 from what was described in the affidavit used to bust Pooh last week ... which gave a very detailed story about what supposedly happened.
