"Fast N' Loud" star Richard Rawlings likes to move fast -- he's in the fast cars biz after all -- and introducing to the world his new bae and love of his life.

We got Richard out Sunday leaving Craig's in WeHo where we couldn't help but notice him surrounded by two beautiful ladies but only one who revs his engine ... his new, smokin' hot GF!! The other equally gorgeous woman is his pal and fellow car-freak, Courtney Hansen, host of the History Channel's "The Ride That Got Away."

Check out the vid ... Richard makes it crystal clear he's met the one ... just weeks after his divorce was finalized.

We broke the story ... Richard filed for divorce back in March. He'd been married to Suzanne Rawlings twice ... first in 1999 and then again in 2015.

No doubt about it ... Richard's moved on and already off the market and seems like he's down for the count.

BTW ... Richard gives us an update on his beloved Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat that was stolen from him back in September 2018.

Shia LaBeouf is licking his wounds with the best possible medicine -- a gorgeous gal ... and a bowl of greens. Au naturel, baby!

The actor was spotted grabbing a bite Friday at the chic DTLA restaurant Otium, where he and a mystery brunette were chowing down on what we're told appeared to be salads. No clear signs of PDA here, but an eyewitness tells us they were cozying up and seemed pretty comfortable in each other's company ... especially Shia.

Looks like he might've even gone in for a bite of his lady friend's lunch. So yeah ... we'd say they're probably tight.

BTW, check out the little cut above Shia's eye here. Nothing too crazy, but it does seem like he might've recently injured himself. As far as recovery goes ... he's doing it right.

Now for an even more obvious note ... we're not seeing his most recent girlfriend, FKA Twigs, anywhere in these pics. They've reportedly been dating since fall 2018 and were most recently spotted cupcaking in public a couple of months ago.

Kate Beckinsale seems to have moved on from Pete Davidson ... and she made what looks like a public declaration that was sealed with a smooch.

Kate and a dude were in WeHo Friday leaving Craig's, and with the glare of camera lights trained on them, they locked lips.

Obviously, can't say for sure if this is the real deal, but they seemed tight.

As for Pete, he spent Friday night on a catwalk ... modeling for the first time at Alexander Wang's Collection1 2020 show at Rockefeller Center in New York City. People are going after him on social media for his walk, but then again people on social media go after everybody for anything.

As for Kate, we can't figure out who the guy is, but we do know Craig's seems to be her go-to date joint when she's in L.A. She went there on her first public date with Pete Davidson as well.

Fergie's had enough of the separated life ... she and Josh Duhamel are finally getting divorced ... TMZ has learned.

Fergie filed divorce docs Friday in Pasadena, and no one could call it a rash move. The exes have been apart publicly since September 2017 ... when they announced they were breaking up. In a joint statement, they said they'd actually been separated since earlier in 2017.

However, neither made a move divorce-wise ... until now.

The singer and actor have one child together ... their son Axl, who is 5 years old now.

They'd been married for 8 years before announcing their break-up -- and they had started dating in 2004.

Josh has been dating pretty openly. In the last year, he's been seen out with Rebekah Graf, Eiza Gonzalez ... and just this week he was at Nobu in Malibu with a mystery brunette.

Josh Duhamel says he's in the market for a woman who can give him another kid or 2, and he's definitely found a new candidate ... at least based on the look of the YOUNG woman with him.

The actor was grabbing dinner Monday with a mystery brunette at Nobu in Malibu. There was no blatant PDA here, but it sure seems like it was a dinner date. It was only the 2 of 'em hanging out.

Here's what makes it super interesting -- Josh went on Dax Shepard's "Armchair Expert" podcast late last year and said he wants to father more children, and if he settles down again it's gonna be with someone who's young enough to make it happen.

Funny enough, Josh had been seen getting cozy with actress Rebekah Graf right around that same time. They aren't hanging out so much these days -- case in point, these pics -- and it should also be noted that Rebekah is already 36 years old. Josh -- who's only got 1 kid so far with his ex, Fergie -- is 46.

We don't know how old this woman here is -- looks to be a 20-something, though -- but based on what he wants ... she might very well be the perfect fit.

Moby is ready to move on from his claim that he once dated, or tried dating, a young Natalie Portman ... 'cause he's got another hot topic up his sleeve: the planet.

The musician was questioned Monday by a pap in L.A. -- just a couple days after he publicly apologized for including Natalie in his new memoir. He drew a ton of backlash when she denied ever dating him in the '90s, despite his assertion they were kinda-almost a thing.

The pap gets to the meat of what many feel was left unanswered ... are the details of what he alleged true or not? Moby fully deflects ... switching gears to climate change.

In his mea culpa, Moby said ... "As some time has passed I've realized that many of the criticisms leveled at me regarding my inclusion of Natalie in Then It Fell Apart are very valid." He went on to say, "I also fully recognize that it was truly inconsiderate of me to not let her know about her inclusion in the book beforehand, and equally inconsiderate for me to not fully respect her reaction."

Worth noting ... Moby did NOT retract his characterization of their relationship -- which came off as romantic in his book. He paints it like they were circling a full-blown relationship ... saying they kissed a few times and slept in the same bed together once, until Natalie eventually told him she'd started seeing someone else.

Meanwhile, Natalie responded by saying the brief time she knew him wasn't anything close to dating. In fact, she labeled their dynamic at the time as "creepy." FWIW, she didn't specifically deny any of his details either ... other than to say she was 18 and not 20, as he recalled.

11:58 AM PT -- As if hanging with Luka didn't send a clear enough message ... check out what Kendall sent to the cameras (and possibly Ben?) later in the day while hanging with Bella Hadid.

This could just be two gals having fun and flipping off paps for kicks, but considering Ben's season has been over for a minute now -- it could also be the nail in the coffin for these two. Here's hoping Ben's working on that jump shot in the meantime ...

Kendall Jenner tooled around one of the richest nations in the world ... with a guy with she's clearly getting super close -- Luka Sabbat.

Kendall and her fellow model jumped on jet skis Saturday ... this after also hanging out at the Cannes Film Festival earlier in the week. She was there for a big party, and apparently, Luka was there for the ride.

It's clear, Ben Simmons is now in Kendall's rearview, and her fellow model Luca seems to be a quick replacement.

There were rumors Luka was tied to Kendall's sis Kourtney, but Kourtney said recently they were just friends, clearing the decks for Kendall.

As for why they're in Monaco ... the Grand Prix starts Sunday, and Kendall's there for the festivities.

Leo DiCaprio and his girlfriend blended into the crowd Friday as they walked around the World Trade Center area in New York City.

Leo was partially covered in his standard gear disguise -- a hooded sweatshirt -- and he and Camilla Morrone strolled in the area.

The 2 stopped at a food truck for a while, eyeballing the eats, but ended up getting nothing. They did hit up Starbucks and drank as they meandered in the area.

They went to the Oculus station at the World Trade Center ... a famous shopping area and a central stop for trains that connected numerous cities and states.

And, get this ... he's one of the most famous people in the world and everyone knows his "disguise," but no one noticed him.

Leo just got back from Cannes, where they premiered the Quentin Tarantino flick, "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood," which got a 7-minute standing ovation.

Two beautiful people are back on the market ... NBA star Chandler Parsons and model Cassie Amato have broken up, TMZ Sports has learned.

But, you know what that means ... THE RETURN OF BACHELOR CHANDLER!!!

We're told the split wasn't nasty or anything ... they just grew apart and ultimately decided things weren't working out. They only dated for a year so it ain't the end of the world.

Plus, he's been based in Memphis while playing for the Grizzlies while she's an L.A. girl who operates out of Bel-Air (though we're told he'll be in L.A. this summer too).

The signs were there ... Parsons hasn't posted a photo of Cassie since October and he's essentially been scrubbed from her IG page too.

Speaking of her IG page, she's ridiculously good looking and instantly becomes one of the hottest single chicks in L.A.

Don't feel too bad for Chandler, he's gonna be just fine ... tall, handsome and entering the last year of his 4-year $94 MILLION contract with the Grizzlies.

Parsons has a reputation for dating beautiful women ... from Bella Thorne to Toni Garrn and Arianny Celeste.

10:20 AM PT -- Hickerson appeared in court this morning and pled not guilty to the charge. His bail was set at $50k. The judge also issued a protective order that prohibits Hickerson from being 100 yards near Panettiere or contacting her. He'll be back in court next month.

Hayden Panettiere's boyfriend is in serious trouble following his arrest for domestic violence ... 'cause TMZ's learned he's now facing a charge that could land him in prison.

The L.A. County District Attorney's Office has charged Hayden's BF, Brian Hickerson, with 1 count of felony domestic violence. If he's convicted, Brian faces up to 4 years in prison.

TMZ broke the story ... Brian was arrested earlier this month after an argument with Hayden allegedly turned physical. As we told you ... the couple had been out drinking before an argument ensued at their pad. Law enforcement sources initially said the injuries were marks and redness, but we're now told the injuries were far more serious.

Cops arrested Brian almost immediately after the altercation after determining he started the fight. Hayden and Brian have been dating since last summer.

Scarlett Johansson actually said "Yes" to Colin Jost last week, and the couple had a private celebration at a glitzy restaurant in upstate NY ... where they could not hide their happy news.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Scarlett and the 'SNL' vet hit up Blue Hill Stone Barns last Thursday in Pocantico Hills, NY -- about 30 miles outside NYC. We're told they arrived around 10 PM ... no entourage, just the 2 of them.

It's unclear if Colin proposed on the grounds. The restaurant -- featured on "Chef's Table" -- sits on a huge farm, and it's possible Colin might have taken ScarJo to a private area to pop the question. We do know she was sporting a huge shiny ring in the dining area, and they were extremely happy -- calling friends and family to share the news.

We're told they were VERY affectionate throughout the night ... she sat on his lap and witnesses tell us it was crystal clear they were in celebration mode. The owner also treated them like true VIPs ... taking them to the kitchen where they ate one of their courses.

We're told they stayed at the restaurant til around 1 AM. It's interesting Colin proposed on Thursday and they had such a late celebration. This weekend was the 'SNL' season finale ... so BIG week for Jost, who we now know was secretly engaged when he went on the air Saturday night.

As we reported ... Scarlett and Colin announced their engagement on Sunday after 2 years of dating. This will be Scarlett's third marriage and Colin's first.

Khloe Kardashian says as devastating as her divorce to Lamar Odom was ... she'd absolutely get hitched again ... but that requires a date or 2, and at least for now that's not in the cards.

Khlo got super personal with Disso Queen Laura Wasser on her podcast, "Divorce Sucks!" which drops Monday. Laura asks her straight-up -- would she be open to tying the knot yet again?

Check out Khloe's answer -- it takes an interesting turn. She says she was heartbroken when her marriage to Lamar fell apart ... and it seems it affected her even more than her super difficult breakup with Tristan Thompson.

Yet, Khloe says she has no regrets about either relationship. It's like they say -- better to have loved and lost than never ... yeah, you get it.

3:54 PM PT -- Looks like the in-game no-kiss rule was the right call -- Brooks just won the 2019 PGA Championship. Congrats!!!

Pro golfer Brooks Koepka seems to be hyper-focused on winning another major this weekend -- even at the expense of a good luck kiss from his girlfriend, who he left hanging.

Brooks was getting ready for his final round at the PGA Championship Sunday when he was caught on camera walking side-by-side with his gal, Jena Sims ... who awkwardly tried going in for a smooch on the lips, only to quickly jerk away when she saw he wasn't into it.

If body language could talk, this right here would probably be saying ... "Nah, babe. Not now." It'd seem the snub is paying off for ol' Brooks -- he's leading the pack at under-8 as they wrap up the back 9.

It doesn't appear Jena took it personally, though. She even told Golf.com that she's not very discreet with her PDA so this might be par for the course for these two.

Colton Underwood thinks Kelly Ripa is too far removed from modern-day dating to understand "The Bachelor" ... and her criticism proves just how out of touch she really is.

We got this year's Bachelor couple, Colton and Cassie Randolph, Thursday at LAX and got their response to Kelly's comments from earlier this week, when she ripped the show as creepy and insisted the idea of dozens of women fighting over one guy is disgusting.

As 2 people with a unique perspective, Colton and Cassie tell us Kelly's critique is way off ... and they feel she just doesn't understand how dating works for younger generations growing up with Tinder and other dating apps.

Colton says the 'Bachelor' is just like Tinder, only it's on national TV ... and he thinks Kelly just doesn't know what it's like to have countless dating options.

Kelly's been married to Mark Consuelos since 1996 ... so she ain't swiping left or right.

Kelly Ripa has no idea what the hell she's talking about when it comes to "The Bachelor" and her take on it is downright rude -- at least it was to Hannah Godwin, who was a finalist just last season.

We got Hannah Wednesday night at Craig's in WeHo and got her take on what Kelly said earlier this week -- that the show is creepy and the idea of 25 exceptional women fighting for 1 "ordinary" guy is disgusting.

As one of those exceptional women, Hannah G thinks it sucks that Kelly's dissing all of Bach Nation. Yes, you can tell Hannah's a bit conflicted because she loves her some Ripa ... but ultimately, she wants Kelly to know the show worked out just fine for her.

Of course, 'Bachelor' creator Mike Fleiss and 'Bachelor' host Chris Harrison have also gone on the offensive, saying, "Easy, @KellyRipa ... #TheBachelor franchise pays your salary!"

Harrison tweeted, "Look out #BachelorNation @KellyRipa is coming after you and your 'disgusting' Monday night habit." Goes without saying ... it's gotten ugly.

Wendy Williams is enjoying all the perks of being a bachelorette in New York City -- there's nothing stopping her from fun dinners with friends ... and making new ones.

The newly single talk show host was out with her pal, Blac Chyna, Wednesday night after the 2 dined at Pergola ... and it looked like they were having a blast.

Wendy tells us single life is treating her wonderfully, and it sounds like she's keeping her options wide open when it comes to dating again.

As we've reported ... Wendy filed for divorce from her husband, Kevin Hunter, on the heels of his alleged infidelity, and despite him seeking spousal support, she recently claimed on her show the process was going "pleasantly."

Williams also told her audience she's a "young and pretty New York City girl" who's actively dating and has the ultimate bachelorette pad ... and she's "rediscovering my love of men."
