11:50 AM PT -- Travis' attorney, Laurie L. Soriano, tells us, "Tommy didn’t invent the concept of a roller coaster on stage and there’s no legal basis for his accusatory outburst. The actual creator and owner of the system has granted Travis all rights to use that equipment to complement his original stage design."

Tommy Lee has unleashed an all-out assault on Travis Scott ... accusing the rapper of jacking Tommy's famous 360-degree loop stage design.

Travis is in the middle of his Astroworld Tour -- accompanied by baby mama Kylie Jenner and daughter Stormi -- and during the show, there's a part where he straps into a chair like an amusement park ride and completes a 360-degree loop.

Back in 2011, Tommy also did a 360-degree loop, strapped into his drum set ... and clearly saw a video of Travis' show Wednesday night. In a flurry of posts ripping Travis, Tommy says, "Just found out this f**king idiot @travisscott or someone on his team ripped off the 360 AND The Cruecifly! WTF!! Get an original idea bro ..."

The Cruecifly was a floating structure over the crowd Tommy used to go over the audience. Travis also has something similar on Astroworld that was created to look like a roller coaster and takes him from one stage to another.

Kylie Jenner got a chance to ride Travis' roller coaster design Wednesday night at MSG.

Tommy continued, "I get copying is a form of flattery, but this is just straight ripping off my s**t." He also advised Travis to "lawyer up!"

Interestingly enough, Tommy was taken to court in 2014 over the 360-degree drum set by an engineer who accused him of stealing the idea. Lee won that case, ruling the drums were based on Tommy's original concept.

YouPorn is now all about the D -- as in, Dunkin' -- because it's getting revenge on Starbucks for blocking Internet porn in its stores ... TMZ has learned.

Reps for YouPorn tell TMZ ... the porn giant is now strictly pushing Dunkin' coffee on its workforce. The company's VP sent a memo to employees announcing a ban on all Starbucks products from YouPorn offices effective New Year's Day.

Point is ... 2 can play this game.

Starbucks just announced it's blocking customers from watching XXX material while on their free WiFi, this after mounting pressure from the Internet safety group, Enough is Enough. YouPorn is simply responding in kind with a blockade of its own.

Yes, it's revenge porn ... but this one's legal.

Pro surfing star Bruce Irons was arrested last week for driving under the influence of drugs ... cops say.

The 39-year-old Hawaiian surfer was approached by the Newport Beach Police Dept. on Nov. 22 at 9:23 AM.

Law enforcement tells TMZ Sports Irons was found passed out behind the wheel of a running car at a gas station. Cops responded, found Irons, woke him up and determined he was under the influence of drugs. He was arrested without incident.

According to police records, Irons was booked for DUI Drugs, possession of a controlled substance without prescription and driving without a valid license. Bail was set at $2,500.

Bruce Irons is a legend in the surf world -- he's won several tournaments over the years including the 2008 Rip Curl Pro Search. He also famously beat Kelly Slater at the 2001 Billabong Pipeline Masters.

Bruce is also the younger brother of surf legend Andy Irons -- the 3-time world surfing champion who died in 2010 from a drug overdose at a hotel in Texas.

Both Bruce and Andy struggled with substance abuse -- something Bruce spoke about in the documentary "Andy Irons: Kissed By God."

Here's hoping he can find a way to conquer his demons ...

Your eyes are NOT deceiving you ... an artist has magnificently brought this Mac Miller photo to life with the stroke of a pen.

The artist is 20-year-old Danielle Franks -- aka Moe -- and she hails from Cornwall, England. Moe tells TMZ ... the drawing took her just over a month to complete using Cintiq 13HD on her iPad. It's basically pressure-sensitive stylus pen.

The drawing is based on a photo snapped by Todd Cole for the August issue of The Fader. Moe tells us one of her followers on Twitter asked her to draw that photo. She did ... and it's become a viral sensation.

Since she tweeted the drawing on Tuesday, it's gotten nearly HALF A MILLION likes and more than 100k retweets. And, get this ... Moe tells us she came THIS close to shuttering her website because she struggled to sell her art. But business has been booming since she tweeted the Mac drawing. So good, in fact, all proceeds from the drawing will go to the late rapper's foundation, The Mac Miller Circles Fund.

You can get your hands on a drawing -- printed on silk paper -- for around $40. Business has been so good ... celebs are now lining up to work with her, including Willow Smith.

Atletico Madrid star Antoine Griezmann -- one of the best soccer players in the world -- just turned his Fortnite victory celebration into a fashion item ... with a new $20,000 "Take The L" chain!

Griezmann is obsessed with the video game -- and has been doing the "Take the L" dance after most of the goals he scores in the Champions League.

He even busted out the move while playing for Team France during the 2018 World Cup!

If Tekashi69 had access to his cell phone in prison, he'd see there's practically only one rapper everyone is listening to Wednesday on their way to work ... and it's him.

Despite a federal indictment that could get him locked up for life ... the Brooklyn rapper DOMINATED the charts less than 24 hours after his album, "Dummy Boy" dropped. We checked ... and 4 of Tekashi's tracks were in the top 5 on iTunes.

He rounded out the top 10 with tracks landing at No. 8 and 9.

Tekashi's whole album is also topping the charts, and he's getting residual success too. His mixtape "Day 69" -- released earlier this year -- has re-emerged at No. 51 on the chart.

"Dummy Boy" is also killing it on Amazon where it's top-paid digital album. What's amazing is all this comes on the heels of a snag in his distribution deal that delayed the record's release.

The success is really paying off for 6ix9ine's old label too. D!zzy from ScumGang Records tells TMZ ... they secured publishing rights on "Dummy Boy." The album was first supposed to drop with 10k Projects -- who fronted a ton of cash for the project -- but was switched to ScumGang last minute.

Tekashi talked a lot of trash on ScumGang this year, but we're guessing all this dough rolling in should help squash that beef -- and for what it's worth -- 10kP will get a refund for the cash they fronted.

It's interesting ... Tekashi's been embroiled in serious legal trouble for more than a year, yet top artists like Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, A Boogie and Tory Lanez are still lining up to work with him -- even if there's a very real risk of a drive-by shooting.

Brandon Moore, the man who created the viral "What Are Those" meme, died Sunday and his wife tell TMZ it's a complete mystery what caused it.

Brandon's wife, Noonie, tells us his heart stopped while he was sleeping in their Northern California home. We're told his death was completely unexpected -- he didn't have any previously known health conditions.

Our law enforcement sources say an autopsy was performed and there are no signs of foul play ... or any obvious cause of death. Brandon's family and authorities are now waiting on a toxicology report.

The internet comedian, aka Young Busco, rose to fame in 2015 when he mocked a police officer's shoes as a joke. While his friend was being arrested, Brandon mocked the cop's clunky boots, saying ... "What are those?"

Brandon uploaded the clip and it quickly went viral and became a popular internet meme. The catchphrase appeared in "Black Panther" and was jokingly asked to Michael Jordan during a Q and A session at a basketball camp.

Brandon, a father of 9, was just 31.

Heather Locklear's mandatory psychiatric hold has been extended for further evaluation ... and the actress could be there for up to two weeks.

Sources close to Locklear tell us she was placed on a psychiatric hold Wednesday that was originally only supposed to last for 3 days. We're told doctors realized Locklear needed additional treatment past the mandatory time frame and got an additional 2 weeks.

Our sources say Locklear will likely get out sooner than the 2 weeks, and the plan is for her to enter a facility for more long-term treatment.

There is, however, a bit of conflict -- we're told Heather wants to remain at home ... and not check into another facility -- and the ultimate decision will be hers to make.

As we reported ... it was just over a week ago EMTs were called to Locklear's home after her attorney and therapist determined she needed help desperately.

12:27 PM PT -- We've learned Cardi's pilot suffered some serious stomach issues during the flight, causing the emergency landing. The plane was diverted to O'Hare due to a weather-related runway closure at Midway.

Cardi B's private plane made an emergency landing in Chicago ... not because of mechanical issues, but because someone on board needed medical attention ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the jet was traveling from L.A. to NYC either late Sunday night or early Monday morning when Cardi announced that the aircraft made an unscheduled landing in Chicago.

It's unclear who got sick ... but we're told the passenger was not a member of Cardi's crew.

7:33 PM -- GOOD NEWS!!! The Channel Islands Marine & Wildlife Institute has rescued the baby sea lion and it's being dubbed #99 because it's the 99th seal the org has saved this year. We're told volunteers found the pup had turned up at Mussel Shoals, which is about 7 miles south from where it had originally been spotted by Kaley & Co. on Thanksgiving Day.

We're told the male pup is very underweight ... at just 26 pounds. The good folks at CIMWI will provide medical care for the pup and rehab will last for a few months before the pup can fend for itself. Awesome!!!

1:33 PM PT -- Kaley just took to Instagram and said her husband, Karl, went looking for the pup up and down the beach and they did not see it. She added that she assumes the pup is OK and might have gone back into the ocean since the tide was close to the rocks where the pup was stranded.

10:14 AM PT -- The Channel Islands Marine & Wildlife Institute, whose volunteers showed up to the beach to offer help, tells TMZ ... "unfortunately, we were not able to attempt a rescue effort [Thursday night] because it would not have been safe due to the animal's location on the rocks and the sun setting." A rep for the org also tells us people at the beach last night said they would check on the animal Friday morning and call the hotline if a rescue attempt was needed but it has not received any phone calls. The org added that volunteers are at the ready to respond if the pup shows up again.

Kaley Cuoco did a good deed on Thanksgiving ... an unexpected one as she strolled the beach and spotted a baby sea lion in a desperate state.

Kaley was spending the first Thanksgiving with her in-laws in the Santa Barbara area when she saw the animal on a rock, clearly in distress.

Kaley and hubby, Karl Cook, called a 24-hour marine and wildlife hotline and asked for help in rescuing the sea lion.

While they waited, a bunch of volunteers came to lend assistance. Everyone stayed, trying to help.

The sea lion's condition is unknown. We'll update when we find out.

11/21 5:21 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell us ... shortly after the show ended, a man was rushed to the hospital with serious stab wounds. Although an early investigation determined he was at the music hall Tuesday, it's unclear whether he was involved in the fight onstage or in a separate incident outside of the venue.

We're told the man's injuries are life-threatening and has been in surgery since last night.

This is an active investigation and police are looking for all leads and evidence.

Pusha T's show in Toronto was just interrupted by several people tossing drinks on the stage and then rushing it ... sparking an all-out brawl.

Push was performing at Danforth Music Hall Tuesday night when a flurry of beverages was tossed onstage followed by several men attempting to get up onstage. In a vid of the brawl, you see the rapper run for cover just before the angry crowd could get to him.

Pusha T's security was quick to step in ... and fists started to fly.

A rep for the Toronto Police Department tells us they are currently investigating the altercation. We're told three people were sent to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries ... and no arrests have been made.

It's likely no coincidence the incident went down in Toronto -- Drake's home city -- the two have a nasty history, trading diss tracks ... including one where Pusha T revealed Drake had fathered a secret son.

Once the crowd was back under control, Push returned to the stage to close out the show, surrounded by security guards.

They don't call him the G.O.A.T. for nothin' ... Michael Jordan is delivering a huge assist to Hurricane Florence victims ... handing out Thanksgiving meals to those affected by the storm on Tuesday.

TMZ Sports has learned ... His Airness was dishin' out the meals in front of a Lowe's in Wilmington, North Carolina ... personally greeting and helping out the people in attendance.

It's a tragedy that hit close to home for M.J. ... he grew up in Wilmington and later went on to ball out at University of North Carolina.

ICYMI -- Jordan already donated $2 MILLION to hurricane relief and boxed meals with his Charlotte Hornets back in September.

Jordan also raised more money by selling Hornets merch with proceeds going to hurricane relief.

Not only did Jordan do the Thanksgiving giveaway ... M.J's rep, Estee Portnoy, tells us he surprised kids at the Boys & Girls Club and hooked them up with food and Jordans as well.

11/20 -- The NBA has fined Kevin Durant $25,000 for "directing inappropriate language toward a fan"

2:38 PM PT -- Another witness tells TMZ Sports ... the hecklers had been bombarding KD with the "cupcake" insults to the point where it became unbearable.

That witness tells us KD complained to the refs at one point but the fans were not removed or disciplined in any way.

The witness says KD's explicit outburst was completely justified.

Kevin Durant went off on a heckler who was sitting courtside at the Mavs game this weekend -- telling the guy, "Watch the f**king game and shut the f**k up."

It all went down during the 1st quarter of the Warriors vs. Mavs game in Dallas on Saturday.

One witness who was sitting in spitting distance from the incident tells us ... the heckler was just saying the typical NBA fan trash talk -- calling KD names like, "Cupcake" and other insults.

But, KD wasn't having it -- walking over to the group, leaning in ... and cussing the guys out.

Did Durant's warning work? Nope.

We're told the group laughed off the incident because they knew they got to him and ramped up the trash talk even more for the rest of the game.

Ultimately, the Mavs BEAT the Warriors 112 to 109 ... with KD dropping 32 points.

It ain't the first time KD's had to deal with hecklers -- he got into it with some trash talkers back in June and was held back when the guys shouted out that his alma mater (University of Texas) is "butt."

6:04 PM PT -- Paris just addressed her split with Chris on social media, posting a photo of herself dressed as Marilyn Monroe and adding her favorite quote from the starlet that reads ... "I believe that everything happens for a reason. People change so that you can learn to let go. Things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they're right. You believe lies so you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself. And sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together."

Paris Hilton will NOT be walking down the aisle as planned -- she's broken up with her latest fiance, Chris Zylka ... TMZ confirms.

Sources close to the now-exes tell us Paris called things off with Chris several weeks ago. They got engaged at the beginning of the year during a trip to Aspen after dating for about a year before that.

We're told Paris realized Chris just wasn't the one, and things between them had moved too fast. Paris hopes the two can remain friends and wishes Zylka all the best.

We got Paris two weeks ago at LAX, and she was still rocking that $2 million engagement ring. We asked her if everything was still cool with Chris and the wedding ... and she said all was good.

Our photog also quizzed Paris' mom, Kathy Hilton, a couple months back as to why the couple's wedding was pushed back ... and she served up a seemingly legit reason.

This is Paris' second engagement ... she and Paris Latsis were ready to tie the knot in 2005 before calling it off.

The Harts pulled out all the stops for their son's 11th birthday -- 'cause Kevin and his ex-wife, Torrei, threw the kid a SICK party that was worthy of pretty much all the Fortnite dances.

Hendrix Hart was treated to a full-blown Fortnite party Saturday to celebrate the big 1-1, which his folks aptly called "Hartnite Birthday Royale." They might as well have been in the digital fray themselves because Kevin's studio near L.A. got fully decked out to reflect the game.

We're told Torrei was behind a majority of the planning for the shindig, and that she used bDASHd Events to bring the place to life ... or "heals," if that's more your speed. Torrei's brand manager, KD McNair, tells us Kevin was super impressed with the set-up ... and the whole fam had a great time together -- including their daughter, Heaven, and his current wife, Eniko.

Kevin and Torrei are no strangers to epic birthday parties for their kids. They did a video game blowout a couple years back for Hendrix, and a "Black Panther"-themed bash last year for Heaven.

Hailey Baldwin is dunzo! Instead, Hailey Bieber is taking her place in the most meaningful way possible ... on social media.

Justin Bieber's wife just changed her Instagram handle to @HaileyBieber, a move Biebs himself put in motion. Our IG sources tell us Justin's team reached out to the platform Friday to ask about updating her account.

We're guessing Hailey's 15.3 million followers -- not to mention his 102 million -- will go berserk over this. The name change comes roughly two months after they got hitched in a super secret ceremony at an NYC courthouse.

She was already wearing the name proudly on a denim jacket Thursday night at an NYC Levi's event.

There were signs Hailey had rebranding on the brain ... because, as we reported, she filed to trademark her new name -- in case she wants to slap it on some merchandise, and also to block anyone else from doing it.

Point is ... she's becoming a true Belieber, in spirit and name.
