Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde are firing back at their former nanny -- the same woman who has allegedly been going after them for a while -- ripping her for airing dirty laundry in the media and seeking to have her lawsuit against them moved to a private arbitrator.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Jason and Olivia say Ericka Genaro's civil suit never should have been filed in a California court. If she wanted to sue them, they say she should have taken up her beef in a private arbitration in New York.

Jason and Olivia tell TMZ ... "It is unfortunate that this private matter continues to play out in the press. Our focus has been and will continue to be to steadfastly protect our family in the face of harassment of any kind. We are confident that the evidence brought forward will affirm our position to summarily dismiss this case and bring our family peace."

TMZ broke the story ... the nanny took the ex-couple to court back in February, claiming they drove her to her wit's end and then some.

Genaro says she worked for Jason and Olivia from 2018 to 2021, claiming she had a ton of extra duties dumped on her plate when Olivia started dating Harry Styles.

Jason and Olivia say the issues only started after Genaro wanted her salary doubled again and to be paid tax-free.

In her suit, the nanny also claimed Jason would vent to her about Olivia and Harry, adding to an already stressful job. Genaro says medical professionals told her to take a break from working because of stress and anxiety, and she claims when she told Jason she was going to step away, he fired her on the spot. She claims she was wrongfully terminated and says Jason and Olivia violated other California labor laws.

But, Jason and Olivia say not so fast.

In their filing, JS and OW claim Genaro was generously paid, even had her salary doubled at the end of 2020, was regularly given raises and was well taken care of by the family.

What's more, Jason and Olivia say Genaro broke her contract by blabbing to the media, claiming she threatened their family by saying she "can be ruthless" and advertising her willingness to "dish" about her time as their nanny.

Jason and Olivia say Genaro resigned and wasn't fired ... and they say they paid for her and her dog to stay for weeks at the Rosewood Hotel in London even after she resigned, footing the bill for over $22,000 worth of in-room food and alcohol charges.

They say she was also reimbursed for $17,000 worth of charges for travel arrangements from London to the U.S.

Kevin Costner has become the target of nasty rumors since his wife filed for divorce, including one accusing the actor of getting a woman working on the set of "Yellowstone" pregnant ... a tale we're told could not be further from the truth.

Sources close to Costner say the latest bit of gossip surrounding the star is "total BS," and has been baselessly circulating online.

It's unclear who started the rumor, or even who Costner allegedly got pregnant, but the fake story has been buzzing on social media since his wife, Christine, filed for divorce Monday.

One Twitter user wrote, "I wonder now, if the drama surrounding Kevin Costner and Yellowstone 'scheduling,' was due to the rumor of him potentially getting someone on set pregnant?" Another said, "So it wasn’t Bentley who got a girl pregnant on the Yellowstone set ... it was Costner."

TMZ broke the story, Costner was blindsided by Christine's filing ... the actor's rep made that clear in telling us, " ... circumstances beyond his control have transpired which have resulted in Mr. Costner having to participate in a dissolution of marriage action."

We're told Kevin had no prior warning Christine was filing to end their 18-year marriage, and he's still in the dark.

In her divorce docs, Christine lists the date of separation as last month -- they got hitched back in 2004. Interesting, since sources say Kevin had no inkling the marriage was ending.

Costner filed a response to the divorce petition in which the prenup is referenced requiring  Christine to vacate Kevin's 3 homes.

Bad Bunny and Kendall Jenner are without question an item ... the two were seen all around NYC together following the Met Gala.

The Puerto Rican rapper and the supermodel showed up arm and arm to a private soiree and then later returned to a swanky Manhattan hotel with Kendall's sisters, Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner.

Check out video, obtained by TMZ, which shows Kendall and Bad Bunny strolling side by side to the party with paparazzi in tow. KJ and BB were obviously enjoying each other's company, smiling and chatting with one another. By the way, KJ was dressed to kill in a sequined black bodysuit showing off her incredible physique.

When the two arrived back at their hotel after the Met, Kendall filed out of their ride first and walked inside the hotel with Bad Bunny several steps behind her. Although the two were not seen in the same frame, they did end up in the same place.

Same thing happened earlier in the day when they both arrived separately at the Metropolitan Museum of Art for the Met Gala.

As you might know, the pair have been spending a lot of time together since February when they were first spotted with one another.

Since then, they have gone out to restaurants and supposedly went on a double date with Justin and Hailey Bieber. They also got close at Coachella, and most recently were seen getting in the same car after a Tyler, The Creator concert.

Sydney Sweeney seems to want to put out the fire over the Glen Powell speculation-- so, after a lot of time apart from her fiancé ... they're finally in the same frame again.

The actress stepped out with Jonathan Davino in NYC Friday night, strolling down the street side by side after she attended an Armani Beauty event earlier that day ... giving each other knowing looks here and there, but mostly remaining stoic as paps fired away.

The photos mark the first time we've seen Sydney and Jonathan together in public for a minute -- over the past several days, we've either seen one or the other ... but not the two of them in one picture. Now, they appear to be trying to send a clear message.

Here's the thing ... while they, perhaps, think this should shut down any further rumors that there's trouble in paradise -- they didn't really do a good job at looking like a happy couple.

No PDA here from what we can see ... and, more importantly, still no engagement ring on Sydney's finger -- which is a look she's been sporting a lot lately -- aka, a bare digit. However, considering Jon's still walking her longtime pet on the regular ... it's hard to make sense of what the hell is going on. Like we told you, sources say they're still engaged.

Sydney and Jonathan being together doesn't translate for Glen's sitch ... whose girlfriend dumped him last week on the heels of a lot of flirtatious behavior between the two costars.

Not only were SS and GP looking hot and compatible on set for their "hard-R" rom-com, as Glen put it, but they sure seemed simpatico off-set as well ... whether it was him dipping Syd on the couch and catching her, or on the red carpet -- where they couldn't stop smiling.

At first, it honestly felt like nothing but conjecture from fans and media alike -- but after the Glen split ... some suggested there may, in fact, be flames under all this smoke.

If Sydney wants to extinguish all this full-stop ... she may have to pucker up and plant one on Johnny there. 'Cause a non-touchy-feely date in New York probably won't cut it.

Mila Kunis may just be tapped to play The Thing in the new "Fantastic 4" movie -- that is ... if you buy a rumor that's running rampant on Twitter this morning.

A movie insider named @MyTimeToShineH -- who's credited with getting scoops before trade publications, and generally being in the know on superhero news -- sent the bird app into a frenzy Friday when they claimed Mila was in talks to portray a female version of Ben Grimm.

Grimm is the name of the dude in the comics who becomes The Thing ... a giant orange rock figure who fights crime alongside Mr. Fantastic, Invisible Woman and the Human Torch.

MTTSH writes, "They are looking at Jewish actors, both male AND female for The Thing in Fantastic Four. Mila Kunis is one of them." They added that the director of the upcoming 2025 flick, Matt Shakman, insisted Grimm be portrayed be a real-life Jewish actor ... as the character is explicitly depicted as Jewish in the comic books, albeit in later iterations.

Now, in case it went over your head -- The Thing is a male character ... and has always been portrayed as such. Whether it was Chuck McCann in the '90s cartoon, Michael Chiklis from the 2000s flick, or Jamie Bell from the 2010s version -- The Thing's known as a guy.

Now, however, based on this report -- or gossip, more like -- it sounds like Marvel's possibly looking to switch things up with a little gender swap ... or at the very least, considering it.

As you might imagine ... Twitter users, by and large, aren't reacting well to the news. The jokes are flying -- and the consensus seems to be, if Kevin Feige and co. go down this road, much of the fanbase will turn their backs on the studio ... as they view this as a step too far.

Of course, it wouldn't be the first time a woman replaced a role usually played by a man -- it notably happened in "Ghostbusters" ... and more recently, in 'Black Panther 2' and "She-Hulk." among other examples. Point is ... it's been done before, and sometimes with success.

As for Mila potentially being eyed for the job ... she wouldn't be half bad. Big star with name recognition and a good range of films under her belt, including action movies and comedies.

Sydney Sweeney and Jonathan Davino seem to still be going strong despite breakup rumors ... as evidenced by her fiancé's latest outing with Sydney's close childhood companion.

Jonathan spent some QT Tuesday with the actress' dog Tank, taking the pup out for a walk. We gotta say, if Jonathan's worried about Sydney romancing her costar Glen Powell ... he wasn't showing it in his shades and athletic wear. Cool as a cucumber, this guy.

FYI, Tank has been in Sydney's life for years ... she adopted her 4-legged friend when she was a teenager. So, the pooch is definitely hers, and not JD's -- another sign the couple's still together.

It's further confirmation of what we first reported ... Sydney and Jonathan's engagement is still intact.

As you know, Sydney and Jonathan got engaged last year, but recently rumors started to swirl they might have called it quits -- a theory fueled by Sydney and Glen seemingly getting very cozy while filming a rom-com down in Australia.

And even after filming ended ... a vid of Glen and Sydney goofing off together recently went viral.

On top of that, the costars were at CinemaCon this week to promote their new flick, and were looking super into each other. Plus, Glen's GF Gigi Paris unfollowed Sydney on social media.

Our sources are shutting down the idea SS and GP are really an item ... making it clear all the flirting was just to pump up their movie.

She mentioned in a February interview with Cosmo she doesn't like dating people in the entertainment industry ... makes sense, he's in the restaurant biz.

A clip of Glen and Sydney goofing around on a couch went viral, showing him dipping her while they both were full of laughs -- folks online took it as a major red flag.

The costars were then seen at CinemaCon to promote their new flick, getting just as close while posing for pics -- looking adoringly at each other.  We're told there's less here than meets the eye.

As for Glen, he's been dating Gigi Paris but she did something that raised eyebrows Monday ... she unfollowed Sydney. We have not been able to confirm whether they're still together.

Glen Powell's girlfriend seemingly isn't here for her boo getting any closer with his costar Sydney Sweeney ... because she did a social media detox of Sydney amid rumors she and Glen called it quits.

Glen's gf, Gigi Paris, unfollowed the "Euphoria" star on Instagram just as Sydney and Glen are stirring buzz their relationship is more than a work thing. Paris also posted breakup music on her IG stories, further fueling the notion she and Glen are dunzo.

Folks online have been speculating that Syd and Glen are a secret item -- or not-so-secret, depending on how you look at it. They both appeared at CinemaCon Monday night in Vegas ... and fans think the looks they're giving each other are super telling.

As you know, they had a blast shooting their new rom-com, "Anyone But You," in Australia... and a seriously cozy clip of the two, had fans going nuts -- one where Glen playfully dips Sydney while chilling on the couch.

Just to complicate things even more ... Sydney's supposedly still with restaurant owner Jonathan Davino, with whom she got engaged last year.

50 Cent is stomping all over Irv Gotti's broken heart in light of the fact Ashanti and Nelly appear to be an item once again!!!

On Monday, 50 reposted Ashanti and Nelly's weekend touchy-feely performance in Vegas but fixed his commentary and jeers on Irv ... with whom the G-Unit rapper has a long-running feud.

Irv told the world last year he had been secretly dating Ashanti way back in the day, but lost his former artist to Nelly years ago ... and embarrassingly found out while watching TV.

Aside from the Sin City performance, Nelly and Ashanti were spotted ringside at the Gervonta Davis vs. Ryan Garcia fight over the weekend, holding hands at that.

Nelly and Ashanti were an item once upon a time -- and now, fans think they're going through déjà vu all over again ... based on videos of them together last night.

The two music stars -- who have history dating back to the 2000s, figuratively and literally -- showed up shoulder to shoulder Saturday night to watch the Garcia/Davis boxing match ... where they had ringside seats right next to each other.

People noticed them almost instantly, and the cameras started to roll ... as seeing the two of them out in public like this is a pretty rare sighting -- and certainly could have implications.

It's not like Ashanti or Nelly were trying to hide, but they did seem to be laying low a little bit. Of course, Twitter lost its s*** when another video of them leaving the main floor surfaced ... which shows them holding hands. Nelly, specifically, grabs a hold of Ashanti.

Later, they were spotted in the tunnel with their entourage and were pretty close to one another in this instance as well ... and even got asked some questions on camera.

After they both answer, the two of them appear to head off in the same direction ... again looking to be holding hands. It could just be friendly, with Nelly playing the gentleman and leading Ashanti out of a crowd by taking the lead. But, that's not how a lot of people see it.

Considering they used to be together back in the day -- something that just came to light not too long ago via stories shared by Irv Gotti, etc. -- folks are thinking they're a couple again.

They well may be ... time will tell, we suppose. If we see 'em out in public again, it could be the final nail in the coffin to confirm they're back on all these years later. Their last public reunion appeared to be nothing but a stunt/troll, but now ... this could be the real deal.

Drake's latest thirst trap in the wee hours of the night is a hot shot, no doubt -- but it also has many fans questioning the authenticity of his abs, instead of just salivating over them like he probably intended.

Late Tuesday, Drizzy was obviously feeling the mood when he posted a photo to IG wearing nothing but a towel around his waist ... captioning the pic "5 min cold plunge for the soul."

It probably took about 5 minutes for fans to give their opinion on Drake's bod -- and many wondered if he had indeed gotten work done ... as they didn't spot the same muscle definition in his arms.

Drake's got a big tour this summer with 21 Savage, so it shouldn't shock anyway to see him getting in tip-top shape for those all shows, either. 🤷🏽‍♂️

50 Cent and his longtime girlfriend Cuban Link sparked engagement rumors over the weekend after she was spotted wearing a HUGE diamond rock while watching him perform ... but fans shouldn't start cooking up about wedding day scenarios just yet.

A rep for 50 Cent tells TMZ Hip Hop ... the ring is not an engagement ring, but the couple IS very much together.

Cuban certainly helped stir the rumor pot with her IG post showing herself backstage watching her man with a Summer Walker love ballad playing -- plus, her caption had white heart and padlock emojis.

She had to know what fans would think, but again ... we're told there's no engagement.

Kylie Jenner was among the many who hit up Coachella this weekend with friends, but the one person not in her orbit was the guy she's rumored to be seeing ... Timothee Chalamet.

The beauty mogul and reality TV star was seen wading through a crowd Friday night and rushing to a VIP area where she could catch Bad Bunny's headlining set ... alongside her sister, Kendall, and other pals in tow -- including Saudi Arabian model Fai Khadra.

You've probably seen this dude hanging out with Kylie and Kendall a lot over the past several years -- and that's because he's a good buddy of theirs ... aka, not a new flame.

Despite the fact that he seems to be guiding Kylie through the chaos -- and even reaching for and touching her hand at one point -- we know there's nothing romantic going on with these two ... it's just platonic, and there are no clear signs of PDA outside of that anyway.

Of course, with that now being established ... it leads to the obvious observation -- Timmy's absence amid a massive rumor mill surrounding these two ... namely, him and Kylie.

As we've reported ... there's been a ton of speculation and gossip about him and Kylie recently dating -- and considering we've seen her car at his place just this past week ... there may, in fact, be some truth to the matter.

Add in the fact they went on a covert mission to grab tacos in the heart of L.A. a full week-plus ago -- in broad daylight, no less -- and that's just more smoke to this would-be fire.

If Kylie Jenner and Timothee Chalamet dating is the fire, then these pics of them pulling off a secret mission for Mexican food is the smoke ... or maybe that's just the tacos.

Here's the deal, Timothee was at an art show last Friday in Santa Monica ... and appeared to be waiting out front for a ride, which is when Kylie's Lincoln Navigator pulled up with her security guards in the front seat.

We're told the actor quickly jumped in the back of her ride, while one of Kylie's guards drove Timothee's Escalade behind them. The cars ended up next door at L.A. staple Tito's Tacos, with Kylie's team getting food and bringing it to the back seat -- where Timothee and Kylie were sitting.

Security kept a tight detail outside the car for about 30 minutes before they drove away. Now, while Kylie's never seen ... who else would be in her car sneaking tacos with Timothee?

Also, he had his own car at the art show, so what's the need for a ride then? Hmm ... 🤔

As we reported, fans have been going nuts over the rumor that they're an item -- and, as we reported, one of her SUVs was at Timothee's home Thursday.

So far, neither is confirming the romance rumors.

One thing's for sure, things are starting to get spicy ... and we don't mean the tacos.

Tristan Thompson is signing with the Los Angeles Lakers, which means he'll be reteaming with LeBron -- but, also, he'll be much closer to Khloe Kardashian ... and that's significant.

The team made it official amid reports that TT had signed with them, taking to social media to announce he was, in fact, a Laker now as they head into the playoffs. Thompson will add depth and experience to their bench.

It sounds like he could get some playing time, too ... considering he's a vet and his history with LBJ in the playoffs, not to mention a good amount of current Lakers players are plagued with injuries. Point guard Shaq Harrison is also signing with LAL.

This is great news for Laker Nation, as their chances at a playoff run seemed slim just a few short weeks ago. Now, however, they have an actual shot ... assuming they can get through the play-in tournament -- which starts this week. Lakers will play the Timberwolves.

Of course, Tristan now being a Laker could be seen as good news for someone else ... and that'd be his baby mama, Khloe -- who'll probably see him a lot more heading into summer.

The dude's already here in L.A. a helluva lot as it stands -- remember, he and KK share 2 children together ... and they have been hanging quite a bit these past several months as they continue to co-parent. They were even at McDonald's in the same ride this past week.

Considering all the other signs of what sure looks to be a romantic rekindling ... something tells us Khloe might be pretty thrilled about Tristan's transfer to the west coast too.

At the very least, it'll make their jobs as mom and dad easier. Congrats!

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's nonprofit paid a pretty penny to the woman who used to run point on all things PR for Michelle Obama ... and some smell politics in the air.

The revelation surfaced in the Archewell Foundation's 2021 tax disclosure docs -- which appear to have just been posted in March ... and which the media perused over the weekend ... only to see MM and co. shelled out hundreds of thousands in strategic PR consulting.

A little over $215,000 was forked over to a company called Invisible Hand, which specializes in social impact and culture ... offering a wide variety of PR-related services on their menu.

What caught people's eye, however, was the $110k that was paid to a company called KMLSA -- a good old-fashioned PR agency based near San Diego, CA. The top dog at this org is none other than Katie Mccormick-Lelyveld ... who's directly tied to the Obamas.

Indeed ... she was actually Michelle's Press Secretary for a while, officially working for the former First Lady from 2007 to 2011. She's also provided PR work for Hillary Clinton in the past ... not to mention John Kerry -- both of whom are huge political titans obviously.

Her company, KML Strategic Advisors, touts itself this way ... "From the corporate war room to the media battlefield, the corner office to the White House, KML Strategic Advisors are your guides through rarified air." Considering her resume, that's pretty darn accurate.

Now, as for what documented purpose the Archewell Foundation paid these 2 agencies ... their tax disclosure keeps it vague, only citing "Strategic Support for Social Impact PR."

That could be interpreted a million different ways ... but some are digesting it as a potential signal that Meghan herself might be gearing up for public office -- and is hiring the best people in the biz to guide her. Of course, it could also just be related to their Royal drama.

We know Meg and Harry are knee-deep in their philanthropy work, and the PR consulting could easily be just about that as well. But, by the same token, we also know Meghan is all about causes -- and there's no better place to advocate and fight for those than D.C.

Time will tell, we suppose!
