Bella Thorne's ex-boyfriend, Mod Sun, is setting the record straight over allegedly keeping her passport from her and damaging her career ... and he's calling BS.

The rapper was heading into Beauty & Essex Friday in Hollywood where our photog asked for his side of the story -- which Bella has been very open about in interviews since the couple split in April. According to her, MS withheld her passport and caused her to miss a flight ... and, ultimately, an important gig. She broke it down for Jenny McCarthy.

Mod Sun clarifies things a bit, telling us she called him out of the blue two months after they'd broken up ... and, essentially, told him she needed her passport back just a couple hours before she was set to take off to Paris. You can listen to the rest ... it's a doozy.

Oh, and as far as her captive laptop that she implies is still out of her possession -- Mod says she got it back the day she "broke in" to his place.

As we first told you, Bella got the boot from Mod's place shortly after they'd broken up when she went to collect her stuff. Cops were called and no one was arrested -- but Mod says she didn't walk away empty-handed ... she left with her laptop. So he's not sure why she's talking that up.

We also asked about Bella questioning Mod's sobriety on Instagram. He tried celebrating being 32 days sober, when she hit him in the comment section with a, "But ur not sober."

4:36 PM PT -- Blac Chyna is firing back at her baby daddy, Rob Kardashian, after he had his attorney sent a letter instructing her that their daughter, Dream, absolutely CANNOT appear on her new reality show, "The Real Blac Chyna" ... while taking some swipes at his own family at the same time.

She posted a lengthy statement Saturday, saying in part ... "Had Rob contacted me directly rather than through his attorney Marty Singer, Rob would have learned about Dream participation in the show."

She goes on to say that Dream was never going to be part of her show, and that she would never subject the kid to "long hours" on set. Further, she says she'd never let Dream be in the presence of the real drama that Chyna and her mom experienced while filming.

Chyna writes, "It is very unfortunate that Rob could not simply have an adult conversation with me 'the mother of his child,' Dream Kardashian, appearing on my show."

Then come the shots at the Kardashian family as a whole. Chyna went on to criticize the fact that Rob and co. have featured Dream on their own reality show, allegedly without ever consulting Chyna and seeing if she was good with it.

BC gets pretty nasty with her critique, writing ... "I also would have pointed out to Rob the hypocrisy of his family's insistence that Dream appear on 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' in the family's desperate attempt to boost the dismal ratings for their stale and contrived show, without my approval, including an entire scene being Dream's birthday party, again without my consent."

Chyna finished her thoughts by saying, "My show is about my life and my kids are a huge part of my life. It's really sad that everything I do to better myself or my family the same people have something to say to stop or hinder it."

Rob Kardashian's pumping the brakes on his 2-year-old daughter becoming a big TV star ... or at the very least he's making sure it doesn't happen on Blac Chyna's new reality show.

Rob's lawyer, legal pit bull Marty Singer, fired off a threatening letter to Chyna, telling her their daughter, 2-year-old Dream, CANNOT appear on her show, "The Real Blac Chyna," without Rob's consent, and he will NOT give consent.

As we reported, Rob and Chyna share 50/50 joint custody, and Singer says there's no way Dream's mother can turn a TV camera on Dream without Rob being on board.

According to the letter, Chyna sent Rob an appearance release for Dream to appear on the series, and he's not gonna sign.

We're told Rob has several reasons for withholding consent. He's seen all the drama with Chyna ... most recently, getting into a crazy fight with her former hairdresser while Dream was in the house and an explosive fight with her mom. We're told Rob feels her life is way too tumultuous and a reality show would just exacerbate the situation.

Beyond that, Rob's had his own experience with reality shows, and for the most part, the experience wasn't good. He doesn't want his daughter subjected to the long hours, the lights and the drama.

The letter ends with a threat to the network that's airing the show ... "Should The Zeus Network proceed with releasing any episodes of the Series or related materials containing Dream's likeness, it will be acting at its own peril and exposing itself to significant liability."

"Orange is the New Black" star Lorraine Toussaint is bailing out of her marriage ... she's filed for divorce.

According to court records ... Lorraine filed her divorce petition Thursday in Los Angeles to make the split from her husband, Robert Michael Tomlinson, official, legally.

According to the docs they have no minor children together ... although there have been reports they have a teenage daughter. They were married on June 25, 2017.

Lorraine is asking the court to award her spousal support, and to block the court's ability to award support the other way around.

Lorraine played inmate Yvonne "Vee" Parker on season 2 on the hit Netflix show, 'OITNB.' She's also appeared on many other TV shows ... including "Where I Live," "Amazing Grace," "Law & Order," "Judging Amy," "Ugly Betty" and "Friday Night Lights."

But, Vee was definitely her breakout role -- she even won a 2015 SAG Award for it, along with her co-stars. Lorraine also garnered rave reviews from TV Guide and Vanity Fair.

She's also done several films, and got praise for her role in "Selma."

"The Wendy Williams Show" has never been better -- as far as the staff is concerned -- and it's all due to her estranged husband's departure.

As you know, Wendy is going through a divorce with Kevin Hunter, who was a producer of her talk show until he left in April amid their rising relationship drama. According to sources close to the TV show ... the collective feeling about his departure was GOOD RIDDANCE.

We're told several staff members called Kevin leaving a "breath of fresh air" ... and say the work environment has been 100 percent less hostile. Our sources say Hunter was notorious for being overly controlling and unpleasant, and had employees in constant fear of being fired.

Kevin's exit has had a huge positive impact on Wendy too. We're told she seemed back to her regular, down to earth self in the final weeks of taping before the show went on hiatus ... and you'd never know she was going through a nasty divorce by the way she was on set.

Williams has been enjoying her single life lately -- especially with her new, young "friend," Marc Tomblin -- but the ex-couple have also been exchanging barbs as their divorce moves ahead.

Wendy accused Kevin of keeping her cooped up at home and treating her like a "show pony," and he fired back by calling her lazy.

There's also the issue between Kevin and their son, Kevin Jr., which isn't any closer to being mended.

All that aside, it seems like everyone working for Wendy is happy and rejuvenated, and we're told they're excited to get back to filming the show after its break ... sans Kevin, of course.

Wendy Williams' estranged husband, Kevin Hunter Sr., says her claim he kept her pent up at home is a lie and adds ... she was too lazy to give a damn -- but Wendy says believe nothing her ex says.

Kevin is firing back at the beloved talk show host after she told us she "was cooped up only to be a show pony" during their marriage. Sources close to Kevin say that's a bald-faced lie, and he claims her memory is just off.

The way Kevin sees it ... Wendy orchestrated her schedule and chose, primarily, to do her talk show and go home. We're told Kevin feels Wendy just didn't want to hit red carpet events or put in any effort outside of the on-camera work for her show.

A source close to Wendy is doubling down though ... calling Kevin "extremely controlling and sneaky" during the marriage, and "nothing he says is the truth."

When it comes to business decisions ... sources close to Kevin say Wendy took a hands-off approach and willingly left everything up to her husband -- trusting him for 22 years to handle her career.

As for Wendy's young, new arm candy ... we're told Kevin isn't jealous and understands why she wants to go out and have some carefree fun.

He does, however, take issue with Wendy saying he “had a full baby with a woman he was involved with for 15 years.” We're told he calls that a gross exaggeration because he didn’t meet his mistress until 2008.

We get the feeling the nitpicking is just beginning -- and even though Wendy thinks they'll eventually make peace -- it feels like their divorce is gonna be a long, drawn-out affair.

Mod Sun has some unanswered questions about Bella Thorne -- the first being, why can't she take a joke? The second being ... WHERE'S MY MONEY?!?!

We got Mod Sun as he was leaving The Nice Guy in WeHo, and had to ask him about what he said a couple of weeks ago. ICYMI ... he told our friends over at TooFab that Bella's stuff was still at his place -- dubbed the Mod Sun storage unit -- and threatened to hawk it all on eBay.

Bella, of course, didn't take too kindly to this ... and blasted Mod as a fame whore.

Mod strongly hints Bella's stuff is STILL at his place, but he also says his issues with her go beyond that. We're talking finances, and specifically ... debt!!! He claims she owes him some cold hard cash, and it sounds like the already bad breakup could get way worse.

As we reported ... Mod and Bella ended their 18-month fairy tale romance after their weekend in Coachella back in April -- and when she tried to get her stuff from his place, the ugliness began.

Welp, the pro wrestling stars whose in-ring engagement went viral -- racking up millions of views -- are now getting DIVORCED ... a little more than 3 years after the famous proposal.

Joey Ryan -- aka Joseph Ryan Meehan -- bent the knee and popped the question to Laura James back in February 2016 ... right in the middle of their Finest City Wrestling match in San Diego.

James -- shocked by the moment -- said yes ... and the two were all set to live happily ever after outside of the squared circle.

But, according court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, the couple separated just 11 months after getting married in November 2017 ... and officially filed for divorce Tuesday.

James stated in the docs that the two are callin' it quits because of "irreconcilable differences."

The two are pretty famous in the wrestling world ... Joey Ryan has had matches in the WWE and is well known for his penis finishing move (for real, watch the clip).

As for James ... she's been a star in Lucha VaVOOM and Global Force Wrestling matches for several years.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Jen Harley look like future legal trouble walking -- even when they're heading for Disney World.

The on and off couple were not looking in the mood for travel, or anything else, as they boarded a flight from Las Vegas to Orlando. To be fair, they were flying Spirit at 2:45 AM ... so that could explain their faces. Other travelers tell us Jen seemed irritated and barked at Ronnie.

We'd chalk that up to the early hour, but then again ... these 2 have a serious history.

Once on board, we're told Ronnie sat 3 rows behind Jen and their 1-year-old daughter, Ariana Sky. They didn't speak AT ALL on the flight. We don't know if they intentionally sat apart, or if they weren't able to book next to each other -- it was a pretty full flight.

When they landed, we're told Jen yelled at Ron to grab their bags, which he did without any argument ... before they hopped into a black SUV.

A source close to the couple tells TMZ ... Ronnie is NOT filming anything there for "Jersey Shore." We're told the plan was for him and his family to celebrate Father's Day at Disney World.

The trip comes nearly a month after Jen was arrested for a New Year's Eve incident when she allegedly threw an ashtray at the reality star.

As we first reported ... Harley was arrested in Vegas on May 16 after she called cops to report someone with a gun. When cops arrived, she was the one hauled off after cops discovered she had an outstanding warrant.

Surveillance video showed Ronnie walking out of a club on the night in question ... with what appeared to be a bloody face. The fight apparently didn't end there cause when Jen got home that night, she allegedly found her home ransacked. She accused Ronnie of breaking a flat-screen TV among other things.

Khloe Kardashian hit back against allegations she cheated with Tristan Thompson at the expense of his baby mama, Jordan Craig.

Khloe says she was reluctant to continue seeing Tristan when he confessed to a pregnant ex ... but believed him when he and his people told her he and his ex were done.

"He pleaded with me that the relationship was over before we met," Khloe says. She claims he showed her evidence ... and had her talking to his lawyer, mother and friends to convince her they were through.

"This is MY TRUTH," Khloe says, insisting she truly believed Tristan was single when they started dating ... and if he wasn't, she is "so completely and utterly sorry," but pins the blame on those who lied to her.

"I pray my truth is in fact that," she wrote. "Lord knows I pray but now, I really don't know what to believe."

Jordan Craig claimed in court documents obtained by Radar Online she found out Tristan was cheating just a month after discovering she was pregnant ... and said Tristan had denied even knowing Khloe before she saw them together in paparazzi pics.

Khloe, of course, would face a similar experience with Tristan on the heels of giving birth and after.

NBA stars Ben Simmons and Tristan Thompson hit up the Lamborghini dealership in Beverly Hills recently ... and it just goes to show that even though they're no longer with the Kardashians, they still got time for each other.

Of course, TT and Khloe went through a nasty breakup after the whole Jordyn Woods drama ... and Kendall Jenner and BS just cut things off for good last month.

But, these guys were bros way before dating KarJenners ... they're both Klutch athletes and have been hanging out in the same circles for years.

We're told the duo looked at cars for about an hour before driving off in Ben's Ferrari ... so it's unclear if they found anything they liked.

After all ... the dude REALLY loves Ferraris.

Joey Fatone is ending things with his wife of nearly 15 years, filing for divorce ... TMZ has confirmed.

The 'NSYNC star filed legal docs on May 13 in Florida stating he wants out of his marriage with Kelly Baldwin. They got married in September 2004 and have two kids together. Joey told Us Weekly at the Critics' Choice Awards he'd been separated and was going through divorce.

He attended the shindig with his GF, Izabel Araujo, whom he's been in a relationship for a little over 4 years. They celebrated their anniversary back in October. Izabel's posted TONS of pics with Joey on her Instagram and they've gone on some dope vacations together.

Further proof Joey and Izabel have been serious ... she attended last year's ceremony when 'NSYNC got its star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Joey and Kelly had been dating on and off for about 10 years before tying the knot. This was Joey's first marriage.

So, the ex-boyfriends of Khloe Kardashian and Kendall Jenner walk into a bar, but Kylie Jenner's already there -- there's no punchline here, just a weird night in West Hollywood.

Kylie was hanging out inside Delilah nightclub well after midnight Thursday morning when NBA stars Tristan Thompson and Ben Simmons rolled in shortly before 2 AM ... aka closing time.

They didn't stay too long -- 5 minutes later, Simmons bolted ... maybe because he saw Kylie, maybe because it was closing? A few minutes later, Kylie and Tristan took off too ... separately, mind you.

Unclear if Kylie had any interaction with Kendall and Khloe's ex-BFs, but as they say ... Hollywood's a one-horse town.

As you know ... Khloe and her baby daddy had a major falling out in February when Kylie's BFF, Jordyn Woods, hooked up with him. And, Kendall and Ben reportedly broke up a few weeks back.

Jenelle Evans' 2nd baby daddy extended an olive branch to her 3rd baby daddy, David Eason, after the men got into a heated dispute outside court -- but they're nowhere near a peace treaty.

Sources connected to the exes tell TMZ ... Nathan Griffith actually reached out to Jenelle on Tuesday after she and David got pissed at him. You'll recall, they called him out for talking to our camera guy. David called Nathan a blabbermouth -- and flipped him off in the process.

We're told Nathan wasn't happy with how things were left as they drove away -- he does share 4-year-old Kaiser with Jenelle -- so he shot her a text to clarify he wasn't trying to do damage by talking to the media, he was just chit-chatting.

Our sources say Jenelle didn't buy it, and thinks Nathan was looking for dirt on her and David's child custody case. BTW, Jenelle got into it with her own mom after Tuesday's court hearing too. Tough family day, for sure.

Back to Nathan though ... we're told he thinks Jenelle and David need to drop their us versus the world attitude, and he told them so.

Fergie wants to go back to the way things used to be ... and be called Stacy Ann Ferguson.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ ... Fergie's asking the judge to restore her former name. She made the request in divorce docs where she also asks that the judge terminate the court's ability to award support for both her and Josh Duhamel.

TMZ broke the story ... she legally switched to her stage name -- Fergie Duhamel -- back in August 2013. At the time she had been married to Josh for nearly 5 years.

As we first reported ... Fergie filed for divorce on Friday. It came as no surprise at the time ... they've been apart publicly since September 2017 when they announced they were breaking up. According to the new docs ... the couple lists the date of separation as April 1, 2017.

Fergie's also asking for joint and legal custody of their 5-year-old son, Axl.

The actor was spotted grabbing a bite Friday at the chic DTLA restaurant Otium, where he and a mystery brunette were chowing down on what we're told appeared to be salads. No clear signs of PDA here, but an eyewitness tells us they were cozying up and seemed pretty comfortable in each other's company ... especially Shia.

Looks like he might've even gone in for a bite of his lady friend's lunch. So yeah ... we'd say they're probably tight.

Now for an even more obvious note ... we're not seeing his most recent girlfriend, FKA Twigs, anywhere in these pics. They've reportedly been dating since fall 2018 and were most recently spotted cupcaking in public a couple of months ago.

Kate Beckinsale seems to have moved on from Pete Davidson ... and she made what looks like a public declaration that was sealed with a smooch.

Kate and a dude were in WeHo Friday leaving Craig's, and with the glare of camera lights trained on them, they locked lips.

Obviously, can't say for sure if this is the real deal, but they seemed tight.

As for Pete, he spent Friday night on a catwalk ... modeling for the first time at Alexander Wang's Collection1 2020 show at Rockefeller Center in New York City. People are going after him on social media for his walk, but then again people on social media go after everybody for anything.

As for Kate, we can't figure out who the guy is, but we do know Craig's seems to be her go-to date joint when she's in L.A. She went there on her first public date with Pete Davidson as well.
