'Bachelor' star and former NFL player Colton Underwood better avoid his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Randolph, at least until he can plead his case in front of a judge ... TMZ has learned.

According to new court docs, a judge signed off on Cassie's request for a temporary restraining order against Colton, requiring him to keep at least 100 yards from her, her home, her work and avoid any contact or threatening behavior.

In October, he'll have a chance to appear at a hearing where he can argue his side of things ... but in the meantime, he has to steer clear of Cassie.

One last thing ... Cassie attached photos of the alleged tracking device she claims Colton stuck to her car in order to keep up with her whereabouts. It's a small, black contraption ... and she says it was taped to the bottom of the back bumper of her car.

As we first told you ... Cassie claims that -- in addition to allegedly trying to track her -- Colton was also bombarding her and others with harassing texts.

Chris Pratt and Anna Faris got divorced nearly 2 years ago but still co-owned the house they lived in as a married couple, until now ... 'cause the crib's finally been sold.

Chris and Anna finally sold the Hollywood Hills home for a cool $4.75 million ... nearly 2 years after putting it on the market for $5 million. They bought it for $3.3 million back in 2014.

The Mediterranean-style crib features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms with a sweet open floor plan. Enjoy a little R&R in the pool/spa and steam room or really break out a sweat on your own tennis court or in the outdoor gym. Gotta love L.A. weather ... most of the time, anyway.

Either way, Chris and Anna have to be pretty stoked about putting this bad boy behind them. Chris is remarried his new wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger and their new bundle of joy. Anna's also enjoying her engagement to cinematographer Michael Barrett.

Chris and Anna's divorce was so amicable ... they agreed to live within a 5-mile radius of each other for the first 5 years after the divorce to help their son Jack's transition.

Ray J and Princess Love look like they're calling off their marriage once -- okay twice -- and for all ... but this time he's making the big move.

Ray J filed divorce docs Monday in L.A. citing irreconcilable differences -- a move that comes a few months after Princess Love first filed to divorce her husband and "Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood" costar.

So, what happened? After Princess filed in May, the couple reconciled over the summer, but it obviously didn't last.

As we reported, they'd been living separately earlier in the year after their relationship issues culminated with a blowout fight in Las Vegas in November.

Princess claimed Ray J "stranded" her and their daughter, Melody, in Sin City following the heated argument. At the time, Princess was only weeks away from having their second child.

Princess gave birth to their son, Epik, in January, but it wasn't enough to smooth things over ... and now it seems they want to be officially donezo. Like, for real this time. For now.

The couple tied the knot back in 2016 and have the 2 kids together.

Tamar Braxton beat the crap out of her ex-boyfriend and threatened to kill him ... at least that's what he claimed while seeking court-ordered protection from her.

The singer's ex, David Adefeso, filed for the restraining order, alleging Tamar attacked him while he was driving his car, and threatened to have him killed.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, David claims Tamar started punching him during an argument while he was driving his Rolls-Royce. David claims Tamar violently socked him in the jugular, disorienting him and nearly causing him to crash.

According to the docs, David claims he parked the car and Tamar started trashing it -- allegedly smashing the camera and rearview mirror. He claims he suffered bruising to his neck and shoulder area along with the damage to his Rolls.

Since the alleged attack, which he says led to their breakup, David's ex claims she's been threatening to kill him. In docs, he says Tamar told him her ex-husband wanted to "send goons" to kill him 6 months ago, but she stopped it. He claims she's now threatening to let those "goons" loose.

David beelined it to court, filing for a temporary restraining order.

If true, the allegations are another sign of the turmoil in Tamar's life. As we reported, David called 911 recently saying she'd attempted suicide ... and he claimed it was all over beef with WeTV.

Remember ... family sources connected to Tamar have told us they think she changed while dating David, and we'd also been told he seemed controlling in her upcoming WeTV spinoff reality show.

'Bachelor' Colton Underwood's split with Cassie Randolph just got that much more nasty ... she's filed for a restraining order against the reality star.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Cassie filed Friday in Los Angeles. It's currently unclear what her allegations are against him and if a judge has signed off on the order.

Colton picked Cassie at the end of his season of "The Bachelor" in 2019 ... but the two never got engaged. The couple announced their split in May of this year, and there were rumors that the breakup was a bad one ... but it was unclear what exactly happened.

Colton also had some health issues just before the split ... as he tested positive for COVID-19.

We've reached out to Colton's rep ... so far no word back.

Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson are no longer just getting cozy again ... they're also getting sweaty together.

Khloe and Tristan hit up Malibu Hills Wednesday for a healthy hike and seemed to cement what everyone's suspected for some time -- they're back together. The old adage that couples that dress together, stay together may also be true ... 'cause they seemed to coordinate their sleek black outfits.

Tristan even gave his sports agency -- Klutch Sports Group -- some good pub. BTW, it appears 'KUWTK' cameras were also rolling during their hike ... so, it's also possible this was just a scenic location for a heavy convo you'll eventually see on the show.

As we reported ... Scott Disick confirmed -- albeit, accidentally -- Khloe and Tristan are back together with a since-deleted comment on one of Khloe's Instagram posts. Remember, Khloe and Tristan have been hanging out a lot in recent months. They've also been quarantining together, but we initially thought that was just to co-parent.

But, take note ... no sign of True on this hike.

Here's the thing about Malibu ... as fancy as it can be, it's also really just kinda a one-horse town, which Scott Disick learned all too well Friday night when he, Kourtney Kardashian and Sofia Richie all dined under the same roof.

Scott and Kourtney hit up Nobu in Malibu, a favorite of celebs these days. It seems to be his go-to place. Thing is ... it was also his go-to place when he was dating Sofia for several years after his breakup with Kourtney, and she was there too.

Our Kardashian sources say Scott and Kourtney are friends with lots of history and great co-parents, but their relationship is strictly that and no more.

Stacey Dash and her husband both want their marriage off the books like it never happened ... and the mister's claiming he only said "I do" while in a spiritual trance.

Stacey's estranged lawyer hubby, Jeffrey Marty, filed new court docs in response to Stacey's divorce petition ... and he's asking a judge to annul the marriage, something Stacey herself doesn't appear to oppose.

Jeff claims he only took his vows after Stacey's pastor put some serious religious pressure on him. He says they got hitched on April 6, 2018 -- but that's only because 10 days prior, he claims her pastor "unexpectedly and suddenly proclaimed that it was God's will" they get hitched.

Anyway, Jeff says that his ability to consent to the marriage was hijacked by the use of "hypnotic prayer techniques." Jeff doesn't describe the techniques or how he was programmed to marry Stacey. He also says there was pressure from other clergies to tie the knot.

Now, for Stacey's part ... she and her attorneys don't fully admit to what Jeff claims here about the hypnotism and all ... they say he didn't show any unusual signs about his mental state at the time. But, she's not fighting him and she too is asking the judge to annul the marriage ASAP.

Fetty Wap's estranged wife wants possession of the rock he slipped on her finger when he proposed, or a fat stack of cash ... but Fetty's saying she's outta luck, 'cause he never owned it.

Leandra Gonzalez filed docs asking a judge to order Fetty to turn over the $60k engagement ring from their failed marriage.

If he doesn't produce the rock, she claims he owes her $37,000 -- the appraised value of the engagement ring. Leandra's arguing it's hers to keep because they went through with the marriage, tying the knot August 3, 2019, in Toronto.

Under the law that's called a "gift in contemplation of marriage" ... and since they said, "I do," she's saying she will take that ring -- but Fetty says there's a catch here.

Fetty's position is he never owned the ring outright when he proposed. He claims he bought the ring on consignment from the jeweler and never ended up paying for it. A few months after the marriage crumbled, Fetty says he snapped up the ring and gave it back to the jeweler.

He is willing to negotiate with Leandra, a little. In docs, the Jersey rapper offers a straight-up trade ... the jeweler keeps the diamond ring, and he will give Leandra HIS wedding band.

Kim Kardashian has her sights set on her next prison case -- saying she's going to put her resources toward helping free a famous rapper who's Master P's sibling ... AKA, C-Murder.

She made the announcement Sunday, noting evidence has been questioned in the case and that eyewitnesses have since recanted their testimony about pinning him to the crime he was convicted of committing, not to mention jurors allegedly being pressured to vote guilty.

Kim writes, "On January 18, 2002 a tragedy occurred when a young man was killed. The next day Corey Miller was arrested for the murder." She went on to say he was convicted on a ruling of 10-2, and that if his trial happened today ... it would have to be unanimous.

She says true justice means catching the actual killer -- C-Murder was accused of fatally shooting a 16-year-old at a Louisiana club -- and that in light of these new developments over the past several years, it's time to get him out, or have him retried at the very least.

Right now, C-Murder is serving a life sentence at the Louisiana State Penitentiary.

Kim also says she's teaming up with C-Murder's ex-girlfriend, Monica, in the effort to free him. Monica's been outspoken about the cause for a while -- and now, she has a powerful ally in KK to actually get some movement. Kim's bringing on some high-leverage attorneys.

It looks like C-Murder himself is incredibly appreciative of the love and dedication Monica's shown over the years ... 'cause he shouted her out in a new IG post in light of the news.

He writes, "Moses when they took me I told you go live your life because you didn’t deserve what the system was about to do to me. You still stood for me, without me asking created a team that could change the outcome of a very unfair fate! You been Forever Tru , One in a Lifetime!! @monicadenise got em saying #FreeCoreyMiller."

Jorge Nava is finally following through with his promise to end his "90 Day Fiance" marriage to Anfisa Arkhipchenko ... he's officially filed for divorce.

Jorge filed this week in Arizona, only a few days after the former couple marked their 3-year wedding anniversary.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Jorge lists Nov. 19 as the date of separation. He cites the usual irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.

There doesn't appear to be major hurdles ... Jorge and Anfisa did not have any children together and in the docs, he says they don't have any property or debts together.

We broke the story ... Jorge vowed back in March to leave his Russian bride after finishing his prison stint for drug charges. He claimed Anfisa abandoned him while he was behind bars and ran off to be with another man.

Jorge and Anfisa were a big hit during season 4 of the show, and on Aug. 1, 2017, they tied the knot.

As we first reported ... Jorge shed a whopping 128 pounds while doing hard time, and now it seems he's cashing in on his new and improved look -- posting a lot of loving pics with a new woman.

Brian Austin Green is still hurting over the Megan Fox breakup, and he's not hiding it -- he's mocking her love for Machine Gun Kelly by waving their kids in her face.

ICYMI, Meg took to IG Wednesday to post a photo of her and MGK, both in towels ... posing for a steamy mirror selfie ... with the gushing caption, "Achingly Beautiful Boy... My heart is yours."

Awww -- good for her, right? Not in Brian's book!

Megan's post seemed to have BAG feeling some sorta way, based on his blistering public response. He posted 4 photos of his sons -- three of them being Megan's -- Bodhi, Journey and Noah, but his caption was the dagger.

He added the same "achingly beautiful" line, but said his heart belongs to his sons. It's an obvious shot with the not-so-subtle message being (we think) ... don't forget you got kids who deserve your love and attention too.

Naya Rivera's ex-husband, Ryan Dorsey, has broken his silence on her untimely death -- and his tribute to her is gut-wrenching.

Ryan -- who's also the father of her son, Josey -- took to Instagram Saturday with a heartfelt post about his ex-wife for the first time since she disappeared and was later discovered dead at Lake Piru, throwing up a photo of her and their boy together along with a lengthy caption.

He writes, "This is so unfair...there's not enough words to express the hole left in everyone's hearts. I can't believe this is life now. I don't know if I'll ever believe it. You were just here... We were just in the back swimming with Josey the day before."

Ryan continued, "Life just isn't fair. I don't know what to say...I'm thankful for our times and our journey that brought us together and gave us the sweetest and kindest smart little boy we could ever hope for. I remember sometimes you used to get annoyed at me: 'Ryan can you stop snap chatting!' Haha. I'm glad I didn't listen to you because I have hundreds and probably thousands of snaps and videos that Josey will have forever and know his momma loved him more than life, and how much fun we had together as he was growing up."

He went on to say that Josey's presence alone would make any bad times a little less because a piece of Naya will forever live on within him, and by extension ... with Ryan. He added, "(Josey will) never forget where he came from. We miss you. We will always love you. Love you Meep."

Ryan went on to thank everyone for the outpouring of support, saying ... "I'll just say in closing, be kind to yourself, be kind to others, forgive...forget...don't hold grudges....if you have nothing nice to say maybe try not to say anything. There's peace in silence." He finished, "Time on Earth is precious and you just never know....you never know what could happen. Hold your loved ones close, and cherish the times you have with those you care about."

Ryan was one of several members of Naya's loved ones who went to Lake Piru in the days after her disappearance -- even getting in the water at one point to feel a connection.

They had a somewhat tumultuous 4-year marriage -- Naya was arrested for domestic violence in 2017 after an argument over their kid turned violent. She filed for divorce shortly thereafter.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. just wished his second-oldest son, Conor Kennedy, a happy birthday ... blessing us with a collage of hot shots that truly show just how strong that Kennedy DNA is.

RFK Jr. posted a b-day shout-out Saturday to his boy to celebrate his 26th birthday, writing ... "Happy Birthday,Conor! #condorkennyabish Nakuruai." He also attached several photos of the handsome young buck, several of which showed CK looking hunky and shirtless.

Look, the guy is VERY good looking -- we'd say like father like son, but with this family -- it's more along the lines of ... like Kennedy like Kennedy. Just a bunch of handsome dudes.

In Conor's case ... he's no exception. Some of the photos his dad posted showed him with his sister, Kyra, his brothers William and Aidan and his niece Bobby. The new generation of Kennedys are pretty tight it seems -- and the family seems to only get bigger by the year.

Now, Conor here has already sorta broken through the fame threshold ... even at his relatively young age. The guy dated Taylor Swift briefly in the summer of 2012 -- and by all accounts, she was pretty smitten with him. This was on the heels of his mother, Mary Richardson Kennedy, passing away by suicide -- which left him and his siblings grief-stricken.

Taylor was reportedly a rock for Conor during that difficult time, but things seemed to turn when she bought a house in Hyannis Port, MA ... literally a few houses away from the Kennedy compound, where Conor lived. There were reports ... it made him "nervous."

That's all water under a bridge now though -- he's moved on, and so has Taylor, obviously. Conor's since beefed out to be quite the man. If you need more proof, his stepmom, Cheryl Hines, posted even more throwback photos/thirst traps of the kid ... and yes, they too are to die for.

'Love & Hip Hop' star Mariahlynn claims her ex and his new GF beat the crap out of her and a pal with a bat and blade, leaving them bloodied and battered ... this according to cops.

Law enforcement sources tell us the reality star filed a police report this past week alleging she and a good friend of hers were ambushed by Mariahlynn's former boyfriend, whom she says had invited her over to his place in the Bronx to hash things and make peace.

We're told Mariahlynn described an incredibly horrific sequence of events to police ... she said as soon as she and the woman she was with arrived at the ex-boyfriend's apartment, they were immediately jumped by both him and his new girlfriend, who allegedly pulled out a blade and even used a bat to beat the two women before they escaped.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us ... Mariahlynn was punched in the face, kicked in the back of her leg, dragged by the hair and held down so the other woman could pile on. We're told Mariahlynn's friend was beaten with the bat and brutally attacked too.

We’re told Mariahlynn has multiple contusions, a fractured leg, a cut face and a black eye. TMZ obtained photos of injuries Mariahlynn claims resulted from the alleged beatdown -- as you can see, they're gnarly.

Our law enforcement sources noted visible injuries to Mariahlynn and her friend -- listing the alleged crimes as felonious assaults. We're told neither the ex-boyfriend nor his alleged accomplice has been arrested -- NYPD cops are currently investigating.

Naya Rivera's ex-fiance, Big Sean, has been silent about her tragic death ... until now.

Sean posted a tribute to his ex, saying, "Rest in Peace Naya, God Bless your Soul! Thank you for blessing us all with your talent and presence. You are a hero!  Not just because of how you saved your son, also because of the barriers you knocked down for so many people to make them feel confident in themselves and to stand tall and be proud when they couldn't achieve that on their own."

He goes on ... "I appreciate and cherish everything that ever happened between us for making me wiser and a better person. I'm still grieving and in shock, I can't believe this is real."

As you probably know, Naya and Sean were engaged in 2013 after dating for only 6 months. They had a bad breakup 5 months later. Naya says the end of the relationship was hurtful ... "We'd been fighting for five straight days while he was traveling, and then on the one day he was back in LA, he said he didn't want to see me."
