Rudy Giuliani's alleged felony assault in a grocery store was captured on surveillance video, and ... let's just say it's not as violent as Rudy made it out to be.

The video captured the moment, Sunday in a Staten Island ShopRite ... an employee came up from behind the former NYC Mayor, and you definitely see him slap Giuliani on the back and then exchange some words.

As we reported, the suspect said "What's up, scumbag?" as he struck Giuliani ... and you can tell from the video the guy's slap and choice words irked, not only Giuliani, but the team of people around him. Giuliani told the NY Post he felt a "tremendous pain" in his back, and the guy was yelling at him about the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade.

The suspect was arrested for felony assault -- it's a felony because Rudy is over 65.

Although Giuliani said he was nearly knocked to the ground ... it doesn't appear that way in the video. Now, Donald Trump's ex-attorney is calling for the suspect to get jail time. During a news conference he said, "He hit me to knock me down and if that doesn't merit jail time in New York, we're in the wild wild west."

If Johnny Depp's trip to Paris has him looking like the King of France, it's because he's about to be ... and his excitement about it is written all over his face.

Johnny was still rocking that ear-to-ear smile he's had ever since emerging victorious over his ex-wife Amber Heard in their defamation case ... as he left his hotel in Paris and headed for a private jet flight.

JD was in France last weekend ... reportedly preparing for his role as Louis XV in a film called, "Jeanne du Barry."

He was clean-shaven and greeted just about everyone with smiles and handshakes ... as he made his way from the hotel to his private jet.

As for his ex, Amber Heard, she was spotted shopping at TJ Maxx last week.

Billie Joe Armstrong's had it with America after the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade -- so much so, he says he's dropping his U.S. citizenship.

The Green Day frontman unloaded his frustrations during a London concert -- he was actually onstage Friday, the same day the SCOTUS opinion was officially issued, and said he's decided the U.K.'s the place for him.

He told the crowd, "I'm renouncing my citizenship," adding the U.K. might just become his new home.

He continues, "There's just too much stupid in the world to go back to that miserable excuse for a country." The singer gives a word of warning, too -- "You're going to get a lot of me in the coming days."

The guy's been known to share his political thoughts publicly ... 2004's hit "American Idiot" speaks for itself, while a 2016 performance at the AMA's featured a seemingly-unapproved chant on live TV ... "No Trump, No KKK, No fascist USA."

WNBA superstar Brittney Griner appeared in a Russian court on Monday for an important hearing in her drug case ... and while she looked to be in good shape, she was flanked by multiple security guards and had shackles on her wrists.

The Phoenix Mercury center -- who had previously been ordered to remain in pretrial detention until at least July 2 -- made the appearance wearing a grey t-shirt and sweats.

At the proceedings, a July 1 trial date was set for Griner -- nearly five months after she was initially detained in the foreign country for allegedly having hashish oil in her luggage at an airport.

Photos from the court show the 2-time Olympic gold medalist had her eyes wide open ... and was cuffed to an officer who was leading her to her court appearance.

Griner, who was ordered to stay in custody for the duration of her trial, is facing up to 10 years behind bars if she's convicted on the charges against her.

While U.S. officials, including congressman Colin Allred, have claimed Griner is "a political prisoner" ... a spokesperson for Vladimir Putin, Dmitry Peskov, told NBC News that Brittney's detainment is because she broke the country's law, not because she's being used as some sort of pawn.

Johnny Depp's attorney Camille Vasquez is plotting her next move after winning his case against Amber Heard ... and she's in high demand in both the legal world and Hollywood.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ … Camille's considering a wide range of career options in the wake of the Depp-Heard trial, and her rise to fame, including media, law and even authoring a book.

Camille's a "big get" for lots of Hollywood bigwigs ... we're told she's speaking with agents and network execs about a bunch of projects ... like broadcasting roles, speaking engagements, branding opportunities and even starting her own production company.

We're told Camille's taking it slow, and is trying to decide if Hollywood, law or both are the right fit.

As for law ... we're told she's being courted by some major law firms. It makes sense ... law firms are all about snagging clients, and Camille is now in high demand by litigants around the country. We're told at least 4 big law firms are making a full-court press, and last Wednesday in NYC she met with a managing partner at one of them.

She's getting hit up by scores of folks who need a lawyer, and we're told there's one high-profile potential client who's close to going to trial, and she's interested in the case.

As we reported, Camille was hailed as "Wonder Woman" on her way to NYC ... jumping to aid a passenger who was suffering a medical emergency on her flight.

She's also pondering the idea of writing a book ... in her spare time, right?

As Camille mulls over her next move, we're told she's visiting her boyfriend, Ed, at his place in London, where they plan to celebrate her upcoming birthday.

Camille told us she was going to see Johnny again ... and our sources say they're trying to put something on the calendar while they're both in Europe.

Sounds like Camille's got quite the summer ahead.

A woman is suing Daily Harvest, the organic food-subscription company, claiming its French Lentil + Leek Crumbles have upended her life, causing her gallbladder to be removed, liver damage and all sorts of other problems.

Carol Ann Ready claims back in May, she bought the product through her online subscription. The same day she ate the Crumbles, she began experiencing abdominal pain and gastrointestinal distress.

It got so bad she couldn't handle it ... she said on a pain scale she was either 9 out of 10 or possibly 10 out of 10. So, 2 days later she went to the ER and got pain meds and was told to go home and eat a bland diet.

Now here's the crazy part ... she went home and several weeks later ate more Crumbles and it made a bad situation desperate. Her abdominal pain intensified so she went back to the hospital.

Doctors found she had elevated liver enzymes, and she stayed in the hospital for 4 days. Doctors concluded she had both liver and gallbladder dysfunction. She was told she may have to endure the pain indefinitely. They told her the best course would be to remove her gallbladder, which they did.

It's unclear if she continues to have liver problems, but she says she continues to suffer significant pain and she'll need time to see doctors and that could mess up her career.

She's suing for more than $75,000 -- btw, that's just a placeholder. She'll probably ask for a lot more.

As we previously reported, the company has told its customers not to eat the Crumbles and they are investigating. Scores of customers have complained of severe pain and various medical problems connected to the product.

Vic Mensa's pleading guilty to possession of a controlled substance, but he won't do any time behind bars after striking a deal with prosecutors ... TMZ has learned.

Kendra Glover, a rep for the Loudoun County Commonwealth's Attorney, tells TMZ ... Mensa pled guilty to one count of possession of a Schedule III controlled substance, which is a Class 1 misdemeanor.

We're told as part of the plea deal he got 12 months in jail, but that was suspended -- meaning instead of serving it behind bars, he'll have a year of unsupervised probation.

Vic will also have to take a substance abuse assessment, perform 25 hours of community service, and pay a $1k fine. BTW, he'll get 50 percent off that fine if he successfully completes the other probation terms.

As we've reported, Vic was arrested back in January at Dulles International airport for going through customs with a stash of shrooms.

Vic tells TMZ ... "In this case, I have decided to plead guilty to a misdemeanor charge. I have been extremely vocal about my mental health, the culture at large and access to mental health treatment. It is important to note the extensive research being done on the topic of psilocybin [shrooms] and the many significant movements underway for legalization and decriminalization.

He continues, "Esteemed universities such as Johns Hopkins, University of California, NYU, Mount Sinai School of Medicine and The Imperial College of London have all immersed themselves in years-long research programs with full departments and centers dedicated to this work. Unfortunately, our laws have not kept up with the research showing that psychedelic plants and compounds can be successfully used to treat otherwise treatment-resistant mental illness."

Bam Margera has vanished from a Florida rehab facility -- and police are on the lookout for him … this coming just 2 weeks after he bolted from a court-mandated rehab center, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Bam was last spotted around 5:30 PM Saturday in Deerfield Beach, FL, after he left LifeSkills residential facility without permission. He was sporting a black shirt, black sweatpants and black sneakers.

Broward County detectives are now searching for Bam, asking anyone with information as to his whereabouts to call them.

Earlier this month, Delray Beach cops went looking for Bam after he disappeared from a rehab facility.

According to a police report, the 'Jackass' star went missing on June 13 after Bam told the facility's manager that he was unhappy with their services. Bam allegedly told the manager he was going to check himself into a different rehab center nearby ... and then left the premises in a black sedan without authorization from the staff or the court.

Days later ... cops found Bam at a Delray Beach hotel in the area and escorted him back to the treatment center. TMZ obtained photos of Bam out the day before he was found, at a few bars close to his hotel. We're told he'd been off his medication for several days, and his team was worried he'd relapsed.

Travis Scott is getting dragged for his latest purchase, a $5.5 million luxury car ... the family of a 9-year-old who died at Astroworld says it's just not a good look.

Bob Hillard, the attorney for the family of Ezra Blount, tells TMZ ... Ezra would still be alive today, enjoying his summer, if Travis would've spent half of what he paid for the Bugatti on simple safety measures at the deadly music festival.

As we reported ... Ezra, who was trampled at Astroworld, sued Travis before he died from his injuries ... and Travis recently splurged on a new Bugatti Veyron Chiron Super Sport despite the mountain of lawsuits he's facing.

While Ezra's attorney says Travis has every right to live life as he sees fit, including buying what he wants, Hillard rips Travis' choices as "excessive" ... and says everything Travis does should be questioned because of what happened at Astroworld.

Ezra's lawyer also has some choice words for Travis' camp ... ripping them for trying to make Travis look good with a $5.5 million car in his driveway as the Astroworld litigation heats up.

We reached out to Travis' reps ... so far no word back.

Michael Jackson's estate claims a man engaged to one of his siblings used the chaos and sadness around MJ's death to jack a bunch of property from the singer's home.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, MJ's estate claims Jeffre Phillips, who they say was engaged to one of Michael's siblings when he died, apparently used his 9-day stay in Michael's Carolwood House to steal personal and private property.

Michael's estate claims Phillips started staying at the home right after MJ died on June 25, 2009 and pulled off brazen acts of theft under the cover of all the hullabaloo around the home ... making off with items including MJ's iPhone, California drivers license, prescription pill bottles with pills inside and some clothes.

What's more, Michael's estate claims Phillips also stole handwritten notes from MJ ... plus a briefcase filled with personal and business papers, as well as video cameras, computers and hard drives.

And, get this ... the estate says Phillips even stole the pajamas Michael was wearing in the final hours before his death -- which had apparently been removed from his body by the paramedics trying to save his life -- and a resuscitator tube that appears to have been used on Michael.

The lawsuit does not specify which of Michael's siblings Phillips was engaged to.

The timing of the filing is interesting ... it was filed Friday, just before the 13th anniversary of Michael's death.

Say what you want, but Blac Chyna can't seem to stop chasing the bag ... cause she'll be in an upcoming movie and her new role is actually hilarious!

We've learned Chyna landed the role in the flick ... "Secret Society 2." She'll be playing a publicist named Vicki, who specializes in crisis management -- something BC knows a thing or 2 about!

In the movie, Chyna's character, Vicki, plays a badass publicist who goes to extreme lengths for her clients ... especially when it comes to Celess and Si Si, two rising stars in young Hollywood with secrets that can ruin their careers. Right when they are on the brink of making it big, things take a deadly turn.

And, she has co-stars -- Reyna Love, Erica Pinkett, Vivica A. Fox, and Jeremy Meeks. BTW ... 3 of Chyna's songs will be featured in the film.

Chyna's performance is already in the can ... it was shot months before her recent trial against the Kardashians ... a trial which she lost.

Miasha Coleman, the executive producer, tells us ... "Blac Chyna is definitely no stranger to headlines and publicity, so naturally she nailed her part as a publicist! We are also excited to showcase her music in 'Secret Society 2.' They fit the vibe of the movie perfectly."

Kudos to the producers -- casting BC as a crisis PR type given the multitude of crises in which she's been embroiled. As they say ... good actors draw upon their own experiences.

Brian Laundrie's notebook confession to murdering Gabby Petito is now public for the first time ... revealing his handwritten excuse for why he took her life.

In the 8-page confession, first obtained by Fox News, Laundrie admits killing her, but claims he only did it after Gabby sustained an injury while they were hiking in Wyoming.

He thought what he was doing was "merciful, that it is what she wanted, but I see now all the mistakes I made. I panicked. I was in shock."

Laundrie also seemed to be ready to take his own life at the point of writing his confession ... saying "From the moment I decided, took away her pain, I knew I couldn't go on without her."

As you know, the notebook was picked up with the rest of his bag in Florida's Myakkahatchee Creek Environmental Park by FBI agents back in October when the hunt for him was in full swing.

The pages suffered some significant damage, although his writings remained legible -- it had been underwater for roughly 5 weeks.

With growing Roe v. Wade protests outside the Supreme Court and Capitol ... police there are taking an all-hands-on-deck approach.

Sources within the Capitol Police tell TMZ ... cops were anticipating the landmark SCOTUS decision and they've been bracing for protests and preparing their response, beefing up security at the Capitol to address any civil unrest.

The Supreme Court does have its own police force, but we're told CPD is currently at the Court to bolster the ranks there, in addition to patrolling the Capitol.

All Capitol Police officers are now working extended duty -- we're told what is typically an 8-hour daily shift is being boosted to 12 to 16 hours on duty.

Tensions are high after SCOTUS overturned the 50-year-old precedent that legalized abortion nationwide ... and we're told the protests forming outside the Capitol feature both pro-life supporters and pro-choice advocates.

The way Capitol Police sees it ... anytime there are crowds of people on opposing sides, it's a recipe for potential violence.

We're told officers are just monitoring the crowds for now ... but it's clear they are prepared for the worst, some are already suited up in riot gear.

In another sign of the times ... we're told in addition to a security fence around the Supreme Court, there are snipers positioned on the roof of the building.

The Supreme Court's own police force is small, which is why Capitol Police are sending over more manpower.

Author and women's rights attorney Kathryn Kolbert joined us on "TMZ Live" Friday, and she's calling out the Supreme Court Justices for overturning Roe ... saying they've taken away a woman's decision and instead placed it in the hands of politicians.

She, as well as millions across the country, see this as erasing 50 years of progress -- and Kathryn's worried this could only be the beginning of serious backpedaling.

Justice Alito's written opinion says the Constitution makes no reference to abortion, making it unprotected in their eyes ... Kathryn believes that logic could trigger the removal of a laundry list of rights.

A huge crowd has gathered outside the Supreme Court. Several people in the crowd have signs protesting the decision.

The U.S. Supreme Court has officially overturned Roe v. Wade ... reversing the 50-year-old precedent that legalized abortion nationwide.

Justice Samuel Alito -- the conservative justice who has sat on the Court since 2006 -- wrote the opinion and didn't mince words, writing, "We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled. The Constitution makes no reference to abortion, and no such right is implicitly protected by any Constitutional provision ... It is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people's elected representatives."

Four justices signed on to Alito's opinion. Chief Justice Roberts wrote a separate, concurring opinion.

Alito added, "Roe was egregiously wrong from the start."

Put simply, a majority of the justices ruled there was no right under the U.S. Constitution for a woman to have an abortion ... so a Mississippi law that banned most abortions after the 15th week of pregnancy was not unconstitutional.

The three liberal justices -- Breyer, Kagan and Sotomayor -- wrote a joint dissent, harshly criticizing the majority's reasoning and lamenting the public-health risks of overturning Roe for women across the country. The dissenters note the majority made no exceptions for rape, incest, the health of the mother or physical abnormalities of the fetus.

The reversal doesn't mean that abortion automatically becomes illegal in the country ... the issue will now be left to the states, but 13 states have trigger laws that outlaw abortions as soon as the Court overturned Roe. Nine other states have laws on the books that, if enforced, will severely restrict or outlaw the right to an abortion.

Many other states are expected to severely restrict abortion rights in response to the ruling. Abortion has been a hot-button issue for decades ... and it's very likely this decision will only stoke the flames.

The leaked draft opinion caused a huge stir at the time. It was an enormous breach of protocol for the nation's highest court and prompted an immediate investigation to determine the source of the leak. Chief Justice Roberts called it "absolutely appalling" but vowed that the leak would have no effect on the justices' decision process. The results of that investigation have not been released.

The Court issued the ruling along with a host of other opinions in advance of its summer recess … but it's clear that everyone is focused on Roe.

Amber Heard is now officially on the hook for $8.35 million, and she could be on the hook for even more if she appeals the defamation verdict.

As you know, a jury awarded Johnny Depp the $8.35M after an explosive trial. The judge Friday officially entered the judgment into the court record, and there's a string attached if Amber decides to go forward with an appeal.

The judge said if Amber appeals she must post a bond in the full amount of Johnny's judgment PLUS 6% -- that's an additional $621k. Presumably, the 6% is an interest penalty for a delay in collection.

As for Amber, her rep released a statement invoking, of all things, the January 6th House hearings, stating ... she will indeed appeal, saying, "As stated in yesterday's congressional hearings, you don't ask for a pardon if you are innocent.  And, you don't decline to appeal if you know you are right."

Johnny Depp's attorney Camille Vasquez helped another guy out of a jam ... she's being hailed as "wonder woman" for tending to a man suffering a medical emergency at 40,000 feet.

Folks on an American Airlines flight from Los Angeles to New York this week tell us Camille rushed to assist an elderly passenger who collapsed and hit his head midflight.

We're told the incident went down when the man in his 70s fell to the floor while walking past her and her bodyguard, who were both sitting in first class.

When the flight attendants yelled for help, we're told Camille and her muscle sprang out of their seats and tended to the guy.

Passengers say Camille got in touch with her brother-in-law, a doctor, and he started guiding her through steps to check if the man was having a heart attack or brain bleed from the fall.

Camille's bodyguard took off his Apple watch to monitor the passenger's heart rate.

Incredibly, folks say there was a surgeon on board who came forward to take over for Camille and her guard.

One of the flight attendants told Camille she was "wonder woman" and gifted her 2 bottles ... Merlot and champagne.

The plane turned back to LAX ... when it landed the man was conscious and EMTs came aboard and escorted him off the plane.

A rep for American Airlines confirmed the incident to TMZ.
