Todd Gurley celebrated signing a four-year, $60 million contract extension Tuesday by going ALL OUT ... in the weight room.

The Los Angeles Rams tailback -- and now the richest-ever RB in NFL history -- didn't take a day off to enjoy his fat new paychecks ... and instead decided to get some shoulder work in.

Todd pressed some heavy-ass kettle bells and got in some footwork drills ... not exactly ballin' out on fillets and champagne.

Of course, training camp starts Thursday ... so the celebration might be on hold for a while.

Lisa Marie Presley has only herself to blame for her millions of dollars in debt ... so says her ex-manager who is now suing her for $800k he claims she owes him.

Lisa's ex-manager, Barry Siegel, filed new legal docs claiming Lisa twice squandered her father's fortune since she inherited it in 1993. In docs, obtained by TMZ, Barry claims Lisa's excessive spending is what got her into a financial mess and NOT his management of her trust.

What's more ... Barry is suing her to get the $800k he claims she owes him for unpaid work he did before she fired him in March 2016.

As we reported ... Lisa sued Barry back in February claiming she lost $24.5 million after her stock plummeted following an investment into the parent company of "American Idol" ... which went belly-up in 2016.

The Charles Manson painting partially composed of his ashes is alive with paranormal energy ... according to Zak Bagans, who bucked up to snatch the creepy portrait for his haunted museum.

The “Ghost Adventures” star tells TMZ he dropped $2k for the painting that was made with the artist Ryan Almighty's blood. Ryan then used Manson's ashes to fill in Mason's eyes.

The dough, btw, goes to the guy who managed to get some of Manson's ashes when they were spread in a Cali forest.

Zak already owns Manson's chompers. He bought those back in November.

The famous house used in the first "Scream" horror flick is coming back to life ... for die-hard fans who wanna rage and are down for Ghostface to scare the crap outta them ... for a price.

Anthony Masi and Nate Ragon are the creators of Scream Comes Home -- located near Santa Rosa, CA -- and they've set out to recreate the party at the actual house where the flick's classic ending went down.

The party's set for the weekend before Halloween and fans can drop $200 for a basic entry ticket to the party ... but they're outta luck on the overnight packages for $1750 a pop. Those sold out in 2 days.

Anthony and Nate tell us they spent $22k to rent out the 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom pad for the weekend and they'll trick out the house with a bunch of scary surprises. And, get this ... for the right price you can have the guy behind Ghostface's voice, Roger Jackson, call and harass you just like in the movie.

There will also be a ton of memorabilia from the film showcased in the property's 2 barns for fans to see. Think of the weekend as a scary rager with a bit of a museum twist.

Birdman and Wack 100 have a new home for West Coast rappers looking to make a name for themselves -- Cash Money West.

Wack 100 tells TMZ ... he and Birdman have been in talks for a few months and recently finalized a deal to jointly launch the new division of Cash Money Records. The objective is to land up-and-coming artists ready to make the leap into the mainstream.

We're told Cash Money's parent company, Universal Music Group, is giving CMW strong support -- a $20 million budget to get things rolling.

Wack, who manages The Game, says he pitched the West Coast concept to Birdman and his brother, Slim ... and they've named him VP of the new company.

A creepy Charles Manson painting made with the artist's blood is awaiting an even creepier finishing touch -- the cremated remains of Manson himself -- and then it can be yours.

Artist Ryan Almighty tells TMZ ... he created this painting using his own blood, and was able to obtain some of Manson's ashes from someone who attended the spreading of them ... back in March, near Porterville, CA.

Ryan plans to use the ashes to fill in Manson's eyes in the painting, and then it will be complete.

The man who provided the ashes gets the first painting and plans to auction off the masterpiece and use the proceeds to make a monument for Steven Parent ... one of the victims of the Manson Family murders. With the remainder of the ashes Ryan Almighty plans on doing a series of paintings that won't be sold, but displayed.

Jill Scott says she's done all she can to return her estranged husband's personal items, and if he really wants them he knows where to find them ... but they won't include those lavish robes, 'cause he stole them!

We broke the story ... Michael Dobson filed docs in the ex-couple's divorce case claiming Jill was refusing to fork over a lot of his stuff -- like a "Purple Rain" album, an extended shoe horn and 5 hotel robes.
