Conor McGregor could be the first 9-FIGURE fighter in UFC history ... judging by the way his fight with Khabib is trending ... so says Dana White.

The UFC honcho tells us ... UFC 229 is trending to get between 2.6 and 3 MILLION pay-per-view buys -- which would make it the 3rd largest PPV event in combat sports history.

The biggest PPV fight ever is Mayweather vs. Pacquaio (4.6 million) followed by Mayweather vs. McGregor (4.3 million).

Conor has famously bragged about pulling a $100 million check for the Mayweather fight -- so we had to ask if he could get a similar check for this fight.

"Of course he can," White told us ... "You start to look at the PPV numbers with Conor McGregor, he's one of the biggest PPV draws of all time."

But, Dana says Conor's bigger play is his whiskey -- telling TMZ Sports he honestly believes Proper No. 12 could turn McGregor into a BILLIONAIRE.

The bodyguard who bailed on Kim Kardashian West just before she was robbed at gunpoint in Paris is being sued ... TMZ has learned.

Pascal Duvier and the company he worked for -- PROTECTSECURITY -- are being sued by Kim's insurance company for $6.1 million ... the amount the insurance company paid Kim for the stolen jewelry that was taken at gunpoint October 3, 2016 at a Paris hotel.

As we reported, Duvier left the hotel room and followed Kourtney and Kendall to a nearby club, leaving Kim without security. The lawsuit also claims there were a number of security breaches in the hotel the bodyguard failed to correct. Among other things, the front gate to the courtyard of the hotel was missing a lock, and the intercom to the door was not functioning ... things the bodyguard should have flagged.

The lawsuit, filed by AIG, claims the breaches allowed the masked gunmen to enter the hotel and make their way up to Kim's unit, where she was gagged, tied up and put in a bathtub.

The lawsuit blasts the concierge for not having any security training, but neither he nor the hotel are being sued. You'll recall he was held at gunpoint and taken up to Kim's unit where he unlocked the door.

Kim is not suing ... AIG paid Kim's claim and is now going after the individual and company it believes were negligent and caused the robbery.

Terrell Davis respectfully disagrees with the way Le'Veon Bell's dealing with the Steelers -- telling TMZ Sports, "If it were me, I woulda signed the franchise tag."

The Hall of Fame running back isn't trying to diss Bell ... and he understands why Le'Veon is holding out -- he just doesn't see eye to eye on the business side of it.

"I never thought he should've held out," Davis said at LAX ... "That's just me though. But, he's gotta do what he's gotta do."

"I can't fault anybody for trying to get more money and doing what they feel is right."

Bell is holding out for a longterm deal with guaranteed money -- despite the fact Pittsburgh hit him with the franchise tag which would have paid him roughly $15 mil this season.

The Game has a sexual assault case hanging over his head, and the judge is giving him 48 hours to comply, or the U.S. Marshals will be on his ass ... TMZ has learned.

Game's been lagging on producing a ton of documents in the sexual assault lawsuit he lost nearly 2 years ago. You probably don't remember at this point, but the rapper lost the case filed by Priscilla Rainey ... a contestant on his reality VH1 reality show, "She's Got Game." He was ordered to pay her $7 million.

According to docs, a federal judge has ordered him to hand over a bunch of documents ... including his financial records, but he hasn't. An arrest warrant has been issued, but the judge has given him until Friday at noon, Central Time to turn over the records.

If he doesn't, The Game's got a date with the U.S. Marshals ... whether he wants it or not.

The LAPD says the suspects who have been raiding the homes of celebrities in L.A. had a list of a dozen more stars they were targeting including LeBron James, Viola Davis and Matt Damon.

... and cops say the suspects had already obtained the addresses of their famous targets.

As we previously reported, cops had arrested one of the suspects who had allegedly hit the homes of Yasiel Puig, Rihanna, Christina Milian and L.A. Rams star Robert Woods ... but now, officials say they've arrested 3 more people.

Of the 4 people in custody ... 2 of them are 19-year-old men, one is an 18-year-old man and the other is a 34-year-old woman.

The female suspect is the MOTHER of one of the teenage men, according to LAPD Capt. Lillian Carranza.

And, that's not all ... cops believe there are more people involved in the burglaries and investigators are currently on the hunt to catch them too.

In total, cops say the burglary crew has already hit more than 24 homes -- with at least 12 more rich and famous targets in their sights.

The key to solving the case ... cops say Robert Woods' neighbor made the initial call to report the robbery at his house and when they found the first suspect, the found items connected to the other high profile cases.

In total, cops say the group stole more than $1 MILLION in property -- including $50,000 cash, watches, purses and a vehicle. Cops say one of the suspects also had a firearm.

Cops are asking the public to help strengthen their case against the suspects by identifying the stolen objects and giving information about the suspects and other possible crimes.

We talked to Kanye West's GOOD Music labelmate Tuesday after he and the ex-Slaughterhouse MC got into a Twitter feud where Cyhi challenged Joe to battle, and put $500,000 on the line.

The war of words comes after Joe mocked Cyhi for hyping Kanye's recent album releases -- and reportedly saying Cyhi probably couldn't ante up the $500k. Well, clearly Cyhi's got the money ... 'cause he told us he's absolutely serious.

He's also positive he'll destroy Joe thanks to the "word of God."

If ya missed it ... Ella's label slapped Jacquees with a cease and desist over his unauthorized remix -- but one savvy music fan, with the handle Jman890, went ahead and uploaded the song to Pornhub.

Jacquees had only uploaded it to YouTube and Soundcloud, but those sites took it down after the cease and desist. Fact is, the remix was getting way more streams than Ella's OG track.

Anyway, Pornhub was one of the last places the song was still streaming. Was. Pornhub finally took matters into its own hands ... and scrubbed the track.

Of course, Mike is tight with UFC honcho Dana White ... and he's become a big MMA fan over the years.

We all know the 2000 presidential election between George W. Bush and Al Gore was contentious, but few knew how Dubya's dad really felt about his opponent ... until now.

Moments in Time is selling a letter the ex-POTUS wrote to his friend and former congressman Dan Rostenkowski on October 9, 2000 -- about a month out from election day. It's going for $12,500 ... so if you're a history buff, bust out your credit card.

In the letter, obtained by TMZ, Mr. Herbert Walker very clearly expressed his disdain for Gore, saying, "You can just imagine how proud we are of George W and how nervous we are about the election. I have gotten so I can't stand Al Gore."

He continues ... "I sit on the sidelines pained when the press or Gore attack. It is far worse when it's your son who is under heavy incoming fire, Danny, far worse!"

While H.W.'s derision for Gore seems to stem more out of anxiety from the race than the guy himself, there's no question that Bush Sr. was no fan. As you might know, his kid ended up going on to win the election ... but only after the Supreme Court weighed in 5-4.

Kanye West thinks LeBron James made a mistake leaving Cleveland for Los Angeles -- claiming the people of Northeast Ohio need him there.

It's not a diss -- in fact, it's the opposite.

Kanye believes LeBron is so powerful and influential, he could have continued to make a major impact in his hometown off the court ... and he was sad to see King James leave.

"I'mma just, it's not my place ... but just to make it Ye -- I feel like LeBron really needs to be in Cleveland," Kanye told Harvey Levin on "TMZ Live."

"And that ain't my place, and I'm sorry, [Maverick Carter] and LeBron for saying, I know I'm speaking out of place. But, I feel like LeBron needs to be in Cleveland. Ye needs to be in Chicago. Big U needs to be in Crenshaw."

Of course, Kanye is referring to the fact he just moved his own family from L.A. to Chicago -- where he's from -- because he feels the community needs his help.

Kanye believes he shares a special bond with the city because he's from there.

LeBron recently said his move to L.A. was a basketball decision -- others have speculated it was about furthering his movie career.

Kodak Black is giving back to his local community in a major way ... donating over $10,000 to a children's center in what he says is the beginning of a series of good works.

Kodak Black's attorney Bradford Cohen tell us Kodak's been focusing on making a positive impact in the community ever since his August release from prison ... and the rapper wants to become more involved in charities across the country.

Kodak's starting his mission close to home in Broward County, Florida ... we're told he's cut a check for at least $10K to Jack & Jill Children's Center -- a non-profit provider of early childhood education.

Kodak says more good deeds are in the works ... and next time he might even donate some cash in person.
