Sunday was T-Raww's actual birthday and he enlisted the WTB Agency to morph a private West Hollywood residence into a makeshift club "Studio 34" ... disco ball and all!!!

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell is weighing in on Taylor Swift's relationship with Travis Kelce ... saying their new romance has been "great for the league."

Commish shared his two cents on the Tayvis craze during an interview with "CBS Mornings" on Wednesday ... and he's shipping the two lovebirds pretty hard after seeing the effect its had on his organization.

"They're happy, they seem to be enjoying their relationship," Goodell said. "That's great in and of itself."

"It has connected more fans of Taylor's and more fans of the NFL. And, in some ways, to see that they have a connection, now they have a connection to our game and to Taylor," he added. "She's an unbelievable artist. Obviously, Travis is an unbelievable player."

"I think it's great for the league to have that kind of attention, so we welcome it."

Of course, Taylor's appearances at Travis' Kansas City Chiefs games have been widely documented ... with broadcasting crews showing her cheering on her man from her suite seats.

The two have become quite the power couple over the past few months ... with Travis flying to Argentina to hit up her 'Eras' show during his bye week.

Our sources tell us Tayvis will be together for the holidays ... which is a huge step in their relationship.

Floyd Mayweather is putting his strip club expertise to good use ... taking matters into his own hands in search of the best dancers in the business!!

Axl Rose is being taken to court over a decades-old alleged sexual assault of a former Penthouse model ... who claims he dragged her "like a caveman" and violated her.

Sheila Kennedy -- who was Penthouse's Pet of the Year in '83 -- just filed suit against the Guns N' Roses frontman ... claiming he tied her up and anally penetrated her with his penis during a party in 1989.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Kennedy says she met Axl at an NYC club in February of that year and went back to a private party back at his hotel suite, which she notes was attended by a bunch of people who were allegedly doing drugs.

She claims Axl put the moves on her, which she says she was fine with at first -- that is, until he allegedly cleared the room so that it was just her, another female model and a pal of his left. Kennedy claims she witnessed AR have aggressive sex with the other model before fleeing to another bedroom with Axl's friend ... before things allegedly went south.

Per Kennedy, Axl flew into a rage with the other woman and booted her ... only to allegedly come to the other room and discover she was still there -- at which point, she claims he dragged her by the hair back to his bed, tied up her hands with pantyhose, and sexually assaulted her. Kennedy says she never consented and felt overpowered as it was happening.

Daryl Hall has filed a lawsuit against his former musical compadre John Oates, claiming some form of breach of contract.  What's more, Hall got a restraining order against Oates this past Friday.

As for the details ... well, the court file is sealed, but we have been able to piece together some info that could shed light on the dispute.

It appears from the docket Hall and Oates were in arbitration over some dispute. Typically, musical groups have their own contracts, and it would seem Hall believes Oates violated that deal. As for what it could be ... possibly a dispute over division of royalties, or it could be over Oates singing their songs in solo acts.

Hall decided to amp things up, going to Nashville Chancery Court and asking for a restraining order against his former partner ... a restraining order which the judge granted.

Fact is ... Hall and Oates have been doing their own thing, on and off for years.  Sometimes they reunited, but often performed solo. Although we don't know, it well could be Hall thinks Oates has no right to sing their songs during his concerts.

Oates has been touring this year, most recently in Arizona earlier this month.

We're told throughout the latest period of fighting, Kroy remained in the primary bedroom and Kim was in the basement/nanny suite -- as ordered by a judge -- but that distance wasn't enough to keep the peace.

Everything came to a head Monday night when one of the estranged couple's young kids called the cops during an "extremely loud" fight between the two. Law enforcement sources tell us 3 officers and a supervisor came to the home to settle things down, but no one was arrested.

Interestingly enough, Kim and Kroy were seen out with their kids for haircuts and some Starbucks just hours before the police visit, and everything seemed calm.

The drama is 180 degrees from what the couple portrayed on social media when they celebrated their wedding anniversary on November 11 with a fancy meal and drinks ... seemingly oblivious to the massive money woes they continue to face.

Speaking of their financial troubles ... Kim and Kroy's Georgia mansion, which was supposed to go up in a foreclosure auction, is still on the market for $6 million.

Britney Spears isn't fighting a traffic ticket she got last month -- coughing up the dough to make it all go away -- and shelling out a little extra for educational driving purposes, too.

The pop star paid a $332 fine over a traffic violation she was dinged for in early October out in Ventura County after allegedly crossing over double lines while cruising.

On top of the fine itself, it looks like BS also paid around $400 for traffic school ... a common route to take to avoid gaining a point on your license.

As we reported ... Britney paid even more cash the month prior over yet another driving incident. There, we were told she got pulled over for speeding ... and was ultimately ticketed for driving without a valid license or proof of insurance.

In that case, Brit forked over more than $1,100 to put that matter to bed.

Tyrese Gibson is once again taking issue with the judge in his divorce case in Georgia ... he wants a new robe to step in, claiming the current judge is biased against him.

The actor filed new legal docs this week, obtained by TMZ, complaining about the way Judge Kevin Farmer is handling the case and saying he deserves a new judge.

Tyrese says Judge Farmer abruptly canceled a court hearing and ordered him to come up with a massive $450,000 bond within 10 days in connection with his appeal of an order in the case ... without giving him his day in court to explain how it would be impossible to come up with the cash that quickly.

In the docs, Tyrese says he was going to use the hearing to explain why he couldn't pay the $450K due to the Hollywood strikes impacting his ability to work and make money this year.

But, Tyrese says Judge Farmer scrapped the hearing only a few days before it was scheduled to go down ... which TG feels is another example of hizzoner having it out for him.

Tyrese has tried to get Judge Farmer taken off the case before ... as we first reported back in September 2022, Tyrese claimed the judge told him he thought the child support ordered in the case was appropriate and that he didn't care if Tyrese's ex, Samantha Lee Gibson, was a "greedy, gold-digging bitch."

Tyrese also claimed the judge belittled him with admonishments during his testimony.

The house Kris Jenner pretended to live at on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" is back on the market, and this time the owner's looking for a king's ransom to transfer the deed.

The Studio City home -- which was famously used for exterior shots of Kris's would-be mansion on the hit E! show -- is for sale once again ... only now, the value has experienced about 5 years worth of appreciation, so it's listed for $8,888,888.

That's quite a jump from what the current owner paid back in 2018, when they got it for $5.25 mil. If it sells for they get their asking price, that'll be more than a $3 million profit ... minus whatever they invested in the place, of course.

Considering the history of this swanky pad ... we'll see if that helps them hook a buyer in the near future, and more importantly, if it ends up going for listing.

Fact is, every time the home has hit the market -- which has been a lot over the past 9 years or so -- the numbers almost always end up fluctuating quite a bit when all the papers are signed.

For instance, while it sold for just over $5M in 2018 ... the asking price at the time was closer to nearly $8 mil at first, so the owner slashed their ask by a lot.

We'll see what the current title holder ends up accepting ... fact is, the housing market is rough right now, with interest rates through the roof and not nearly as much movement as there was 2-3 years ago during the pandemic.

As for the specs, it's a typical luxurious L.A.-area home -- 7 bedrooms, 9 baths and all the bells and whistles of fancy living. The question ... is it worth almost $9 million to snap up?!?

Just in case it wasn't clear from the top ... this was NOT Kris's actual house. They just used it to pose as her crib -- obviously, they didn't show her real home for security reasons.
