Shakira's stage presence clearly didn't rub off on Gerard Piqué during their relationship ... 'cause the soccer star took a nasty fall off a platform Tuesday night -- and the singer's fans are dubbing it payback.

The retired Spanish defender was finishing up an event for his new 7-on-7 organization, Kings League Américas ... when he started walking toward the side of the stage to interact with his supporters.

Unfortunately for GP, it appears he wasn't too focused on where he was going ... and the dude straight-up plunged right into a hole.

The crowd above the stage quickly peeked over the railing to check and see if the former Barcelona star was okay ... and according to reports, he was able to escape uninjured.

The incident was quickly shared on social media ... and Shakira's fans started firing off posts about how the whole thing was revenge for his nasty split from the Grammy winner last year.

"Don't disrespect the stage queen and then expect the stage to respect you," one X user said ... while another added, "Things haven't been working out for him since Shakira got her hips outta there."

Of course, Shakira went scorched-earth on her ex after he went public with Clara Chia Marti seven months after their breakup ... even dropping a diss song featuring the famous line, "You traded a Ferrari for a Twingo."

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ, the 25% Britney is getting should cover the advance she got -- $12.5 million. There have been reports she received a $15 million advance, but we know it's $12.5 mil.

"The Woman in Me" is selling at $23.05 a pop on Amazon from its original $32.99 price ... $16.99 for Kindle. The audio CD goes for $29.69 a pop.

More than 400,000 copies have been sold, and the trajectory could take the book north of a million.

Our sources say the unsung hero in the success of the book is Britney's best friend/manager Cade Hudson. Multiple sources tell TMZ, Hudson repeatedly pushed Britney to write and finish the book. There were times she wanted nothing to do with it, but Hudson pushed her and eventually -- belatedly -- it happened.

Nicki Minaj has moved the release date for her "Pink Friday 2" album once again to a day she's certain will keep her safe from Barbz backlash ... her birthday!!!

The "Barbie World" rapper made the announcement Tuesday night on IG Live with the help of Funny Marco and Kai Cenat.

Nicki recently told fans November 17 was set in stone for her "PF2" release -- the same date Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz just announced their "Collegrove 2" collab to arrive.

She assured fans Wayne wasn't intentionally knocking her out of the box and later told Kai that her label was unable to receive the vinyl copies in time for November 17 and December 8 was the perfect alternative.

The long rollout for "PF2" continues. "Super Freaky Girl," the album's first single, went No. 1 on the charts after debuting back in August 2022!!!

Travis Kelce knows he's doing the right thing in dating Taylor Swift ... and it's all thanks to Chiefs head coach Andy Reid giving his stamp of approval on the relationship.

Big Red gave a glowing review of the pop superstar following the Chiefs' big win over the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday ... saying "Taylor can stay around all she wants" as Kelce continues to ball out every time she attends his games.

Travis addressed Reid's comments on his "New Heights" podcast with his brother Jason on Wednesday ... saying the coach's endorsement is a good sign.

"I love Coach Reid, man," Taylor's boo said. "What a guy. Listen, when you’re getting Big Red’s approval and blessings, you know you’re doing something right."

Of course, Jason noted Travis' stats see a huge spike whenever T. Swift comes around ... saying he averages nearly 100 yards a game when she's present, and just 46.5 when she skips.

Kelce laughed it all off ... saying there's no way he couldn't know about Taylor's impact on his game -- considering everyone's talking about it on social media.

Jason, who was married to Britney for a whopping 55 hours in 2004 before getting an annulment, tells TMZ ... readers shouldn't believe a word Britney says about their marriage in her new memoir.

In "The Woman In Me," Britney says she and Jason "got sh**faced" before tying the knot early one morning in Las Vegas back in January '04 ... adding, "People have asked me if I loved him. To be clear: he and I were not in love"

Britney also writes, "I was just honestly very drunk -- and probably, in a more general sense at that time in my life, very bored."

JA says that's BS because they were absolutely in love and weren't boozing -- which, btw, is exactly how their wedding officiant described the couple in a previous interview.

Jason says they've been friends since childhood, and he still cares for and loves her -- however, he adds, he'd never buy her memoir, and would only accept a copy if it was signed ... and, even then, he admits he'd probably "sell it to the highest bidder."

So much for the love!

Britney's revealed a ton of bombshells in the book ... and Jason says, in his opinion, Britney's abortion from her pregnancy with Justin Timberlake was a "horrible decision." Jason believes the two would've had enough money to raise a kid and get help as well.

He also weighed in on Britney's rationale for her nude photo posts ... saying he sees it as "childish behavior" from a mother, but he believes Justin cheated, and then broke up with Brit in response to her cheating. That's his 2 cents, anyway.

As you know, Brit left a lot of juicy details about her past on the pages of her memoir ... dishing about her rocky relationship with Justin Timberlake -- claiming she had an abortion at his behest.

She also talked about her conservatorship, left a glowing review of her ex, Sam Asghari, and wrote about how her former hubby Jason Alexander "got sh**faced" before getting married in 2004 -- something Jason told us was total BS.

Her spacious former pad is located in a gated community called The Summit, with the roughly 7,500-square-foot home even being considered "paparazzi-proof" because of how exclusive it is.

It's got some sweet perks like a home theater, chef's kitchen, saltwater swimming pool, jacuzzi and tons of backyard space.

Britney moved into the bougie pad in 2007 -- not long after filing for divorce from her ex, Kevin Federline -- and she was still living here when she melted down in early 2008 and was placed on a mental health hold.

You'll recall, an ambulance raced to the home and paramedics strapped Britney to a stretcher ... removing her as photographers swarmed, and TV helicopters hovered above to get shots.

Brit was taken to Cedars-Sinai for treatment.

As we reported, she first listed the home in 2008 with Tomer Fridman of Compass ... and ended up selling the place in 2012 for $4,253,000 -- more than $1 million above the original asking price. We were told she got multiple offers for the home, too.

Sources added she was getting out of there and moving in with her then-fiance, Jason Trawick.

Britney's mansion sold again in 2021 -- this time by "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" stars Josh and Matt Altman -- when it went for $6.1M.
