NFL lineman D.J. Fluker claims his ex-girlfriend kidnapped their daughter earlier this month -- and he's concerned things could get worse.

Here's the deal ... Fluker claims his ex, Kimberly Davis, was supposed to have a supervised visit with their daughter and Fluker's sister on Sept. 19, while the Baltimore Ravens offensive lineman was away in Houston to play the Texans.

But, Davis allegedly kicked Fluker's sister out of the apartment and refused to return the child back to D.J. Fluker reportedly told Davis she did NOT have permission to keep their daughter overnight but Davis still wouldn't hand over the kid.

So, 29-year-old Fluker called police -- but Davis still refused to return the child.

Finally, cops arrested Davis on Sept. 22 and now she's facing a charge of kidnapping a child younger than 16 years old.

If convicted, Davis faces up to 30 days in jail and a $250 fine. She's since been released from custody.

Fluker told cops he's in "fear for the safety of our daughter" and added, "I don’t feel safe during this time," according to The Baltimore Sun.

Davis was arrested back in July after allegedly punching Fluker in the nose during a dispute. She was charged with 2nd-degree assault for that incident.

Patrick Mahomes' fiancee is ride-or-die with the QB, FOR SURE ... 'cause Brittany Matthews shaded the HELL out of the NFL over its rankings on video Monday -- and it's pretty great.

As the Chiefs star was shredding through the Baltimore Ravens' defense like it was a JV team on "Monday Night Football" ... Matthews was talking some smack on social media.

And, at one point, after Mahomes had scored his FIFTH touchdown of the game ... Brittany got REAL PETTY with her celly -- and referenced Mahomes' #4 ranking on the NFL's Top 100 list this summer.

Matthews counted to four on four of her fingers ... with the last one being -- yup, you guessed it -- the middle one!!!

And, to keep piling on ... she took to Twitter, writing, "No, let them keeping ranking him #4 in the league.....we love it."

Matthews was also caught on cam cheering on her man by calling him a straight-up "boss!"

For Patrick's part, he's never been a fan of his Top 100 ranking ... famously putting out a one-emoji tweet after it was revealed 3 players were said to be better than him.

And, the next head coach of the Atlanta Falcons is ... Andre Rison???

The former NFL All-Pro tells TMZ Sports he wants to replace Dan Quinn as the head man in Atlanta ... and he says he's dead serious about taking over the reins.

DQ hasn't been officially relieved of his duties yet ... but after blowing ANOTHER huge lead Sunday -- this time a 16-pointer to the Bears -- many believe Quinn's time as Falcons coach will be over soon.

And, Rison tells us he's got hopes Arthur Blank will give him a legit shot at the job whenever that happens ... saying he's qualified to help turn Atlanta back into a Super Bowl contender.

"I'm waiting on that call!" Rison says.

It might sound crazy on the surface ... but Rison tells us he's quietly been building up a coaching resume since he retired from the NFL two decades ago.

Andre's been a high school head coach as well as part of Michigan State's staff ... and he thinks that, combined with his playing history, makes him more than qualified for the job.

Former Dallas Cowboys 1st-round pick Marcus Spears is going after a current player over a tackle he thought was dirty as hell ... calling the play straight-up "bullsh*t."

Here's the deal ... in the 4th quarter of the Cowboys' game against Seattle on Sunday -- defensive lineman Trysten Hill made an ankle-grabbing stop on 'Hawks star Chris Carson.

After the play, the RB was down on the ground in pain holding his knee ... and when the replay aired -- it wasn't hard to see Hill twisting the guy's leg well after he was down.

Spears saw the vid ... and went OFF on the Cowboys' starter -- saying, "This is a Code Breaker and Bullsh*t."

"There’s a Code that usually exists between players in the league as much as we wanna win."

Former NFL offensive lineman Geoff Schwartz added ... "This dude has some hurt coming his way next week for this gator roll. We see it on film."

Hill is expected to be fined by the league over the tackle ... NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported Monday.

Carson, meanwhile, fortunately, isn't expected to miss much time with a knee sprain ... Rapoport added.

Joe Montana is a badass ... first grabbing the alleged kidnapper who snatched his grandchild right inside his home, then grabbing some grub at a fancy restaurant.

Joe hit up Nobu in Malibu Saturday night, just hours after he and his wife, Jennifer, had an enormous scare. TMZ Sports broke the story ... and a 39-year-old woman got inside the Malibu home where Joe and Jennifer were staying, spotted their 9-month-old grandchild and scooped the infant up. She went to another part of the house, where Joe and Jennifer confronted her and got the baby back.

Someone inside the home flagged down cops, who happened to be on the same block, and the woman was caught and arrested for burglary and kidnapping.

Shocking admission from Tyreek Hill ... the Kansas City Chiefs All-Pro says he would flat-out LOSE in a race against Lamar Jackson!!!

The wide receiver made the revelation to TMZ Sports this week ... saying the Baltimore Ravens QB is just that damn fast!!!

"I done retired from racing, man," Hill says. "So, he'll probably get me right now."

Incredible level of respect for the QB from Hill ... considering most in the NFL believe Tyreek is the fastest player BY FAR.

But, the Chiefs wideout says Jackson is really that quick ... and really that good at football.

"Lamar, he's a G.O.A.T. He's a dog, man," Tyreek tells us ... "For him to be that fast and for him to make people miss, like, the way he does is just crazy."

Of course, the two players will have a chance to put their speed on display against each other later Monday ... when the Chiefs and Ravens face off in the most anticipated regular-season matchup of 2020.

Hill himself says he's jacked up for the game ... telling us, "This is why we play football, for reasons like this, man. To be a part of something like this."

As for if you need some fantasy points from Tyreek to win your matchup this week ... Hill tells us he's GUARANTEEING he'll get them for you.

Dr. Oz says L.A. Chargers QB Tyrod Taylor's lung injury is really unfortunate, but likely nothing to freak out about ... telling TMZ Sports these accidents happen!!

Taylor was a late scratch prior to last weekend's game against the Chiefs ... after the 31-year-old suffered a punctured lung while receiving a painkiller injection for a cracked rib.

This isn't an everyday injury, so we hit up the Doc to make sense of it all ... and he gives a great explanation of what exactly happened.

But, the REAL question on everyone's mind -- is TT gonna be okay?? Oz is optimistic.

"Every doctor who has ever numbed someone's ribs knows it's a potential complication," Oz tells us.

"I don't think Taylor is gonna be getting many more injections in there, I suspect, and I'm hoping the hole is a very small one because the needles we need and use to numb up the nerves are very small."

"So hopefully it recovers on its own and by game 3 or 4 rather, it will be forgotten

As for the doctor responsible for the mishap, Oz thinks it'll be a learning experience moving forward, saying, "I mean, doctors make mistakes. The key for us is that we own it and improve from it."

With the first pick in the fake NFL franchise draft ... Warren Moon tells TMZ Sports he'd take Patrick Mahomes over Lamar Jackson!!!

... but, the Hall of Famer says it ain't an easy decision!!!

Mahomes and Jackson are set to square off on "Monday Night Football" this week ... and when we asked Moon which young QB he'd rather have -- Warren went with the Chiefs star.

"I would probably go with Patrick Mahomes right now because he's the reigning Super Bowl champ," Moon says. "He's the reigning Super Bowl MVP and he was the MVP the year before."

"So," Moon continued, "he would probably be the guy that I would go with right now."

Moon, though, says the decision is close as hell ... admitting he couldn't go wrong with Lamar or even Russell Wilson at this point.

"I would tell you what," Moon says, "I wouldn't kick those other two out of bed either!"

Patrick Mahomes is SEVERELY underpaid despite signing a $500 million contract ... so says a Baltimore Ravens coach -- who claims the Chiefs star is actually worth over $1 BILLION!!!

Don "Wink" Martindale -- the Ravens' defensive coordinator -- told media members Friday if the Chiefs had paid Pat $1 bil he still wouldn't think that's enough for the star QB.

"I know he's got $450 million or whatever it is," Martindale said, "but they could have paid him a billion and I'd still think he's underpaid."

Martindale didn't appear to be just blowing smoke at his Monday night opponent either ... the 57-year-old veteran coach GUSHED over the K.C. player for several minutes.

Wink told reporters he's astounded by Mahomes' arm, legs -- and his ability to set up protections in the face of defenses' blitzes.

"It seems like anytime anybody pressures him," Wink said, "he always has them in the right protection and you're just running into a wall."

We're told shortly after Edge learned of his HOF selection this past February ... he handed off a 1975 Chevy Caprice to a body shop in Florida to get it Canton-themed.

The owner of the body shop tells us damn-near everything on the car is new ... from the HOF wrap job to the 28-inch gold Dayton Wire Wheels.

We're also told the shop replaced the engine with an LS3 supercharged Corvette motor ... so the thing is pretty AND fast!!!

The shop's owner says James is already thrilled with the ride ... and is planning to take it to his induction ceremony -- which has been rescheduled to next August due to COVID.

From there, the shop's owner says James will have the rest of the inductees sign the car ... and then the former Indianapolis Colts great has plans to auction it off.

If you've got Darren Waller on your fantasy team, breathe easy ... the tight end tells TMZ Sports he's DEFINITELY playing Sunday -- even though he's popped up on Las Vegas' injury report.

According to the Raiders, Waller did NOT practice on either Wednesday or Thursday with a knee issue ... and it's got A LOT of people concerned.

After all, Waller was a BEAST this past Monday ... helping fantasy players win their games with his 12-catch, 105-yard, 1-TD performance against the Saints.

But, Darren told us this week there's no need to run out and get another TE to replace him ... 'cause he says despite the practice DNPs -- he'll be ready for the Patriots this weekend.

"Everything's fine," Waller said. "Everything's fine. I will be playing on Sunday."

Waller -- whose struggles with sobriety have been well-documented -- is gunning to raise money to help youth avoid battles with drug and alcohol addiction.

NFL superstar Dak Prescott says he can't wrap his head around the Breonna Taylor case ... calling it "simply unacceptable" for officers to not be charged following her death.

"Yeah, that's disgusting," the Dallas Cowboys QB told reporters Thursday. "I don't understand that one at all. There's a lot of things in this country that I don't understand that we're looking at right now."

Prescott emphasized how dire it is to keep up-to-date on issues and be prepared to vote -- and that means doing as much research as possible on candidates to make sure the right people take office to prevent incidents like this from happening again.

"That's one of the biggest things that I'd say we've taken a step as a team, is just trying to talk about that -- the importance to vote, the importance for our voices to be heard throughout our community and to be leaders there."

"But, that's simply unacceptable and I don't understand an officer not behind charged in that case.

The Taylor case was a topic discussed throughout the NFL on Thursday ... with other stars like Odell Beckham and Lamar Jackson expressing their concerns with the announcement.

"It’s crazy we never get justice for serious things on our side of the part," Jackson told reporters. "We’re in America where it should be freedom of speech ... the Land of the Free, but I don’t feel like its been that way for us Black people sometimes."

"It’s just getting tougher," OBJ told reporters. "It’s disheartening ... when you just want justice and it doesn’t seem like that’s going to happen."

It's official ... Robert Kraft is now off the hook in his sex spa case, TMZ Sports has confirmed.

Court records show prosecutors dismissed Kraft's 2 misdemeanor charges of soliciting a prostitute ... with officials saying Thursday they didn't have enough evidence to get a conviction.

"Although there was probable cause to make an arrest," state attorney David Aronberg wrote in court docs, "the evidence cannot prove all legally required elements of the crime alleged and is insufficient to support a criminal prosecution."

The news isn't exactly a surprise ... in fact, it was expected after Kraft's team of lawyers successfully argued video of the New England Patriots owner allegedly receiving sex acts inside the Orchids of Asia Day Spa should NOT be admitted in the case.

Judges in the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeal ruled cops screwed up in the way they went about recording inside the Jupiter, Fla. facility by failing to ensure privacy for people getting legitimate massages. So, the footage was not allowed in the case.

With the vid thrown out ... prosecutors clearly lacked a smoking gun -- and were essentially forced to move on.

State officials are expected to break down the decision at a press conference later Thursday.

The Jaguars' yearslong search for a franchise QB is finally over ... so says Jacksonville legend Jimmy Smith, who tells TMZ Sports he has no doubts Gardner Minshew is THAT DUDE!

"He's the bright spot of that team," Smith says. "He has proven that week in and week out."

Minshew has only started 14 games for the Jags since he was drafted in 2019 ... but Jimmy says he's already seen enough to declare the QB a Jaguars cornerstone.

Smith tells us he's actually been following Minshew since he was a high schooler (Jimmy's son's team played against Gardner's) ... and he's convinced the 24-year-old is the real deal.

"He's showing that," Smith said. "The first week, he went 19 of 20. And, you saw [last Sunday] he had three touchdowns. That's awesome."

Through two games so far this year ... Minshew has led the Jags to a 1-1 record and has thrown 6 TDs to just two interceptions to go along with 512 passing yards.

Minshew also has a 115.7 QB rating ... and Jimmy tells us it's all pointing toward Gardner being in place under center in Jacksonville for a long time.

Former NY Giants Pro Bowl kicker Aldrick Rosas was sentenced to 3 years of probation in his wild June hit-and-run case ... TMZ Sports has learned.

A court official tells us Rosas appeared before a judge Wednesday after cutting a deal with prosecutors ... in which he pleaded no contest to three charges, including misdemeanor reckless driving and misdemeanor hit-and-run.

In exchange, we're told Rosas received the probation and a 30-day suspended jail sentence.

We're also told Rosas was ordered to pay fines and fees ... and is now not allowed to drive with ANY measurable amount of alcohol in his system while he's on probation.

Rosas' attorney, Michael Thomas Erpino, tells us the 25-year-old football player is "thrilled" with the resolution ... and is now gunning to get back in the NFL.

As we previously reported ... Rosas was cut from the Giants in July -- just a few weeks after he was arrested on June 15.

Rosas was accused of driving at speeds of 100 MPH ... and then slamming his SUV into a pickup truck before fleeing the scene on foot.

Cops say when they eventually found Rosas for questioning about the incident ... his hands, legs and bare feet were covered in blood.

Rosas initially pled not guilty to his charges ... but his attorney told us Wednesday the kicker "definitely worked his ass off" to close out the case with prosecutors.
