Steve Wilkos is lucky to be alive after a car crash sent the talk show host and former Jerry Springer bodyguard to the hospital.

Law enforcement sources in Darien, Connecticut tell us Wilkos was involved in a single-car accident Sunday afternoon. We're told his vehicle struck several poles and a tree before ending up on its side ... Wilkos was transported to a local hospital for his injuries but has since been discharged.

Wilkos tells TMZ he typically wears glasses when he drives, but he was not wearing them before the crash. He says he was reaching for his glasses to put them on when he hit the curb and then struck the poles and a tree. Wilkos says he never drinks or does drugs.

Wilkos tells us he's pretty beat up but will be ok. In a terrible coincidence, Wilkos says the same day he crashed, his audio guy on the show and the crew member's wife were driving in the same area when they crashed -- both were killed. Production is set to start back up in a few days.

Wilkos found his fame as Jerry Springer's bodyguard on the popular talk show before creating his own show -- "The Steve Wilkos Show" -- in 2007.

Police tell us the crash remains an "active and open investigation."

The "Flip or Flop" couple are officially no more -- Tarek and Christina El Moussa have finalized their divorce ... TMZ has confirmed.

Tarek filed for divorce from Christina a little more than a year ago, citing irreconcilable differences. They were married for 8 years, and have 2 kids together. The reality TV stars continue to work together on their hit HGTV show, and have stayed relatively friendly since the split.

They've also dated other people since breaking up. People first reported the finalized divorce.

It's unclear if Tarek will get spousal support from Christina, as he'd requested.

The cast of "Jersey Shore" has finally reunited in Miami ... and the drinks are already flowin'.

We got pics of Ronnie, Pauly D, Snooki, JWoww and Deena toasting to what's sure to be a fun next few days. Missing are Vinny, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino -- who was in court in New Jersey Friday -- and Sammi Sweetheart who took a pass on the reunion to avoid a run-in with ex Ronnie.

Blac Chyna just got nailed by the judge in the lawsuit she's filed against Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner ... the judge has tentatively agreed to dismiss them entirely from her lawsuit claiming the Kardashians torpedoed her reality show.

Chyna's lawyer, Lisa Bloom, squared off in court Thursday with Kardashian lawyer Shawn Holley. Holley was gunning for the judge to get her clients dismissed from the case, and the judge saw her point.

The best part ... the judge reacted to Chyna's claim that E! dropped "Rob & Chyna" because the Kardashians painted her as a bad mother. The judge confessed he didn't watch the show, but said it's hard to imagine E! wouldn't do a show where the woman is a bad mother!

The judge scoffed at Chyna's claim that the Kardashians interfered with her E! contract, saying Chyna was only in negotiations with the network and didn't have an enforceable contract.

In the end, the judge bought the argument that Kim and Kris did not interfere with Chyna's contract with E!, but did give Chyna the right to a second bite of the apple where she could try and create a new case against the 2 women.

She's still suing Rob for torpedoing the show, and he maintains the main reason the show was canned was because Chyna got a restraining order against him and it's impossible to do a reality show about 2 people when they're not allowed to interact.

Kylie Jenner definitely looked pregnant as she roamed the aisles at CVS ... is what we would say if it was really Kylie Jenner -- but it's not.

Our Jenner-connected sources concede there's a vague similarity, but the woman in the baggy green hoodie, sunglasses, Kylie-style hair and plump lips simply isn't her.

There have been a slew of stories in the last day ballyhooing the first photo of pregnant Kylie in the famous Rx store, but she remains in hiding.

We're told Kylie almost never leaves her house as she grows during her pregnancy. She's due in March and no one has gotten a shot of her since she began showing.

Paul Teutul Sr. wants to ride off into the sunset with more land and more animals, but he's gotta unload his old ranch first, so he slashed the price ... TMZ has learned.

The "American Chopper" star recently dropped asking price from $2.9 million to $2.5 mil for his 38-plus-acre upstate New York spread. We're told he's on the hunt for a place with more land for his rescue animals. Fun fact about Paul ... he's VP of the Hudson Valley SPCA.

Paul originally put the Montgomery, NY home on the market in Oct. It's got 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, attached pool house and, of course, the pool ... complete with slide and waterfall! His listing agent is Seta Tunell with Ellis Sotheby's International Realty.

The home was frequently featured on 'Chopper' ... which, btw, is coming back to TV this February after a 5-year hiatus. We're told Paul's animal rescue operation -- with mini-horses, donkeys and alpacas -- will be prominently featured.

Kim Kardashian was in the hospital delivery room when her surrogate gave birth ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the birth tell us, Kim was at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. when the surrogate was in labor and, when the baby was born, she was the first person to have skin-to-skin contact with the baby. We're told it was the family's trusted Dr. Paul Crane, who delivered the baby.

We're told Kanye was in the delivery room, but behind a curtain. He came out after the baby was born and held his daughter for the first time.

Kris Jenner and Kim's sisters were also at the hospital, but they were not in the delivery room.

We're told the surrogate was able to have some contact with the baby after the delivery, but was almost immediately under the care of Kim and Kanye.

The baby was born without complications. She weighed in at 7 lbs 6 oz. Still no word on the baby's name.

TMZ was first to post the story after Kim announced on her app that the surrogate gave birth at 12:47 AM Monday.

Coco better check with models Melyssa Ford and Esther Baxter among others who TRULY created the big butt movement ... so says former 'Flavor of Love' star Deelishis, who btw counts herself among the booty trailblazers.

You'll recall Coco posted a photo with a long-ass caption ... bragging how 21 years ago she embraced her ass and curves during a time when they were considered fat in the modeling world.

Coco also said she paved the way for thick girls well before the plastic surgery craze. Deelishis says Coco's talking outta her ass because Melyssa (The Game name-dropped her in "Wouldn't Get Far") and Esther (appeared in Kanye, Nelly and Ludacris videos) are the real booty queens.

Deelishis makes no bones about it -- just another white chick trying to steal the thunder.

Bobby Zarin, the husband of Jill Zarin, has died after a long battle with cancer.

The "Real Housewives of New York" star posted a statement, saying the family was devastated. Bobby died Saturday surrounded by his family.

Bobby battled cancer for years. He was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2009 and underwent radiation treatment -- eventually having his thyroid removed.

In 2016, Bobby was diagnosed with a brain tumor. The pic (below) is the last one taken of the 2 of them out at Andy Cohen's show last June when she was a guest.

There will be a service Monday.

Mark Wahlberg and his brothers are trying to guard their very successful family burger biz by getting legal protection for their secret sauce.

Wahlburgers restaurant has filed legal docs to corner the market on Wahl Sauce. For those who've taken a bite of a Wahlburger, the sauce is what separates it from other burgers ... kind of like a Big Mac.

The chain not only wants to protect what's on the bun, it wants to market the sauce in bottles.

Wahlburgers is already in 14 states and Canada. Unclear if the sauce will only be sold inside their restaurants or your local market. Oh, oh, ohhhh ... the right sauce. (Sorry Donnie, couldn't resist!)

Kim Kardashian was taken by surprise by a flash mob Thursday, but what's even more head-turning is her very pregnant sister, Khloe, jumping in on the routine ... IN HEELS!

Kim, Kourtney and Khloe hit up the Topanga Mall in the San Fernando Valley. Cameras were with them, so they were likely shooting for 'KUWTK.'

We're told Kourtney and Khloe organized the dancers as a surprise for Kim. And while Kourtney looks smokin' hot nailing all the moves, it's hard to ignore Khloe joining in the action.

She's over 6 months along with Tristan Thompson's baby, but still getting down.

Ray J's slamming the breaks on some dude suing him for stealing the idea behind Scoot-E-Bike ... calling the suit a pure money grab.

Ray J's manager, David Weintraub, tells TMZ ... Scoot-E-Bike is 100% independently owned, financed, trademarked, marketed and promoted by the 'Love & Hip Hop' star. Weintraub's adamant ZERO contracts or agreements were ever made with the guy.

TMZ broke the story ... Jean Paul sued Ray J claiming they agreed in 2015 to partner up. JP also said he was blindsided when Ray J launched the Scoot-E-Bike without him.

Weintraub says Jean Paul's bitter Ray J's company is a soaring success and the suit's just a frivolous shakedown.

Ray J is a scooter thief ... so claims a self-professed "trendsetter, nature lover and bike aficionado" who is suing the 'Love & Hip Hop' star for $30 million.

A guy named Jean Paul claims back in 2015 he and Ray talked about firing up a business to market electric scooter bikes ... a product Ray has been into for a long time.

Jean Paul takes a swipe at Ray in the lawsuit, saying Ray "arguably maintains a certain level of celebrity" that would be useful in hawking the scooter. He says they agreed that Ray would become an investor and celebrity endorser and that was enough for Jean Paul to start the business.

He says he was shocked to learn Ray secretly launched a competing business to ace Jean Paul out ... thus the $30 million lawsuit, filed by his attorney, Sarah Cabarcas-Osman from the Berman Law Group.

We reached out to Ray's rep ... so far no word back.

"Teen Mom" star Kieffer Delp may be back to his old ways of running afoul with the law ... cops arrested him for allegedly operating a meth lab.

Kieffer -- one of Jenelle Evans’ earliest boyfriends on the show -- was arrested after authorities in nearby Pittsburgh uncovered a suspected meth lab. Cops tell us they were called to an apartment building late Wednesday night and made the discovery.

Cops evacuated the building during the arrest because of a strong, lingering odor inside.

As we've reported ... Kieffer is a known drug user and he's previously been arrested for punching a girl and her male friend.

Ex-NFL lineman Branden Albert is living proof "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" is actually good for humanity ... because the show inspired him to give a million bucks to a great cause!

The 2-time Pro Bowler, who played for the Chiefs and Dolphins, tells TMZ ... he happened to catch a glimpse of a 'KUWTK' episode a couple months ago where Kim Kardashian was visiting Alexandria House, a shelter for homeless women and homeless women with kids in L.A.

Branden says Alexandria House's mission really hit home for him because he grew up in a single-parent home where his mom and aunt worked many jobs to make ends meet. So, he decided to donate $1 million to them at the end of 2017 in honor of his mom, who died 5 years ago from pancreatic cancer.

And just like Kim K says in the episode ... Branden hopes he can motivate others to help make a difference.

As for the million bucks ... a rep for Alexandria House tells us they hope to use it to buy another complex to accommodate the 600 or so people they turn away monthly simply because they don't have space.

"Love & Hip Hop: Miami" star Young Hollywood says his life is in danger ... all because he's been labeled a racist following a heated confrontation with co-star Amara La Negra.

A little backstory ... YH told Amara in the series premiere last week she needed to be "more Beyonce and less Macy Gray." He also called her psychotic after Amara took offense to YH suggesting she switch up her look ... most notably her Afro.

Amara ultimately stormed off after he referred to her as "Nutella Queen" ... and Young Hollywood's been torched online and threatened ever since.
