Ray J & Princess Love Call Off Divorce ... Second Time's the Charm???

Published | Updated

Ray J and Princess Love are still married -- despite each filing for divorce last year -- because it looks like they've reconciled once again ... based on new legal docs.

As we reported ... Ray J filed for divorce from Princess in September, shortly after they reconciled after SHE filed to divorce him last May.

According to docs obtained by TMZ ... Princess filed the most recent dismissal docs in February, and Ray J signed off on it. The clerk entered the dismissal, so the couple is no longer getting divorced ... once again.

We saw this reunion coming last month when Ray J told us on "TMZ Live," he and Princess were back under the same roof -- but now in Miami -- and doing very well.

Of course, the dismissal is without prejudice, so that means they are free to do this whole song and dance again if they choose -- but everyone's pulling for these kids to make it, right?

As we reported ... the couple's marital strife seemed to really come to a head with a blowout fight in Las Vegas in November 2019. Princess claimed Ray J "stranded" her and their daughter, Melody, following the heated argument when she was just weeks away from having their second child.

Ray and Princess tied the knot back in 2016 and have the 2 kids together.

Rachael Kirckconnell Matt was 'Love of My Life' ... But it's Time to Move On

Published | Updated

Rachael Kirkconnell is both disappointed and hopeful in wake of "The Bachelor" finale and her split from Matt James ... which was revealed in the "After the Final Rose" special.

Rachael says she wishes things turned out differently and says of Matt ... "I truly believe he was the love of my life." But, she says she respects his decision to break it off with her because of her history of alleged racism and believes "there is a reason for everything."

LEFT HEARTBROKEN

That's not the only reason for her sorrow, though. Rachael says she also feels bad because what was supposed to be a "monumental season" was overshadowed by her controversy. As we reported ... this led to host Chris Harrison defending her, then deciding to step away from his role after major backlash.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Rachael says this was all very unfair to the other ladies who were also vying for Matt's love. She calls them "some of the strongest, most brilliant, most extraordinary women" and adds that she was lucky to meet them ... and will continue to support them.

Finally, Rachael says she hopes this season will spark conversations and understanding about racial issues and "initiate change."

As for changes to the 'Bachelorette' franchise ... as we told you, Harrison will be replaced as host by former stars Tayshia Adams and Kaitlyn Bristowe. And, the next 2 Bachelorettes have been announced -- Katie Thurston for the upcoming season, and Michelle Young the season after that. Young was just the runner-up to Kirkconnell.

Jenelle Evans' Ex Nathan Griffith's Order for Arrest Recalled

Published | Updated
UPDATE

8:56 AM PT -- 3/16 The clerk tells us Nathan's order for arrest was recalled ... and he is no longer a wanted man.

UPDATE

6:20 AM PT -- 3/16 Nathan's attorney, James Jackson, tells TMZ there's been some sort of mistake with the court. Jackson says Nathan was never supposed to appear during a February court date and didn't need to show face at an upcoming May date either.

UPDATE

Jackson says he's going to the courthouse to get everything figured out and believes the order for arrest will be recalled.

Jenelle Evans' ex-BF, Nathan Griffith, is a wanted man for ghosting the judge in his DWI case.

A North Carolina judge issued an order for Nathan's arrest he failed to appear for a court hearing in connection with his 2019 DWI arrest.

As we reported ... the "Teen Mom 2" star was busted in Cary, North Carolina outside a grocery store ... where he was handcuffed and taken into custody.

He later told us his side of the story ... saying the arrest was bogus because he wasn't in his car when cops stopped him. Nathan told us his keys were actually locked inside the car. He also said he was walking to meet friends at a restaurant when he was coraled by cops.

Nathan says cops were responding to a report of a man sleeping in his car. But Nathan says he was wide awake ... he'd been walking for 5 minutes when cops showed up and took him back to the car.

Nathan and Jenelle, of course, were locked in a nasty custody dispute before they struck a deal last October.

Tayshia Adams, Kaitlyn Bristowe Hosting Upcoming 'Bachelorette' ... Replacing Chris Harrison

Published | Updated

Chris Harrison isn't getting back to hosting duties for the 'Bachelor' franchise just yet ... he's being replaced by two women on the upcoming 'Bachelorette' season.

Tayshia Adams is co-hosting the reality show with Kaitlyn Bristowe. a rep for the show tells us, "As we continue the dialogue around achieving greater equity and inclusion within ‘The Bachelor’ franchise, we are dedicated to improving the BIPOC representation of our crew, including among the executive producer ranks."

Our sources say the new hosts arrived Friday at New Mexico's Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa -- outside Albuquerque -- to quarantine for a week with the rest of the cast and crew.

Of the move to include Tayshia and Kaitlyn, the rep says, "These are important steps in effecting fundamental change so that our franchise is a celebration of love that is reflective of our world."

TMZ broke the story ... Chris was not among those going into the resort bubble ... and now we know why -- he's not the host.

As you know ... Chris' future as a host is up in the air in the wake of the racism controversy hanging over this season of "The Bachelor."

Chris has already been replaced for 'After the Final Rose' by Emmanuel Acho, and now he's going to be away from the franchise a little while longer, unless producers throw a curveball.

Stay tuned.

'Bachelorette' Cast & Crew Quarantine Mode in New Mexico ... But Chris Harrison M.I.A.

Published | Updated

If you're looking for a clear answer about Chris Harrison's future as 'Bachelor' host, it's not in New Mexico, where the upcoming 'Bachelorette' cast is quarantining ... with no Chris in sight.

Sources close to production tell TMZ ... the entire cast and crew arrived at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa -- outside Albuquerque -- for quarantine bubble time, but so far, Harrison's not among them.

We're told pre-production has already begun via virtual meetings and calls, and the plan is to begin shooting in late March ... but nobody knows for sure who will be hosting the show.

Our sources say the internal speculation is 'Bachelor' honchos want to wait and see how the 'After the Final Rose' show plays out with the fill-in host, Emmanuel Acho, before any decisions are made.

Harrison, meanwhile, spent some time this past week at a golf course in L.A., and sources connected to him tell us while he's not in New Mexico right now ... that doesn't mean he's been axed from the gig.

We're told there are still a lot of moving parts, and the network's not rushing its decision. Perhaps, as Acho recently said, it's trying to determine what's in the best interest of everyone involved.

While he waits, our sources say Chris remains remorseful for fueling the racism controversy surrounding this season of "The Bachelor" ... which comes to a conclusion Monday night.

Emmanuel Acho Harrison's 'Taking Accountability' ... I'm Still Not Sure 'Bachelor' Return is Right

Published | Updated

Chris Harrison's 'Bachelor' host replacement, Emmanuel Acho, isn't down with Chris being canceled, but he's not fully endorsing his return to the show either.

Acho has a super interesting take on the controversy involving Harrison -- which as we've reported, began when Chris tried defending Rachael Kirkconnell to Rachel Lindsay for attending an Antebellum South party in 2018.

Emmanuel told Stephen Colbert on Wednesday's 'Late Show' that Harrison is taking accountability for his actions, and suggests he's doing everything right to make amends ... but he stopped short of saying Chris should get his job back.

Instead, Acho says there needs to more consideration about whether this would be the best move -- not just for Harrison ... but for the producers, the cast, and the 'Bachelor' franchise as a whole.

Of course, Emmanuel's in a unique position here too -- he's filling in for Chris for the "After the Final Rose" special next week ... after "The Bachelor" finale, in which Matt James will potentially choose a bride, and Kirkconnell is one of the finalists.

As we reported ... both Harrison and Kirkconnell have issued lengthy apologies linked to the racism controversy surrounding this season, and vowed to do better.

JWoww's Ex, Roger Mathews Reacts to Her Engagement Not Mad, But Just The Opposite!!!

no hard feelings

JWoww is ready to walk down the aisle again -- and the reaction from her ex-husband is somewhat surprising ... dude seems genuinely okay with it, and happy for her.

TMZ has obtained a clip of Roger Mathews on his podcast, 'Champ and the Tramp,' in which he responds to the news of JWoww saying YES to boyfriend Zack Carpinello getting on bended knee ... and wouldn't you know it, he actually sends his well-wishes!

Check it out ... Roger's pretty gracious here, saying he has no reason to be mad at her or her new guy -- even explaining that Zack's apparently pretty good to his and JWoww's shared children.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

RM does admit he doesn't know Zack all that well, but based on what he does know -- he says Zack's okay in his book, and wishes them the best as they move forward. Roger goes on to explain that his and JWoww's chapter is closed, and there's no ill will.

It's great to hear Roger with this mindset, because admittedly ... their split and eventual divorce were pretty nasty -- with allegations (and apparent video evidence) of physical abuse as well as harassment. Roger addresses that too in the clip ... sounds like he's grown.

As for JWoww ... seems she and 26-year-old Zack are well past their breakup drama from a couple years ago -- when they briefly broke up over Angelina. She'd said he had a lot of work to do to earn her trust back -- looks like he did that and then some. So, congrats!

Roger's full remarks can be heard on the new 'CATT' episode, which airs Thursday.

'Real World' Star Kevin Powell Race Issues We Tackled in Season 1 ... Came Full Circle for Reunion

Published

Kevin Powell says his very first season of 'The Real World' 28 years ago foreshadowed many of the racial problems that have been brought to the forefront in America ... bookended by the Capitol riots.

One of the OG stars of "The Real World: New York" appeared on "TMZ Live" Tuesday to explain how the controversial discussions he sparked with his housemates about racism are more pertinent than ever today ... despite the fact no one seemed to take it seriously back then.

He says the cast -- especially his friend, Norman Korpi -- now fully acknowledges he was onto something ... and their discussions are ongoing.

If ya don't know, Kevin and the rest of the original cast reunited to film a 'Homecoming' docuseries ... and cameras were rolling as they witnessed the January 6 insurrection together from their famous NYC loft.

Kevin likens what went down at the Capitol -- along with the recent cases of Breonna Taylor and George Floyd -- to the 1992 Los Angeles riots ... which also occurred when the OG cast was together under one roof.

He tells us the recent events show no matter how much society has progressed, there's still a lot of work to be done ... and he hopes people see how his experience with his 'Real World' co-stars can make a positive impact.

BTW -- "The Real World Homecoming: New York" is available now on Paramount+.

Kim Kardashian Feels Like a 'Loser' ... 'KUWTK' Teases Divorce

Published | Updated

Kim Kardashian's divorce from Kanye West might not be the sole focus of the farewell season of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" ... but it's definitely gonna get some airtime.

In a trailer for the show's 20th and final season, Kim cries with a wad of tissues in her hand and exclaims ... "I feel like a f***ing loser."

It's presumed since the show was filming for much of the past year that Kim's breakdown is related to the tumultuous times for her and Kanye, as their marital issues came to a head during his 2020 run for President, several Twitter tirades ... and a bipolar episode.

Kim and Kanye aren't getting all the shine -- Kendall wanting kids, Khloe and Tristan considering surrogacy, Kourtney and Scott Disick possibly reconciling and Kris talking about meeting up with Caitlyn Jenner are all topics to look forward to ... based on the trailer.

The final season premieres March 18. Get your popcorn, and some Kleenex, ready.

SINCERE & THOROUGH APOLOGY

Chris Harrison's apology might not have happened without a far-ranging conversation he had with author Michael Eric Dyson ... about historical racism and the perception of Black people in this country.

Dyson joined us Friday on "TMZ Live" to discuss the guidance he gave the embattled host of the 'Bachelor' franchise ... and says it was crystal clear to him how genuinely committed Chris was in trying to grapple with race.

He said, "You don't have to spend 50 days with somebody to get whether they're sincere or not and whether they're willing to put in the work. He was."

As we reported ... Harrison mentioned Dyson during his 'GMA' interview as one of the people he turned to for counseling after the backlash he got for excusing historical racism during an interview with ex-'Bachelorette' Rachel Lindsay.

Michael, who wrote "Long Time Coming: Reckoning with Race in America," says he believes Chris isn't just trying to get his job back, either. Instead, he says Chris "knew he had done something wrong, and he was extremely sad about that."

MED points to the fact, Harrison didn't just apologize to Rachel and the Black community -- but he also made sure to denounce the online trolls spewing hate at Rachel.

As for Harrison's 'Bachelor' future? Dyson says he's not down with cancel culture -- in fact, he calls it "fascist," and issues a warning to those on board with it.

'Moonshiners' Star Lance Waldroup Dead at 30 Mom Found Him Unconscious

Published | Updated
UPDATE

6:29 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Lance's mom, Lynn, called 911 and told the dispatcher she found him unconscious and not breathing at 9:45 PM on February 25. We're told Graham County Sheriff's deputies responded to the Robbinsville home and found Lance dead ... lying on top of his bed.

UPDATE

Our sources say Lance's mom had last spoken to Lance four hours earlier. At some point after that conversation, we’re told Lance went into his bedroom and laid down on his bed. We're told there are no signs of foul play and his cause of death is being investigated by the medical examiner.

Lance Waldroup, a famous bootlegger from Discovery's "Moonshiners," has died.

Lance died Feb. 25 in his home state of North Carolina ... according to his father, Jeff, who also appeared on the reality show alongside his son. The cause of death remains unclear.

Discovery tells TMZ ... Lance will be remembered as an adventurous distiller who was always looking to take his flavorful recipes of moonshine to new heights.

Lance appeared in several early seasons of the show ... bootlegging out of North Carolina with his father. He was one of the younger and less experienced moonshiners, and would often turn to his dad for guidance. He also distilled absinthe and scotch.

Lance's family set up a GoFundMe to raise money for a memorial fund, and the description says he was a recovering drug addict who had turned his life around after going to rehab.

The Waldroups have really been through it -- the family says Lance had survivor's guilt because his sister died when she was 11, and his brother died when he was 20.

Lance was only 30.

Chris Harrison Rachel Lindsay Accepts Apology ... He Plans to Return to 'Bachelor'

Published | Updated
UPDATE

1:54 PM PT -- Chris' mea culpa went over well with Rachel Lindsay, she tells us she accepts his apology.

UPDATE

Rachel tells TMZ ... she accepted the apology because it's what she needs to do to move forward with her life.

UPDATE

She says she and Chris have not spoken directly since his 'GMA' interview, but she watched it. RL tells us they spoke about 3 weeks ago, when the scandal first happened, and he apologized directly then too.

UPDATE

Chris made it clear he wants to return to 'The Bachelor' next season ... and sources close to Rachel tell us she doesn't feel like it's up to her to know when he's ready to come back, and she feels a final decision rests with him and the franchise.

Chris Harrison says he's sorry for offending Rachel Lindsay and the entire Black community, by excusing historical racism -- but adds he wants to be back hosting the 'Bachelor' franchise.

Harrison spoke out on 'GMA' for the first time since taking a hiatus, and copped to making a mistake while talking to Rachel about the photos that surfaced of current 'Bachelor' contestant Rachael Kirkconnell at a 2018 antebellum south party.

Chris had initially excused Kirkconnell's pics by retorting, "Is it a good look in 2018 or is it not a good look in 2021? Because there's a difference."

He's walking it back now by saying ... "Antebellum parties are not okay. Past, present, future, knowing what that represents is unacceptable."

Chris also said he was "saddened and shocked at how insensitive I was in that interview with Rachel Lindsay." He added, "I didn't speak from my heart -- and that is to say I stand against all forms of racism, and I am deeply sorry."

As you know ... since Chris and Rachel's interview, he's stepped away from his 'Bachelor' host duties and Rachel was forced to leave Instagram following a flood of Bachelor Nation hate. Harrison addressed that too, saying ... "To anyone throwing hate towards Rachel Lindsay. Please stop. It is unacceptable."

As we reported ... FS1 sports broadcaster Emmanuel Acho is replacing Harrison to host the 'After the Final Rose' finale for Matt James' season.

Chris sure makes it sound like he'll back, though, for the next season of the franchise.

Chris Harrison Racism Apology Sincere, Not Just for Show ... Michael Eric Dyson Cosigns

Published | Updated

Chris Harrison has at least one person in his corner as his racism apology tour begins -- author Michael Eric Dyson tells us Chris is being sincere.

Harrison apologized to Rachel Lindsay Thursday on 'GMA' and we've learned Chris has been meeting with Dyson and other leaders in the Black community recently to educate himself on why his controversial take was so hurtful.

Remember, the firestorm started when the longtime 'Bachelor' host defended current 'Bachelor' contestant Rachael Kirkconnell over a 2018 antebellum south bash ... during an interview with Lindsay.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Chris has spent a ton of time meeting with Michael and others over Zoom to go over the subject. We're told he's also working with a very reputable race educator who is helping him learn from history and fully recognize the magnitude of his mistake.

Michael, who's authored books about Malcolm X, Martin Luther King Jr. and Barack Obama, tells TMZ ... Chris took a major step with Thursday's 'GMA' appearance, and it was heartening to see him apologize directly and sincerely to Rachel.

Dyson says Chris was right to own up to his mistake, admit his imperfections, denounce Rachel Lindsay's online trolls and emphasize a need for change. He says his time with Chris convinced him he's sincere.

Dyson tells us, "He also made it plain that he is not the victim here, a crucial point to emphasize as he rightfully refuses to revel in self-pity. At no point was he defensive, which is an important part of showing that he recognized his error."

Michael says he looks forward to educating Chris even more, and they'll probably have time for it ... FS1 sports broadcaster Emmanuel Acho is replacing Chris as the upcoming 'After the Final Rose' finale.

'Jersey Shore: Family Vacation' COVID-Safe Bubble Moved to New Spot ... Let's Finish Season 4!!!

Published | Updated

The 'Jersey Shore' stars are back in a bubble to shoot the rest of their family vacation, but this time the gang is a lot closer to home.

"Jersey Shore: Family Vacation" has begun shooting the second half of season 4 ... and it appears Pauly D, Vinny, Ronnie, JWOWW, Deena, Angelina, The Situation and their family members are locked down inside Pennsylvania's Woodloch Resort.

Situation's wife, Lauren, dropped the first clue on their new home away from home this week by posting shots of a picturesque lake.

Pauly D's girlfriend, Nikki Hall, also posted a photo in front of a fireplace -- and we took their hints and lined them up to other pics from inside Woodloch resort.

TMZ broke the story ... the 'Jersey Shore' cast shot the first half of season 4 in a "Shore Bubble" at a fancy resort in Nevada, with production adhering to local, state and federal COVID-19 health and safety requirements to get the job done.

Our sources tell us production is taking the same approach for the second half of season 4, except in a new location. While Pennsylvania still isn't Jersey, it's a lot closer -- plus wherever this crew goes kinda becomes the Shore.

One remaining mystery is whether Snooki and her fam will join the gang at Woodloch Resort. As we first reported, she and Angelina shot a scene together in a NJ restaurant last week -- but it's unclear if that was a one-off guest appearance or if she's rejoining the cast.
