Late Dolphins Owner Florida Mansion Hits Auction Block Previously $27 MILLION!!!
Wanna ball out like a Florida billionaire?? The late Wayne Huizenga's incredibly massive Fort Lauderdale mansion is hitting the auction block ... and it's going to the highest bidder!!!
The former Dolphins, Marlins and Panthers owner -- who died last year -- owned the 20,653-square-ft estate on the riverfront ... and it was previously listed at a whoppin' $27 million.
The 10-room pad is sick ... complete with a personal gym, workshop, theater (after all, dude co-founded Blockbuster), billiards room and a kitchen with a pizza oven.
The whole property has five different buildings ... and there are multiple safe rooms throughout the place.
If that ain't enough ... there's enough water room to store a 135-ft megayacht.
The auction kicks off next month through Concierge Auctions and will sell without reserve.
Good luck!!!

He was a mainstay at huge comedy events like the Montreal and Vancouver Comedy Festivals -- and just 2 days ago he was at the Festival of Friendship in Burbank.
Later that night he did a set -- which appears to have been his last -- at the famed Comedy Store on the Sunset Strip.
Brody also had several roles in movies, such as "The Hangover" and "The Hangover II."
He was also an avid baseball fan. He pitched in college at Arizona State University until he suffered an elbow injury.
Reps for Brody tell us, "Brody was an inspiring voice who was a friend to many in the comedy community. He pushed creative boundaries and his passion for his work and his love of baseball were contagious. He was beloved by many and will be greatly missed."
We had a lot of fun run-ins with Brody over the years -- he always turned it on for our camera guys.

2:15 PM PT -- Syracuse PD says Boeheim did exactly what he should've done after the accident by calling 911 and using his cell phone flashlight to flag oncoming drivers away from the scene.
9:14 AM PT -- Jim Boeheim issued a statement saying he's "heartbroken that a member of our community died as the result of last night’s accident."
"Juli and I extend our deepest sympathies to the Jimenez family. Out of respect for those involved, I will not be providing further comment at this time."
7:15 AM PT -- The Syracuse PD issued a statement saying, "It was revealed that the victim was an occupant in a vehicle that had lost control on the highway striking a guard rail."
"The occupants then exited the vehicle and proceeded to walk on the highway within close proximity to that vehicle."
"An oncoming vehicle noticed the disabled car and tried avoiding the vehicle which was in the middle of the road. As a result, the driver, James Boeheim 74, of Fayetteville NY struck the victim who was standing on the side of the road."
"Both drivers remained on scene and are cooperating with this investigation. Field sobriety and alco-sensor tests for both drivers were negative for any signs of impairment."
"Reconstruction of the scene will be performed and speeds cannot be determined at this time. No Uniformed Traffic Tickets have been issued at this time."
7:13 AM PT -- Boeheim is "devastated" ... according to his good friend, Adam Weitsman, who spoke with the coach Thursday morning.
WTVH reporter Michael Benny spoke with Weitsman who says Boeheim is clearly affected by the crash.
"He says the man was in the middle of the road, not along the side or anything like that," Weitsman told Benny.
Syracuse head basketball coach Jim Boeheim is cooperating with police after hitting a man with his car on Interstate 690 late Wednesday evening. The victim has died from his injuries.
Officials say Boeheim was NOT drunk and will NOT be charged with a crime.
The victim has been identified as 51-year-old Jorge Jimenez -- who was walking on the Interstate around 11:30 PM when he was struck by Boeheim's vehicle.
Cops believe Jimenez had been riding in another vehicle with other passengers -- and that vehicle had crashed before the Boeheim incident. At some point, Jimenez got out of the car and began to walk.
Cops say the 74-year-old coach underwent a field sobriety test -- and officers determined he did not show signs of intoxication. Syracuse.com reports Boeheim had a .00 blood alcohol level.
The coach is cooperating with the investigation.
Officials say the roads were ice Wednesday night -- but it's unclear if the conditions played a role in either crash.
Boeheim coached the Syracuse basketball team earlier in the evening -- leading the Orangemen to a 69-49 victory over Louisville at the Carrier Dome.
We reached out to the Syracuse Athletic Dept. for comment -- but so far, they're not saying anything.

WWE's X-Pac Chyna Getting In Hall of Fame with D-Generation X ... 'It's a Win!'
-
EXCLUSIVE

WWE legend X-Pac understands why people are upset Chyna is going into the WWE Hall of Fame as a part of D-Generation X ... and not individually ... but he insists it's still a VICTORY for her.
"I totally understand where they're coming from," Sean Waltman tells TMZ Sports ... "Of course, she deserves to go in by herself."
But, Waltman -- who was engaged to Chyna in real life in 2003 -- says the WWE only has a limited number of people they can induct each year, and he believes they're doing the best they can.
WWE announced on Monday the main members of DX (as a group) will be included in the H.O.F. class of 2019. Meaning, Chyna will be enshrined with Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Road Dogg, Billy Gunn and, of course, X-Pac.
But, a swell of wrestling fans feel Chyna was such an important figure in WWE -- the first and only female Intercontinental champ -- that she shouldn't have to share the honor with anyone.
X-Pac says he understands the frustration -- but says Chyna would still be thrilled with the honor.
"I hope that the people who think this about her are still grateful that she's going in, because this is a win and sometimes we should take the win."
As for himself, X-Pac says he's grateful to be included -- and can't wait to get the gang back together!!!
Chyna -- real name Joanie Laurer -- passed away in 2016. She was only 46.

"He was a constant presence at Dodger Stadium and players always gravitated to him for his endless advice and leadership. The Dodgers mean everything to him and we are all fortunate he was part of our lives."
The Dodgers consider him one of the greatest pitchers in team history -- and for good reason.

Newcombe took a hiatus from pro baseball in 1952 and 1953 to serve in the Korean War.
In 2013, he talked about his service to USA Today saying, "I served my country. I was going to fight for my country and my flag if I was asked. I didn't dodge bullets, but I'm proud of my contribution."
Back in 2010, Barack Obama credited Newcombe -- along with Jackie Robinson -- with helping to change America for the better.
"I would not be here if it were not for Jackie and it were not for Don Newcombe," Obama said.

Lee Radziwill Jackie Kennedy's Sister Dead at 85
Lee Radziwill, the sister of Jackie Kennedy who was a world famous socialite ... has died.
Radziwill -- whose daughter-in-law, Carole Radziwill, is a cast member on "Real Housewives of New York" -- died Friday at her home in New York City.
Jackie and Lee were the most famous sisters in the world in the early '60s. She went by Princess Lee Radziwill. The title was bestowed when she married Polish aristocrat, Prince Stanislaw Albrecht Radziwill.
The joke in the U.S. for years was that Lee wasn't really a princess, or if she was no one knew the country associated with the title. Gilda Radner famously mused as Roseanne Rosannadanna on 'SNL' that no one knew what she was princess of.
Lee circulated in high society, with friends that included Truman Capote, Rudolf Nureyev and Andy Warhol.
Lee and Jackie were extremely competitive growing up, and Lee often said it was hard for her to measure up to the future First Lady. She recounted in her autobiography her dad favored Jackie, adding, "That was very clear to me but I didn't resent it because I understood he had reason to."
Lee was married 3 times. Her third husband was film director Herbert Ross.
Lee had 2 children.
She was 85.
