Sinbad is speaking out publicly for the first time in a long time, and he's showing face too -- which is major following his stroke 4 years ago ... and crazier yet, he's teasing a comeback.

The comedian posted a new video to IG that revealed a lot -- including giving fans an update on his health ... which many have been asking for ever since he suffered his medical episode in 2020. This also marks his first post since 2022, when he gave another big update.

In the new upload, Sinbad told fans that he appreciated their kind words and prayers to him over these past few years ... noting the kind words meant a lot to him as he recovered.

He also said folks could expect to see more of him soon ... an encouraging sign.

Sinbad actually stepped back into the spotlight a bit at the end of February to accompany his costars "A Different World" for their initial stop on a 10-city tour of HBCUs. While Sinbad only participated over Zoom -- he was met with a passionate round of applause from the crowd.

In this latest clip ... he says he was surprised that the college kids even knew who he was.

Perhaps the comic is underestimating his legacy -- which includes starring roles in "Jingle All the Way," "The Sinbad Show," "Coneheads," and six seasons on "The Cosby Show" spinoff.

In any case, Sinbad made sure to thank his fans for their continued love and support ... informing them that he saw and read everything that was sent in during his recovery.

As we reported ... Sinbad suffered from a stroke in October 2020 -- which his family later said was caused by a blood clot that traveled from the heart to the brain. At the time ... his loved ones said they were grateful for fans' outpouring of love.

Renee Graziano says she nearly lost her life when she overdosed last year on a bad batch of drugs -- which she calls her come-to-Jesus moment ... and which finally got her clean.

The "Mob Wives" star is the latest guest for Bunnie XO's "Dumb Blonde" podcast ... and in a sneak peek clip from their chat -- set to air in full on Wednesday -- you can hear Renee get into the details of an OD she suffered in 2023 ... which ultimately sent her to Odom Recovery Group.

The story is harrowing, to say the least -- RG describes what drug it was that ended up being laced with fentanyl, unbeknownst to her ... and she says it landed her in the hospital.

Take a listen for yourself ... Renee says she had no clue she was dabbling in bad drugs -- but before she knew it, she'd lost memory over the course of 3 days ... and was bedridden for a total of 9, a period in which she says her family never came to see or visit her.

Renee goes on to say she had to learn to walk again from this horrific episode -- and it ended up being what made her realize she had to kick her drug habit ... which she has.

As we reported ... Renee entered into treatment back in November -- a couple months after this overdose -- and it sounds like she's been on the straight and narrow ever since.

Good to hear she's doing well ... and it sounds like a lot more will be discussed on the pod.

Lala Kent just broke some big baby news ... she's pregnant with baby number 2.

The "Vanderpump Rules" star made the announcement Sunday night on Instagram, writing in a post, "I'm expanding my pod." Lala also posted a black-and-white image of her belly, proving she's got another bun in the oven.

Her first child, 2-year-old Ocean, was standing next to her with excitement in her face as she awaits the arrival of her new sibling!

As you know, Lala shares Ocean with her ex-fiancé Randall Emmett, who she broke up with in 2021 after she accused the film producer of cheating. Randall denied the allegations.

This time, Lala has taken a different road on the baby front, using intrauterine insemination -- a treatment that surgically implants sperm in a uterus to fertilize an egg. Lala has publicly discussed conceiving her second child with this method.

In Sunday's IG post, Lala uploaded another photo showing her holding a spoon out to Ocean, who was standing on a chair at a counter with two vitamin bottles on top.

She captioned this image by celebrating her "new addition" to the family, while receiving a flood of well wishes in the comments section. 'Real Housewives of Orange Country' star Heather Dubrow even gave Lala a shout-out.

1:18 PM PT -- A rep for Bhad Bhabie tells TMZ ... "Danielle was just trying to have a relaxing dinner with her friends as she is very pregnant. The issue was that these drunk women were filming Danielle and her party and then started yelling stuff at them."

Danielle's rep adds ... "Danielle was arguing with her table because her boyfriend was trying to be protective and stop these people from harassing them and filming them. Danielle wanted her friends to just let it go but the restaurant didn't get involved and it escalated."

Danielle Bregoli isn't gonna let a little thing like pregnancy tame her Bhad Bhabie ways -- her entourage squared off with another table during a night on the town ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained this video showing the end of the Saturday night scrap ... 2 women come face-to-face screaming at each other, hurling F-bombs with fists up, before one of them is held back and hauled out of Toca Madera, a West Hollywood restaurant.

As heated as things got, there's no visual evidence Danielle ever got involved in the worst of the fight -- but folks in the restaurant tell us what sparked the whole incident.

Multiple witnesses say the rapper was arguing with her boyfriend/baby daddy Le Vaughn while they were eating dinner and allegedly slapped him. While they were arguing, we're told someone at Danielle's table noticed someone at an adjacent table recording BB and Le's dispute -- and that's why the fight, seen in the video, broke out.

At the end of the video, you can see Bhad Bhabie -- who has a short pixie haircut now -- getting up from her table, ironically, very calmly and heading for the exit with her man ... following after their friends who'd been pulled away from the fight.

Danielle announced back in December that she and Le Vaughn were expecting. Seeing how she opted out of an all-out brawl last night ... you'd have to say pending motherhood has mellowed her.

The exes were together in a park in Agoura Hills, CA -- it's the first time they've been seen photographed together in nearly a year. Both of them were dressed very casually, and most of the convo seemed pretty chill.

However, there were also what seemed like some tense moments during their chat. Tori and Dean have 5 kids together, so co-parenting issues were likely among the things they discussed.

But, there's plenty more for them to catch up about, too. For instance, Dean moving on ... he's reportedly living with new GF Lily Calo ... while Tori and the kids have moved into a new home, which reportedly rents for $15k/month.

They announced their separation last summer on social media, ending 17 years of marriage.

Since then, Dean has spent time in a sober living facility ... after admitting last November he'd had a drunken altercation with Tori.

Cops are looking into allegations of neglect regarding the care of "Good Times" star John Amos and the investigation is just getting started ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us a case here in Los Angeles has been opened to look into claims hurled by Amos' daughter, Shannon, who we're told recently called Adult Protective Services to allege her father was battling health issues ... and her brother, K.C., wasn't getting him proper care.

Our sources say APS took a report based on what she claimed and then sent the report over to the LAPD ... which then launched an investigation.

We're told cops are familiar with all the back-and-forth claims between Shannon and K.C. -- a lot of the bad blood between John's kids has been widely publicized -- but the investigation will focus on these new allegations, specifically.

There's also this development ... TMZ has learned the beloved actor was recently in the hospital, although we were told it was just for a routine checkup and that nothing serious was wrong with him. We even got on the phone briefly with John, who assured us he was fine.

Brittany Cartwright's not closing the door on reuniting with estranged husband Jax Taylor ... but, she has to see serious changes before reconciliation can truly begin.

We caught up with Brittany out in Los Angeles on Friday ... and we asked her all about her split with her husband of almost five years -- specifically asking if the couple's taking any steps to mend fences.

Cartwright says Jax hasn't made much of an effort to work things out ... adding she's asked Taylor to hit some relationship benchmarks, but nothing's happened yet.

Despite Brittany saying there is a lack of movement on Jax's front, she says she's not giving up on her man yet ... seriously hoping to get back together eventually.

She's also confronting rumors that this separation is a publicity stunt head-on ... saying there's no truth to that online gossip.

Brittany alludes to a ton of fighting between her and Jax as well ... adding both she and the couple's son -- 2-year-old son Cruz -- deserve better.

Romantic issues aside ... Brittany says she and Jax still plan on working together --  cohosting their podcast 'When Reality Hits' and even filming their "Vanderpump Rules" spin-off "The Valley" while dealing with their issues.

We broke the story ... even though Jax claimed the couple was still living together through their separation, sources with direct knowledge told us that just wasn't the case -- and pics of her moving out provided further confirmation.

All this came after Brittany announced the news on an episode of their podcast earlier this week ... seemingly bringing an end to a relationship that began almost a decade ago.

Jenelle Evans is still reeling from an attempted break-in that took place just days ago ... and it's easy to see why -- 'cause the scary scene was captured on video.

The "Teen Mom 2" star took to TikTok on Saturday to share surveillance footage from her property ... giving fans a first-hand look at the incident she's recently been describing.

Jenelle started out her video by asking people on social media to help her identify the person who trespassed on her property, sorta walking aimlessly around the expansive estate.

She began to recap the situation for fans ... before letting the security clip do much of the talking for her -- showing a man walk right up to her house at just after 1 AM.

The man, clad in a bright orange jacket, started banging on Jenelle's laundry room door before pulling a sliding glass door off its hinges, according to Evans -- before walking out to Evans' "she shed" where the video picks back up

Though it's hard to see exactly what's happening, it certainly sounds like the man's rustling with something metal -- possibly a door or lock -- before Jenelle says she hopped out on her front porch and started yelling the Spanish word for police.

Instead of scaring the man, it seems Jenelle just deterred him ... 'cause he starts walking calmly away from the shed -- apologizing but moving at his own pace.

Jenelle says she's terrified since this person hasn't been caught -- and she's even claiming she's dealing with PTSD in the aftermath of the incident.

Remember ... Evans told us in a statement through her manager that the police were looking into the incident, but she and her kids were still shaken up. She's since slowly revealed more details about the break-in attempt -- but this is the first time she's dropped footage.
