Justin Jefferson From College Success to NFL Superstardom

Published | Updated

Everyone knows a big part of playing in the NFL is taking a few knocks every now and then ... and we think Justin Jefferson's had his fair share over the years!

The wide receiver's spent several years with the Minnesota Vikings, and although he's become one of the flashiest guys on the gridiron -- with his jewelry and his touchdown celebration dance -- his career's also been marred by a few injuries.

We're going to see how the athlete moved from college stardom to becoming one of the NFL's most talked about offensive threats ... all while dealing with physical setbacks.

Justin's Football Career Started When He Was Just a Kid

Jefferson started playing football at an early age, and he was a member of the football squad at Destrehan High School in his home state of Louisiana.

JJ remained in his home state for college, as he committed to and enrolled at Louisiana State University in 2017.

While his first season with the LSU Tigers was relatively uneventful, he became one of the team's key players throughout its 2018 season, as he racked up 875 yards, according to ESPN.

Justin led the country in receptions during his junior season, and he helped lead the Tigers to a national championship.

He Became a First-Round Pick for the Vikings

His efforts with LSU paid off in the end, as he ended up becoming a first-round draft pick for the Minnesota Vikings in 2020.

Justin later told ESPN he "definitely didn't think" he would've been one of the team's first picks, although he expressed he felt "blessed" to have been chosen to play.

He's spent his entire NFL career with the Vikings, and it looks like he's planning on sticking with the team a little longer, because he signed a $140 million contract extension in June 2024.

Oh, and it's worth mentioning, Justin helped to popularize the Griddy -- a viral dance move he first used as a touchdown celebration during his LSU days -- and continued in the NFL. Lots of other players, in multiple sports, have picked up the move, too.

Justin Was Injured Prior to the Start of the 2025 Season

Jefferson's time in the NFL hasn't always been smooth, and he's had to deal with several hamstring injuries over the course of his career.

He missed a total of seven games during the 2023 season after he suffered a strain in his right leg, according to ESPN.

He ended up having to sit out of several practices in 2025, when he strained his left hamstring in July.

Jefferson told ESPN he felt like he frequently "put a little bit more stress on my body than a normal typical person would" ... which he claimed likely led to those leg injuries.

How Priscilla Presley Was Sued By Her Former Business Partners

Published | Updated

Priscilla Presley's legal battle with Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko's been a bit of an ordeal, as Priscilla's former business partners have made some troubling claims about her past behavior.

The former wife of Elvis Presley's been the subject of various allegations made by both Kruse and Fialko, even as they formerly had cordial relations.

We're going to take a look at the background of Priscilla's former business partners and see what they've had to say about her over the course of their shared legal history.

The Two Are Both Fans of Elvis

Kruse is the cofounder of Kruse GWS Auctions, which she started with her husband in 2009, according to the company's official website.

The website says the company's worked with the Presley estate on several occasions.

Kruse and Presley herself have worked together for several years, and Kruse described the singer's former wife as "a wealth of experience and knowledge" when it came to Elvis' history.

Fialko's also an Elvis enthusiast, and he's a collector of his memorabilia.

Legal Troubles Began in 2023

Kruse and Fialko began their legal battle with Priscilla Presley in 2023, when they sued her for damages for breach of contract, according to USA Today.

The pair claimed they had "brokered" several deals to financially benefit Priscilla, who was apparently facing insolvency in 2022.

Presley eventually responded by suing Kruse and Fialko for financial elder abuse in 2024, claiming they took advantage of her and stole more than $1 million while they were associated.

She alleged Kruse, Fialko, and their associates attempted to make deals related to the estate of her late daughter Lisa Marie, who died in January 2023.

The Pair Have Made Troubling Claims About Priscilla

The trio's legal battle only got uglier over time, and Kruse and Fialko alleged Priscilla directed Lisa Marie's medical team to pull the plug on her daughter after LM suffered cardiac arrest in 2023 to obtain control of the Elvis Presley Estate as part of their lawsuit against her -- and they're looking to get $50 million out of her, too.

Presley's lawyer, Marty Singer, characterized the claims as part of a publicity stunt and said the allegations were made in an effort to discredit his client.

Kruse and Fialko amended their lawsuit in September 2025 to include new claims regarding Presley's treatment of her late husband, and they alleged she placed financial pressure on him just a few months before he died.

Singer spoke to us regarding the new claims and dismissed them entirely.

We're going to take a look at how the influencer made a name for himself and see how the reactions to his death largely reflected the positive impact he'd had on his fans.

Ray Made a Name for Himself on Reality TV

Ray started making appearances in the late 2010s on various television shows, including "Catfish: Trolls," where his one-liners, and overall sense of humor, became popular with the show's fans.

A clip of his appearance on "Divorce Court," in which he claimed to have been in contact with Beyoncé, went viral a year later.

Ray was subsequently featured on several programs on the Zeus Network, including "The Conversation," in which his feud with rapper Bobby Lytes was detailed in a two-part arc.

Ray later served as an executive producer on the series "Bobby I Love You, Purrr," in which he helped Lytes find a partner.

He Also Found Success on Social Media

Ray's talent wasn't just limited to TV, as he racked up a healthy following on social media throughout his life.

The influencer was most prolific on Instagram, where he had 451,000 followers at the time of his death.

He was also active on TikTok, where he had a following of nearly 10,000 ... although his final posts on the platform were shared in 2023.

In addition to his social media activity, Ray was a songwriter, and released several singles on Apple Music, mainly in the early 2020s.

Ray Received Several Tributes Following His Death

Although the cause of Ray's death was not immediately released, it was marked with several tributes from across the entertainment world.

Zeus Network shared a post on its Instagram account, noting the influencer's "laughter, light, & loving spirit."

How Sydney Sweeney Ended Up In A Controversial Clothing Ad

Published | Updated

Sydney Sweeney's made a name for herself by appearing in front of the cameras for much of her life ... but not all the recent attention surrounding the actress has been positive.

The performer raised her public profile in some of the most popular shows of the early 2020s, although her reputation was briefly thrown into jeopardy when she did a controversial ad for a clothing company.

Here's a look at how the actress rose to fame, then faced a controversy.

Sydney Started Acting When She Was Just a Kid

Sweeney started acting before she'd even become a teenager, starting off with bit parts in various movies and TV shows, including "Grey's Anatomy" and "Heroes."

Her career gradually gained traction, and she started taking on recurring roles in shows like "The Handmaid's Tale" and "Everything Sucks."

How Aaron Phypers Ended Up Separating From Denise Richards

Published

Denise Richards has spent a significant portion of her life in front of film and TV cameras, and her relationship with her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, has been one of the more attention-grabbing events of her life.

The pair were together for several years before their relationship crumbled in a very troubling way in July 2025.

We're going to take a look into the background of the Denise's estranged spouse and see how they came together ... before falling apart.

Aaron Worked in Frequency Medicine

Aaron formerly worked in the field of frequency medicine, which Denise described as a form of "light and sound therapy" on a 2019 episode of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show."

Denise claimed his work in frequency medicine had made him the target of "certain organizations" on a 2020 episode of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," and she also alleged they'd been "followed" in the past.

Aaron formerly operated a holistic clinic called Quantum 360 in Malibu, California ... although it closed down in October 2024, and he was sued for alleged fraud and breach of oral contract by the husband of a late client in January 2025, according to People.

He claimed he'd "made [no] income since" the closure of his clinic in his divorce filings, according to Us Weekly.

He Was Previously Married to Another Actress

Denise wasn't Aaron's first wife, as he was formerly married to British actress Nicollette Sheridan, who starred on "Desperate Housewives."

Aaron and Nicollette were first linked in 2014, and they tied the knot in December 2015, although they kept their marriage under wraps.

Fans didn't have to wait for too long to learn about the marriage -- because Sheridan filed for divorce after just six months! Aaron and Nicollette's divorce was eventually finalized in 2018.

He Tied the Knot With Denise 48 Hours After Proposing

Aaron was first linked to Denise in December 2017, and he popped the big question in September 2018.

A source spoke to People at the time and claimed the pair's "engagement had been a long time coming" and said the two finally felt "ready to start their married life together."

And their married life started way faster than many of her fans expected -- because they got married just two days after their engagement announcment!

Aaron settled into married life with Denise fairly quickly, and he was featured in several episodes of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" throughout their relationship.

Aaron Filed for Divorce in 2025

The good times didn't exactly last forever, as Aaron filed for divorce in July 2025, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split in his filing.

And things got tense pretty quickly, because Denise was granted a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband shortly after he filed for divorce ... she alleged he'd been abusive throughout their marriage.

Aaron responded to the allegations in a statement in mid-July 2025, in which he claimed he'd "never physically or emotionally abused" his estranged wife and described her accusations as "completely false and deeply hurtful."

He said he'd experienced "challenges" in his relationship with Denise and he'd "tried to approach our marriage with love, patience, and respect" over the years.

How Ali Marks Started A Family With An NBA Star

Published

Jalen Brunson's history with the NBA stretches all the way back to 2018 ... but his history with his wife, Ali Marks, goes even further back!

Get this ... the professional basketball player and his spouse first met before they'd become adults, and they've remained together since their time in high school.

Here's a look at how the athlete's wife established herself professionally ... and how she eventually started a family with her longtime partner.

Ali Was Jalen’s High School Sweetheart

Ali and Jalen met all the way back in their teenage years, as they both attended Adlai E. Stevenson High School, located just outside of Chicago.

The athlete and his now-wife were pretty open about their relationship during their high school years, as they shared photos featuring each other on their respective Instagram accounts.

And if the photos weren’t enough to convince you already … they were each other’s date to their senior prom back in 2015!

Jalen and Ali’s time in high school was apparently a pretty good experience, because he proposed to her on the basketball court of their high school’s gym -- way, way later on, of course.

She Stayed Local for College and Became a Physical Therapist

Ali stayed in her home state for her college years, attending the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she graduated with degrees in kinesiology and exercise science.

The professional basketball player’s wife attended graduate school at Northwestern University, and she earned a doctoral degree in physical therapy in 2021.

Ali started her professional career as a rehabilitation aide, and she held the position for two years, according to her LinkedIn account.

She eventually became a full-on physical therapist, and she's documented much of her professional experience on one of her two Instagram accounts.

Ali Shares a Daughter With Jalen

Ali and Jalen made things official in July 2023, when they held a wedding ceremony at the Ritz-Carlton in Chicago.

The couple spoke about the event in an interview with People, where the physical therapist stated she wanted "nonstop dancing" after the two said their vows.

And it didn't take too long for the couple to start a family, either, because they welcomed a daughter named Jordyn the following July.

It's worth mentioning, the couple kept the news about Ali's pregnancy under wraps until the child's arrival, which they didn't announce for a few weeks.

How Tommy Castellanos Became Florida State's Quarterback

Published

Tommy Castellanos has seen some bumps so far in his college football journey ... but at least it's never been boring!

The quarterback's bounced around between several schools over the length of his collegiate career, and he's finally found a home with the Florida State Seminoles.

We're going to see how the athlete ended up playing ball in Tallahassee after switching from university to university ... and check out how his past comments about a rival institution garnered criticism within the sports world.

Tommy Was a Three-Star Recruit in High School

Tommy first sparked interest from recruiters while playing quarterback for Ware County High School in his hometown of Waycross, Georgia.

Oh, and it's worth mentioning football wasn't the athlete's only interest in high school, as he was on Ware County's basketball, soccer, and track and field squads.

Tommy led the Ware County High School Gators to a 10-2 record in his junior year, clinching them a spot in the state's AAAAA Playoffs.

His prowess on the field attracted the attention of several institutions while he prepared to head to college, including Florida State and the University of Central Florida ... remember those names for later.

He Switched Between Several Colleges

Tommy started his college career at the University of Central Florida, where he committed in 2021 ... and he spent the 2022 season playing with the Knights.

The athlete pulled a fast one the following April when he entered the transfer portal, and he ended up at Boston College.

Tommy served as the Eagles' starting quarterback at the beginning of the 2023 season, although he got bumped from the starting position the following season.

He announced his intention to transfer shortly after being losing his starting position, and he began playing for Florida State in August 2025.

Tommy Recieived Attention for His Trash Talk

Tommy found himself in hot water prior to the start of the 2025 season for comments he made about the University of Alabama's football squad -- in other words, trash talk.

The quarterback told On3 Sports he didn't see the Crimson Tide "stopping me" and said the team didn't have former coach Nick Saban to "save them."

He doubled down on the comments while speaking to On3's Warchant, and claimed he didn't mean any "disrespect" ... he just wanted college football fans to know he had "confidence in my guys."

Former University of Alabama quarterback A.J. McCarron -- who now plays for the NFL -- spoke about Tommy's comments on an episode of "The Dynasty," and described the college athlete's remarks as "stupid."

She eventually moved on with Berrios, and they made their red carpet debut at the 2023 ESPY Awards ceremony.

Alix and Braxton took things a step further in April 2025, when she moved into his Miami home -- hey, it's not a ring, but it's something!

How Abby And Brittany Hensel Live A One-Of-A-Kind Life As Conjoined Twins

Published

Abby and Brittany Hensel have had interesting lives, as they're one of the only pairs of dicephalic parapagus twins to survive past infancy.

And sharing a body's never held the sisters back, either, as they've graduated from college, seen interesting parts of the world -- and worn a wedding dress on Abby's big day!

Here's a look at how the conjoined twins have earned themselves plenty of achievements over the course of their lives ... and see how they sparked rumors about the start of a family.

Abby and Brittany Share a Body

Abby and Brittany were born in 1990 in Minnesota, and their condition means they've got two heads and share a body.

Although they have separate hearts and different personalities, they share all their organs below their waist, as well as a single bloodstream.

The twins' father Mike spoke to Time when they were kids and said neither he nor his wife Patty wanted the two to be surgically separated, as that likely would have killed one -- or both -- of the girls.

While the sisters had a small third arm surgically removed after they were born, they haven't required further operations related to their condition.

The Sisters Work as Teachers in Their Home State

Abby and Brittany decided to stay in Minnesota for their college years, and they attended Bethel University, where they both graduated with degrees in education.

The pair eventually took a position as a teacher, and they entered the field not long after they graduated from Bethel.

Although they each hold degrees, the twins are only paid a single salary, as they fill a single position in their school district, and they split their pay, according to E! News.

Abby and Brittany also hold separate educational interests, as Abby's more confident in her math and science skills, while her sister's better with language arts.

They Spent Much of Their Early Lives in Front of Cameras

Abby and Brittany's birth was kind of a big deal, as there's only a few cases of dicephalic parapagus twins surviving past infancy, and their first TV appearance was in 1996 on "The Oprah Winfrey Show."

The two were featured in several other television specials over the years before they began starring in their own series, titled "Abby & Brittany."

The show followed the twins as they graduated from Bethel, traveled around Europe, and looked for their first job.

"Abby & Brittany" ran for eight episodes ... the show's sole season premiered and concluded in 2012.

Abby Got Married ... and the Twins Were Photographed With a Newborn Baby

Abby eventually found love, and she married Army veteran Josh Bowling back in 2021, according to Today.

Abby also became a stepmother to her husband's daughter, who he welcomed with his first wife.

And the plot got even thicker when we saw the twins carrying a newborn baby while stepping out in Minnesota in August 2025. We reached out to the twins, as well as to Bowling, to ask about the child, but we didn't hear back.

Why Hanna Cavinder Broke Up With A College Football Star

Published | Updated

Carson Beck's earned lots of fans throughout his college football career ... although we don't think his ex-girlfriend Hanna Cavinder is on that list anymore.

The University of Miami quarterback and the social media star were linked throughout much of 2024 and the early part of 2025, but they ultimately went their separate ways ... and she had some choice words about him in an interview conducted after their split.

We're going to see how the TikTok personality rose to fame ... and why she decided to end things with the athlete.

Hanna Played College Basketball for Several Years

Hanna's been playing basketball since her high school days, and she continued with the sport when she began attending California State University, Fresno in 2019.

And she wasn't alone when she started playing for the Bulldogs ... her twin sister Haley signed up to play alongside her the same year!

The twins remained with Fresno State until 2022, when they announced their intention to transfer schools, and they ended up at the University of Miami in Florida.

Hanna and her sister stayed with the Hurricanes all the way up to the end of the 2024-2025 season ... Hanna started in all of the team's 29 games.

She's Built Up a Substantial Following on Social Media

Hanna's public profile began to rise after she started creating content for TikTok with Haley during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The pair's fame only grew after the NCAA started allowing student athletes to monetize their names, images, and likenesses in 2021, and they signed endorsement deals with companies like Boost Mobile and Under Armour, according to ESPN.

The sisters' popularity continued at Miami, and they ended up on the 2025 Forbes 30 Under 30 Sports list.

Speaking with ESPN, Hanna claimed her her sister's lives had "changed tremendously," and she described their newfound roles as influencers as "the most surreal job."

Hanna Started Dating Carson in 2024

Hanna and Carson were first linked in July 2024, when she shared a now-deleted photo of him wearing his Georgia Bulldogs uniform on her Instagram account.

The quarterback confirmed he was dating the social media personality in an interview with ESPN the following month.

Carson wasn't camera-shy when he was dating Hanna, showing up in several of her social media posts over the length of their relationship.

The two had their cars stolen in February 2025 -- Beck's Mercedes and Lamborghini and Cavinder's Range Rover were taken as they slept ... two of the vehicles were eventually found, according to ESPN.

She Broke Up With Carson 'Because of Who He Was'

The thing is, Hanna and Carson's love story eventually came to an end -- and it wasn't a pretty breakup.

The influencer talked with Kai Trump -- Donald's granddaughter -- in April 2025, and when she was asked about the quarterback's personality, Hanna claimed her ex had "an ego" and said she was often "embarrassed" by his conduct, according to Fox Sports.

Hanna said she was aware of rumors of "cheating" on her ex's part, she didn't know about any infidelity.

She summed up the end of her relationship with the athlete, saying she broke up with him "because of who he was."

The quarterback led the Giants to Super Bowl XLII in 2008, where they pulled off a major upset against the New England Patriots.

Eli took the Giants to the Super Bowl for the second time in 2012, defeating the Patriots again to win it all.

Eli remained with the team for another seven seasons, announcing his retirement from professional football in January 2020.

The Brothers Moved Into Broadcasting -- and Have Spoken About Arch's Skills

Peyton and Eli stayed in the game, however, co-hosting "ManningCast," an ESPN2 program where they watch live football games and mess with each other at the same time.

Oh, and the former quarterbacks have been pretty open about their support for their nephew's path in college football over the past few years, too.

Peyton spoke to Sporting News in June 2025 and said he was "proud" of Arch for making a "commitment" to sticking with the University of Texas and improving his game with the Longhorns.

Eli's also given props to his nephew's dedication to the sport, saying on an episode of ESPN's "Get Up" the college athlete "worked his tail off."

How Sheikha Mahra Became Engaged To A Rapper

Published

French Montana's been linked to some pretty big names in the past -- like Khloe Kardashian and Iggy Azalea, just to name a couple -- now it looks like he's ready to settle down, because he's engaged to Sheikha Mahra!

We broke the news about the happy couple's engagement in August 2025, and it appears as if the rapper's ready to stick it out with his future wife for the long run.

Here's a look at how the life of the rapper's fiancée looked before she started planning out a life with the songwriter.

Mahra's a Princess From Dubai

Mahra's a member of the royal family of the United Arab Emirates ... she's the daughter of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who's the Ruler of Dubai -- a city in the UAE -- and holds the positions of Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE.

And Mahra's not the Sheikh's only daughter -- by a long shot! -- as he's fathered numerous children with several partners.

Sheikha eventually pursued higher education in London, and she shared several photos from her 2023 graduation on Instagram.

She's also got a bit of an entrepreneurial streak to her, as she launched a fragrance line, Mahra M1, in 2024, although her brand appears to have shut down.

She Divorced Her First Husband in a Very Public Way

French Montana's not Mahra's first partner, as she was formerly married to Sheik Mana Bin Mohammed Al Maktoum, who's also a member of the royal family.

The pair tied the knot in a lavish wedding ceremony in June 2023, and Mahra later gave birth to a daughter.

However, the rapper's future wife ultimately split up from her first husband in 2024 via Instagram ... she posted a message to let him know about their breakup, which partially read "I divorce you, I divorce you, and I Divorce You. Take care. Your ex-wife," according to CNN.

The message appeared to contain a reference to triple talaq -- or "instant divorce" -- a practice in some Muslim-majority countries where a man can immediately divorce his wife by declaring his intention three times in a row. It's not typically done to husbands though.

Mahra and French Montana Were First Linked in 2024

Mahra and French Montana were initially linked back in 2024, when she shared a set of photos on Instagram showing the rapper around Dubai.

The rapper and the royal family member were subsequently seen together on various dates, mainly around Europe and the Middle East. French is from Morocco, and he's produced a documentary film detailing his family's history.

The thing is, they'd been engaged for a little while before letting the public know, as the performer popped the big question during Paris Fashion Week in June.

Mahra and French Montana are still working out their upcoming wedding ceremony ... we're told their respective families are enthusiastic about the nuptials.
