Kendall Jenner Vogue 'Afro' Shoot Sparks Backlash ... Mag Apologizes
Kendall Jenner is once again in the crosshairs of controversy after Vogue featured her in a new photo shoot where she's rockin' an afro ... and the fashion mag blinked.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
The supermodel appears in a new Vogue story that's running in November where she's wearing a variety of Brock Collection dresses ... and sporting a 'fro-style 'do. Her hair was frizzy and teased-out (nothing like her usual style) ... and some people got pissed, claiming cultural appropriation and questioning why Vogue didn't use a black model.
People flooded the comment section of Vogue's Instagram post showing off Kendall's puffed-out hairstyle, and openly speculated about the connotations and intentions behind booking a white girl for the gig ... with some calling the move racist and demeaning to black women.
Vogue now says Kendall's hair was simply reflecting the "Edwardian/Gibson Girl" style they were going for with the Brock Collection. FWIW ... a quick google search shows that women of that era did, in fact, have similar hairstyles.
Either way, Vogue eventually apologized, explaining it did not mean to offend anyone.

Jada Pinkett Smith Will & I Aren't in Competition ... For Movies or Anything Else
Jada Pinkett Smith says she doesn't try one-upping her husband, Will Smith, and vice versa ... and that, and other stuff, is why their marriage has lasted.
Jada had a super interesting chit chat with TMZ's Raquel Harper for her new show, "Raq Rants" on BET and shot down the idea that she and Will ever feel like they're competing with one another.
It's a good thing Jada doesn't keep tallies on that kind of stuff either, 'cause Will is all over the map in undertaking spectacular feats. He just bungee jumped out of a helicopter into the Grand Canyon earlier last month for his 50th birthday.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
That isn't to say Jada doesn't try keeping up -- she just jumped out of a plane herself this month after getting inspiration from Will. Let's just call it even, guys.
BTW ... "Raq Rants" premieres Tuesday on BET at 11 PM. On the West Coast, if you have Dish or Direct TV, it's on at 8 PM.

George Lopez on Hooters Incident I'm Trump's Kind of Guy Now!!!
George Lopez and Donald Trump may finally see eye-to-eye on something after a scuffle GL was involved in last weekend at a Hooters ... according to George himself.
We got the comedian Sunday at LAX, where we asked about his run-in with a fan who claims George grabbed his neck in a video of the altercation obtained by TMZ. In our clip ... you can see what appears to be George getting handsy with the dude.
George stays tight-lipped on the whole thing -- not wanting to reveal who he thinks was at fault -- but, he does drop one interesting nugget on us ... Trump probably would've been down for the way George handled it -- ya know, 'cause of that whole body slamming thing.
In case you forgot ... Trump praised Congressman Greg Gianforte for putting a reporter on his back last year, saying anyone who could do a full body slam was "my kind of guy."
George certainly remembers the comment, and he seems to imply that his own run-in might've been more than just a neck grab. Oh ... he's also got some (hilarious) thoughts on the Dodgers returning to the World Series to face the Boston Red Sox.

'Brother Nature' Old Tweets Resurface Rampant Racism & More Revealed
10/22 -- Peña tweeted an apology later Sunday night, explaining that he was 12 years old when he first started using social media and was "very impressionable and was seeking attention."
He states in his apology that he has grown and matured a lot since those tweets, and hopes that everyone close to him knows he has "evolved as a human being." He explains, "I lead with love. I was a child and am now a man asking you to accept the apology of a young boy."
Viral sensation and self-proclaimed deer whisperer, "Brother Nature," started trending this weekend for all the wrong reasons -- old and incredibly vile tweets ... which invoked names like Jay-Z and Chris Brown.
20-year-old Kelvin Peña quickly turned his Twitter account to private Sunday, after people started re-posting screenshots of his old tweets from 2011 and 2012 ... many of which were racist, sexist and anti-Semitic. It's unclear what might've sparked the deep Twitter dive.
Nonetheless, what was revealed was quite disturbing. One such tweet said "Jay Z look like a monkey." Another one said ... "when I grow up I wanna be like Chris Brown. So if my girlfriend tried to look through my phone while driving I can choke and punch her :D".
There's a lot more that are even more disgusting -- tweets that say things like ... "HEIL HITLER" ... "Wanna hear a joke? Women's rights" and "TL stopped loading .. too many coons on my TL that's why f***." FWIW ... dude claims to be Dominican and Puerto Rican.
Peña first garnered attention (and views) back in 2016 with a viral video called "Money and the deer squad" which featured a deer he named Canela. He went on to put out more videos of himself interacting with Canela and other animals he encountered in "the wild" ... and eventually dubbed himself Brother Nature.
As we've seen lately with these viral types ... nothing stays buried for long. We reached out to Brother Nature's camp for comment ... so far, no word back.

Tekashi69 Poses with Alleged Mall Attack Victim Kid Wants Him Off the Hook
Tekashi69 just got an unlikely new supporter in his corner -- the 16-year-old he allegedly choked at a mall is now all about #Free6ix9ine.
Tekashi's lawyer, Carl Moore, tells TMZ ... Santiago Albarran showed up for a hearing Thursday in Houston regarding Tekashi's assault case. He's accused of putting his hands around the kid's neck in a scuffle at a local mall earlier this year.
Moore says Albarran showed up to the courthouse on his own accord, and simply listened without making any statements to the court. However, we're told Albarran did say one important thing to Moore ... he doesn't want Tekashi prosecuted.
Tekashi's attorney says Albarran told him he'd made the same thing clear to prosecutors. If he really did, his wishes don't seem to be having any bearing on the case, as it's moving forward for now.
One positive outcome from this is that he made peace with 6ix9ine.
We're told they ran into each other after court, shook hands and posed for a picture. Looks like that Tekashi rebrand is in full swing.

Rep. French Hill I've Got Nothing to Do with Offensive Ad Targeting Black Voters
Arkansas Rep. French Hill says he had absolutely nothing to do with the shocking radio ad targeting black voters with threats of white Democrats lynching black men accused of rape by white women.
French called the political ad appalling and outrageous ... saying there's no room in his state for this nonsense and making clear he in no way supports the messages.
The ad is running on Arkansas radio stations popular within the black community.
Basically, the ad suggests French and the GOP will protect black men against white women making unfounded claims of rape.
The political spot also draws a direct connection to the confirmation hearings for Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, theorizing if HE had to go through that ... imagine what it means for black men. The overall theme echoes one of President Trump's favorite new catchphrases ... guilty until proven innocent.

'NSYNC's Chris Kirkpatrick 'Bye Bye Bye' to All My Dignity ... Tutu Karaoke for 47th Bday
'NSYNC's Chris Kirkpatrick took it all the way back to 2000 for his 47th birthday -- and then he took it even further by doing it in a tutu and a sash.
The ex-boy band member celebrated the big 4-7 Wednesday at Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar in Nashville in what appeared to be a bachelorette-themed bash -- which was chock-full of no-shame ballerina birthday girl fashion, and 'NSYNC karaoke hits.
Chris was singing his iconic single, "Bye Bye Bye," all while decked out in a pink tutu and a red sash. He had at least a couple hardcore fans there ... the lady holding the beer in the "front row" seemed to be all about the trip down memory lane.
One silver lining here ... Chris hasn't missed a step in his old routine! At least when it comes to lyrics, anyway. His dance steps could use a little tightening up.

George Lopez Hooters Victim Attack Was Uncalled For ... Trump Line Just A Joke
George Lopez attacked a man in a Hooters restaurant who simply wanted a pic of the comedian and only used a Trump reference to get George to smile ... so says the man.
We spoke with the guy who Lopez grabbed by the neck in a shocking video taken at the wing joint in New Mexico. Sources close to George initially told us Lopez went off after the man had allegedly followed and egged him on all night with Trump references.
The guy in the video tells a different story, saying he only approached George at his table once that day to ask for a pic. He says George grabbed his phone and started filming his own crotch ... but never hit record.
We're told George eventually gave the phone back and, wanting to make him smile and ease an awkward situation, the guy said, "On the count of 3 say Make America Great Again!" Lopez clearly didn't find the comment funny ... because he was on his way out of the restaurant when our video starts.
As for why he chose a Trump reference, the guy says he was aware of Lopez's disgust for 45 and just wanted to crack a joke. For what it's worth, the guy in the video tells us he's a Democrat on paper.
Police confirm they got a call about the scuffle and are looking into the incident.

T.I.'s Melania Video He Crossed a Line, No Spouses or Kids Says Presidential Hopeful
There are better ways to voice your displeasure for President Trump than by dragging the First Lady through the mud, and T.I. has gone waaaay too far ... so says former Barack Obama cabinet member Julian Castro.
We got the former HUD Secretary Tuesday at Reagan National, and asked about T.I. portraying Melania Trump as his personal lapdancer in the Oval.
Julian says there's no room for lewd antics in our democracy. Although, we gotta say ... that's a funny response considering Trump's exchange with Stormy Daniels today.
He's adamant mafia rules should apply -- as in, spouses and kids are off limits when bashing Trump, or any other politician. Julian's speaking as a very interested party because he's said he's probably running for Prez in 2020.
Julian remembers Obama dealing with similar attacks, but he says that doesn't give anyone the right to go after Melania. He adds, there are civil ways to disagree with Trump ... none involve strippers.

Idaho Fish & Game Commissioner Gov. Says Killing Baboons Is Wrong ... So Is Posting Pics
The Governor of Idaho is appalled at his former fish and game commissioner for slaughtering a family of baboons -- saying not only is the killing itself wrong -- posting a pic is just as disturbing.
Blake Fischer came under heavy fire after sending out an email to more than 100 people that contained a photo of himself posing with 4 baboons he killed during a hunting trip in Africa. One of the baboons was a juvenile ... and a bloody gunshot wound was visible on the animal.
Fischer resigned and Governor Butch Otter issued a statement, saying, "Every member of my administration is expected to exercise good judgment."
A rep for Otter tells us in Idaho hunter education courses -- taught by Fischer's own department -- participants are taught to exercise good judgment when they display images of their kills. This includes covering up wounds and not widely circulating images others may deem offensive ... Fischer broke both of those rules.
On a personal level, Governor Otter says he'd never kill the exotic animals, and urged others to act in accordance with his actions.
The rep, Jon Hanian, tells us, "The fact that at the very least, one of the primates was a juvenile also raises a red flag. These facts ALONE raise valid questions as to judgment."

Rashad Jennings To Pats Beer Thrower: I'M GLAD YOU GOT BANNED!
Don't let stupid fans disrespect and dehumanize NFL players by throwing beer on them -- so says ex-NFL star Rashad Jennings, who's praising the Patriots for taking action.
Jennings -- a "Dancing with the Stars" champion -- just learned about the Tyreek Hill incident when we saw him out in L.A. on Monday night ... and he was shocked it went down.
The former NY Giants running back says fans need to show "some type of level of respect" to players -- and not treat them like animals.
So, how does Rashad feel about the 21-year-old suspect being banned for life from Gillette Stadium?
Rashad's all about it -- telling us, "You shoulda stricken down on the protection of a player and not allow degrading them and dehumanizing them."
What about letting players like Tyreek have carte blanch to beat the hell out of a fan who attacks them first?
Rashad laughed -- but says that's a very dangerous game ... 'cause someone would get hurt BAD.

BTW ... if you're wondering what Jennings is up to in his post-football days -- he's still dancing his face off ... even doing a shirtless Paso with DeMarcus Ware on Monday night!!

Jack Osbourne Meghan & Harry's Baby Might Be the Real-Life Jon Snow
Jack Osbourne says a real-life "Game of Thrones" scenario might be what we need to get more excited about Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's royal baby -- and guess who their kid would be?
We got the famous father of 3 and British royal subject Monday in Studio City on the heels of Meghan and Harry's pregnancy announcement. He seemed a little underwhelmed by the news -- even with CGI predictions on the kid's looks -- but when our photog suggested a potential 'GoT' situation, Jack ran with it.
Truth is, Jack and our guy totally geeked out over the royal cousins all plotting against each other to take the throne -- and suggested Harry and Meg's baby could be the Jon Snow!! They've got a whole explanation for the comparison ... although Jack pointed out one MAJOR flaw in their theory.
If you love 'GoT' AND the royals ... you'll LOVE this clip. If ya only like one of 'em, you're still gonna love it.

Tara Reid Removed from Flight ... Bitched About Wrong Seat, Pillow
Tara Reid flew into a rage on a flight, shortly before takeoff ... prompting the captain to toss her, and her little dog, off the plane.
The incident went down Monday afternoon on Delta Flight 613 from LAX to NYC. Witnesses tell us Tara was pissed and loudly complained about being given the wrong seat. She later bitched about not getting a pillow. Flight attendants tried diffusing the situation ... but it was too little, too late.
We're told the pilot -- after pushing back from the gate -- announced he was turning around because of a customer service issue. In the video, you can see Tara being told she had to go. Cops were not called and Tara complied ... deplaning with her dog.
Tara's side of the story is she thought she had a window seat and was upset that wasn't the case. Further, she says she was cramped in her seat because the woman in front of her had reclined.
A Delta spokesperson tells us the flight eventually took off for NYC after a short delay. Tara boarded an alternate flight.

Scumbag Patriots Fan ID'd By Cops ... Will Be Prosecuted
1:14 PM PT -- The Foxborough Police Dept. has identified the suspect as a 21-year-old man from Massachusetts.
Cops say the man will be charged with 2 crimes -- disorderly conduct and "throw object at sporting event."
A court date will be set.
Cops say they were able to ID the suspect using surveillance video from the stadium.
12:39 PM PT -- Tyreek Hill wants the fan who threw beer at him to be arrested and charged, according to Hill's agent, Drew Rosenhaus ... who spoke to Adam Schefter.
“Players have to be protected. We want that fan to be prosecuted.”
10:44 AM PT -- The Patriots say the fan has been identified and has now been BANNED FOR LIFE from attending Patriots games at Gillette Stadium.
The Patriots add, "The matter has been turned over to local law enforcement and the fan will be sent a letter of disinvite to all future events at Gillette Stadium.”
The Foxborough Police Dept. is investigating the embarrassing moment at Gillette Stadium on Sunday when a Patriots fan doused a Kansas City Chiefs player with beer after a TD ... TMZ Sports has learned.
Cameras were rolling as Tyreek Hill scored a 75-yard touchdown with 3:03 left in the 4th quarter and then came face-to-face with a pack of Pats fans who were flipping him off and shouting insults.
One of the people in the group -- who appears to be wearing a Pats jersey -- threw his Bud Lite at Hill's face. Terrible moment, but props to Hill for not fighting back (you know he wanted to).
Now, the Foxborough PD tells us ... they're looking into the incident and would like to speak with the fan to find out what happened.
Hopefully, they track this scumbag down and ban him from the stadium for life -- because players shouldn't have to deal with this crap.
In fact, Reggie Bush has already spoken out about it on Twitter, saying, "Now if he smacked the piss out of one of you clowns you would be all over social media crying ready to sue him!"
"Fans need to chill before somebody get hurt! You don’t have to like the opposing team but you need to show respect or don’t go!"
True.
The end of that touchdown catch by #Chiefs Tyreek Hill not exactly a banner moment for #Patriots fans. Especially the Bud Lite to the face. pic.twitter.com/cYS4RC7I6H

Hillary Clinton Bill Wasn't Abusing His POTUS Power During Lewinsky Affair
Hillary Clinton is still firmly in Bill Clinton's corner more than two decades after his sex scandal with Monica Lewinsky ... with HC now saying he didn't abuse his power over her.
The former Secretary of State and two-time presidential hopeful went to bat for her husband Sunday during an interview with CBS, in which a reporter asked if then-President Clinton should have resigned after being impeached for lying about his affair with Lewinsky.
Her answer was telling ... "Absolutely not." The reporter follows up by asking if his relationship with Lewinsky might've been an abuse of power. She simply says, "No, no."
HC was presented with one last premise that she quickly and brutally deflected at Lewinsky's expense, with the reporter suggesting that a sitting president cannot have a consensual relationship with an intern because the power imbalance is too great.
She quickly interjected with, "... who was an adult" and pivoted to asking why there hasn't been such an expansive probe into the allegations of sexual misconduct against Trump.
Hmmmmm .... *hard side eye*

Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson John Henry is More Than Being Black ... Says '90s John Henry
Dwayne Johnson is getting a raw deal from people who think he's not black enough to play John Henry ... according to Roger Aaron Brown, who had the role back in the '90s.
Roger played John Henry in the 1995 movie 'Tall Tale,' and tells us he doesn't have a problem with The Rock stepping into his shoes. He tells us there's way more to the role than being African-American, so complaints Dwayne's skin isn't dark enough are nonsense.
As Roger sees it, Dwayne has the acting chops and physical stature to play John Henry -- the railroad worker worked himself to death, according to folklore.
The Rock is clearly thrilled about his upcoming movie, "John Henry and the Statesmen," and his lifelong passion for the story is enough for Roger to get on board.
If you're still upset about Dwayne's skin tone, Roger has a solution for ya.
