Tristan Thompson The Kid is Not My Son!!! Sues Paternity Accuser

Published | Updated

Tristan Thompson is fed up with what he calls out-and-out lies about him fathering a child... so he's followed through with a lawsuit against his accuser.

Tristan just filed the suit against Kimberly Alexander ... the woman who's very publicly claimed the NBA star is the father of her 5-year-old son -- something he's repeatedly denied. In the lawsuit, Tristan says the paternity test he took back in January "definitively concluded that [he] is not the father." Paging, Maury Povich!

According to the suit, obtained by TMZ, after the test results came back ... Kimberly posted the DNA report -- which was supposed to be confidential -- on her Instagram page. In the caption, she accused the lab of sabotage, and insisted, "I know for sure that Tristan Thompson is the father of my child."

As we first told you ... Kimberly's also pissed off Khloe Kardashian by accusing her of paying off people to fix the test results. Khloe and Tristan fired off a cease-and-desist letter, but Kimberly turned around and even posted that on social media.

In the docs, Tristan says Kimberly also publicly lied about him by claiming on social media he had actually taken an "at-home paternity test." Tristan says the reality is the test he took was administered by one of the most reputable labs in the country.

He's even offered to take a second test to appease Kimberly ... provided they use another reputable third party facility.

In fact, the whole matter reminds Tristan's attorney, Marty Singer, of an iconic #1 song. He says in the docs, "To quote Michael Jackson, 'The kid is not [his] son.'"

Tristan further alleges Kimberly "Billie Jean" is only barking about this now -- when the child is 5 -- because she's fallen on hard times, financially. The docs claim Kimberly has been evicted from 5 residences in the last 7 years. They also say that she was recently dropped by her celeb attorney, Lisa Bloom.

He's filed the libel suit seeking damages from Kimberly.

Ariana Grande & Justin Bieber We Didn't 'Buy' Our Billboard #1 ... FANS Bought Our Song!!!

Published

Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber are firing back at Tekashi 6ix9ine's claim that she and/or their team illicitly bought their way to #1 this week.

AG took to IG Monday with a celebratory post, highlighting her and Bieb's single, "Stuck with U," which landed at the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100 list ... beating out Doja Cat's popular "Say So" as well as 6ix9ine's new single, "GOOBA," which came in third.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

She said she wanted to thank her fans for getting her there, but also took a good minute addressing 6ix9ine's allegations from just a few hours earlier that she, Biebs and people working for them allegedly maxed out 6 credit cards to purchase 30,000 units at the last minute to secure their spot at #1. Ariana calls BS.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

She insists the reason "Stuck with U" moved the way it did is because more people actually purchased their song instead of streamed it, which counts for more units than streaming and explains why it surged to the top. Ariana goes on to say she and Bieber have longtime ride or die fans -- and they're credited with the bump. Nothing more.

She continued with all artists should be grateful and honored by the opportunity to be heard at all, and to work in the biz. She sent love to everyone in the top 10 ... "even number 3."

BTW, Bieber took up for their hit track ... pointing out Billboard rules only allow for 4 units to be purchased per credit card -- so, he's saying Tekashi's allegation couldn't be true.

And, as for Tekashi only calling out Ariana? Justin says, "If you gonna say her name make sure you say mine because it's our song."

Still, Tekashi clearly has a beef ... at least with Billboard not giving his streams -- 50 million, he says -- more weight on the charts.

Chuck E. Cheese Seems to Change Its Name on Grubhub ... But NOT a Pandemic Ploy

Published

Chuck E. Cheese appears to go by a new name on Grubhub -- but don't worry, nothing shady's going on ... according to the company, anyway.

The well-known pizza chain franchise has an offshoot brand it's using on the food delivery app, which goes by Pasqually's Pizza & Wings. It's got a completely new logo that doesn't make any reference to its OG roots. There's no mention of Chuck being at the helm either -- despite there being hundreds of locations across the U.S.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

It's a bit strange, as all the Pasqually's Pizza joints on Grubhub reroute back to an actual Chuck E. Cheese location when you punch in the address. So, what gives???

Chuck E. Cheese says it recently launched Pasqually as its own thing within the CEC empire, and it's meant to be a premium pizza with a different makeup than their usual kid-friendly pies you might see at a birthday party or something.

CEC adds, "Pasqually’s Pizza & Wings’ recipes use fresh, homemade pizza dough, just like Chuck E. Cheese, but it is a different pizza that features a thicker crust and extra sauce, giving consumers a more flavorful, more premium pizza experience. While Pasqually’s Pizza & Wings recipes are currently only available for delivery, select items might be added to the Chuck E. Cheese menu in the future." Got it? Good.

As for why they wanted to intro this new pizza brand from its own pizza brand, the jury's out. Some have speculated it might have something to do with bad pub they've recently received ... a la YouTuber Shane Dawson. But, that's a rabbit hole we won't go down.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

In any case ... this could be seen as kinda crappy for other Pasqually pizza joints, like the mom and pop shop in Philly that bears a very similar name. Sure enough, Chuck E. Cheese's new Pasqually's restaurant has a location there in town too. So, there ya go.

Pick your Pasqually's grub wisely, folks.

Korean Soccer Club Our Mannequin Fans ... Are Not Sex Dolls!!!

Published

No, you can not have sex with the female plastic dolls in the crowd at FC Seoul soccer games.

Sorry.

Still, the club is apologizing to fans anyway ... expressing "sincere remorse" after allegations they put sex dolls in the bleachers Sunday for a game at Seoul World Cup Stadium.

Here's the deal ... with no live fans allowed at games because of COVID-19, the South Korean soccer club put plastic butts in the seats instead as a funny way to make things look normal.

The team had contacted a company called Dalkom to get the dolls -- and since Dalkom also makes sex dolls, some fans thought the mannequins in the stands were plastic sex workers.

It's also worth noting that ALL of the mannequins in the stands were female.

But, FC Seoul claims the dolls are not actually bangable -- they're just normal, regular fashion mannequins ... and they've apologized for the controversy in the first place.

Unclear if the club will bring the non-sex dolls back for future games.

Stay safe out there.

Trisha Paytas Trespasser Leaves Name and Number ... Easiest Arrest Ever?!?

Published

YouTube star Trisha Paytas' alleged trespasser is in the running for dumbest criminal ever ... because he left an easy road map for an arrest if authorities want to press charges.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... a fan showed up to Trisha's pad in Los Angeles and tried to profess his love for her. We're told he bounced when cops were called, but not before leaving his name and number with her friend.

Our sources say when the guy first arrived unannounced, he started going up the driveway towards the front door when he was stopped by Trisha's male friend.

We're told Trisha was inside the home while her friend went outside to see what was up, and the trespasser said he was there to confess his love for Paytas.

Our sources say Trisha's friend told the guy to beat it, but he initially refused and that's when cops were called.

We're told police took a trespassing report and the case will be sent to the L.A. City Attorney.

Should be a pretty easy arrest if the City Attorney wants to press charges.

Stay in school kids.

'Bachelorette' Hannah Brown Apologizes for Dropping N-Word ... Promise to Do Better

Published | Updated

Hannah Brown is apologizing to her fans for using the n-word on social media, and then trying to play it off like she didn't say it at all.

The 'Bachelorette' star took to Instagram Sunday and issued a full mea culpa for the viral moment that started making the rounds over the weekend -- which showed her singing a song, in the company of family, and dropping the n-word as she recited lyrics, something she seemed to acknowledge was wholly inappropriate and cringe-worthy in the moment.

Later in the day, Hannah was back on IG Live and noticed people calling her out for it, but she didn't seem ready to cop to it right then and there. She tried playing dumb and being coy about it, with another woman next to her suggesting it might've been her brother.

It definitely wasn't though, and Hannah finally admitted her mistake, writing on IG ... "I owe you all a major apology. There is no excuse and I will not justify what I said. I have read your messages and seen the hurt I have caused. I own it all. I am terribly sorry and know that whether in public or private, this language is unacceptable. I promise to do better."

A lesson learned ... people are always watching, and are more than willing to speak up when they hear/see something wrong. Especially during quarantine.

Nassau County, NY Exec New Tennis Balls Rule ... Don't Touch Other Player's Balls!!!

Published | Updated
Tennis Balls
Balls, Balls, Balls ...

Nassau County chiefs want their residents to kick each other's balls if they must, but don't you dare go touching them ... tennis balls, that is. Hey, no giggling!

That was pretty much how it sounded when County Executive Laura Curran gave a rundown on how Nassau was going to navigate reopening tennis courts there, and what the new regulations would be when handling one another's balls. Again ... tennis balls.

In fact, you can tell Curran was trying her hardest to get the word "tennis" in there each and every time she mentioned "balls," but eventually she slipped ... and let a free ball run loose in her spiel, saying folks can kick other people's balls (back over to the owner if they happen to roll on over, is what she meant), but there is to be no touching of said balls!

That got a nice chuckle from the crowd who was listening, and finally ... Curran herself cracked up as well. She said she was gonna blush and again made another balls reference that got another giggle from just about everyone. Who says we outgrow sophomoric humor?!

This is the greatest balls moment since the 'SNL' classic ... of course, we're talking about Alec Baldwin's famous "Schweddy Balls" skit, where then too, it was balls galore.

Now serving a classic balls joke. Handle with care, please.

WWE Legend Mark Henry Threatens To Sue Wrestler Lio Rush ... Stop Defaming Me!!!

Published | Updated
Mark Henry
OWN UP TO YOUR MISTAKE

Mark Henry has a warning for ex-WWE wrestler Lio Rush ... stop defaming me, or my (Harvard educated) lawyers are going to file a lawsuit against your ass!!

Let's explain ... earlier this week, Rush -- who was recently released by WWE -- fired off a barrage of Tweets attacking the Hall of Famer.

Rush accused Henry of torpedoing black wrestlers' careers, writing ... "This is why African American talent on the biggest platform will continue to not have equal opportunity because people like you constantly tear your own people down. A damn shame honestly.”

TMZ Sports talked to an extremely upset Mark Henry ... who says Rush's comments are straight-up nonsense.

"If you go down to the performance center at NXT, probably 25 I think, people of color in the facility, probably about 80 plus percent of them I helped get them there. I mean, it's completely opposite."

So, if it ain't true, why'd Rush write what he did?

Mark tells us Lio's clout chasing ... using his name and fame to promote his music career.

"He knew that I get a lot of attention. I have a lot of followers and he released the album, or song, or something, and he wanted to use that to get some attention. Get some buzz," Henry says.

Mark's adamant if Rush would've just asked for help, he would've plugged his music -- no problem -- but what he did instead was wayyy out of bounds.

"If he would've called me, I would've done it anyway. We would've just worked it. I would of really talked it up, we would of made world news, but now he said something slanderous."

"And, you can't question my blackness. Like nobody can question my blackness, pull my black card. No, not allowed. Nobody."

Mark's so mad ... he tells us he's seriously considering filing a lawsuit.

"My lawyer went to Harvard. I don't know what kinda lawyers he's dealing with, but I got those Ivy League people around me, and they're pissed!"

But, there is one thing Lio Rush can do before he finds his ass in a courtroom ... say sorry, and really mean it.

"He needs to apologize."

Fat Joe to Ashanti Ja & Irv Wanted J Lo for 'What's Luv?' ... 'For the Latinos,' They Said

Published | Updated

Fat Joe had an eye-opening story for Ashanti that almost saw one of her biggest hits go to Jennifer Lopez ... at the would-be behest of Ja Rule and Irv Gotti.

Joe was talking to Ashanti on Instagram Live this week, and recounted an interesting tale about a time he says Ja and Irv called him up in the dead of night and told him to come to the studio. Once there, FJ says they showed him the remixed version of his song "What's Luv?" with Ashanti singing on it ... but told him they wanted to get J Lo on instead.

He goes on to say that Irv and Ja tried pitching him on a Latino angle with himself, Ja and J Lo on the final cut for representation. Joe's Puerto Rican, Jen is too.

Luckily for Ashanti -- who seems seriously stunned at the revelation -- Joe lobbied to keep her on, 'cause he said she sounded amazing on it. Audiences clearly agreed in the end ... Ashanti was kept on as the primary female singer in the remix, and the song went on to peak at No. 2 on the Hot 100 Billboard chart, and stayed on for nearly 20 weeks.

As for Ashanti, she says she never knew this ... and seemed a little pissed at either Ja or Irv (or possibly both) by saying, "He stayed pulling records or trying to pull records from me." Joe tries calming her down by telling her not to go there, but too late ... Ashanti did.

The duo went on to talk about a number of hits Ashanti had on the charts at the time, including one J Lo song she's credited with helping write, "Ain't It Funny" ... the Murder remix, anyway. People online are saying Ashanti doesn't get her due for her pen prowess.

Of course, this convo ended up in a potential Verzuz battle Ashanti could be involved in, but J Lo wouldn't be her rival. Apparently, Keyshia Cole makes for a better match-up 🤷🏽‍♂️

ONE STEP TOO FAR

Rich the Kid did some damage in the hood this week ...

The rapper was shooting a music video on Long Island and wanted to film with 4 Lamborghini's in the background. A woman named Irina Pichkhadze, aka @queenofexotics, brought 2 Lambos she owned to the shoot. Rich rented a third Lambo and a buddy of Irina brought the fourth. Each car goes for more than $600k.

Then Rich had an idea ... line up the 4 Lambos and take a pic in front of them while they waited for the videographer.

The shoot did NOT go well ... in fact, it didn't go at all. The videographer was a no show.

And then ... he jumped on the hood of one of Irina's whips, and she just lost it, hurling profanities at the rapper as he clowned on top the car.

Irina tells us when Rich jumped off, he just said, "whatever," and left in his Lambo.

She told us she brought her car home, put it in the garage and hasn't looked closely at the hood. She said, "I'm scared to see if it's dented."

A TikTok prankster's getting rightfully condemned for dumping a tub of cereal on the floor of a NYC subway train, including by the MTA ... which called the stunt
CEREAL OFFENDER

The TikTok star who's getting destroyed for his asinine subway prank says he's sorry, but much like his cereal stunt ... the apology misses the mark.

As we reported ... the TikTok prankster, @fckjoshy, dumped a large plastic bin full of Fruity Pebbles and milk on the floor of a NYC subway train Wednesday. The powerfully unfunny move was rightfully condemned by people online, the city's transit agency ... and we learned the NYPD is investigating too.

So, Fckjoshy posted a video Thursday in an apparent attempt to own up to his mistake and apologize to the MTA, essential workers and everyone else he affected with his prank ... but people aren't really buying it.

He claims he thought the stunt would be something to make people laugh and bring joy during the COVID-19 pandemic, but instead he was "way off the mark" and "went over the line."

Joshy goes on to call himself a "f***ing idiot," "public enemy #1" and says he wishes people could slap him. Alright, that part of the apology he nailed.

He also read 50 hate-filled comments -- in a pretty a dispassionate way -- and insisted he's taking them all to heart. Maybe he is, but it sure didn't sound like it.

Viewers are, understandably, skeptical of Joshy's intentions -- but watch for yourself and be the judge. Take 2, Joshy?

Joe Exotic Legal Team Ready To Hit The Road ... See Ya Soon, Trump!!!

Joe Exotic's massive new legal team is chomping at the bit to ask Donald Trump for a presidential pardon for the 'Tiger King' ... and they're ready to flood the White House!!!

Eric Love, the super-colorful figure leading Joe's legal team, just checked in from the HQ in Ft. Worth, Texas ... telling us they're hitting the road bright and early Monday en route to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

As you can see ... the big bus wrapped in a plea to get Joe sprung from prison looks all gassed up and ready to go to D.C. ... and Eric says they're gonna enjoy the weekend then get down to brass tacks.

Joe Exotic Legal Team MAY 2020
FREE THE KING

As we first reported ... Joe's legal team produced a Texas-style video asking POTUS for a pardon, claiming the 'Tiger King' is not only NOT GUILTY of trying to get Carole Baskin whacked ... he was also FRAMED.

Joe's army of lawyers will attack on all fronts ... they're appealing Joe's conviction, asking Trump for a pardon and even pursuing a malicious prosecution lawsuit against a bunch of people involved in Joe's criminal trial.

As you know ... there's also evidence the alleged hitman had an ax to grind with Joe, because he told us his testimony against Exotic was "payback" and he wished he could've done even more to hurt Joe.

Donald Trump 4/8/20
EXOTIC PARDON

And, as we previously reported ... Trump actually joked about a pardon for Joe when talking about the 'Tiger King' at a coronavirus briefing.

It's not a joke, though, it's official ... so buckle up!!!

UPDATE

8:47 AM PT -- The NYPD tells TMZ ... "We are looking into the matter."

A TikTok prankster's getting rightfully condemned for dumping a tub of cereal on the floor of a NYC subway train, including by the MTA ... which called the stunt "despicable."

The stupidy played out like this -- TikTok star @fckjoshy got on a train heading to the Bronx Tuesday with a box of Fruity Pebbles and a gallon of milk, and proceeded to mix them in a big plastic bin ... like it's his normal routine.

Amusing enough, but then he stood up and "accidentally" dropped it on the subway floor so it spilled everywhere ... causing passengers nearby to scurry away.

The TikTok moron narrated his video of the giant mess he created, saying ... "Someone was like, 'I cannot believe this is happening.' I was like, 'I can't believe this is happening again.'"

Of course, the fact it happened at all has sparked justifiable outrage not just from random folks on Twitter, but the MTA ... who called fckjoshy's prank "A new low."

It added ... "Pulling a prank on essential workers in the middle of a global pandemic. And making essential workers clean up your mess. Despicable." Not to mention the ridiculous waste ... as millions of Americans have to wait in hours-long lines at food banks

The video's still managed to rack up hundreds of thousands of likes ... along with calls for the prankster to be arrested.

LeSean McCoy Spoiling Avengers Movie ... 'The Worst Decision Of My Life'

Published

It's been a year since LeSean McCoy ruined the ending to the insanely anticipated "Avengers: Endgame" movie ... and the NFL star is FINALLY apologizing for the huge mistake.

Of course, Shady infamously tweeted out "RIP my dog TONEY STARK" on April 26, 2019 -- before most people were able to check out the Marvel flick for themselves ... and instantly became Public Enemy No. 1 on social media.

BTW -- for those who haven't seen the flick, Iron Man dies at the end of "Avengers: Endgame." You've had a year to watch it. It's not our problem anymore.

McCoy was asked about the epic spoiler on "Good Morning Football" Wednesday ... and it's safe to say the dude will never live it down.

"That was the worst decision of my life, okay?"

"I didn't know like, the reaction of the people. I didn't know that. If I knew that, I would've never tweeted that. I didn't know that people really got into them cartoons like that." (yes, he called them "cartoons").

Shady says people STILL ask him why on earth he'd ruin the superhero saga while out in public ... but he's learned from his mistakes and will keep all spoilers in his drafts from now on.

"I apologize. It was terrible. It was a bad decision."

Hell hath no fury like a comic book nerd scorned ...
