Khloe & Kris Shady Contractor Stole Our Deeds, $$ to Side-by-Side Mansions!!!

Published

Khloe Kardashian claims a shady contractor ran off with the deeds to the side-by-side mansions she and Kris Jenner were building ... and they're BEYOND pissed.

Khloe made the revelation on Thursday's episode of 'KUWTK' saying she and Kris don't currently have any houses because she claims a contractor they ultimately fired not only stole their deeds ... but also a lot of their money.

The nightmare appears to have started when Khloe claims she ran a background check on the contractor, and told Kris she was NOT comfortable hiring him ... but Kris pushed ahead anyway.

That decision may have come back to bite them hard -- Khloe says the guy has their deeds, their money and the project has come to a screeching halt ... because they're not allowed to continue building.

You can see Kris fuming in what appears to be a tense convo with her legal team. But, the fight's not over. Kris says she wants to do something to make sure this contractor doesn't swindle anyone ever again ... and Khloe says they're gearing up to sue the contractor's ass.

As we reported, Khloe and Kris are were building side-by-side modern farmhouses in an exclusive enclave in the Calabasas area. It used to be a 3.4-acre lot for a single property but Khloe and Kris wanted 2 properties and be a stone's throw away from each other.

It's unclear exactly how much they paid for the properties ... but there are reports they each plunked down north of $10 million.

Kim Kardashian I Feel Like A Failure Over Kanye Marital Collapse

Published | Updated

Kim Kardashian got super emotional over the unwinding of her marriage to Kanye West, telling her sisters she felt like a failure as her third marriage fell apart.

A trailer for the final season of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" already put Kim on display, crying "I feel like a f***ing loser" for not being able to make her Kanye marriage endure ... but on Thursday night's episode, we see the whole breakdown as Kim cries into a wad of tissues as she's surrounded by family.

Kim says she feels "like a f***ing failure" knowing another marriage is collapsing ... and she says Yeezy deserves a woman who can follow him around everywhere and move to Wyoming ... something KK says she cannot do.

Kim's crying about Kanye living on his Wyoming ranch while she raises the kids in Los Angeles and she tells her sisters, "I can't do this anymore."

The emotional conversation came ahead of the Kardashian family trip to Lake Tahoe around Thanksgiving, with Khloe saying Kim and Kanye were getting into a bunch of fights before the getaway.

As we first told you ... Kim and Kanye were in marriage counseling with the subject of divorce looming for much of 2020, but they ended up spending Christmas together and making it into the new year.

But, we all know how it ended ... in February, Kim filed for divorce.

'Friends' The 'Ross & Monica' Remixed!!! By Robin Antin, Lisa Rinna

Published | Updated

Even more people are diving in on "Friends" fever -- including one Robin Antin, the creator of the OG Ross and Monica dance ... who's here to give folks a proper lesson more than 20 years later.

The Pussycat Dolls founder got into her Playground LA dance studio Tuesday with Lisa Rinna and did her famous number that David Schwimmer and Courteney Cox performed at the turn of the century ... only this time, it's being served up to perfection by the maestro herself.

Check it out ... Robin and Lisa do what the Geller siblings did on TV back in '99 -- which Robin actually taught to the 2 actors back when she choreographed the iconic routine for the show. In case you didn't know ... RA was the in-house dance consultant for "Friends."

As you can see ... this is how the dance WOULD'VE been done, had pro dancers hit the floor. Of course, the comedy lies in Schwimmer/Cox not being as skilled ... which made for great laughs and a memorable "Friends" moment.

Still, it's fascinating to see "the routine" being done by the person who made it up from scratch in the first place ... because, honestly, it's not nearly as goofy as it was portrayed. It's actually pretty badass -- which should be expected since it's an Antin special.

It goes without saying, the dance went down in pop culture history ... and it even got a facelift courtesy of Courteney and Ed Sheeran -- who performed it while the reunion special was airing this weekend ... to much fanfare.

It's an oldie but goodie, for sure ... and it seems like Robin wanted to join in on the fun. Show 'em how it's done!

Ellen DeGeneres Curious Montecito Home Purchase

Published

Ellen DeGeneres is never one to spare any expense for glitzy properties ... which makes this $2.9 million buy all that more interesting.

The talk show host just copped this modest yet modern Santa Barbara bungalow ... a stone's throw from the coveted Montecito Butterfly Beach and the famous Biltmore Hotel.

It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom contemporary jewel with huge glass doors that open up to lush landscaping. There's a cool water feature and fire pit on the sun-drenched patios.

There's also enough room for a pool or even a guest house. Either way ... privacy reigns thanks to fortification in the form of noise-reducing acoustic fencing.

The single-level home was built in 1954 and it's gone through several renovations. It's probable Ellen's buying this as an investment property.

TMZ broke the story ... Ellen and Portia de Rossi bought Adam Levine's Bev Hills mansion back in 2019 and put it back on the market in March. Ellen and Portia paid $45 mil for the 2-story monster of a property and were asking for a whopping $53.5M.

Henry 'Nacho' Laun 'Wahlburgers' Star Dead at 54

Published | Updated

Henry "Nacho" Laun -- the extreme eating star of "Wahlburgers" and one of Mark Wahlberg's OG entourage members -- has died after suffering a medical emergency a couple weeks ago ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Laun tell us he passed away Tuesday at a Massachusetts hospital.

We broke the story ... the reality star was on a road trip from Boston to Cape Cod in mid-May when he was found unconscious in his vehicle at a gas station.

Our sources say it's still unclear what caused his medical emergency, but after Laun was transported to the hospital his condition did not improve. We're told he was unresponsive and placed on life support because he couldn't breathe on his own.

We're also told family and friends had a glimmer of hope, as Nacho was showing signs of recovery in recent days -- but he took a final turn for the worse.

Laun was a fan favorite on "Wahlburgers" known for never shying away from an eating challenge and of course, for being Mark's buddy.

His attorney and friends have organized a GoFundMe to help with funeral costs.

Laun's attorney, James Neyman, declined to comment.

Laun was 54.

Simon Cowell Cancels 'X Factor Israel' Gig ... Cites 'Legitimate Concerns'

Published

Simon Cowell has 86'd his plan to travel to Israel for his TV franchise ... and although he isn't saying specifically why, it seems the cancellation is due in part to the recent violence.

Simon was scheduled to be a judge on "X Factor Israel" but a rep for the production announced Simon would not be part of the show. As for why, the rep would only say Simon canceled "for his own reasons" which involved "legitimate concerns" -- this according to Variety. There was no specific reference to the conflict between Israel and Hamas, but it's not hard to read between the lines.

We tried reaching out to Cowell's rep ... so far, no word back.

As you know, Simon broke his back last year after hopping on his new e-bike and crashing to the ground. It's unclear if the back injury was a factor, but Simon has bounced back so it seems unlikely.

Representatives for Cowell did not respond to multiple requests for comment. A Jewish News report last week cited a source close to Cowell as saying that the media mogul was “bitterly disappointed” that he could not take part for “a number of reasons.”

In case you didn't know ... "X Factor Israel" has been a thing from 2013 to the present. Simon has previously appeared in trailers for the show.

'Rugrats' Star E.G. Daily We Always Sensed Betty Was Gay ... Now She Can Be Out!!!

Published

The "Rugrats" reboot features an openly gay character and the actor who voiced Tommy Pickles tells us the OG cast always sensed Betty DeVille was lesbian, but it was hush hush.

We got E.G. Daily at SunLife Organics in Malibu and asked her if Betty's sexual orientation was a bit of an open secret back in the show's '90s heyday.

E.G. says the cast and crew didn't really talk openly about Betty being gay, even though many thought the writers were basically implying that. She says everyone could kind of tell back then, but now society's progressed to where a kids' show can have an openly gay character.

In the reboot, Betty owns a café, loves football and jokes about her ex-girlfriends ... and E.G. says the whole cast is embracing the character's newfound freedom to truly be herself.

The OG "Rugrats" ran from 1991 to 2004, and E.G. tells us the reboot is changing with the times in other ways too. Pay attention to Grandpa Lou ... sounds like he knows his way around the internet now.

Viewers are in for a lot of changes, but there's at least one constant -- E.G. still has her Tommy Pickles voice down pat!!!

'Blue's Clues' Enlists 'Drag Race' Star ... For Pride Month Parade Sing-Along

Published | Updated

"Blue's Clues & You" just put out a sing-along for kids that features an animated version of a "RuPaul's Drag Race" star ... who leads a song about Pride Month and inclusivity.

Nickelodeon posted the video Friday -- just days ahead of June 1, which marks the beginning of Pride -- and it features a cartoon rendering of Nina West, who's a fan fave from 'Drag Race,' leading on vocals -- narrating a parade that's passing her in the background.

The song touches on the makeup of different families that fall under the LGBTQ+ umbrella ... including households with two dads, two moms, non-binary children and more.

Words like "ace," "queer," "trans," "bi, "pan" and other identifying terms used in the community are sprinkled throughout -- and the song doesn't shy away from them ... noting that they can all be part of a family that loves one another. All the families are made up of different animals -- alligators, sharks, turtles, birds, cats, etc. -- that wave/rock rainbow flags.

Now, the overwhelming reaction to this appears to be positive ... with many taking to social media to praise 'Blue's Clues' for being progressive -- and taking proactive steps to teach kids about different family structures in a fun, catchy way that appeals to young children.

On the other hand, there are some who are clutching their pearls over this ... but they're mostly being drowned out by folks saying this is a great thing that Nick/Nick Jr.'s doing.

Remember, Nickelodeon has already indicated that some characters in their own pantheon -- including SpongeBob SquarePants -- might just be part of the LGBTQ+ world themselves, or allies at least. So, it's really not that much of a stretch for them to get Blue onboard too.

Gavin MacLeod 'Love Boat,' 'MTM Show' ... Dead at 90

Published | Updated

Gavin MacLeod -- a veteran TV actor, famous for roles on "The Love Boat" and "The Mary Tyler Moore Show" -- has died ... TMZ has learned.

MacLeod passed away overnight early Saturday morning at his home in Palm Desert, CA -- where he was surrounded by loved ones and caretakers ... this according to Gavin's nephew, Mark See. We're told he'd been in and out of the hospital these last few months with varying illnesses -- and it's unclear what exactly might've caused his death in the end.

That said, See tells us it was not COVID-related. MacLeod's ex-wife, Joan Devore, confirmed all of those details, except for the location of his death.

The guy is perhaps best known for playing Murray Slaughter on 'TMTS' -- in which he played the head writer of the fictional TV station that Mary worked at. He was a main character on the series ... appearing in all 168 episodes over seven years, opposite the lead actress.

MacLeod is also just as famous for portraying Captain Merrill Stubing on "The Love Boat" for a decade ... appearing in 250 episodes, plus spin-off made-for-TV movies from the franchise.

His TV career was pretty much second to none -- the guy had roles on hit shows like "Hawaii Five-O," "Hogan's Heroes," "Perry Mason," "The Man from U.N.C.L.E.," "McHale's Navy," "The Untouchables," "Peter Gunn," "Cain's Hundred," "The Andy Griffith Show," "My Favorite Martian," "The Big Valley," "It Takes a Thief," "Charlie's Angels," "Scruples," "Murder, She Wrote," "Oz," "JAG," "That '70s Show," "Touched By An Angel" ... and dozens more over his 7-decade career.

MacLeod was a familiar face on late night shows, talk shows, game shows, variety programs and TV specials in his heyday -- having made memorable appearances on "The Dick Van Dyke Show," "The Merv Griffin Show," "Dinah!," "The Jim Stafford Show," "Tattletales," "Celebrity Sweepstakes," "Celebrity Bowling," "Hollywood Squares," "The Mike Douglas Show," "Donny and Marie," "All-Star Family Feud," "Late Show," "The Rosie O'Donnell Show" ... and others.

GML was also a devout Christian ... and appeared in several Christian-themed shows and movies over the years -- this on top of other activism he had partaken in throughout his life.

MacLeod has over 100 acting credits to his name -- and is probably one of the most prolific actors from the 20th century. He's survived by his wife of several years, Patti, their four children and grandkids.

He was 90 years old.

Gaga, Bieber, BTS Censored from 'Friends' Reunion

Published

The Chinese government tries to keep a tight lid on what its people can and cannot see, so it's not surprising it's censored parts of the "Friends" reunion show.

In case you haven't seen it yet, Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber and K-pop megastars BTS all made appearances on the show, but if you live in China you won't see any of them because they were 86'd.

The government has a bone to pick with all of them. Let's review.

Lady Gaga pissed off Chinese officials by having a sit-down with the Dalai Lama, the spiritual leader of Tibet.

Justin Bieber posted a photo of Tokyo's Yasukuni Shrine ... a memorial honoring Japan's fallen soldiers.

As for BTS ... well, they've pissed off the government for various acts, including what officials believe is a snub by overlooking China's contribution in the Korean War.

Too bad for the Chinese people, because Gaga killed it singing "Smelly Cat" with Lisa Kudrow. Bieber was hilarious as he wore a "Spudnik" costume. And, BTS represented young folks who discovered "Friends" in its syndicated afterlife.

Kim Kardashian & Kids All Got COVID, Shut Down Production ... During Baby Bar Crunch Time

Published
UPDATE

6:34 AM PT -- 5/28 -- It wasn't long after the episode aired that Twitter users started to accuse Kim of getting the virus on her 40th birthday trip to Tahiti.

UPDATE

However, she was quick to shut them down, saying, "False. Nobody caught Covid from the trip. Saint was the first to have it in our family and he caught it from school from another student who tested positive first. I then developed symptoms and got it a few days after he coughed on me while caring for him."

Kim Kardashian had a really bad case of COVID-19 along with her kids, which shut down production of her show for 2 weeks ... and she says it disrupted her studying for her second crack at the baby bar.

A teaser for "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" already revealed Saint had tested positive for the virus -- but on Thursday night's episode we find out the health crisis went far beyond her oldest son, and affected her whole brood.

Kim says Saint tested positive after an apparent outbreak at his school, and she was really worried about him because he was crying and coughing a lot ... on her. Of course, with 3 other kids in the house, she was also concerned about it spreading, and that's exactly what happened.

North started feeling sick soon after, and eventually both she and Kim discovered they had COVID too. At that point, producers decided to shut down all 'KUWTK' shoots for 14 days while the family quarantined.

Kim says she had some severe symptoms, like a 104-degree fever ... exactly when she was supposed to be putting in 12-hour daily study sessions to retake the baby bar exam -- which as we reported, she'd previously flunked.

Fortunately, everyone in the fam recovered okay, but it seems Kim failed on take 2 of the test. Earlier this week, she said she was studying to take it again.

It's still unclear exactly when COVID hit Kim and her kids since the show was filmed months ago, but we know Khloe contracted the virus sometime in 2020 and revealed on 'KUWTK' that her symptoms were so bad ... Kris Jenner called every doctor she could think of for help.

Kim previously stated Kanye West also had it in the very early days of the pandemic.

Jennifer Aniston & David Schwimmer Ross & Rachel Love Was Almost Real!!! Major Crushes Revealed on 'Friends' Reunion

Published | Updated

Jennifer Aniston and David Schwimmer were sooo close to being the real-life Rachel and Ross ... but alas, the timing just wasn't right.

Jen and David reveal -- during the "Friends: The Reunion" special -- they had mad crushes on each other! David, in particular, said he had a major crush on Jen during the first season.

He said, "At some point, we were both crushing hard on each other -- but it was like a two ships passing [in the night] because one of us was always in a relationship."

David added they never crossed the line because they respected that. Jennifer says she remembers telling David, "'It's going to be such a bummer if the first time you and I actually kiss is ... on national television!' Sure enough, the first time we kissed was in that coffee shop."

No word if Ross revealed his crush with an 18-page letter ... FRONT AND BACK!!!

Matt LeBlanc had a little fun with that real-life storyline ... coughing and blurting "Bulls***" when David suggested he and Jen kept things platonic. But, Matt later laughed and said, "I'm kidding!" Or was he? The world may never know.

Pretty cool moment during the reunion when Lisa Kudrow was joined by Lady Gaga, dressed in a very Phoebe Buffay outfit, for a rendition of "Smelly Cat."

David Beckham, Justin Bieber, Elliott Gould, Maggie Wheeler, Tom Selleck and Reese Witherspoon also make guest appearances.

Kelly Clarkson Taking Over Ellen's Daytime TV Slot ... By Fall 2022

Published | Updated

The search for Ellen's successor didn't take long, and doesn't come as much of a surprise ... "The Kelly Clarkson Show" will take over the slot currently held by "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" after her 19th season concludes.

NBC made the announcement that Clarkson's show -- currently in its second season and airing in all of the network's markets -- is expected to replace Ellen's by Fall 2022.

As we first told you ... Kelly had been penciled in as the front-runner for Ellen's coveted, syndicated hour of television pretty much since her talk show launched in Fall 2019.

The show debuted to huge ratings, and with NBC honchos predicting DeGeneres would pull the plug on her show eventually ... Clarkson seemed like the perfect successor.

Problem is, Kelly's show's ratings dipped big time during the pandemic -- as did a lot of other daytime programs -- so there was some uncertainty if NBC would still go with her, or opt for someone new ... like, perhaps, Tiffany Haddish.

Clearly, the network wanted to eliminate all doubt by crowning Kelly.

ellen-kal 5/12/21
THANKS FOR THE RIDE

BTW, "The Kelly Clarkson Show" was already renewed for 2 more seasons in December 2020 to go through 2023, but obviously, the expectations -- after 19 seasons of Ellen -- are much greater than that.

Meghan McCain vs. Joy Behar ABC News Prez Steps In ... Personal Attacks Too Toxic!!!

Published | Updated

Meghan McCain and Joy Behar's latest on-air blowup is prompting the new "sheriff" at ABC to step in and demand all of the 'View' co-hosts cool it with their personal attacks.

Production sources tell TMZ ... following Monday's heated exchange between Meghan and Joy over anti-Semitism, ABC News President Kim Godwin called a last-minute meeting with 'View' talent and producers, trying to improve the culture behind the scenes at the show.

We're told ABC was getting flooded with pleas to fire Meghan over her latest tantrum and attacks on Joy, and that's what sparked the virtual meeting.

Our sources say Godwin -- who just took the helm at ABC earlier this month -- told everyone things are getting too personal on TV lately, not with the issues they're debating ... but with the attacks between co-hosts.

Godwin told everyone it's coming off as toxic to the audience, and it's not the direction she wants for the show.

Remember, their competition over at "The Talk" just had to blow up their show, firing Sharon Osbourne after her very personal on-air battle with Sheryl Underwood -- however, we're told Godwin didn't mention CBS specifically.

It sounds like her message was not well received by MM, though -- we're told she stormed out of the meeting before it ended because she felt like she was being "attacked."

We reached out to ABC for comment ... so far, no word back.

'The Office' Actor Mark York Dead at 55

Published
UPDATE

7:41 AM PT -- 5/25 -- Mark's dad, Glenn, tells TMZ his son had developed some sort of infection in his body which took a turn for the worse during a recent visit to see his mom. Glenn says Mark suffered a medical emergency during the trip and passed away on the way to the hospital.

Mark York -- best known for playing Billy Merchant in the early goings of "The Office" -- has died following an illness.

The actor died last week at Miami Valley Hospital in Ohio. His death came quickly after the illness surfaced, but the exact cause of death has not been disclosed.

York grew up in Ohio, but left for California to pursue acting ... he eventually landed small TV roles such as "CSI: New York" in 2004 and "Fighting Words" in 2007, but undoubtedly his most memorable gig was playing Billy Merchant in seasons 1 and 2 of "The Office."

Mark, a paraplegic since 1988, had some memorable moments on the show, but his funniest came in season 2, episode 14 in "The Injury" episode ... where Mark's character is brought in for Michael Scott's disability-awareness meeting.

More recently ... Mark had been working as an inventor and had recently secured 2 patents for his inventions. He was an avid Cincinnati Reds, Kentucky Wildcats basketball and Ohio State football fan.

He's survived by his brother, mother and father.

Mark was 55.
