The wife of "American Pickers" star Michael Wolfe is picking a whole new lane, as in the single lane ... 'cause she's quietly filed for divorce from the reality star.

Jodi Catherine Wolfe filed docs on their home turf of Williamson County, Tennessee back in November after nearly 10 years of marriage. She cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. They got married back on September 7, 2012 in Franklin, TN.

Seems the marriage had been on the fritz for a while before Jodi pulled the trigger .... 'cause she listed June 2020 as the date of separation.

In any event ... they will have to hammer out a child custody agreement for their 9-year-old daughter. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Jodi says their kid lives with her.

Michael -- dubbed "The Jack Kerouac of Junk" by the New York Times -- co-hosts the popular History Channel series that's currently in season 22. The show follows Michael and his longtime pal/co-host Frank Fritz around the country in search of valuable antiques.

Angelina Jolie is running to court so she can shed one of the last remnants of her marriage to Brad Pitt -- including the wine business they owned together, which she wants out of ASAP.

The actress just filed docs asking a judge to lift a restraining order on the transfer of their assets, which was put in place automatically when their divorce paperwork got underway. The asset she's particularly interested in unloading is Nouvel, LLC, their French winery company.

It's a standard thing courts do in cases like these, but now Angie's saying she needs the freeze removed immediately so she can sell her portion of the biz to a third party ... a deal that's apparently on the table, but needs the barrier removed to go through.

Her attorneys note they contacted Brad's legal team over this as well in hopes of resolving things without needing a formal hearing, but she says Brad's lawyer said he'd get back to her on it. Angelina says she was worried about losing the deal in the meantime so she went ahead and asked the judge to intervene.

Nouvel appears to be the LLC started to operate the chateau/vineyard in Provence that the former couple snapped up in 2011 ... for a reported $60 mil or so. Unclear how much the company is worth now ... but the booze biz has been booming.

Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez's wife is demanding her estranged husband PAY UP, accusing the international soccer star of being a deadbeat dad who's not stepping up as a parent to his 2 ... this according to court docs obtained by TMZ Sports.

33-year-old Hernandez -- a member of the L.A. Galaxy -- is the MLS' leading scorer ... and one of Mexico's biggest soccer stars.

According to the docs, Sarah Kohan married Chicharito in 2019 and has 2 kids with him ... but filed for divorce in February. She claims the Mexican star has been ignoring his family since the split.

"You do not participate in the day-to-day parenting of your two minor children," Kohan's attorney claims in the court docs.

She also says Chicharito has been putting his kids in physical danger ... failing to put a fence around his pool because he didn't like the "aesthetics."

There's more ... Kohan also says Hernandez still believes he can crawl into her bed, uninvited ... saying he just thinks he can "ignore the fact that you are separated and can crawl into [Kohan's] bed with her and go under the covers without her permission."

Bottom line, Kohan says Chicharito earns over $8 million a year playing soccer ... and she wants him to fork over around $100K a month for child and spousal support.

Kohan's attorney says, if she hopes to ever see a dime, the court will have to force Hernandez to pony up.

The KKW Beauty brand is getting a makeover ... shutting down its online operations to re-launch with a totally new look.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ -- Kim Kardashian West's brand continues to be immensely successful, and that alone is sufficient enough a reason why it's not going anywhere, but some major changes are coming.

We're told the plan is to switch out to new packaging, new formulas and, of course, a new brand identity. Kim said as much with Tuesday's announcement ... saying the brand will consist of new formulas that "are more modern, innovative, and packaged in an elevated and sustainable new look."

There was speculation Kim K's plans to shut down the KKW Beauty website was a prelude to her dropping West from her name ... but we're told that's not the case, her name has not changed.

We're told Kim's remaining as involved as ever in the company ... in conjunction with her new partners over at Coty Inc.

As we reported ... Kim's brand hit the billion-dollar mark following a new deal with the cosmetic conglomerate, which forked over $200 million for a 20% stake in KKW's biz.

As for the new biz, Kim says she's excited to continue to develop and expand her product range and "finally be able to experience it the way that I have always envisioned."

Kelly Clarkson's getting a head start on her Fourth of July weekend ... filing for her own independence from her estranged husband.

Clarkson's lawyer, disso-queen, Laura Wasser, filed legal docs Friday ... asking the judge to officially grant Clarkson's request for a divorce, leaving other issues like money and child custody for another day.

As we reported, Clarkson's husband, Brandon Blackstock, has challenged their prenup, claiming it is invalid. Millions of dollars are on the line, and a judge has yet to rule on the validity of the prenup.

It seems there won't be an issue over custody and spousal support. The judge awarded Kelly primary physical custody on a temporary basis ... because Brandon moved permanently to Montana, far from the couple's family home in L.A. That order is expected to become permanent.

It also seems there won't be much of a fight over spousal support. The judge already awarded Brandon temporary spousal support and that order is likely to become permanent. Spousal support, however, would end in 2023 (half the length of the marriage).

The couple married in 2014 and have two kids.

The divorce has become nasty, and it is apparent now ... Kelly wants it over quickly.

Jodie Sweetin's still making plenty of money to support her kid with her ex-husband, or at the very least -- she has much fuller pockets than him ... so he claims in new legal docs.

The "Fuller House" star's ex, Morty Coyle, is firing back at her request to reduce child support payments to him because she claims her income dropped due to the pandemic and her show getting canceled. The ex-couple shares custody of their 10-year-old daughter, Beatrix.

According to the docs ... Morty claims Jodie's request should be denied because she's continued to work as an actress and made at least $200k last year.

He's also accusing her of not disclosing her financial situation accurately, and calls BS on her claim to have no "foreseeable work" in the future -- even noting she makes additional money from sending messages to fans on Cameo.

Morty claims Jodie is currently working on a TV show in New York ... while he's been taking care of their daughter.

He also says he's been impacted by the COVID pandemic because he works as a DJ ... which led to him relying on unemployment checks. Morty says any reduction of child support would have a negative impact on their child, so he's asking the judge to deny her attempt to lower payments.

The ink's barely dried on Christina Haack's divorce papers with ex-husband Ant Anstead and he's already moved on to a big-time Hollywood star ... Renee Zellweger!!!

Sources with direct knowledge of the situation tell TMZ ... Ant and Renee met earlier this month when they filmed an episode of his new Discovery+ show "Celebrity IOU Joyride."

Well, as luck would have it ... we're told after Ant and Renee filmed their episode she actually returned to the set at some point to drop off some work boots for Ant. It's unclear when exactly they decided to go out, but our sources say they're doing exactly that now.

The dating news comes just days after we first reported Christina and Ant's divorce was finalized. They'll share custody of their 1-year-old son, Hudson, and Ant has 2 kids from a previous relationship.

"Celebrity IOU Joyride" is a 6-episode series where Ant and co-host Cristy Lee help celebs give one of their loved ones a one-of-a-kind car transformation. Some of the other celebs include Mary J. Blige, Tony Hawk, Octavia Spencer, James Marsden and Danny Trejo.

The series is a spinoff of "Property Brothers" twins Drew and Jonathan Scott's HGTV hit show "Celebrity IOU."

As for Renee, she's been married once ... to country star Kenny Chesney. They married and split in 2005, and more recently, she was linked to musician Doyle Bramhall II.

Christina Anstead is officially back to Christina Haack (again) -- because her divorce from Ant Anstead is finalized ... TMZ has learned.

According to a legal filing, obtained by TMZ, the "Flip or Flop" star is single once more in the eyes of California. After filing for divorce in late 2020, a judge just signed off on the dissolution.

We're told she and Ant are going to be sharing custody -- both legal and physical -- of their 1-year-old son, Hudson. Christina has 2 other kids with her ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa.

Our sources say neither Christina nor Ant will have to give the other any dough going forward. It also seems they've privately hashed out who gets what assets and property.

Like we told you, Christina and Ant announced they were separating in September, before Christina formally pulled the trigger a couple months later with divorce papers. They first linked up in 2017 -- while she and Tarek were going through their own split at the time.

There wasn't anything scandalous that caused this break-up -- our sources had previously told us Christina and Ant had simply drifted apart ... so no harm, no foul, it seems.

Obviously, this is the bow tie on their relationship -- but things have been moving behind the scenes while this divorce got buttoned up with the courts. Remember, Christina already unloaded the Newport Beach home she and Ant were sharing during their marriage ... snagging a cool $5.3 mil for it after asking for about $6M at first.

Olympic hero Greg Louganis' marriage is coming to an end after nearly 8 years of matrimony.

The diving legend's husband, John Chaillot, has filed divorce docs. According to court records, John submitted the paperwork last Friday in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Greg, who won 4 gold medals at the 1984 and 1988 Summer Olympic Games, tied the knot with John in Malibu back in October 2013 ... about 4 months after they announced their engagement.

The Olympian and paralegal started dating in 2012, meeting through the online dating site Match. It's unclear what led to the split. They did not have any children together.

It's the first divorce for Greg, who's also famous for his work post his diving career -- he's written books, acted in movies and is a well-known activist for gay rights and HIV awareness.

Kim Kardashian admits she owes her ex-husband, Kris Humphries, an apology for the way she handled their 72-day marriage ... 'cause she "fully broke up with him in the worst way."

Kim made the revelation during Thursday's episode of "Watch What Happens Live" with Andy Cohen, which was really a 'KUWTK' finale reunion. When the convo turned to her short-lived 2011 wedding, she quickly copped to screwing up her exit.

As she put it, she handled it "totally the wrong way," because she didn't know how to deal with it and was nervous to break up with someone.

As you know by now ... they'd only been husband and wife for 2 months when Kim filed for divorce, which was finalized in 2013. But, even years later, Kim says Kris was still fuming from how it all went down.

Watch her describe a 2015 incident at the Beverly Hills Hotel when she ended up sitting at the table right next to him -- like we always say, it's a really small town!

Anyway, despite some pleasantries with his friends ... Kim says Kris "literally looked at me and wouldn't speak to me."

Kim also revealed she felt pressured to marry Kris because it was being filmed for 'KUWTK.' She ignored Kris Jenner's advice to back out, because she didn't want to be known as a runaway bride -- but when she felt "claustrophobic" during their honeymoon in Italy, she knew she'd "made the wrong decision."

Kim's little sis, Kylie Jenner, had a confession of her own ... about why she first made the decision to get lip fillers. Of course, it was a boy's fault -- but added that same teenage insecurity launched her career in the beauty biz.

La La and Carmelo's Anthony's marriage has been through a separation, a reconciliation, and years of speculation -- but now they've amicably decided to officially call it quits.

La La filed divorce docs Thursday in New York, 11 years after tying the knot with the NBA star, and cited irreconcilable differences.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... they've been separated for awhile but remain friends, as always, after 16 years together, and everything about the divorce is amicable.

We're told they both wanted to take time to ensure a private and smooth transition in their relationship for their 14-year-old son, Kiyan -- who's always their top priority -- and they remain fully aligned as parenting partners.

As we reported, Melo and La La split in 2017 after 7 years of marriage amid rumors he cheated on her, but by late 2018 it seemed they were working things out.

We even saw La La in Portland to support Carmelo as he made a transition in his career after getting signed by the Trail Blazers. It appeared things were on track.

Christina Haack, formerly Anstead, is slowly but surely moving on from her estranged hubby ... 'cause she just sold the house they shared before splitting up.

Our real estate sources say the "Flip or Flop" star sold her Newport Beach house on Wednesday after a couple of months on the market. As we first reported, Christina listed the home with an asking price of $6M.

Our sources say she reduced the price by half a million bucks before ultimately pulling the trigger to sell it for $5,350,000.

The 5-bedroom, 4 1/2-bath mansion's a beaut ... featuring a resort-like master bedroom and a sprawling backyard equipped with a relaxing pool to handle the summer heat.

The home is also not far from local O.C. beaches and yacht clubs. TMZ broke the story ... Christina is on the hunt for a new crib in the same area but closer to the coast with a view of the Pacific.

Christina and Ant shared this place with their blended family, but he recently told People she made the right decision to sell the house because it has tons of memories and, he imagines, she'd want to have a fresh start.

Kanye West is burying his head in the sand bag when it comes to dressing for L.A.'s scorching heatwave -- and could probably learn something from his new girl.

Ye was rocking full balaclava headgear while tooling -- and sweating, we imagine -- around town Tuesday while temperatures ranged from 90 to over 100 degrees. Looks like he's got a few of these, because this one was kinda camo-colored, and we saw him in a blue one last week.

We know he's a designer extraordinaire, but there's gotta be a cooler way to ride out the summer!!

For instance, Kanye's supermodel GF, Irina Shayk, seems to know exactly how to beat the heat and still look great.

Irina's in New York City, where it's about 10 degrees cooler than L.A. but still hot, and she dressed for the weather Wednesday wearing a corset and blue jeans. She's definitely not the bag-over-the-head type, so please don't give her any ideas, Kanye.

As we first told you ... Irina and Ye have been dating in the wake of his divorce from Kim Kardashian. They jetted off to France last week for his 44th birthday, and we're told they've been seeing each other since at least April.

At least Kanye's not wearing his new $200 YEEZY Gap Round jacket in this heat -- but maybe the blue long sleeve tee he was wearing might be the next Gap piece to drop.

Erica Mena is putting Safaree on blast ... claiming the drama he’s causing in their divorce is at least part of the reason she’s landed in the hospital during her pregnancy.

The 'Love & Hip Hop' star says her estranged husband Safaree has "failed to be involved in her care or to visit her at the hospital during her most recent stay, where she remained overnight for many days related to her pregnancy."

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Erica claims Safaree's latest quest for shared custody of their children is only being done “in hopes of obtaining ‘good publicity’ and painting [Erica] as the instigator, while in actuality, [Erica's] the only parent ensuring the parties’ children’s safety and acting in their best interest."

Erica says Safaree should worry more about her and their unborn child's health instead of trying to paint himself as a devoted father in legal docs.

As for his request to be present for the birth -- Erica says that decision should only be made by herself and her doctor.

Dr. Dre is officially a very eligible bachelor ... because a judge just restored his single status, legally speaking.

The judge just signed off on the music mogul's request to become officially divorced from Nicole Young. That's not the end of the story. Both Dre and Nicole will now battle it out over the validity of the prenup, which will determine their property settlement.

Nicole wants the prenup declared invalid, and also claims Dre agreed he would not enforce it. Dre says that never happened and the prenup is ironclad.

We broke the story ... Dre asked the court for single status back in March, saying his split from Nicole had reached the point of no return.

As we've told you ... the contentious split has dragged on through abuse claims, diss tracks and allegations of mistresses and love children.

Kanye West and Irina Shayk were an item long before their romantic getaway to France ... and the DMX memorial service was an early sign Ye was on the rebound.

Sources connected to the new couple tell TMZ ... Ye and Irina have been together for months, seeing each other as early as March. In fact, one of the new couple's prior hangout sessions happened in New York City in late April, when Kanye was there for DMX's celebration of life.

There were signs then that Yeezy and Irina were an item ... she was spotted wearing a custom DMX memorial shirt before it was even in the hands of the general public.

Remember ... the custom X shirts were designed by Balenciaga and commissioned by the Yeezy brand, and Kanye helped raise over $1 million for DMX's family with the profits.

As we first told you ... Ye and the supermodel were hanging in France on his 44th birthday Tuesday before hopping on a private jet Wednesday and flying back to the States together.

This is the first public dating we've seen Kanye or Kim Kardashian do since she filed for divorce back in February, but he and Irina have a bit of history ... professionally speaking.
