MarJon Beauchamp is a man of his word -- the Milwaukee Bucks rookie promised his mom a house when he made it to the NBA ... and this week, he did just that!!

The 21-year-old made the big reveal in a touching video ... by having his mom, Denise, stand out in the driveway as he came out of the garage with a bunch of balloons in his hand.

"Congratulations," family and friends yelled ... and when Denise realized she was standing in her OWN driveway, the tears started pouring out.

"Are you serious?" Denise cried and gave her son a big hug.

Moments like this are priceless and Beauchamp actually tweeted this would happen in April -- two months before the 6'6" guard became the 24th overall pick in the 2022 NBA Draft.

He also just signed his rookie contract with the Bucks a few weeks ago -- a 4-year deal worth over $12 million!!

"God ...You work in mysterious ways," Beauchamp said in his IG post, "This been a dream of mine ... Take my mom out the hood. Been living in apartments all my life"

"To give my mom @denisepleasant her first house ever.. I'm lost of words ... I love you mom❤️ you deserve it."

'Vanderpump' stars Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz are seriously close to unloading a major asset they shared in marriage ... finding a buyer for their home after filing for divorce.

Tom and Katie accepted an offer Tuesday for $2.45 million ... the sale hasn't been finalized just yet, but is almost certain to go through. The home was first listed last month for $2.75M, but the price was later slashed by about $150k.

As far as the house itself, the new buyer will be able to take advantage of all the cool features ... including a gorgeous outdoor pool, patio and backyard spa. It's got 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and about 3,500 sq ft of living space.

As we reported, Katie filed for divorce from Tom about 4 months ago. Since then, they've been open about going their separate ways, which included getting rid of the house, as both felt it would be too much to maintain solo both physically and financially.

At one point, Katie got Instagram to tell her fans just how hard it was to let go of the property, writing, "I hate goodbyes. And this one hurts a lot. The emotions and words are hard to pin down. Closing this chapter on my life feels like attending my own funeral."

Before production on the reality show was put on ice, producers picked this historic 8-bedroom home in Atlantic City -- a 4,000 sq. foot pad primed for some classic 'JS' moments.

The four-story home, nestled just a few steps from AC's famous boardwalk and its casinos and nightlife, features beautiful ocean views and huge decks to keep the party going. Well, it would have kept the party going.

There's a huge living area for the gang to hang out by the fireplace, plus a dining table with room for 10 ... perfect for those Sunday family dinners we used to watch the OG cast have.

The mansion is a rental that goes for $1,300 a night on Airbnb. It was booked all through July to film the show, but not for nothin' ... come August the home appears to be wide open for rent.

Kanye West may have been hit by the supply chain crisis, because his floor-to-ceiling renovation of his Malibu home is far from completion.

Ye paid just a skosh over $57 million for the Malibu beachfront home. He's using a famous architect ... Tadao Ando, but even he can't seem to accelerate the process. Then again, Kanye is famous for coming up with a plan and then changing it until it's exactly to his liking.

The home is 4,000 square feet ... which is huge by Malibu standards for beachfront property ... thus the hefty price tag. BTW, when Kanye bought it it was listed for $75 million.

It's pretty austere ... which is Kanye's thing. The house he designed for his family -- which Kim Kardashian now owns -- is also minimalist.

Erica Mena and Safaree are officially over, and parting ways from the house they once called home.

A real estate source tells TMZ Erica and Safaree sold their GA home Friday to TV Executive and producer Carlos King for $1.3 million. The home has a pool, master bedroom complete with balcony and plenty of space to lounge and entertain.

As we reported, the "Love & Hip Hop" star filed divorce docs back in May of 2021 after less than 2 years of marriage ... Erica was pregnant with the couple's second child at the time.

In the docs, Erica asked for primary custody of their 1-year-old daughter, child support and use of the home on her own.

The mother of Kamala Harris' stepdaughter has been granted a temporary restraining order that protects both her and her daughter ... after she claims a man tried to use her to get letters to the VP.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, film producer and Prettybird CEO Kerstin Emhoff -- who used to be married to Harris' husband, Doug Emhoff -- was granted the TRO last week, which requires 68-year-old Ralph Manning Scott to stop all contact and stay a football field away from both her and her 23-year-old daughter Ella.

Kerstin claims Scott approached her front door last year, handing Ella an envelope and asking her to deliver it to "Kamala."

Kerstin says she doesn't know him at all, nor did she give him her address info ... making her so frightened, she sold her home and moved somewhere else.

She claims Scott found out she was moving and says she saw him outside her home just a day after moving into the new place.

Kerstin also claims Scott's been sending a bunch of letters, greeting cards, and packages to both her home and work addresses, appearing delusional as he writes about his supposed connections to JFK and Tom Hanks ... and says he's lonely and without a family.

Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello are selling their old digs in Beverly Hills for something bigger and better in the same area ... but first, they're looking to sell their current spectacular estate for close to $20 million.

The "America's Got Talent" judge and her hubby just put their 7-bedroom home, complete with a brand-spankin' new chef's kitchen on the market for $19.6 million ... a nice possible profit for the pair considering Sofia bought the place for $10.6 million in 2014.

Jeffree Star has finally found a buyer for his beautiful Hidden Hills compound ... setting the possible new owner back a hefty chunk of change.

The cosmetic mogul relisted his 2.8-acre property for $15.5M back in April ... we're told an offer was accepted last month. The deal has not yet closed, and Star is still accepting backup offers just in case.

The place was built in 2009 with French inspiration -- aside from the main house, it's got two guest houses and a barn, spanning over 19,000 square feet and located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.

Jeffree's compound comes with a home theater, game room, a 2-story fitness center, a 10-car garage, and a wine cellar that leads straight to a speakeasy bar area in the basement.

He bought the pad back in 2019 for $14.6M ... doing a significant remodel with lots of updates. He also changed the color scheme to white-and-gold -- with splashes of pink, of course.

Jeffree listed the estate last summer for $20M after picking up a 70-acre ranch in Wyoming, and since then picked up nearly 500 additional acres. He still operates his business out of L.A. despite now spending most of his time in Caspar, Wyoming where he raises yaks -- true story.

The Playboy Mansion's face-lift is now in its 4th year, with expenses breaking the $1 mil mark, but to the naked eye ... it's hard to see where all that money's going.

According to building permits, the property's had a bunch of work done since 2020 ... including a revision of the roof, adding detached living quarters, interior revision, an updated elevator, new fire sprinklers, underground generator, new lighting, fixing the basement foundation and removal of the spa area to install a new one.

Tons of permits have been filed, and the most up-to-date number we can see for all those renovations is $1.6 million.

As we reported, the place had $1M in renovations as of 2020, so that's hardly a quantum leap over the course of 4 years.

The fix-ups began back in 2019 when billionaire Daren Metropoulos started filing permits to renovate the world-famous pad he'd purchased from Hugh Hefner ... who died in 2017.

Taylor Swift got an unwanted guest at her NYC building last month -- an alleged stalker who was just arrested by the NYPD after he threatened to do harm to the singer ... TMZ has learned.

New York law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Joshua Christian was booked Friday night for stalking after police tracked him down at his home following several run-ins with Taylor and her security personnel.

Our sources say Christian showed up uninvited to Taylor's Manhattan home around 10:47 AM on June 12 with the "intent to annoy and harass" Swift.

We're told Christian buzzed up to Taylor's residence using the building's intercom. Our law enforcement sources say Christian allegedly threatened to hurt Taylor if she refused to be with him, but we're also told Taylor did not answer the intercom or call the police. We're told it was security who called the cops.

Richard Gere has a buyer for his impressive New York estate ... and while he ended up selling for under the original asking price, he's still walking away with a fortune.

The "Pretty Woman" star's 50 acres of property sold on Wednesday -- the buyer shelled out $24.15 million for the entire space out in Pound Ridge, about an hour north of NYC in Westchester County.

The compound includes 5 structures, a pool and some stables -- the area has rolling hills that are perfect for horseback riding, making those stables look like a necessity. The main residence alone is a whopping 11,600 square feet.

Richard listed the property back in October for $28 mil, and records show he bought the space 35 years ago for a measly $1.5M -- talk about a profit!!!

'RHONY' alum Dorinda Medley is on to new things ... cause TMZ has learned she sold the a Manhattan pad she's had for the last couple of decades.

Sources familiar with the sale tell TMZ the former NYC housewife sold her Upper East Side apartment near the end of May for $2,498,000 million. She paid $1.2 million for the place in 2007.

The apartment has loft-like 14-foot high ceilings with oversized windows, huge closet space, a chef's kitchen .... and a ton of renovations, including brand new bathrooms with designer fixtures and hardwood floors throughout.

Whoever snagged the space will also be able to enjoy a 24-hour concierge, a swimming pool, and a yoga room ... just to name a few of the building's amenities.

We're told she's already bought a new place in The Big Apple and the new pad is currently undergoing renovations. She's currently spending her summer at her home, "Blue Stone Manor" in The Berkshires of western Massachusetts.

OBJ is getting out of O-H-I-O -- Odell Beckham has found a buyer for his $3.3 million Ohio mansion ... and it only took the NFL superstar exactly two months to sell it.

TMZ Sports has learned -- the lucky buyer is getting a sick deal for the 13,800-square-foot Columbia Station crib ... which is located about 20 miles west of Cleveland.

The two-story pad has 4 bedrooms, 7 baths, a decked-out kitchen, 3-car garage, movie theatre, golf simulator, a game room and game streaming room.

Yeah, pretty lit.

There's also a huge pool in the backyard and plenty of space -- 2.13 acres to be exact -- for some dope barbeques and outdoor kickbacks.

But, the best part of the place might be the custom-made walk-in closet ... which can hold about as many pairs of sneakers as a Foot Locker.

The mansion had a ton of interest after it hit the market in April via Megan Pettine of Keller Williams ... and an offer was accepted on Monday.

Of course, OBJ's time in Ohio was short-lived -- he had a rollercoaster experience with the Browns for two and a half seasons -- and now he has no reason to live in the Buckeye state.

But as of now, the 29-year-old is a free agent and recovering from ACL surgery ... so ya can't count out a return to the Midwest just yet.
