Amber Portwood I Could Lose My Kid ... Make Sure MTV's Cameras are Rolling!!!

Exclusive
- 1.5K shares
Amber Portwood's making her priorities clear ... as she waltzed into an Indiana courthouse to learn if she would lose access to her one-year-old child in her domestic battery case, an MTV camera crew was there lapping it all up.
Amber was back in Marion County Court on Thursday ... with fellow "Teen Mom OG" cast members Catelynn, Maci and Cheyenne anxiously waiting outside the courtroom, and an MTV camera crew was capturing everything.
There was good news for Amber on the legal front ... her no-contact order was lifted, allowing Amber to have supervised visits with her 1-year-old son, James, following her domestic battery arrest. At least from the outside, it seemed like she was more concerned about camera time, though.
Also joining the "Teen Mom OG" stars in support of Amber -- Kristina, the new wife of Amber's ex, Gary. Looks like Kristina got chatty with the reality stars.
TMZ broke the story ... Amber was arrested for domestic battery on July 5 after her boyfriend, Andrew Glennon, contacted cops and claimed she hit him with a shoe while he was holding their child. She also allegedly wielded a machete during the incident.
As we reported ... Amber will almost certainly lose her 'Teen Mom' gig if she's convicted of going after her BF with a machete, because she's already on thin ice with MTV.
But, for now ... the cameras are still rolling.

Lorenzen Wright Ex-Wife Guilty In Murder of NBA Player
-
Breaking News
- 12.4K shares
Lorenzen Wright's ex-wife has pled GUILTY to facilitating the murder of the former NBA player -- and she'll be locked away for at least 9 years.
Wright -- the 7th overall pick in the 1996 NBA Draft -- was shot to death in 2010. His body was discovered in a swampy field 10 days after he went missing.
Officials say his body was riddled with bullet wounds.
Investigators eventually pointed the finger at Lorenzen's ex-wife, Sherra Wright, and a male friend, Billy Turner. The two attended the same church.
But, officials say Sherra called the shots in a diabolical murder plot. Sherra initially planned to kill Lorenzen at his Atlanta home but when that plan failed, she conspired with Turner to murder him in Tennessee instead, prosecutors say.
Both Wright and Turner were charged with 1st-degree murder among other charges and she was facing up to 100 years behind bars.
But, Sherra cut a deal with prosecutors in which she agreed to plead guilty to facilitation of murder and facilitation to commit attempted 1st-degree murder.
In exchange for her plea, Sherra got 30 years in prison ... but will be eligible for parole after 9.
Outside court Thursday, Sherra's attorney told reporters she had planned to argue that Lorenzen was a violent man who beat her for years and she was pushed to the edge.
However, Lorenzen's family members have accused Sherra of offing the basketball player in hopes of collecting a $1 million life insurance policy.
Wright played in the NBA from 1996 to 2009 ... most famously playing for the Clippers, Memphis Grizzlies and Cleveland Cavaliers.
He was only 34 at the time of his death.
Prez Candidate Tulsi Gabbard Sues Google ... Stop Censoring Me!!!
-
Breaking News

Presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard is outraged because she claims Google has silenced her ... so she says in a new lawsuit, but Google says not so fast.
Gabbard's campaign filed the lawsuit claiming in the hours after the first Democratic Presidential Debate last month, the tech giant suspended her Google ads without notice.
Gabbard says her campaign worked frantically to find out why, but she claims Google fed her BS answers and to date has "not provided a straight answer or let alone a credible one."
Gabbard -- an Iraq War veteran -- says the suspension came at the most crucial time in her campaign ... because immediately after her performance at the debate, Gabbard became the most searched candidate after entering relatively unknown.

— GoogleTrends (@GoogleTrends) June 27, 2019 @GoogleTrends
Making matters worse ... Gabbard claims Google's sending campaign emails into people's spam folders. She says this is not happening with other candidates and calls it censorship.
Gabbard's suing because she says it's a violation of her First Amendment rights.
We've reached out to Google, and a spokeswoman tells TMZ ... the search engine has "automated systems that flag unusual activity on all advertiser accounts -- including large spending charges -- in order to prevent fraud and protect our customers."
The spokeswoman goes on to say, "In this case, our system triggered a suspension and the account was reinstated shortly thereafter."

Bill Cosby Janice Dickinson Defamation Suit Settled ... Over His Objections
-
Exclusive Details
- 1.4K shares
9:34 AM PT -- Dickinson just spoke about the settlement, calling it a victory and justice after a "rough road" that included years of insults and attacks for coming forward against Cosby.
Janice is celebrating, but says no cash amount can erase the memories and trauma of an assault. She urges women to never give up, know their rights, keep telling their stories and stop wielding power to perpetrators of sexual misconduct.
Lisa Bloom also spoke, thanking her legal team and several witnesses -- including Dr. Drew -- who came forward on Dickinson's behalf to help them achieve the legal victory.
The attorney says Janice received a "very large settlement amount" that fully and fairly compensates her for the defamation, but the exact amount must remain confidential. However, she says Janice is free to tell her story ... nothing in the settlement can silence her.
She closed by saying Cosby and his team misjudged Dickinson, and hailed her as a victim turned survivor turned winner ... and an inspiration for other women.
Bill Cosby has settled a defamation lawsuit filed by Janice Dickinson ... and he's NOT happy about it.
Dickinson claimed Cosby's lawyer slandered her when he said her claims of sexual assault by the comedian were false. She also claimed the lawyer made his remarks at Cosby's behest.
Cosby fought the lawsuit, but now his insurance company, AIG, agreed to settle the lawsuit over Cosby's strong objections.
Cosby continues to maintain the lawsuit was without merit and he never authorized the statement made by his lawyer ... this according to his spokesperson, Andrew Wyatt.
We're told this is the third case in recent months AIG settled a case over Cosby's objections, and Cosby's side believes it's illustrative of the insurer's bad faith and is "robbing Mr. Cosby of the opportunity to clear his name in a court of law."
Cosby's legal team says he's confident if the case went to trial, a jury would have found the statements made by Cosby's former attorney -- which were allegedly never spoken by Cosby himself -- were not defamatory ... as Dickinson claims.
Dickinson's lawyer, Lisa Bloom, has called it a "major, final, legal victory."
Bloom will be holding a news conference with Dickinson Thursday at 9 AM PT ... and TMZ will live stream.

A$AP Rocky Charged With Criminal Assault ... To Remain in Swedish Jail
6:12 AM PT -- TMZ has obtained photos of the alleged victim's alleged injuries ... injuries that formed the basis of the assault charge against A$AP Rocky. You see a bloody arm, a bloody finger, blood on the back of an arm and a streak of blood on a bicep. There's also a gash on another body part and various cuts.
3:46 AM PT -- The prosecutor tells TMZ ... he will NOT recommend the full 2 year sentence if A$AP is convicted. He won't say what his recommendation will be -- he says it depends on how the trial unfolds. As for the trial, he's recommending it begin next Tuesday, and continue Thursday and Friday. BTW, a panel of 4 judges will hear the case, and at least 3 of them must decide an assault was committed for a conviction. If it's a tie, the prosecutor can ask for a new trial. If Rocky is convicted, a judge will decide the sentence a week later.
A$AP Rocky has just been charged with a crime after spending weeks in a Swedish jail ... prosecutors just hit him with Assault Causing Actual Bodily Harm stemming from a street brawl in the country's capital ... and if convicted he could spend 2 years behind bars.
The prosecutor said A$AP will continue to be held in jail pending a trial ... and the trial date has not been set, although it could be today. A rep for the prosecutor tells TMZ the trial will be held within the next 2 weeks. The prosecutor expects the trial will last 3 days.
Two members of Rocky's crew have also been charged with the same crime and they will also be held pending trial.
The Swedish prosecutor just boasted he had access to more information than people on the internet. He said he's reviewed video and also talked to witnesses, and determined the claims by Rocky and his 2 crew members of self defense and provocation didn't hold water, despite the fact the alleged victim is the one who unrelentingly harassed and attacked Rocky and his crew first.
The prosecutor says he also considered the alleged victim's statement, which he says was supported by witness statements. We're told the alleged victim admits striking A$AP's bodyguard with a set of headphones, but only after the bodyguard lifted him off the ground by his neck, so the prosecutor viewed the headphones attack as self defense. BTW, the lifting by the neck is not on video, and interestingly, if the prosecutor really felt the bodyguard was the aggressor he would have been presumably charged ... and the bodyguard has already been cleared.
The charge has been 3 weeks in the making ... A$AP has been in jail alongside two of his associates since turning himself in to Swedish authorities earlier this month. Prosecutors inadvertently played their hand last week, announcing they were going to charge the Harlem rapper ... and on Thursday the hammer finally dropped.
The only good news for Rocky ... he and his crew will not be charged with Aggravated Assault, a more serious crime which carries a 6-year prison sentence.
As we reported ... the man who attacked A$AP's crew in the streets of Stockholm will NOT be prosecuted for any crime, even though he incited the violence and kept harassing Rocky until he eventually snapped.
In the initial video ... you hear A$AP attempting to diffuse the situation, playing peacemaker and saying no one wants to go to jail.
JULY 2019
In video from the street brawl ... A$AP finally loses his cool, throwing his attacker to the ground and absolutely pummeling the guy.
The Swedish justice system is not bowing to pressure from the U.S. government ... with the Prime Minister essentially telling President Trump and the State Dept. to butt out after their attempts to free A$AP.
7/22/19
A$AP's mom thinks Sweden is out to get her son, and she believes it's because he's black ... even though A$AP himself says he won't make race an issue in his assault case.

A$AP Rocky Alleged Victim Has Criminal Assault Record
-

The man at the center of the A$AP Rocky assault case -- the man who provoked the rapper and even attacked him before A$AP reluctantly snapped back -- was convicted of criminal assault in Sweden 3 years ago.
Mustafa Jafari, Rocky's alleged victim, was convicted of striking a man in his forehead and beating the victim's face back in 2016, when Jafari was 16 years old. It happened on the streets of Stockholm, the very place Jafari harassed and assaulted A$AP and his crew earlier this month.
JULY 2019
Jafari was prosecuted and convicted of assault, and his sentence ... 30 hours of community service. He was also ordered to pay his victim around $500 in cash.
Jafari was also convicted of 2 minor drug offenses ... one in November 2017 and the other in May 2018. He was ordered to pay a fine for both, but served no jail time.
As we reported, Jafari was the instigator in the A$AP Rocky incident -- he's the guy in the white shirt. Prosecutors have cleared him, claiming he was acting in self-defense.
Rocky, who pled with Jafari to leave him and his crew alone before finally snapping, has now been charged with assault and could face 2 years in prison if convicted.

Lil Nas X is using his popularity to jack old songs and rack up millions of views -- and dollars -- without rights to do so ... according to a new lawsuit.
The 20-year-old rapper -- who's been the hottest thing in hip-hop and possibly country this year -- is being sued, along with Sony, by a company called The Music Force for jacking the 1982 Bobby Caldwell song, "Carry On."
According to the suit ... X posted a track on YouTube, Spotify and Soundcloud that appropriated parts of "Carry On" without permission, and as of early July it had nearly 4 million YT views.
The Music Force alleges Lil Nas was "motivated by greed and malicious intent."
The company is also suing Sony because it recently signed the rapper to a record deal ... and it says it should made sure its artist got the song cleared.
The Music Force is asking for a whopping $25 million, claiming X has destroyed the value of its Bobby Caldwell song by jacking it.
We reached out to Lil Nas and Sony ... no word back so far.

R. Kelly's Live-In GF Azriel Comin' Alive on Social Media ... Family Hopeful Singer's Losing His Grip
-

- 1.9K shares
One of R. Kelly's live-in girlfriend is looking a lot like her old self on social media -- which has her family incredibly encouraged they can get her back.
Azriel Clary -- one of the singer's girlfriends, who's stood by his side to this day -- has been popping up A LOT on social media after being a relative recluse prior to R. Kelly getting re-arrested on new federal charges. The 180 has her family hopeful.
Family sources tell TMZ ... Azriel's immediate brood has been seeing flashes of the daughter they once knew in recently-surfaced Snapchat videos and other clips that show Azriel dancing, trying on clothes, laughing ... and acting like a normal person again.
A lot of these videos appear to be filmed inside R. Kelly's Trump Tower apartment in Chicago -- where Azriel and Joycelyn Savage are presumably still staying -- but the fact that she's getting out there again (in a sense) is giving her fam hope R. Kelly's losing his grasp over her.
We're told Azriel has maintained this entire time that she's had a phone and has been on social media, but the fact is ... she seems to be getting on it a lot more now that R. Kelly's not around. She's been posting content about 4 to 5 times a day.
There's also this ... we're told some of Azriel's old friends have been reconnecting with her on social media, which is yet another sign she's coming back.
While Azriel continues to tout R. Kelly's innocence and her love for him on social media -- we're being told her family sees a true possibility of the tide turning.

Meek Mill '08 Conviction Thrown Out ... Retrial Unlikely
-
Exclusive Details
- 4.9K shares
10:54 AM PT -- Meek's lawyer, Joe Tacopina, just told us on "TMZ Live" this may be justice delayed but definitely not justice denied, adding there's a silver lining for the criminal justice system and Meek himself. As for whether they'll file a civil lawsuit, well, don't hold your breath.
9:57 AM PT -- Sources connected to the case tell TMZ it is "highly, highly unlikely" prosecutors will refile the case and retry Meek, for several reasons -- their main witness is a dirty cop with no credibility, the case is 12 years old and memories have faded, and Meek has already been through hell with Judge Brinkley.
Meek Mill is getting a second shot at justice -- his 2008 gun conviction was just thrown out ... and he's being granted a new trial AND a new judge to re-fight the charge.
A panel of judges handed down their decision Wednesday in Pennsylvania Superior Court -- saying Meek does in fact deserve a new trial, with a new jury ... and most importantly a new judge who ISN'T Judge Genece Brinkley ... who many believe had it out for him the first time around.
Meek celebrated the decision on social media, writing ... "As of right now I’m not on probation and I am not a felon anymore," adding a bunch of praying hands. He went on to say, "today was mega!!!"
As we reported, the key witness in the case turned out to be a dirty cop. Even the prosecutor wanted a new trial -- especially after Meek was released from prison over a year ago -- but Judge Brinkley wouldn't budge. This time around, a panel of 3 judges who were not previously involved in the case unanimously made the decision to throw out the conviction.
You'll recall ... Meek has been through the ringer over the past two years in Philly. He was thrown back in prison back in the fall of 2017 after Judge Brinkley found that he'd violated his probation on at least two occasions from recent arrests ... one for allegedly getting into a fight at an airport, and another for reckless driving.
Despite both cases being dropped, Judge Brinkley found that the arrests alone were violations of his probation from his '08 case ... and harshly sentenced him to a 2-4 year prison sentence.
Meek was locked up for a little while -- with many people fighting for his freedom from the outside -- until finally in April of 2018 ... he was cut loose by the Supreme Court of PA, which overruled Judge Brinkley, who refused to let him out. He walked out of prison and straight to a Philadelphia 76ers game right afterward, with his entire journey documented from helicopter.
Meek just said, "I'd like to thank the Pennsylvania Superior Court judges for their wisdom and their transparency in reviewing my case, unanimously overturning my conviction and granting me a new trial. The past 11 years have been mentally and emotionally challenging, but I'm ecstatic that justice prevailed."
He goes on ... "This positive outcome wouldn't have been possible without the support of my family, my attorneys, Jay Z, Desiree Perez, Michael Rubin, the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office and my supporters who have stood with me through the ups and downs."
Meek makes it clear, not everyone is this lucky ... "Unfortunately, millions of people are dealing with similar issues in our country and don't have the resources to fight back like I did. We need to continue supporting them. I'm committed to working with my team at the REFORM Alliance to change these outdated laws and fix our broken criminal justice system."
Meek's lawyer, Joe Tacopina, who has been a stalwart in the fight to overturn the conviction, says, "In this case although justice was delayed it was not denied!"

Channing Tatum is now legally protected from a woman who broke into his home and squatted there for more than a week.
The woman made herself comfortable in Tatum's crib for 10 days back in June ... and on Tuesday a judge ordered her to stay 100 yards away from Channing, his estranged wife, Jenna Dewan, and their child, Everly. The intruder can't make contact with them either. Channing's current girlfriend, Jessie J, is NOT one of the protected parties.
As we reported ... one of Channing's personal assistants discovered the woman making herself comfortable at Channing's home while he was out of town. His assistant performed a citizen's arrest until cops were able to arrive and take her away.
Authorities say the woman had some personal belongings in the crib. Channing acknowledged the woman had paid him a visit before, claiming she knew him.
Attorney Blair Berk was in court on Channing's behalf, as Tatum is currently in London. Berk provided an email that the woman sent, in which she claimed that she had a relationship with Channing, and that she believed he communicated with her via music.
The restraining order is in place for 5 years.

3:31 PM PT -- Rhoden was released from custody late Tuesday. Officials say he bonded out.
12:41 PM PT -- TMZ Sports has obtained Rhoden's mug shot after he was booked Tuesday.
Bodybuilding superstar Shawn Rhoden -- the reigning Mr. Olympia -- just turned himself in to authorities in Utah and pled not guilty to multiple felony rape charges, TMZ Sports has learned.
As we previously reported, Rhoden -- who goes by Flexatron -- is accused of raping a female bodybuilder during a hotel encounter back in Oct. 2018.
According to court docs, Rhoden's accuser claims Rhoden forced himself on her inside his hotel room - and despite repeated pleas to stop, he refused. She claims he eventually stopped and let her leave the room.
Authorities conducted a thorough investigation and eventually charged Rhoden with felony rape, object rape and forcible sexual assault.
Now, Rhoden's attorneys say the bodybuilder voluntarily turned himself in to authorities Tuesday -- after negotiating his bail to be reduced from $750k to $250k.
Shawn's lawyers say he "vigorously denies the charges" and "looks forward to being cleared of these false accusations in court."
Jail records confirm Rhoden was formally arrested and booked. The 44-year-old is listed at 5'10" and 265 pounds.

Kevin Hart Alleged Extortionist Denies the Crime ... I Thought it was Legit Sex Tape Bizness!!!
-
Exclusive

Kevin Hart's alleged sex tape extortionist says he didn't do anything wrong -- he was just trying to make some money and happened to have a "newsworthy celebrity sex tape" worth selling.
According to new legal docs ... Hart's former friend, Jonathan Jackson -- who's facing 2 felony counts for attempted extortion and extortion by threatening letter -- denies ever contacting Kevin about the sex tape or threatening him in any way.
Instead, Jackson claims he was contacted by a man who said he was a "Hollywood sex tape broker" and offered him $10k for the video. Jackson says he declined but began negotiation for a higher price ... but they never struck a deal.
According to the docs ... Jackson believes this sex tape broker was actually someone working on Hart's behalf to obtain the video and keep it under wraps. When the attempt failed, Jackson says Kevin "likely felt embarrassed and ashamed of his behavior" and came up with the extortion angle to make himself a victim.
Jackson claims the truth is there was never any extortion attempt or threat ... just a guy with a sex tape trying to "lawfully and legally engage in the sale of information to news outlets."
On that note ... Jackson also wants all of his electronic data obtained by a search warrant tossed from the criminal case. He claims law enforcement made up facts -- like saying he asked for $5 million from Hart -- to establish probable cause ... so the warrant was improperly authorized.
As we reported ... Jackson was an actor and a close friend of Hart's for more than 15 years. After it was revealed he was the alleged extortionist, Kevin tweeted ... "Mind blown ... Hurt ... at a loss for words and simply in complete disbelief at the moment. WOW."

A$AP Rocky Sweden May Be Forced to Pay Millions ... If He's Found Not Guilty
-
Exclusive
- 1.8K shares
The stakes are not only high for A$AP Rocky in his Swedish assault case ... the European nation itself could be forced to pay UNTOLD MILLIONS if he's ultimately cleared.
There's something we found about Swedish law that ups the stakes dramatically ... if someone is charged with a crime and is found not guilty, the country could be on the hook for all the money the victorious defendant lost as a result of incarceration and the trial.
In A$AP's case ... that's a fortune. He's already been in jail for going on 3 weeks and it's all but certain he'll be formally charged Thursday with aggravated assault. The chances of getting sprung from jail once he's charged are slim to none, because Sweden considers him a flight risk.
By the time he goes to trial, months may have passed, and that means a bunch of scheduled concert dates will go down the tubes.
He's already had to cancel 12 shows and is booked for 7 more through the month of September.
It's unclear exactly how much Rocky gets paid for each gig -- but between 2014 and 2017, reported booking fees from each concert range from $80k to $120k. It's 2019, so let's just say his flat quote these days is north of $100k.
The longer he sits in jail, the more the stakes go up ... $2 mil, and maybe a lot more.
Here's the rub. The law says the country "may" be forced to pay a victorious defendant. They don't define "may," but if history is any lesson, Sweden doesn't want to cut Rocky a break.

Future Team Pulled Him from Brutal Ibiza Fight ... To Avoid Another A$AP Rocky
-
Exclusive
Future wanted to kick some ass before a melee broke out that left his bodyguard knocked out cold ... but his team pulled him away, fearing he'd end up like A$AP Rocky ... behind bars.
As we reported, a group of around 10 guys started harassing Future and his crew at the Ibiza Airport ... and sources connected to Future say it was full-on racist attack, which began with racial epithets. A fight erupted, and Future's bodyguard did some street justice with 6 of the guys before he got coldcocked with an alleged rock to the head.
We're told before the fighting began, Future was fully engaged and enraged, but his team had A$AP on the brain and didn't want the rapper to end up in a Spanish jail, so they literally pulled him away from the scene. That's when the bodyguard took over.
Future clearly wanted in on the action, because his anger was apparent hours later when he referred to the attackers as "fake goons" and other choice words.
It's interesting ... it sure looks like Sweden is trying to send a message to black rappers that they come to the country at their peril. The message seems to have been received loud and clear, and rappers visiting other European countries are adjusting their moves accordingly ... clearly out of fear the justice system will screw them.
By the way ... eyewitnesses tell us the sucker punch video is edited to make it look like Future was watching nearby with no concern for his bodyguard ... but fact is he didn't see it and had already left the scene.
The good news ... our sources say the bodyguard is doing fine.
As you know ... things played out much differently for A$AP in Stockholm earlier this month, where a man allegedly harassed and attacked the rapper's bodyguard. Rocky tried to diffuse the situation but eventually snapped and now has hell to pay.
JULY 2019
A$AP's still sitting in a Swedish jail awaiting official charges, but the guy who attacked his crew will not be prosecuted.

2:58 PM PT -- Weinstein's attorney, Donna Rotunno, has responded to Paz's trip to the D.A.'s office, saying, "Ms. de la Huerta's narrative has been reviewed and considered several times already and each time, been rejected by the New York DA."
She continues, "We are thoroughly confident that there is nothing more about her claims to be considered. This seems to be little more than a publicity stunt."
Harvey Weinstein has an accuser who is coming after him a second time ... Paz de la Huerta, who spent part of the day Monday with NYC prosecutors.
We got Paz at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, flanked by her attorney, Mark Heller. As they were leaving, Paz and Mark told us the meeting was about Weinstein, but they wouldn't get more specific.
You'll recall ... Paz is one of several women who've claimed Weinstein sexually assaulted them, and she even sued the disgraced movie producer over two alleged incidents, but the Manhattan D.A. declined to criminally prosecute Weinstein.
They say the D.A. wants to meet them again on Thursday ... unclear why.
She also sheds some light on her hospital scare a couple months back.
