Keyshia Cole is gonna pay dearly for attacking a woman in Birdman's L.A. condo.

Sabrina Mercadel had sued Keyshia for the 2014 incident, where she had gone to Birdman's West L.A. condo in the middle of the night and accused the Cash Money CEO of cheating on her. Mercadel, who was in the unit, was on the receiving end of Keyshia's rage. She says Keyshia punched her in the face, yanked her hair and clawed her face and mouth with her nails.

Sabrina says she lost the use of a finger as a result of the attack.

The suit ended with a default judgment against Keyshia because she was a no-show in court. Sabrina was awarded $100,635 ... that's a lot of money, but nowhere near the $4 million Sabrina was after.

Blac Chyna is irate over the Kardashians' claim she's responsible for the cancellation of her reality show with Rob, and she thinks they're sending a terrible message to women that getting a domestic violence restraining order is a bad thing ... sources connected to Chyna tell TMZ.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim, Rob and Kris just responded to Chyna's lawsuit in which she accuses the Klan of sabotaging the reality show "Rob & Chyna" out of revenge. The Kardashians say the reason the show was cancelled was because Chyna got a restraining order and it was impossible to shoot a show when Rob was legally prohibited from interacting with his baby mama.

Our Chyna sources say the latest round of legal docs has her fuming. Chyna says she was in fear for the safety of her and her daughter, and women should not lose jobs just because they try to protect their family from violence. She says Rob physically abused her. He denies it.

There is a wrinkle. Chyna dropped the restraining order outright after Rob agreed to pay her $20k a month in child support. As one Kardashian source put it -- if she really felt threatened she would never have dropped the restraining order.

Former 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Carlton Gebbia says she and her family were very good to their housekeeper for 6 years, but the lady stopped showing up for work after a dispute over missing jewelry ... and now she's suing and trumping up a phony battery claim out of spite.

Carlton tells TMZ she had no idea she was being sued by her former housekeeper/nanny until she saw our story ... and while she's hurt by it, she says she's not necessarily surprised. Here's why ...

Carlton claims she recently noticed some expensive jewelry her husband David bought her over the years was disappearing ... and the housekeeper had access. Gebbia says she reluctantly asked her if she'd taken the jewelry after several pieces went missing ... she denied it.

Carlton says she asked her housekeeper to take a lie detector test to prove it and she agreed ... but then didn't show up for work the next day or the following 2 weeks.

Gebbia tells us the housekeeper returned after the 2 weeks away and asked for her job back, but the family decided to let her go.

3:24 PM PT -- A rep for Epps tells TMZ ... the comedian pitched the show to BET back in July 2015 and has been in development since October 2015. The rep adds, "Their allegations are completely false, in reckless disregard for the truth, defamatory and the letter from their attorney is without any merit whatsoever." The rep also said Epps intends to take any and all legal action necessary to protect his rights.

Mike Epps got the green light for a new TV show but now 3 producers are raging ... claiming the comedian flagrantly stole their idea.

Calvin Valrie, LaMichael Finney and Bervick J. Deculus have lawyered up and fired off a cease and desist letter, claiming the show Mike's executive producing -- "Social Awards," which is scheduled to run on BET in February -- is exactly what it sounds like ... an awards ceremony that honors outstanding work among social influencers.

In the letter, obtained by TMZ, the producers claim back in February they pitched an eerily similar show called "Social Media Awards" to Epp's cousin, hoping to get Mike on board. We're told the producers never heard back from Epps and were blindsided a few weeks ago when BET announced it green-lit "Social Awards."

The producers tell us they're still willing to work with Epps, but they have designs on selling it to FOX. The 3 guys have given Mike an ultimatum -- capitulate by Friday, or else. It's highly unlikely Mike would try and undo the BET deal.

Can't say we've heard this before -- a woman is suing Marriott for allegedly kicking her out of one of their hotels 'cause she was a non-swinger on a swingers' floor ... yup.

Hale Lewis says she booked a 3-day stay at a Marriott in Atlanta last year for a New Year's Eve party, and before she knew it ... she claims she was hauled out in cuffs because of a mix-up over the floor she was on ... which was apparently restricted to swingers.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, Lewis says she ran into a guy on her floor who thought she was part of "Swingers of Atlanta" ... and after allegedly attempting to get her to pay extra to be on the floor, she says he got hotel staff and police to boot her.

Lewis claims she went through the normal process of booking a room, and says the hotel had no right to kick her out -- let alone get cops involved. The lawsuit doesn't say specifically what she did, but we're guessing she pitched a fit after being told to leave. She says she was taken out in her PJ's.

She also claims the whole incident ruined her rep, so she's asking for damages.

'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' alum Carlton Gebbia mopped the floor with her housekeeper, and the maid's now taking her to court ... and she says Gebbia even tried to kill herself.

The housekeeper -- referred to in the lawsuit as Jane Doe -- claims she was hired by Gebbia back in 2011 and toiled for 6 years as a housekeeper/nanny/chauffeur/grocery shopper/assistant.

Jane Doe claims Gebbia was often under the influence of alcohol and repeated physically, verbally and emotionally abusing her, including slapping her. She says 4 months ago, without provocation, a drunken Gebbia attacked her at her Bev Hills home.

She says the trigger was when Jane Doe texted Carlton's husband, David, and said Carlton had broken the TV in the movie room with a baseball bat. Jane Doe says when she tried to calm Carlton down, she became enraged, yelled at her and pushed her so hard, she fell against the door.

She says she was badly injured and was given 2 weeks off. She says the following month, she was fired.

Even more interesting ... the maid says over the last 6 years, Gebbia attempted to harm herself ... she mentions one incident in which she allegedly threw herself off the second story of her home.

Officials in Florida have impounded a truck registered to DeSean Jackson -- after cops found hollow-point bullets and weed inside the vehicle after it crashed into a tree.

But the twist ... the Bucs WR says he wasn't driving the car -- and he's pointing the finger at one of his friends.

Here's the deal ... cops say the Chevy Silverado was involved in a single-car accident on Sunday night -- the truck slammed into a tree.

When officers arrived on scene, the driver had fled -- and cops found 6.3 grams of weed and two .38 caliber hollow-point bullets. The ammo is legal in Florida -- the weed is not.

Cops saw the car was registered to DeSean and called him up. The WR later came down to the scene and told police the name of the friend who had borrowed the ride, according to NFL.com.

Jackson's rep Denise White issued a statement saying, "It was a friend of DeSean's who borrowed his car while he was out of town without his knowledge."

12/28 10:30 AM PT -- Waddell tells TMZ ... the texts 2 Chainz received did not come from him or anyone he knows, and he believes they were fabricated to discredit Highline's case or delay paying the owed funds. He says the texts in question were never authenticated and could have come from anyone, but he's not going to let them distract from the case against the rapper.

2 Chainz believes the guy suing him for an alleged unpaid Rolls-Royce tab tried to trick him into settling the case ... by fraudulently posing as 2 different lawyers.

The rapper claims Joshua Waddell of Highline Holdings Group sent him texts in early December from an unknown number pretending to be Chainz' lawyer, urging him to pay the amount the auto broker sued for back in October.

2 Chainz says he knew it was Waddell, though, because he recognized the number from previous communications.

A few days later, Chainz claims Waddell was at it again -- this time pretending to be HHG's lawyer -- and falsely claimed a default judgment had been granted to HHG and a lien had been issued on the rapper's whip.

According to the docs ... 2 Chainz confirmed that neither his lawyer or Waddell's lawyer sent the texts, and believes Waddell fraudulently sent the texts as a trap.

We broke the story ... HHG claims the rapper has an outstanding balance on his Phantom Drophead of $18,317 plus interest.

2 Chainz now wants the judge to teach Waddell a lesson ... and toss the case.

We reached out to Highline ... no word back so far.

Prosecutors have dropped the assault charges against ex-NY Yankees infielder Pat Kelly and his GF stemming from an October arrest, TMZ Sports has learned.

We broke the story ... Kelly and Marina Cernova were arrested at the London Hotel in NYC on Oct. 1 after Marina called cops to report Pat had attacked her.

When cops arrived, they believed Marina also socked Pat in the face -- so they were both arrested and booked for misdemeanor assault.

Pat -- who played for the Yanks from '91 to '97 -- had denied all wrongdoing and claimed the incident was a giant misunderstanding.

Now, we're told the charges have been officially dropped -- mainly because both sides stopped cooperating with prosecutors.

"Last Comic Standing" winner Iliza Shlesinger waged a war on men when she banned them from her comedy show ... and one man is now waging legal war against her, comparing his fight to the Civil Rights movement.

George St. George is suing Iliza claiming her November 13 show dubbed "Girls Night with Iliza -- No Boys Allowed" is repugnant, discriminatory and sets back sex equality hundreds of years.

In docs obtained by TMZ ... St. George says he bought 2 tickets and showed up to will call to retrieve his tickets, but St. George claims he wasn't allowed inside because of his gender, which he says is "akin to the Montgomery City Lines bus company in Montgomery, Alabama circa 1955."

St. George also said banning males is as repugnant as "Caucasian Night" or "Heterosexual Night."

He added that Iliza's show "repudiated hundreds of years of women's struggles to be viewed as being equal to men and is typical of old-fashioned sexism that might also advise a young woman that her best chance for a happy life is to ace her home economics class and learn how to make a queso dip from Velveeta to catch a good man."

St. George is suing for unspecified damages. We've reached out to Iliza, so far no word back.

Nick Cassavetes' baby mama Heather Wahlquist says she wants 100% custody of their 13-year-old daughter until Nick cleans up his act.

Heather appeared on "TMZ Live" Wednesday and chronicled what she says is a custody war that erupted without warning. She says she left Nick in 2012 and everything was square between her and the director of "The Notebook," until this month when Nick went after her for not turning over Barbie for the holidays.

TMZ broke the story ... Heather signed an agreement promising to turn Barbie over on December 18, but she didn't and claims it's because she questions Nick's stability, insinuating there might be a substance abuse issue.

She and Barbie are currently in Norman, Oklahoma and are due in court Tuesday. Nick wants a judge to hold Heather in violation of their agreement.

Alice Glass is firing back at her former Crystal Castles bandmate, Ethan Kath, after he sued her for defamation, and she makes it clear ... she'll swear under oath her rape allegations are true.

Alice filed a declaration in court in response to the lawsuit Ethan filed against her last month, after she publicly claimed he'd raped and abused her.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Alice doubles down on her claims that Ethan had first raped her when she was around 15, and continued to sexually assault, abuse, and isolate her while they dated through the 2000s and early 2010s.

She says she learned after first posting her allegations in October that Ethan had allegedly harmed other women as well, adding she and two other women filed criminal complaints against him in November. She says the detective on the case confirmed Ethan's under investigation.

The Kardashians have come out swinging in Blac Chyna's lawsuit against them in which she claims the fam sabotaged her reality show with Rob, saying it was all her doing.

As we reported, Chyna is suing Rob, Kim and Kris claiming they orchestrated a plot to torpedo "Rob & Chyna" after the couple broke up, and that's why E! canceled the show.

The Kardashians have just filed legal docs, courtesy of their attorney Shawn Holley, asking the judge to toss Chyna's case, claiming the real reason the show was canceled is that Chyna went to court and got a domestic violence restraining order against Rob, making it impossible to shoot a show with interactions between the 2.

It's important to note ... Chyna got a settlement in which she now gets $20k a month in child support and in return dropped the domestic violence allegations.

The Kardashians are also calling BS on Chyna's defamation claim, saying their allegations were true, including that she left Dream at home while she went out to party.

Add James Harden to the list of NBA players showing support for Meek Mill ... 'cause the Houston Rockets superstar visited the rapper in prison on Tuesday and says "his spirit is high."

Harden took some time in-between games to visit Meek at the State Correctional Institution in Chester, PA and reported back on social media.

"Got a chance to see my bro Meek Mill today. His spirit is high and hopefully we can get him out by February," Harden wrote.

"Told me to tell y'all when he get out he got some (fire) for y'all."

Sources connected to Meek tell TMZ Sports ... the NBA star had some special "Free Meek" sneakers whipped up and plans to rock them on the court on Thursday when the Rockets play the Celtics.

As we previously reported, Joel Embiid and 76ers owner Michael Rubin visited Meek last month and said he was doing well. Colin Kaepernick also spoke with Meek and said Meek was "humbled" by the support.

Chief Keef let a little thing like a court date for a fender bender balloon into an arrest warrant ... and now he's wanted by cops in Cali.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops responded to a small fender bender in Hollywood in September, in which Keef was involved. When deputies arrived, they ran the rapper's info and found he was driving on a suspended or revoked license.

According to court docs, Chief was cited and ordered to show up in court earlier this month, but he skipped the appearance so the judge issued the warrant.

Can't say we're surprised -- Keef has missed a court date or two in the past. Another one bites the dust.

The folks who built Beyonce and Jay-Z's new Bel-Air house apparently scored a fortune off them, but screwed the little guy who did the dirty work ... this according to a new lawsuit.

Qwest Engineering is suing famed real estate developer Dean McKillen and Cuesta Estate -- the developers of Bey and Jay-Z's $88 million estate -- for allegedly stiffing them on at least $200k of work Qwest says it did on the house prior to it being sold to the couple.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Qwest says McKillen and Cuesta asked them to do all the excavating on the house and to specifically carve out a space for a future basement.

Qwest says that required 2,000 sq. feet at a height of 12 feet and 888 cubic yards of dirt to be taken out ... which they say they quickly wrapped up over 5-6 weeks with McKillen and Cuesta breathing down their necks.

When it was time to pay up ... Qwest says McKillen and Cuesta came up empty-handed, and never gave 'em their cash -- an alleged whopping $205,337.

Even more interesting ... Qwest says McKillen and Cuesta can't claim they're broke on this one, 'cause Qwest says the developers made a FAT profit off Bey and Jay in selling it for $88 mil. Qwest says McKillen and Cuesta paid only "a small fraction" of that purchase price to demolish and reconstruct the home that was eventually sold.

We broke the story ... Jay and Bey have continued to pour money into their home, and an underground living area of this type sounds like what they were still building back in October.

Qwest wants its dough and then some ... they're asking for more than $1.8 mil in punitive damages, too. We've reached out McKillen ... he said the lawsuit was based on false info, and that Qwest is not owed that money.
