Ireland Baldwin Attacked by Crazed Lady 'On Drugs' ... Pics of Bruised Up Face

Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger's daughter, Ireland Baldwin, says she got roughed up by an alleged druggie who beat her and robbed her ... but luckily, this story has a just ending.

The model posted two gnarly photos of her injuries this weekend, and they show just how bad the attack really was out in NYC. Her entire right side is completely bruised ... it looks like the woman left behind a massive shiner with what Ireland describes as a sucker punch.

She writes, "Yesterday in the late afternoon, I was attacked by a woman who was high out of her mind on drugs and desperate for cash," adding," She decked me in my face in a parking lot and took my belongings and jumped in a getaway car while her husband took off."

It appears the case is well on its way to justice -- Ireland says she alerted cops and they've already made an arrest. She also says police told her this is happening quite a bit these days since folks are strapped for money during the pandemic, and resorting to violence.

Ireland says she posted this just as a warning to others that they should be mindful of their surroundings. She finished her thoughts with, "These are really difficult times and we need to look out for one another."

Well said, IB. Feel better ...

Lori Loughlin, Mossimo Giannulli Lori Gets 2 Months in Prison, Hubby Gets 5 Months ... She Delivers Tearful Apology

Lori Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, have learned their fate in their college admissions scandal -- they’re both going to prison for a bit … bringing a case full of interesting twists and turns to a close.

The judge has accepted the plea deals the couple agreed to back in May. This means Lori’s sentenced to 2 months behind bars, a $150,000 fine and 2 years probation ... along with performing 100 hours of community service.

She appeared before the judge Friday via Zoom with her lawyer, just like her husband did hours earlier. During the hearing, one of the prosecutors sounded off on her, saying despite her family's advantages ... "her children stole tuition spots from more capable and deserving students."

Lori responded with a tearful apology, saying ... "I've made an awful decision. I went along with a plan to give my daughters an unfair advantage in the college decision process. I thought I was acting out of love for my children, but in reality, it only undermined my daughter's abilities and accomplishments. My decision helped exacerbate existing inequalities in society."

She said she wishes she could change the past, but takes responsibility for her actions. Lori added ... "I believe in God and I believe in redemption, and I will do everything in my power to redeem myself and do good and give back for the rest of my life. I am truly profoundly and deeply sorry."

The judge told her he believes she's remorseful and sorry, and hopes she's true to her word about making amends for what she did for the rest of her life.

Though the couple both pled guilty to conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud, Lori’s hubby also pled guilty to an additional charge of honest services wire and mail fraud … so his sentence is a bit harsher.

The judge sentenced Mossimo to 5 months incarceration, a fine of $250k and supervised release for 2 years after his prison sentence. He must also perform 250 hours of community service.

He also addressed the judge, saying ... "I deeply regret the harm that my actions have caused my daughters, my wife and others. I take full responsibility for my conduct and I'm ready to accept the consequences and move forward with the lessons I've learned from this experience."

Based on their deals, house arrest is off the table ... they will actually have to go to prison. As for which one, Mossimo's lawyer recommended the Lompoc Prison in California ... and the judge agreed he should stay close to home. Lori's lawyer suggested one even closer for her.

The Federal Board of Prisons will ultimately decide though, but given that both are first time offenders, convicted of non-violent crimes, it's likely they'll go to a minimum-security facility -- not unlike the one in Northern California where Felicity Huffman did 11 days soft time.

You'll recall ... Lori and Mossimo were just 2 of the 53 people indicted in the college admissions scandal. They were accused of paying $500,000 in bribes to get their daughters Olivia Jade and Bella into USC, and faking a photo to make it look like the girls were college-caliber rowers.

One final thing ... given the COVID pandemic, once Lori and Mossimo start serving their sentences ... if the virus is spreading inside the prison, they could ask for compassionate release and serve the balance at home. That's already been done in a number of cases, so it's a real possibility for them.

LSU's Ed Orgeron Denies Knowledge Of Alleged Derrius Guice Rape ... 'Completely False'

LSU head coach Ed Orgeron says he NEVER knew of alleged Derrius Guice sexual assault ... insisting a report to the contrary is "completely false."

As we previously reported ... 2 former LSU students told USA Today Sports that the former Tigers superstar RB raped them at their own apartments after nights of heavy drinking.

One of the women says she passed out on her bed and has flashback memories of Guice assaulting her.

She also says it was all particularly troubling because her boyfriend at the time was Guice's teammate on the LSU football team.

In the report, the boyfriend alleged Orgeron had at least some knowledge of the incident ... and says the coach brushed it all off to him when they had a conversation about it.

In fact, the boyfriend said to USA Today Sports that Orgeron had told him, "everybody’s girlfriend sleeps with other people."

Orgeron, however, fired back at the report in a lengthy statement Thursday night ... saying he had absolutely ZERO knowledge of an alleged Guice assault.

"The anonymous quote attributed to me by a former player in USA Today is not accurate," the coach said. "Out of respect for the young man's privacy, I will not reveal the full details of the conversation. What I will say is that a player came into my office to discuss transferring from our program."

"We also discussed the player's relationship challenges with his girlfriend. I told him what I would tell my own sons: 'We all experience heartbreak growing up. Do not throw away a promising academic and football career at LSU because of a personal obstacle.'"

"Any insinuation that I had knowledge of his girlfriend and Derrius Guice is completely false."

Orgeron added that he is complying with investigators ... saying, "The sexual assault allegations made against Derrius Guice should be taken very seriously and the alleged victims must be heard and supported."

For his part, Guice's attorney has also denied the claims ... saying the allegations against the 23-year-old are baseless and are an attempt to make Guice look worse after his recent domestic violence arrest in Virginia.

Megan Thee Stallion 'Tory Shot Me' ... Accuses Him by Name

8/20/20
YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID

Megan Thee Stallion isn't dancing around it anymore ... she just came flat out and accused Tory Lanez, by name, of shooting her.

It's the first time she's actually used his name and she blasted him late Thursday, saying ... "Yes, this n***a Tory shot me. You shot me, and you got your publicist and your people to these blogs lying and s**t, stop lying!"

Megan also denied rumors she had hit Tory during an argument inside the SUV last month in the Hollywood Hills -- but admits there was an argument between everyone in the vehicle, and that's why she tried to walk away. She alleges that's when Tory opened fire.

As you know, up to this point, she'd insisted she was shot -- and certainly hinted Tory pulled the trigger -- but never said his name. During the IG Live post, she said she was afraid to call out Tory to the LAPD because she "didn't want to die" -- clearly insinuating she feared the police during the heated interaction.

She also addressed rumors the argument had something to do with Kylie Jenner. They'd all been partying together a home in the Hills prior to the shooting.

TMZ broke the story ... Tory, Megan and one of her friends left the party after 4 AM in a chauffeur-driven SUV, and police responded to calls of shots fired.

JULY 2020
EXITING THE VEHICLE
TMZ.com

When they pulled over the vehicle, Megan was bleeding from her feet as police instructed her to slowly walk backward. Tory got arrested for possession of a concealed weapon -- a handgun was under his seat -- and Megan was taken to a hospital for treatment.

As we reported, the L.A. County D.A. is now considering charging Tory with felony assault with a firearm.

Megan's bold move to publicly accuse Tory comes the day after she posted pics of her injuries, and continued to insist she'd been shot ... no matter what haters were saying online. However, she still refused to say Tory's name, and even went so far as to say her back was turned when she got shot ... hinting she never saw who did it.

Since then, something definitely pissed her off, because shortly before she went live on IG ... she went tweeted a thinly-veiled threat to call out Tory if he kept lying.

We've reached out to Tory's camp, but no word back yet.

UFC's Justin Gaethje Someone Stole My $4,500 Bike!!! ... Cops Investigating

UPDATE

8:27 AM PT -- A spokesperson for the Lakewood Police Dept. tells TMZ Sports ... Gaethje reported the theft to officers Wednesday -- and they've now launched an investigation.

Who would ever think of stealing from UFC knockout artist Justin Gaethje?!?!?! That's what Justin wants to know.

Gaethje says he's got photo and video evidence showing a man breaking into his garage in Denver on Wednesday and jacking his $4,500 electric hunting bike ... and now he's on a mission to get it back.

"This guy just stole a bike from my garage in Denver/Lakewood, CO," Gaethje said.

"If anybody knows a private investigator around the Denver area I’d be happy to hire him."

Justin posted a pic of the missing bike -- a Rambo R1000XP, which comes with a $4,500 price tag.

The bike is often used by hunters to move around terrain while out in the field. It's got a 28 mph maximum speed -- it's a dope bike.

When asked why he didn't confront the guy in the act, Gaethje explained, "I was in the middle of doing yard work, came in for 15 minutes. I walked out 8 minutes after he left."

We've reached out to cops in the area to find out if Gaethje filed a police report and if an investigation has been launched.

So far, no word back -- but some advice... if you stole Justin Gathje's bike, GIVE IT BACK BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!

Gaethje is one of the most violent men in MMA -- recently destroying Tony Ferguson, which paved the way for an upcoming showdown with Khabib Nurmagomedov.

Lupe Fiasco Chicago Has Cop, Gun, Gang Issues ... All 3 Contribute to Recent Violence Spike

ATTACK THE ROOT ISSUE
TMZ.com

Lupe Fiasco says there's a lot of blame to go around in addressing Chicago's surging crime beyond bad apple cops ... according to him, gun control laws are just as much at fault.

The Chicago-raised MC came on "TMZ Live" Wednesday to address the historic number of shootings happening in the Windy City in recent weeks. He told us ... yes, some policing tactics hurt more than help, but he thinks the issue is much deeper than that.

Lupe, who has multiple family members in law enforcement, says there are too many differing POVs on how to uphold the peace, and adds cops using gangster's methods -- like blatant brutality -- isn't helping matters.

He says police officers should be setting the standard in how to treat one another, but that's just not happening right now ... and it's just adding to the city's chaos.

Another issue he sees is the "gang problem," as he puts it. Too many factions have splintered off and are running amok, and he says the other part of the equation is the guns that end up in gang members' hands.

Watch ... Lupe says bordering states with much looser gun control laws than Illinois are fueling the violence. It's clearly a multi-layered crisis, but LF has some great insight into how best to save his hometown.

Derrius Guice Denies Rape Claims From 2 Former LSU Students

NFL running back Derrius Guice is adamant he did NOT rape two women back in 2016 while attending LSU, despite new claims to the contrary.

Both women claim Guice raped them in their own apartments after a night of heavy boozing -- and both claim the allegations were reported to LSU, but never properly investigated.

The women each spoke with USA Today Sports, but have not revealed their identities publicly.

The first woman says she drunkenly passed out on her bed after throwing a party -- and later began to have flashbacks of Guice assaulting her. Plus, she claims other football players at the party said Guice had bragged about having sex with her that night.

The accuser said she told a friend on the diving team about the incident -- who told her diving coach. The diver claims the coach reported the incident to LSU athletics officials.

The accuser claims she later got an email from an LSU official following up on the allegations -- but nothing really came of it.

However, the accuser claims LSU coach Ed Orgeron mentioned the incident later to her then-boyfriend, a player on the LSU football team.,

The player told USA Today Sports ... Orgeron made comments telling him not to be bothered by Guice's involvement with the accuser because "everybody’s girlfriend sleeps with other people."

The player doesn't know exactly how much Oregron knew about the incident.

The second accuser, a former LSU tennis player, claims Guice also sexually assaulted her after a night of drinking.

The woman later went to rehab for substance abuse issues and in 2017, told a rehab staffer about the alleged rape.

The staffer allegedly reported the allegation to LSU -- but the accuser claims it was never properly investigated.

For his part, Guice's attorney Peter D. Greenspun told USA Today Sports the allegations are baseless and looking to make Guice look worse after his recent domestic violence arrest in Virginia.

"At no time were allegations of physical or sexual assault brought against Derrius during his years as a student athlete at LSU," Greenspun told USA Today.

"To bring up such assertions only after the Virginia charges were initiated certainly calls into question the credibility, nature and timing of what is being alleged years later."

"Such speculation and innuendo should not be the basis for Derrius to be required to make any comment at all but he wants to be absolutely clear. The allegations in this story are just that and have no basis in fact."

Guice -- a talented running back -- was released by the Washington Football Team earlier this month after cops say he violently attacked a woman he was romantically involved with on 3 separate occasions from Feb. to April.

LSU issued a generic statement -- but did not address the Guice allegations specifically.

"LSU and LSU Athletics take all accusations of sexual assault with the utmost seriousness. Formal complaints are promptly and fully investigated and the rights and privacy of students are protected as stipulated by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act. Complainants are also strongly encouraged to report the offense to law enforcement and are provided information on health care, counseling and supportive measures available."

'Welcome to Sweetie Pie's' Owner Arrested in Murder-for-Hire Plot ... In Nephew's 2016 Killing

Miss Robbie's son, and costar on the OWN show, James Timothy Norman was busted by feds for his alleged role in the 2016 shooting death of Andre Montgomery ... his nephew and Miss Robbie's grandchild.

According to docs, prosecutors say Norman -- who owns Sweetie Pie's restaurant -- took out a $450k life insurance policy on his nephew back in 2014 ... and then worked with a woman named Terica Ellis to allegedly pull off the murder. The feds claim they communicated on burner phones in the days leading up to the killing in St. Louis.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, prosecutors claim Ellis got Andre's location the day of the murder ... then placed a call to Norman. Shortly after that, on March 14, 2016 ... Montgomery was shot at killed, and the feds claim they ping'd Ellis' phone near the scene of the crime.

Immediately after Montgomery's murder ... Ellis allegedly called Norman, left town and deposited $9k in cash into various bank accounts. Prosecutors say Norman then contacted the life insurance company in an attempt to collect on the policy.

Ellis is facing the same murder-for-hire conspiracy charge as Norman.

On Tuesday, the North Carolina Post-Release Supervision and Parole Commission announced that it has granted Demery parole as part of the Mutual Agreement Parole Program.

Demery is set to be released on August 6, 2023.

In a letter explaining Demery's release, the MAPP is described as a scholastic and vocational program that is a three-way agreement between the Commission, the Division of Prisons and the offender.

The letter also explains the state's Structured Sentencing law eliminates parole for certain crimes committed on or before October 1, 1994 ... however, Demery was sentenced under previous guidelines, which made him eligible for parole.

Cuba Gooding Jr. Sued for Rape ... Alleged 2013 Hotel Incident

Cuba Gooding Jr. allegedly coerced a woman to his hotel room and raped her before falling asleep and allowing her to escape ... this according to an explosive new lawsuit.

The suit's been filed by a Jane Doe ... who claims Gooding raped her in 2013 at The Mercer hotel in NYC. According to the legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the woman and her friend met Gooding at a restaurant's VIP lounge on the evening of August 24, and he invited them for drinks back at the hotel.

The woman claims Gooding arranged for a cab to take him and her to the hotel -- and says she planned to meet her friend at the hotel bar -- but once they got to The Mercer ... he asked her to go to his room so he could change.

According to the suit ... the woman was hesitant but Gooding said it would be quick, but once inside the room, she claims he turned on music, blocked the door and began to undress.

Jane Doe says she tried to leave, but Gooding stopped her and forcibly began to sexually assault her with his hands. She alleges she resisted and said "no" several times, but Gooding became physically aggressive and threw her on the bed.

Then, according to the docs, Gooding "aggressively removed Plaintiff’s underwear" and vaginally raped her. She alleges he did not wear a condom and raped her until he ejaculated.

In the suit, she says Gooding went to the bathroom afterward, but as she was attempting to get out of the bed, he returned and raped her again ... this time anally.

She says they both laid in the bed after this as she feared he would rape her a third time, but he fell asleep ... allowing her to leave his hotel room.

Jane Doe is suing Gooding for a "crime of violence" based on gender and seeking damages.

Cuba's attorney, Mark Heller, tells TMZ ..."Clearly, this is a fabricated accusation that was never reported to the police -- and forms no basis for any claim at this point with 7 years having passed."

Wendy's Here's the Beef!!! Drive-Thru Window Rage

GETTIN' HANGRY
Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office

Here's something Wendy's workers don't see everyday -- a customer going so HAM at the drive-thru, he climbed right through the window ... and now he's a wanted man.

The bizarre incident went down earlier this month at a Wendy's in Tampa and surveillance footage shows a man forcing his way through the drive-thru window and wreaking havoc.

As you can see, the guy leaned halfway through the window and started tossing cups and hurling trays. He even briefly had a hold of the cash drawer, but it slipped through his fingers as the Wendy's cavalry arrived to force him back outside.

The guy was still pissed, though, and continued pounding on the glass as friends tried to calm him down before he drove away ... pretty damn hangry, we're willing to bet.

The Hillsborough County Sheriffs Office says a Wendy's employee told deputies the man and his passengers became belligerent while placing their order. They've already figured out he was in a rental car, and cops say the rental company's filed a failure-to-return complaint.

As Joe Pesci would put it ... this guy definitely f***ed himself at the drive-thru! The Sheriff says he's facing potential burglary, criminal mischief and petty theft charges.

Australian Cop Flung Trying to Cling to Car Door ... During Crazy Getaway

FLEEING POLICE
Storyful

One Australian cop can now say he does his own stunts -- because that's exactly what it looked like as he went flying through the air trying to stop a guy who allegedly jacked a car.

A Victoria police officer got roped into an action movie scene late last week in Melbourne, while attempting to detain a man who cops say was making an escape in a stolen car -- allegedly, because he was breaking the country's stage four lockdown restrictions.

The man didn't wanna talk though, and according to authorities ... hopped into this whip and tried driving off. This one cop wasn't about to let him off easy, as he tried yanking the dude out through the driver side, but things went left when they started going in reverse.

Because of his position on the door, the officer was flung back when the car hit another one behind it on impact. His body was thrown at least 10 feet or so, and he hits a parked car incredibly hard before springing back up and continuing to give chase to the getaway driver.

We gotta say, the cop here is pretty tough all things considered. He's said to have only suffered minor injuries from the scary encounter. As for the suspect, he was reportedly apprehended and booked on several charges. Also ... they say he contracted COVID-19.

WWE Star Sonya Deville Targeted In Alleged Kidnapping Plot ... Arrest Made at Her Home

Cops have thwarted an apparent kidnapping attempt at the home of WWE superstar Sonya Deville -- claiming the suspect is an obsessed fan who was armed with a knife, zip ties and duct tape.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office in Lutz, Florida arrested 24-year-old Philip A. Thomas on Sunday ... saying he had been planning his move for 8 months.

Officials say Thomas parked his car at a nearby church late Saturday night and walked to Deville's home -- where he cut a hole in a patio screen, waited for several hours and then entered the residence around 2:45 AM.

Thomas set off a house alarm, which startled Deville -- and once she realized there was an intruder, she fled the home with another person and called 911.

Cops arrived and found Thomas still inside the home. He was arrested for attempted armed kidnapping, armed burglary, aggravated stalking and misdemeanor criminal mischief.

Cops say he's an obsessed fan who was on a mission to "inflict harm."

"Our deputies are unveiling the suspect's disturbing obsession with this homeowner who he had never met, but stalked on social media for years," the HCSO said in a statement.

"It's frightening to think of all the ways this incident could have played out had the home alarm not gone off and alerted the homeowner of an intruder. Our deputies arrived within minutes and arrested this man who was clearly on a mission to inflict harm."

26-year-old Deville -- real name Daria Berenato -- later commented on Twitter, thanking cops.

"Thank you everyone for your love and concern. A very frightening experience but thankfully everyone is safe," Deville said.

"A special thank you to Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office for their response and assistance."

Deville appeared on the WWE reality competition "Tough Enough" back in 2015 and went on to become a star with the company.
