T.J. Holmes's estranged wife, Marilee Fiebig, certainly isn't giving her estranged husband the stamp of approval on his relationship with Amy Robach ... instead skewering him for what she believes is disrespectful conduct.

Marilee's divorce attorney, Stephanie Lehman, spoke to us on her behalf, saying, "During the holiday season and in light of the challenging times, Marilee's sole focus has remained on the overall best interest of her 9-year-old daughter. To that end, T.J.'s lawyer and I have been working together to move their divorce forward privately, expeditiously and as amicably as possible."

Stephanie makes it clear, T.J. and Amy's relationship doesn't sit right with Marilee... considering all the PDA and trips around town.

She continues, "Notwithstanding, we continue to be disappointed by T.J.'s lack of discretion, respect and sensitivity toward Marilee and the party's daughter. Marilee has been touched by the outpouring of support and looks forward to a new beginning in this new year."

Lehman first gave the statement to Daily Mail.

As we reported, T.J. filed for divorce last week ... ending his 12-year marriage to Marilee. Amy is reportedly also in the process of divorcing her husband, actor Andrew Shue.

Amy and T.J. were spotted on a romantic getaway in Miami just a day before T.J. filed his divorce docs.

The 2 couples attracting the most attention these days are T.J. Holmes/Amy Robach and Matthew Lawrence and Chilli ... well, we did some digging and there's some history between 'em!!!

Back in 2007, T.J. was working at CNN in Atlanta ... the city Chilli called home. The 2 of them dated, and sources who were at CNN during that time say they were "super affectionate" in and around the CNN Center.

We're told there were regular T.J./Chilli sightings that attracted the attention of folks at Ted Turner's network. Nothing scandalous here ... T.J. was in between marriages. He divorced his first wife in 2007, we're told before he hooked up with the TLC singer. He married his second wife in 2010.

As for how long they dated, it depends on who you talk to. Sources connected to T.J. tell TMZ, it was nearly a year. Sources connected to Chilli say it was just a few months.

As one former CNN staffer who was there at the time tells TMZ, everyone thought it was really cool. The source says everyone liked T.J. and he was a super good-looking guy, and Chilli ... well, she's Chilli, and that's all you need to know!

Chilli and Matthew are now Instagram official ... they posted news of their romance over the holidays.

For some reason, T.J. and Amy are more problematic. They've been benched by ABC execs while they investigate, although it's unclear what they're investigating.

Sounds like TLC's Chilli will have a partner when she goes chasin' waterfalls  ... because we're told she's officially dating "Boy Meets World" star Matthew Lawrence!

A rep for Chilli tells TMZ ... she and Matthew are in an exclusive relationship, moving past the friend phase just before Thanksgiving.

We're told the 2 spent turkey day and Christmas together in ATL, where Matthew met Chilli's fam.

ICYMI, the couple went Instagram official a couple of days ago ... dancin' to "Take On Me" while wearing matching pajamas -- total relationship goals!

As we reported, the 2 were spotted on a Waikiki beach in August ... getting in the water together and sharing some intense convos, according to beachgoers.

Despite signs pointing to a love connection, we were told at the time they weren't dating -- TLC had a show on the island, and Matthew and his pals simply came to watch ... linking up later.

Cher is either engaged, or trolling ... and we're not sure which it is, 'cause the rock she's showing off certainly looks like something you receive when someone wants to marry ya.

The singer posted a photo Sunday of a massive diamond ring that she says her boyfriend, Alexander Edwards, gifted her for Christmas -- and while it could certainly go on any finger ... there's a lot of speculation this might belong on THAT finger.

Unfortunately, Cher isn't giving a lot of hints here. All she wrote was, "THERE R NO WORDS, ALEXANDER,A.E." She then noted those are his hands holding the box.

Of course, the internet is flipping out over the fact Cher may be engaged again. She hasn't been married since Gregg Allman way back in the mid-to-late '70s, and obviously Sonny Bono before that. She's dated a lot of people since then ... including some pretty famous men like Gene Simmons, Tom Cruise, Val Kilmer, Richie Sambora, Warren Beatty and others.

None of those relationships ever got to the point of marriage though ... and if she is, in fact, set to walk down the aisle with AE, it'd be pretty stunning -- especially since they've only been dating for a handful of months now.

Although we know they met in September, they only went public as a couple a month and change ago ... so a would-be proposal is clearly moving things along quickly, if that's what's actually going on. Then again, this could simply be a regular diamond ring ... right?

Pete Davidson hit up the NY Rangers hockey game Thursday night, but it wasn't with Emily Ratajkowski ... instead, he was with actress and costar, Chase Sui Wonders.

Pete and Chase -- who costarred in the 2022 movie "Bodies Bodies Bodies" -- took in the Rangers-Maple Leafs game at Madison Square Garden in New York City Thursday night.

The actor and actress sat side-by-side as they watched the game together ... and appeared to be having a good time with each other.

What's interesting ... Pete and Chase's public outing comes less than a month after Davidson was at the World's Most Famous Arena to watch a Knicks game with Emily Ratajkowski.

The Knicks game came just days after Pete was captured on video attempting to pick up Em Rata from her West Village home ... the first woman he was seen with following his breakup with Kim Kardashian.

Since, there have been multiple reports suggesting Pete, 29, and Emily, 31, are getting more serious. Though it should be noted, Ratajkowski was recently photographed out with DJ Orazio Rispo, who she was previously linked to in October.

Minka Kelly and Imagine Dragons frontman Dan Reynolds are keeping their love fest going strong as the holidays approach, and what better place to show it off than the House of Mouse.

The newly-minted couple hit Disneyland this weekend for a very public outing, where they were cuddled up pretty much the entire time ... looking pretty smitten with one another.

DR was rocking a hoodie and an extra jacket and Minka had a pretty elaborate coat of her own with a pair of jeans and a baseball cap to top it all off.
