Scott Disick can't stay single for very long ... and his latest fling is with a 19-year-old with some very famous parents.

Disick and Amelia Hamlin -- daughter of Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin -- were arm-on-shoulder Monday in Santa Barbara. The two recently hung out at a Halloween party ... so it appears things have gotten way past the friend zone.

As you know, 37-year-old Disick recently split with 22-year-old Sofia Richie after dating for 3 years. Sofia's dad, of course, is none other than Lionel Richie ... so, more famous parents.

Scott and Kourtney Kardashian -- with whom he shares 3 kids -- recently took a few trips together ... but we're told the two were strictly co-parenting and having fun together as friends.

Disick had a brief stint in rehab earlier this year --  the word was he was dealing with some lingering emotional traumas including his parents' deaths.

TMZ broke the story ... he checked out early after a photo of him inside the facility was leaked to a media outlet.

Everyone knows Kamala Harris made history by being voted in as the first Black, Asian and female Vice President, but some people don't know she used to date Montel Williams!!!

That fun fact is all the buzz on the Internet Friday, as photos of the VP-elect and the longtime talk show host from a 2001 charity event have popped up again.

The pic also includes Montel's daughter, Ashley, as he has an arm around both women ... who are all smiles along with him.

Funny thing is, Williams dropped this juicy nugget of info more than a year ago on Twitter, when he confirmed a story circulating about his relationship history with Harris. Guess people weren't paying attention to Montel's tweets back then, plus she hadn't been selected as Biden's running mate back then.

Montel said they "briefly dated" about 20 years ago while they were both single. He also seemed annoyed over the love life stories about the Senator, and wondered if there was some sexism to it.

Imagine opening up Hinge, Tinder or Grindr and the other person's opening line being ... who ya voting for? That's exactly what's happening ... especially in battleground states.

Tons of people are reportedly flooding to those datings apps to get users to the polls -- and that's not a euphemism. Specifically, Hinge users/poll pushers are changing their geolocations to battleground states like Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Wisconsin, Michigan, Texas and Arizona.

Once there, users set up their profile and do what they can to attract a match ... going as far as posting tons of pictures with furry animals, for example. Once they match, they talk voting and ask if they've settled on a presidential candidate yet. According to CNN ... users reportedly try to persuade undecided voters to Joe Biden but they also respect those who have settled on President Trump.

Some people have called this operation #DateSaveAmerica ... and while some users told CNN they've lucked out and had meaningful conversations about the election, others have said they were turned off when the convo turned to politics.

It's not the first time dating apps have turned political. Back in 2018, the Washington Post reported Tinder users had a similar plan for the midterm elections.

Adele's got a new main squeeze ... a fellow Brit who's also big in the music biz -- Skepta.

Rumor has it the 2 have been hanging out a lot in recent months ... but are now officially a couple. They're both from Tottenham, and according to a report by People, they've been spending a lot of time together around the London neighborhood.

The singer and the rapper have been friends for years too ... as Skepta revealed in a 2016 interview when he said she texts him a lot to see how he's doing.

Adele's been single since early 2019, when she and her husband of 7 years, Simon Konecki, announced they had split up. Adele filed for a divorce a few months later in September.

Call this a new kind of love-love for tennis star Genie Bouchard ... TMZ Sports has confirmed she's now dating Pittsburgh Steelers QB Mason Rudolph!!!

Larsa Pippen is dating again, and it looks like she's bagged herself a young Netflix reality TV star ... who's also an Australian snack.

The estranged wife of NBA star Scottie Pippen hit up Il Pastaio in Beverly Hills Wednesday night with none other than Harry Jowsey from "Too Hot to Handle." They seemed pretty damn cozy ... snuggling up for selfies and leaving the joint together -- hence the dating rumors.

As you can see from the pics, they walked pretty close and appeared to be having a blast. Larsa explained their night out by saying this on social media -- "So, I decided I need dance lessons so I called my friend Harry." Harry chimed in with ... "We're going to be doing salsa lessons. Stay tuned."

Larsa and Harry also appeared to be at the restaurant with some friends. Either way, both are pretty much single and ready to mingle. Remember, Larsa split from Scottie in late 2018 and she most recently threw cold water on rumors she was banging NBA star, Ben Simmons. As for Harry ... some of his co-stars have gone on the record to say he was only dating fellow co-star Francesca Farago for clout.

For what it's worth ... Harry is half Larsa's age. So, good for her!

Demi Lovato's ex-fiance is defying reality claiming they haven't broken up ... because it ain't over 'till they say the words to one and other.

Max Ehrich went on a ramble Sunday night, saying, "Up to this moment we haven't spoken over the phone ... we haven't even officially ended anything to each other." He actually posted several messages on his Instagram story ... which he has since deleted.

The "Young and the Restless" actor makes it pretty clear he doesn't want to end the relationship ... professing his love to Demi ... "If you're reading this ... I love you always.... unconditionally... no matter what." He went on ... "I'm here in real time with y'all. I love Demetria and just want her to be healthy and safe."

Max also lobbied for Demi to get the Grammy she deserves, adding "Demetria is THEE best female vocalist alive. And everyone should know it."

As we reported ... Max, who also directed his fans to stream Demi's songs, claimed over the weekend he learned about their break-up when he read about it in the tabloids while filming on set ... insisting "this is the God's honest truth." Demi reportedly disputes Max's account ... her people say she and Max spoke, she told him it was over and about to come out in the media.

The Instagram stories came just days after Demi posted a picture without her engagement ring. The split comes just 2 months after he popped the question.
