EZRA MILLER Alleged Victim Says She's Not being Controlled ... My Parents Are Full of It!!!

Published

Ezra Miller is NOT controlling 18-year-old Tokata Iron Eyes, at least according to Tokata ... who says she's sick of folks painting her as a victim, and not believing her side.

Tokata let out her frustrations in a video where she slams her parents and the media ... saying she's downright disappointed they're not taking her word that she's making her own decisions.

She says she doesn't have a phone by choice, and calls it "distressing that the narrative of the 'victim' in question is not being granted in trust".

Tokata adds "it's nobody's business, and no one is owed a story".

The tone of the video is interesting ... Tokata speaks at a very slow, deliberate pace, and some folks in the comments didn't seem to buy what she was saying.

TMZ broke the story ... her parents filed legal docs seeking a protective order for Tokata, claiming "Ezra uses violence, intimidation, threat of violence, fear, paranoia, delusions, and drugs" to control Tokata.

They're hoping a judge will see it their way, and force Ezra to stay away from their daughter.

Of course, we know Ezra has been arrested multiple times, including an incident with bar patrons in Hawaii. Tokata and Ezra have been spotted dancing at a club in Hawaii.

Well, despite any concerns, Tokata clearly wants to tell people she's in control of her Instagram account and her life.

LIPS ARE SEALED

Sam Asghari is gettin' his final reps in before he ties the knot with Britney Spears -- no, not practicing his vows -- he's getting a pump at the gym.

Sam was spotted leaving the gym in Thousand Oaks Thursday, just hours before his big day. Can't blame him for getting away for a bit -- the guy's gotta look his best for his soon-to-be bride -- and all of the couple's friends and family that'll be in attendance.

On his way out, Sam was peppered with questions -- including who'd walk Britney down the aisle and why her boys aren't coming -- but he kept quiet.

Kevin Federline's powerhouse attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, tells us 16-year-old Sean Preston and 15-year-old Jayden James will not be going. He adds, "Although the boys will not be in attendance, Kevin and the boys are happy for Britney and wish her and Sam all the best going forward."

'Chrisley Knows Best' Guilty Verdict Throws Season 10 Up in Air

Published | Updated

The hits keep coming for Todd and Julie Chrisley -- their recent convictions for bank fraud and tax evasion are jeopardizing the future of their reality TV show.

Here's the deal ... Todd and Julie's show, "Chrisley Knows Best," was picked up for a 10th season back in May, a week before their federal trial began ... but that's up in the air now that a jury's found them guilty on a laundry list of charges.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ … it's unclear when the Chrisleys will begin production for a 10th season. We're told the situation is very fluid because the network is awaiting the sentencing.

The problem with that is ... sentencing isn't set to go down until October, when they'll face up to 30 years in federal prison. That puts USA Network, the family and Todd and Julie's attorneys in a bind.

Obviously, they could start shooting now, but Todd's lawyer says they plan to appeal the guilty verdict -- and, let's face it, legal strategizing doesn't make for great TV ... nor would any attorney recommend it: Anything Todd and Julie say could be used against them.

USA Network had no comment on the couple's guilty verdict.

Todd and Julie will still be on TV, though ... season 9 filmed and wrapped before the trial started, and new episodes start airing June 23rd. We are told "Chrisley Knows Best" was not in production during the trial, so neither the trial or the verdict were filmed.

Keep in mind, Todd and Julie are on home confinement until sentencing -- so, IF they wanted to shoot a potential 10th season, camera crews won't have too far to range.

Todd & Julie Chrisley The Last Brunch Before Guilty Verdict

Published | Updated

Todd and Julie Chrisley are likely headed to federal prison, but at least they got in a hearty family meal before the bad news in court ... and we got some pics from the event.

Think "last supper," but earlier in the day -- the Chrisleys gathered the fam for a Sunday brunch 2 days before they were found guilty of bank fraud and tax evasion.

The family broke bread at the Peach & the Porkchop, just outside Atlanta -- and witnesses tell us they made the most of it. Everyone was all smiles, although Todd did have to get up to take a phone call for about 10 minutes.

It might've been case-related, as we're told everyone at the table was quiet and looking at Todd during the call. In any event, the mood picked back up again when he sat down.

As we reported, Todd and Julie were found guilty Tuesday of a laundry list of charges, but Todd's lawyer told us they plan on appealing the verdict.

The US Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Georgia tells us the Chrisleys sentencing is scheduled for October, and they're facing up to 30 years in prison.

For now, though, they're both on home detention with location monitoring bracelets. Sooo ... homemade brunches from now on.

Foo Fighters Tribute Shows in U.S. & U.K. Will Honor Taylor Hawkins

Published | Updated

The Foo Fighters and family of the band's late drummer, Taylor Hawkins, are working together to honor the musician with tribute shows to honor his music and memory.

In an announcement Wednesday, Hawkins former bandmates -- Dave Grohl, Nate Mendel, Chris Shiflett, Pat Smear and Rami Jaffee --- along with other artists Taylor idolized, will perform songs that he fell in love with and the ones he shared with the rest of the world.

The Hawkins tribute shows will be held at London's Wembley Stadium on Sep. 3 and on September 27, at The Kia Forum in Los Angeles.

The announcement reads, in part, "As one of the most respected and beloved figures in modern music, Taylor’s monolithic talent and magnetic personality endeared him to millions of fans, peers, friends and fellow musical legends the world over."

Along with the tribute announcement, his family released a statement thanking fans for their support and love.

As we've reported, Taylor Hawkins died March 25 while he was in Bogota, Colombia with the Foo Fighters for a scheduled performance. The medical examiner says a urine test revealed 10 different substances -- including opioids, tricyclic antidepressants and benzodiazepines in his system when he died.

Taylor was known as the drummer for the Foo Fighters, Alanis Morissette and his own band. He joined FF back in 1997. He went on to become a 15X GRAMMY Award winner and member of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

GIRL DAD ANNOUNCEMENT

Country star Sam Hunt is officially a dad, and hit pause on his latest performance to tell the audience the good news ... this coming on the heels of his wife calling off their divorce.

Sam was on stage Tuesday at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium when he casually told the crowd he'd had a little girl named Lucy Lu. He didn't give up the exact birthday, only saying she arrived a couple weeks ago.

He sounds pretty damn happy and grateful about it too. Sam said being on the road and working constantly had "sort of hardened my heart" -- but says his struggles melted away once his little girl was born.

Of course, these last few months have been turbulent for Sam and his wife, Hannah Lee Fowler.

TMZ broke the story ... Hannah filed for divorce back in February. In her divorce docs, she said Sam was "guilty of inappropriate marital conduct" and "adultery." She asked the court for primary custody of their future child and alimony.

However, new court docs filed last month revealed Hannah asked the court to dismiss the divorce, and a judge signed off. All's well that ends well.

Congrats on the newborn, Papa Sam!!!

Todd & Julie Chrisley Guilty of Bank Fraud, Tax Evasion

Published | Updated

The verdict is in for Todd and Julie Chrisley, and the jury says they're guilty of bank fraud and tax evasion.

Todd and Julie were found guilty on a laundry list of charges, according to a court clerk for the northern district of Georgia. We're told their accountant, Peter Tarantino, was also found guilty on related charges, including aiding and abetting the filing of false tax returns.

As of now, a sentencing date hasn't been scheduled, so the Chrisleys will remain on home detention until that hearing ... it's reported they could face up to 30 years behind bars.

Todd's lawyer Bruce Morris tells TMZ, "We are disappointed in the verdict. We plan an appeal."

TMZ broke the story ... the 3 were indicted back in 2019 with prosecutors claiming they defrauded banks by obtaining millions of dollars in loans. The U.S. Attorney's Office also said they cheated the government by actively evading federal income taxes.

According to the indictment, Todd worked with a partner to make it look like one of his bank accounts had $4 million, when they actually didn't even have an account at that bank at the time. The feds said Todd emailed his partner, "You are a f***ing genious [sic]!!!! Just make it show 4 mil+."

The reality stars stuck to their guns, claiming they did nothing wrong ... but admitted they knew the charges were coming their way.

Dustin Johnson Resigns From PGA Tour ... To Play In Saudi-Backed LIV League

Published

Dustin Johnson's days of playing on the PGA Tour are over -- at least for right now -- the golf superstar just announced he's resigning his membership in order to play full-time in the Saudi-backed LIV league.

DJ broke the news during a meeting with media members at Centurion Club near London on Tuesday ... just days before he's set to tee it up for the first time at a LIV Golf Invitational Series event.

"For right now," Johnson said, "I resign my membership from the Tour. I'm going to play here for now, and that's the plan."

The new league -- which is backed by the sovereign wealth fund of Saudi Arabia -- has been controversial, due to the country's past record of human rights violations.

Golfers who have defected to the league have been accused of taking loads of cash to play and effectively help the country "sports wash" that track record.

In addition, the PGA Tour has not been friendly about the rival league ... threatening suspensions and bans for golfers who accept the invite to play in it.

Johnson -- who reportedly received around $125 million to golf in the new league -- said the decision to leave the Tour ultimately came down to "what's best for me and my family."

Now ineligible for the Ryder Cup, Johnson said he was unsure if he'd be allowed to participate in golf's major events from here.

Other golf superstars, meanwhile, have joined in Johnson's decision to play in the league -- most notably, Phil Mickelson revealed on Monday he, too, has accepted the invite. He has not, however, formally resigned from the Tour yet.

Top golfers Louis Oosthuizen, Graeme McDowell, Kevin Na and Sergio Garcia have joined as well. Tiger Woods, however, reportedly turned down a "nine-digit" offer to play.

The first of seven initial LIV events begins on Thursday in England.

Tom Brady Niece Screams 'LFG' During Huge Game ... QB Loves It!!!

Published | Updated

Tom Brady's niece, Maya Brady, just had a monster day at the plate -- smashing 2 home runs and logging 5 RBIs -- and at one point, she screamed "Let's f***ing go" during the big game ... which had the NFL superstar fired up!

The UCLA outfielder -- whose mom is Tom's sister -- proved, yet again, GOAT blood runs thick in the Brady family ... coming through for the Bruins in a must-win game against Oklahoma on Monday morning.

The centerfielder went yard not once but twice in the contest ... and in one of her trips around the bases -- she used Tom's familiar "Lets f***ing go!" rallying cry.

Of course, Tom was watching -- and he loved it, tweeting out, "Must run in the family (Sorry mom!)."

Tom also praised Maya on his Instagram page during the game, calling her "clutch" and adding, "WAY TO GO MAYA!!"

Maya's huge game propelled UCLA to a 7-3 win ... but she and the Bruins still have to beat OU one more time on Monday afternoon to advance to the Women's College World Series championship.

UCLA is currently down 3-0 in that game ... but Maya's got at least a few more at-bats to try to change that -- and we're sure Tom will be watching each and every one!

'Top Gun: Maverick' Paramount Sued Over Film Rights That Story Is Our Family's!!!

Published | Updated

Tom Cruise never would've been flying high in 'Top Gun' or its sequel if it wasn't for a story that the films are based on, the rights to which have lapsed ... this per a new lawsuit.

Die-hard fans might already be aware of this -- but the original 'Top Gun' from '86 is based on an article written by a guy named Ehud Yonay ... who wrote a very detailed piece in '83 about fighter pilots in the Navy. Yonay says Paramount snapped up the rights at the time by brokering a deal with him ... and it's well-known the film is based on his story.

That copyright claim Paramount secured at the time had an exclusive ownership period of 35 years ... Yonay's widow and son say they sent Paramount a notice that terminated the studio's rights to the story in January 2020.

The family alleges that Part 2 -- which they insist contains elements of their late dad/hubby's original tale -- wasn't technically completed until May 2021, and they claim it's clearly derivative of Yonay's story.

The timing here is key -- several reports suggest filming for 'Maverick' wrapped in 2019 ... but it will be interesting to see if Paramount claims post-production was completed before January 2020, which the Yonays assert was the cut-off date if Paramount wanted to crank out another 'TG' based on the old license.

Anyway, due to the box office success of the sequel -- upwards of hundreds of millions, globally -- the family is now suing for an injunction to stop Paramount from infringing on the story and, of course, damages. We reached out to Paramount, no word back.

Tom isn't being sued personally.

Amber Heard Sister Posts Message of Support

Published | Updated

Amber Heard’s sister has no regrets about the outcome of the Johnny Depp trial -- putting on a united front even in defeat.

Whitney Henriquez shared her support for her “sissy” on IG, this a few days after a jury ruled in favor of her ex-brother-in-law. She didn’t mince words … saying she’d do it all over again. The photo attached was just a hashtag -- #istandwithamberheard.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

WH says, “I still stand with you, sissy. Yesterday, today and tomorrow I will always be proud of you for standing up for yourself, for testifying both here in Virginia and in the UK, and for being the voice of so many who can’t speak to the things that happen behind closed doors."

She adds, “We knew that this was going to be an uphill battle and that the cards were stacked against us. But you stood up and spoke out regardless."

Whitney says she knows what she saw, and would get on the stand for Amber a “million times over.” She also says she still stands with AH — as do others, despite the outcome.

You'll recall, Whitney was one of a handful of witnesses for Team Amber in the 6-week trial down in Virginia — and she was key, because she was the only person who could say they’d seen a physical fight with their own two eyes. Whitney claimed Johnny struck her first, and then went on to pummel Amber at the top of a staircase … aka, the “Kate Moss moment."

FROM LOVE TO HATE

The opportunity to testify once more on Amber’s behalf might come sooner than later … assuming her sibling actually follows up with appealing the verdict like she’s said she will.

BTW, FOX Network is airing a new TMZ-produced special this week about the case -- it's called "Johnny vs. Amber: From Love to Hate," and it airs Tuesday at 9/8 CT.

Prince Harry & Meghan Markle Going Back to Cali ... Board Private Jet, Skip Jubilee Closing

Published | Updated

Now we know why Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were so conspicuously missing from the end of the Queen's Jubilee celebrations -- they were at 30,000 feet several hours beforehand.

Harry looked pensive and exhausted in Santa Barbara Sunday morning after the Sussexes and their 2 children flew private from London -- passing on the final Jubilee events, including the People's Pageant, and a surprise appearance by Queen Elizabeth herself.

THE GRAND ENTRANCE

QE2 kept it brief, but she did come out on her Buckingham Palace balcony to do some royal waving to her subjects gathered for the pageant. It was her first public appearance since the Jubilee began on Thursday, because she'd been feeling under the weather. Once again, she was joined by Prince Charles and Camilla, Prince William and Kate and their 3 kids.

Even if Meghan and Harry had stayed for the finale, it's doubtful they'd have been on the balcony. They'd been banished to a separate room for the Jubilee kickoff, and they sat as far as possible from Kate and William during a church service.

Their early retreat back to their home in Montecito is just one more confirmation of what's painfully obvious -- the U.K. trip was for the Queen's sake, and NOT because things are any better between Harry and his brother and his father. The 3 of them were never photographed together all weekend.

Silver lining ... their daughter, Lilibet, got to meet her namesake and great-grandmother, the Queen.

Metro Boomin Mother Killed by Husband Near ATL Who Kills Himself Afterward

Published | Updated

Metro Boomin is in the throes of a horrific family tragedy -- he's lost his mother at the hands of her husband, who took his own life thereafter ... TMZ has learned.

The producer -- who's cranked out hits for Future, Young Thug, Gucci Mane, Migos, Travis Scott, Drake, Kanye West and 21 Savage, just to name a few -- received the tragic news this weekend after his mother's body was discovered by cops just outside of the Atlanta area.

Sources connected to the investigation tell TMZ ... MB's mom, Leslie Joanne Wayne, appears to have been murdered by her spouse -- not Metro's father -- who then killed himself. We're told this happened Friday night, but further details are hazy.

An autopsy will be conducted for an official cause of death. Metro's rep confirms Leslie died this weekend -- adding that he and his family request privacy during this difficult time.

Leslie raised Boomin and his 3 siblings in St. Louis. Word is, she was one of the first people to notice her son's musical talents ... and encouraged him to pursue his passion through adolescence and early adulthood. She'd even drive him from STL to Atlanta so he could collaborate with artists he was connecting with, all in hopes of getting his career started.

She and her boy were incredibly close -- even when Metro achieved international stardom, she was always at the forefront of his mind.

RIP

Boosie The (Grand)Baby's Not Mine!!! Tootie Supposedly Cleared

Published | Updated

Boosie is a happy man this weekend -- he looks like someone who just found out they weren't the father on "Maury" ... except, he's celebrating vicariously through his own seed.

The rapper posted a wild video showing himself screaming in pure joy from within his car ... touting the idea that his 18-year-old, Tootie Raww, was supposedly cleared by a DNA test as NOT being the father to a baby that his GF/would-be baby mama allegedly claimed was his.

Check it out ... his victory lap is hilariously on-brand for Boosie. He's shouting from the top of his lungs and praising Jesus that the baby isn't his ... son's.

Boosie claims Tootie's SO brought somebody else's kid down to his high school graduation recently and sprung it on him like he was the father -- and Boosie thinks it was all BS ... even going on to call it a "conspiracy." Unclear if he's joking or not ... seems to be though.

Tootie appears to have taken ownership ... he was posing for photos with the child. But, his dad was skeptical from the beginning -- saying he didn't think this was Tootie's baby.

Boosie has also posted a ton of alleged receipts that he believes clear this up even further, throwing up photos of the supposed "real" mom and dad ... saying it's further evidence.

At any rate, congrats Boosie ... we think??? 😅

Josh Duggar Can't Watch Porn or Have Solo Visits with His Kids ... Once He's Outta Prison

Published | Updated

Josh Duggar is serving a 12-year prison sentence for child pornography, but we've now learned more about what his life will be like once he's released, with 20 years of supervision.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Duggar is not to have any unsupervised contact with minors, including his own kids. If he does want to see his kids, the visit must be supervised by his wife, his parents or another adult approved by the U.S. Probation Office.

There's also a condition that states Duggar can't access or view porn of any kind, including adult porn.

What's more, he's banned from using the Internet without prior approval from his probation officer.

Of course, he'll also have to follow the more standard supervised release conditions -- including sex therapy -- and will have to submit to lie detector testing if asked.

As we reported, the "19 Kids and Counting" star was found guilty on one count each of receiving and possessing child pornography ... but the possession charge was dropped at his sentencing.

Duggar's attorney has vowed to appeal.
