Fat Joe's push in D.C. to gut America's cryptic healthcare system last night peaked with an encounter with the man in charge himself -- President Joe Biden!!!

The Bronx-bred rapper came face to face with the Prez following his SOTU address that took shots at Donald Trump -- a personal invite from his good friend, House Rep. Nanette D. Barragán.

Sources close to the encounter tell TMZ Hip Hop they exchanged pleasantries inside the Capitol Building ... Joe's skills as an MC have cemented his life's legacy and even he was impressed with Biden's delivery!!!

Joe wasn't only representing Barragán, he's been in D.C. all week on behalf of the Power to the Patients org that combats hidden hospital fees and we're told Joe's stance is 100% bipartisan ... he even had Democrats and Republicans flocking to him for selfies after he dapped up Biden.

Chuck D's also fighting the power for the patients, an issue, he recently stressed to TMZ, that needs to be corrected sooner rather than later as the American people are often left in the dark about how the systems work.

Emily Willis, the famous adult film actress, is still in critical condition following her hospitalization last month -- in fact, we've learned she hasn't regained consciousness.

Michael Willis -- Emily's father -- tells TMZ his daughter is currently in a coma and unresponsive at a hospital, but has stabilized a bit in comparison to the state she was in when first admitted in early February.

While she isn't as bad as she was when she went in, we're told the family is bracing for the worst -- as Emily is now on a ventilator to assist with her breathing.

Michael confirms to us that Emily was in rehab for eight days before she suffered a cardiac arrest while in treatment. While law enforcement sources previously told us that the 25-year-old was brought in for an apparent overdose ... Michael says doctors told the family that her early toxicology screen came back negative. Translation -- nothing was in her system.

FWIW ... Michael says they're all still waiting on a physical copy of the report to confirm this.

Michael -- who is actually her stepfather, but raised her as his own --- recalls Emily eating very little before entering rehab ... telling us that she weighed only 80 pounds when she checked herself in. However, it's unclear if that played a role in her health crisis.

Still, according to Michael, Emily was determined to get healthy and was very open about seeking help for her substance abuse problem.

Emily's loved ones are doing everything they can to help the stricken starlet -- her brother, also named Michael, has launched a GoFundMe to help cover her medical bills and other expenses. Her father tells us they needed to do this as they're unable to access Emily's funds ... which are currently locked and do not list her family as beneficiaries.

Then again, the mom of Sterling and Bronze might have had a little liquid help to manage it all -- as she was seen with an orange-colored cocktail in her hand.

Patrick, of course, was there to provide assistance too ... the Chiefs star was seen taking care of the tykes after they put a pause on their beach day.

Kansas City Chiefs fans literally sacrificed body parts to watch their favorite football team win an NFL playoff game ... because reports say some of them need amputations now.

When the Chiefs beat the Dolphins in sub-zero temperatures at Arrowhead Stadium back in January -- on their way to a second straight Super Bowl win -- dozens of fans who attended the game reportedly came down with frostbite in the aftermath.

Now, the medical director at the Grossman Burn Center at Research Medical Center in Kansas City says the vast majority of those frostbitten Chiefs fans are now being told to schedule amputations.

Among those frostbitten Chiefs diehards ... a man who took off his gloves for 5 minutes to put up a tent in the parking lot outside Arrowhead. HCA Midwest Health shared images of his injured hand, and it's pretty gnarly.

Remember ... the AFC Wild Card playoff game between the Chiefs and Dolphins was played in -4 degree temperatures ... with a wind chill of -27 degrees at kickoff.

The game was the coldest in Chiefs franchise history ... and the fourth-coldest contest in NFL history ... but the weather didn't stop the 70,000-seat stadium from being packed to the gills.

Doctors are advising amputations for about 70% of patients coming into the Grossman Burn Center with frostbite ... while the other 30% have to spend weeks in hyperbaric oxygen tanks.

Oprah is gearing up to tackle a big topic in America in her upcoming TV special ... namely, the impact prescription weight loss drugs are having on society, including herself.

The billionaire TV mogul says she will address medications and their relation to the weight loss revolution in her new ABC primetime special, "An Oprah Special: Shame, Blame and the Weight Loss Revolution" -- which is set to air in a couple weeks.

Oprah's special comes only weeks after she parted ways with WeightWatchers following a nearly 10-year partnership, leaving the weight loss company on the heels of criticism about proudly revealing she uses a weight loss drug.

As we reported ... Oprah says she dropped 40 pounds last year, with the help of doctor-prescribed medication, though she's never revealed the name of the drug she used.

Remember, Oprah using weight loss drugs was controversial because she previously labeled medications like Ozempic and Mounjaro an "easy way out" -- and yet, she turned around and started taking them ... although it's unclear which of these drugs she's on.

The TV special will explore questions and concerns about weight loss medications' intended uses, side effects and their impacts on people living with obesity and diabetes.

In a statement announcing the special, Oprah says ... "It is a very personal topic for me and for the hundreds of millions of people impacted around the globe who have for years struggled with weight and obesity."

Oprah continues ... "This special will bring together medical experts, leaders in the space and people in the day-to-day struggle to talk about health equity and obesity with the intention to ultimately release the shame, judgment and stigma surrounding weight."

Chuck D has joined the fight initiated by Fat Joe and many others to tackle the U.S. medical industry's hazy pricing methods ... which he says is public enemy #1 to the average American citizen.

We kid of course, but Chuck was deadly serious while talking to TMZ Hip Hop about this issue -- which he thinks is going to bite Americans in the ass the longer it goes ignored.

The legendary rapper joined Joe, The Foo Fighters, French Montana, Busta Rhymes, Method Man, Valerie June and several other music stars this week for the Power to the Patients' concert in Washington D.C. to further pressure lawmakers to pass legislation to combat the healthcare price transparency issue.

FF frontman Dave Grohl called Chuck his "hero" during their performance, noting how Chuck and Public Enemy set the tone long ago for using their platform to raise social awareness among fans.

We ask if celebrities can still sway the vote at this point in time but Chuck points out that hip hop is now 50 years old -- with rock being even older -- and both communities are well-traveled enough to speak facts. Remember, artists are voters too!!!

Chuck rallying in Washington is one of the many precursors to the 2024 election -- with all signs pointing to a rematch between Joe Biden and Donald Trump -- two unappealing candidates from Chuck's POV.

A Mahomes is dealing with a significant injury -- but it's not the one who gets tackled by 300-pound linemen weekly -- no, it's actually Patrick's wife, Brittany, who revealed this week she's suffering from a fractured back.

The mother of two announced the diagnosis on her Instagram page on Wednesday ... appearing to say not taking care of her body properly following two pregnancies led to the ailment.

"Just your daily reminder," she wrote in an IG story, "once you have kids please take care of your pelvic floor. Seriously."

"From: a girl with a fractured back," she added.

Brittany didn't disclose any further details about the situation ... but she seems to be handling it well despite the apparent severity of things -- even joking that a vacation with her hubby and her children "will maybe make it better?"

Brittany and Patrick welcomed their first child, Sterling, into the world back in February 2021. Nearly two years later, in November 2022, she gave birth to the couple's first son, Bronze.

A group of people in India went to dinner and ended up in the hospital -- bleeding from their mouths and barfing after being served dry ice ... and being told it was mouth freshener.

This wild scene was captured on video over the weekend out in the city of Gurugram, and it shows five diners at Laforestta Cafe -- where they were collectively puking and spitting out blood all at the same time ... right in the middle of the restaurant, no less.

Local reports say a waiter came by with what the guests were told was a sugar and ice palate cleanser ... but as it turns out, it was actually dry ice -- which led to instant burning.

The effects seemed to kick in right away ... after they put the dry ice in their mouths, they reportedly started bleeding and vomiting in agonizing pain, rinsing their mouths out with water and spitting all over the floor. One guy was throwing up all of his dinner onto the floor.

The cameraman who documented all this didn't end up taking any of the dry ice himself -- he was spared, but only because he was carrying one of their kids ... so he lucked out. Unfortunately, the rest of the adults in his party did take it ... and they suffered badly.

The group was ultimately rushed to a hospital, where they spent 2 days recovering. It was a costly mistake for the restaurant -- the manager was arrested and cops are still searching for the owner, who is said to be on the run. Police are alleging this was an outright poisoning.

The nuclear bomb test shown in "Oppenheimer" left a lasting legacy of radiation exposure and cancer diagnosis on generations of folks who helped build Los Alamos in New Mexico ... but people there say their problems are still being ignored by Hollywood and Congress.

Tina Cordova, co-founder of the Tularosa Basin Downwinders Consortium, joined us on "TMZ Live" Wednesday and told us why the world's first nuclear bomb test is still affecting families in New Mexico, decades after Robert Oppenheimer's nuke detonated in the desert.

"Oppenheimer" looks poised to win a bunch of Oscar statues at this weekend's Academy Awards, but Tina says filmmakers blatantly excluded all the people who made Los Alamos and the Trinity Test possible in the first place.

Remember ... the nuclear bomb test in July 1945 took place amid thunderstorms, resulting in toxic debris falling back to earth in the ensuing rain ... contaminating the landscape, water supplies and the food chain ... and exposing New Mexico residents to harmful radiation.

Tina, who helped make a doc about the fallout, tells us cancer has decimated her family ever since the bomb went off -- they lived only 15 miles from the blast -- with 5 generations being diagnosed with all sorts of cancers ... including lung, oral, skin, brain and thyroid.

She says filmmakers left this nuclear mess out of the film on purpose ... similar to how New Mexico residents were left out of the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act back in the day, which provided financial compensation to Americans living near nuclear testing sites.

When folks living near the Trinity Test site were finally set to be included in RECA, potentially opening the door for payments, Tina says Republican leadership in Congress cut their funding because of budget concerns.

Now, with "Oppenheimer" gearing up for a big Oscars night and an upcoming Senate vote on reauthorizing and expanding RECA, Tina is banging the drum for the people of New Mexico.

Ryan Garcia is promising to put an end to his bizarre social media activity ... claiming he's no longer going to talk about any topics outside of boxing -- 'cause he's laser-focused on his fight with Devin Haney.

TMZ Sports obtained another video statement from King Ryan on Wednesday ... and this time around, he says he's regained access to his Instagram account, but will hold off on posting any content outside of "boxing, sports and my fight."

The clip comes shortly after Garcia made concerning comments on X ... in which he claimed to expose numerous secrets about society, among other controversial topics.

Garcia acknowledges he's shared "some pretty intense things" on his pages, and while he understands the true meaning behind it all ... he will strictly talk about his career -- at least, it seems, until after the fight.

"That's the only thing I'm gonna be talking about and I'm training for this fight," he added.

Garcia added he has "many warriors" -- including entrepreneur and podcast host Patrick Bet-David -- helping him out during camp ... and he'll be ready to go April 20.

OG "Baywatch" star Nicole Eggert says she hasn't been contacted about appearing in the upcoming reboot ... but she tells us she's open to a potential gig if producers want her.

Nicole -- who starred as Summer Quinn in the original lifeguard TV show back in the 90s -- tells TMZ … no one has reached out to her about being involved in the reimagined series, which was just recently announced, but there's a few roles she could see for herself.

While Nicole says she definitely won't be putting on the famous red bathing suit and saving lives at the beach ... she does say a small cameo or a minor role as a parent or a senior lifeguard who works behind a desk would be the best potential fit.

Unclear who will be starring as the sexy lifeguards this time -- the show is in the early stages at Fremantle and FOX -- but Nicole says she wants to see Margot Robbie in the reboot.

Another former "Baywatch" babe, Brande Roderick, tells TMZ ... she hasn't been formally contacted about being in the reboot either, though she's open to being involved and has told executive producer Michael Berk she's ready and willing to play someone's mom.

Brande says she hasn't heard about anyone from the OG cast being in the reboot ... but she's excited "Baywatch" is coming back and thinks it's cool younger generations are into the '90s now. Michael wrote scripts for the original series, and now that he's an EP on the reboot -- BR thinks there's a good chance someone from the original will make a cameo.

Whether they end up getting roles or not, Nicole and Brande both tell us the reboot is bringing the cast back in contact with one another, and they're looking forward to what this new reimagination brings. BTW, Nicole and Brande both enjoyed the 2017 "Baywatch" movie, so the OG series has been successfully rebooted ... at least as far as they're concerned.

In the meantime, Nicole says she's focused on her cancer battle and is trying to stay positive and healthy as she goes through chemotherapy treatments.
