Trey Songz put rumors that he's been dating Steve Harvey's 21-year-old stepdaughter to rest on Monday ... by confirming they're absolutely boo'd up heading into 2019.

The R&B singer was performing at the Regency Ballroom in San Francisco for New Year's Eve and people couldn't help but notice a girl was clinging to his back with her arms wrapped around his torso as he sang. Well, that was Lori Harvey ... Steve's youngest stepchild.

She showed up on his Insta story earlier in the night wearing the same gold dress that was seen on the chick wrapping him up. No question ... it was her, and they're into each other.

Trey and Lori have been hanging out a lot through the holidays, and it now seems they're an item in the new year.

Lori's an up-and-coming model who's walked for Fashion Week in Milan and Paris. It's clear why she's caught his eye ... she's gorgeous.

Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez's New Year's resolution appears to be a simple one -- keep looking good together ... and they got it started with a trip to the gym.

J Lo and A-Rod were spotted hitting Gold's Gym Tuesday morning in Venice Beach, where they showed off their toned figures heading in and out of the building.

It's interesting ... Jen appeared on NBC's New Year's Eve broadcast Monday night, but the performance might've been prerecorded ... as she showed up on Alex's Instagram story throughout the day and night surrounded by her family as they celebrated.

Either way, it's clear how she maintains that killer bod. No. Days. Off.

1:46 PM PT -- Tiffany tweeted about her show, saying, "Yes this happened. I wish it was better Miami. I prayed on it and I have a strong feeling this will never happened again."

Tiffany Haddish had a difficult New Year's Eve during her show in Miami ... especially when the crowd started to disperse mid-show.

Tiffany, who's almost always hilarious and on point, was performing at the James L. Knight Center to a packed house. But, her set wasn't connecting with the audience, and she clearly knew it. At one point, as some people started leaving, she said, "This is weird for me. Now, this is going to be on TMZ or whatever."

During her routine, Tiffany talks about her mom getting out of a mental institution ... she says she told her mom to punch her in the back and burp her. She also griped about her family asking her for money. She says her sister wanted a refrigerator and a new stove, but Tiffany said she told her sister she had just paid her rent, so she just gave her a cooler.

Tiffany changed things up, cracked open a bottle of Ciroc and started drinking with the audience.

It's interesting ... the day of her show, Tiffany posted a video promoting the upcoming comedy performance, saying she had partied the whole night and morning before.

"Pretty Little Liars" star Shay Mitchell rung in the new year with some tragic news for her followers ... she miscarried in 2018.

The actress was going over her year in review on her Instagram story, and toward the end she revealed the miscarriage by posting a photo of a sonogram with an emoji of a broken heart and a caption right before that read, "Lastly, although it was an amazing year, it didn't come without some hardships."

She then put up a lengthy message about the facade that is social media which read, in part, "We all have to deal with various struggles and challenges in life. And sometimes it's easier to only showcase the good times on social media, which is what leads many people to criticize it for its lack of authenticity."

She continued ... "Having so many people follow me on Instagram and read my posts is both incredibly humbling and hugely uplifting. The support and affection that so many of you show me lifts me up during even my darkest days, one of which happened last year after I miscarried and lost the child of my hopes and dreams."

There's no better time of year for Drake to reinforce @champagnepapi than New Year's Eve ... and he definitely didn't disappoint on Monday night with his famous pals.

Tons of celebs showed up and showed out to Drizzy's year-end bash at Delilah in West Hollywood, which was aptly dubbed The Mod Selection Champagne New Year's Party. Some of the folks in attendance ... LeBron, KD, Klay Thompson, Kate Beckinsale, Diddy, Nas, Chris Brown, Madison Beer, Idris Elba, and more.

People were coming and going throughout the night, and most weren't all that chatty. One thing we did learn, though ... Kate has no New Year's resolution for 2019. Good to know!

Interestingly enough, Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner were also at the shindig -- and, perhaps, unsurprisingly ... no sign of Kanye or Kim here at all.

Andy Cohen had a fit on the air during his CNN New Year's Eve broadcast over Times Square security and his umbrella.

Andy came back from a commercial with Anderson Cooper and launched on the Times Square Alliance, which ordered him to lose his umbrella ... or else.

It was pouring rain in Times Square and Andy was outraged, calling the order "Grade A BS."

Cohen says, when he initially refused to get rid of the umbrella, a member of the Times Square Alliance threatened to pull CNN's credentials for the next New Year's Eve show. Andy relented, but was furious.

BTW ... Andy also announced the surrogate who is carrying his baby is about to deliver a boy.

Taylor Swift had a heroes party for New Year's Eve with a bunch of famous buds.

Taylor dressed as Ariel from "The Little Mermaid," Gigi Hadid dressed up as Mary Poppins and Blake Lively dressed as Dorothy from "The Wizard of Oz."

Some of the other costumes ... Audrey Hepburn, Ms. Frizzle, Cinderella, Gwen Stefani, Mr. Toad, Avril Lavigne, Nancy Drew, Posh Spice, Rizzo, Frida Kahlo, Steve Irwin.

BTW ... the Gwen Stefani costume -- the blue bikini top -- replicates a '90s red carpet appearance by the singer. The Dorothy outfit even came with Toto in a basket!

Taylor commented on the post, "Sending you all love and hope going into 2019."

Taylor joined Ryan Reynolds for a little gin guzzle from Ryan's label, Aviation.

The party went down somewhere in New York City. It's unclear if it's a restaurant or whether she took over a club.

You're gonna be partying and drinking your ass off on New Year's Eve ... and so will Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne and Future, but those rappers are raking in LOADS of cash for their services.

We're told Nicki and Weezy will be performing at LIV Nightclub in Miami and for their appearance, they're collecting a total of $250k between the two. If you think that's low, you're right because it is. We're told the rappers are super tight with the owner, David Grutman, so they didn't ask for their top rate.

Future's making out like a king out in Vegas. He's performing at Drai's and will pocket a sweet $400k check for grabbing the mic and doing his thing.

Lil Baby & Gunna are getting $110k total for a show at the Masonic Temple in Detroit, and rapper Sheck Wes will be Down Under in Australia ... raking in more than $110k.

Sweet gigs if you can get them.

Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx are on the waterfront ahead of New Year's Eve -- and on the issue of jet skis ... Katie's leading the charge into battle.

The couple mounted some WaveRunners Saturday in Miami, and made a splash cruising around Biscayne Bay ... where Katie served as the pilot, and Jamie her trusty #2. She was ahead of him for most of the ride, and really seemed to have a handle on things.

KH and JF have been in Florida on a romantic getaway since at least Friday, where they've been staying in a luxury yacht ... just the two of them, as far as we can tell.

There's gonna be 30 pounds of white chocolate alone ... and more than 500 glasses of wine are expected to be guzzled. It's Napa, duh. The Blue Note expects to meat out more than 200 burgers, and 400 of Kenny's special cocktails made with his very own Hana Gin.

There'll be a pre-fixed 3-course dinner ... including a butternut squash soup with fried goat cheese. The main course -- short rib marmalade. For dessert, try the white chocolate mousse with toasted macadamia nuts.

Kanye West gave Kim Kardashian a $14 MILLION Xmas present.

Kanye made a deal to buy a mega-unit in a super, super exclusive Miami Beach condo building, dubbed "Billionaire Beach Bunker" ... TMZ has confirmed.

The 18-story building is occupied by hedge fund gazillionaires and ridiculously rich land developers.

We're told Kanye scoped the place out on his own while in town for Art Basel, and Kim had never even seen it. Kanye has fairly deep ties to the city. He's a regular at the Basel. Kim also did a show there ... "Kourtney & Kim Take Miami."

Our sources say Kanye secretly made the offer this month and surprised Kim on Xmas day.

The unit sounds awesome. It's 4,700 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths and an insanely large terrace. The building is tricked out with a gym, pool and spa.

Obviously, it's right on the beach.

They actually got a deal ... sort of. It was originally listed at $15.5 million.

Page Six first confirmed the story. The deal is set to close next month.

This is one clever way to avoid visiting family during the holidays -- Jean-Jacques Savin has boarded a vessel in an attempt to cross the Atlantic Ocean relying only on the current and wind.

After spending months to build a barrel-shaped capsule, the 71-year-old Frenchman jumped in his vessel off the coast of El Hierro in the Canary Islands. His mission -- to cross most of the Atlantic and ultimately reach the Caribbean ... either Barbados or the French islands of Martinique or Guadeloupe.

According to reports ... Savin's gonna spend the next 3 months inside his vessel that's already 11 miles away from his origin. He's reportedly gone just 1 to 2 miles per hour since leaving Wednesday.

Savin -- who funded the $66k trip through crowdfunding and a sponsor -- calls the expedition a "crossing during which man isn't a captain of his ship, but a passenger of the ocean." He reportedly loaded up his 10-foot by 6-foot vessel with a bottle of Sauternes white wine and a block of foie gras to celebrate New Year's Eve. He's also got a bottle of Saint-Émilion red to celebrate his 72nd birthday in January.
