Now, the Calvert County Sheriff's Office says they've taken 5 people into custody -- each of whom has been charged with 2 counts of Malicious Destruction of Property less than $1000 and 1 count of 4th Degree Burglary.

UPDATE

All of the suspects are 18-years-old, according to law enforcement.

Disturbing scene in Maryland over the weekend ... some scumbags vandalized a high school football field with racist language -- and now, cops say they're on the hunt for the culprits.

The graffiti was sprayed near the 50-yard line at Calvert High School's football stadium in Prince Frederick, MD. ... with the several racist messages including, "F**k n*****s."

Community leaders said in a Facebook post a 15-year-old Black student discovered the vandalism early Sunday morning ... and believe it "may possibly be a response to a picture" of the school's football coach supporting the H.S.'s new Black principal.

Cops say they believe the vandalism was done sometime Saturday night ... with school officials adding other parts of the campus were also broken into and tagged as part of the same incident.

After the graffiti was cleared up, the school spelled out a different message on the field -- "No Hate Here."

"We are sad and angry that these racist messages occurred on school grounds," superintendent Dr. Daniel D. Curry said in a statement. "This racist language hurts the school system and the Calvert County community."

"Calvert County Public Schools promotes an anti-racist environment and denounces hate and discrimination."

Both cops and school officials say they have no leads on suspects at this time ... with a school spokesperson telling TMZ Sports there are no cameras that overlook the football field.

NFL's John Ross Leaves Bengals Training Camp After 3-Year-Old Son Tests Positive For COVID

Published

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver John Ross III has left training camp to take care of his son ... after his 3-year-old and the child's mother both tested positive for coronavirus.

Ross did not attend practice on Tuesday as he flew back to Los Angeles to help care for his family, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.

The timing isn't exactly ideal for the 24-year-old speedster --he's been hoping to have a breakout season with Cincy after 3 injury-plagued years in the league.

Ross was selected with the 9th overall pick in the 2017 Draft after flashing some insane speed. He's shown real potential on the field but injuries have been a problem.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

He will now be placed on the Bengals' Reserve/COVID-19 list ... and a return date has not been set.

Ross frequently posts on social media his son, Juju -- and raves about how much he loves being a father.

NBA Spells Out Rules for Bringing Guests Into Bubble ... No Tinder Randoms!

Published | Updated

The NBA will allow players to FINALLY bring guests into the Bubble environment in Orlando ... but not EVERYONE will be allowed in.

In fact, the NO ENTRANCE list is the most interesting part!!

First off, the guest list will open up to players beginning after the 1st round of the NBA playoffs (which is approaching fast).

The league sent a memo to teams, obtained by ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, laying out the criteria for entrance.

"Four guests per player, but can be exceeded for children," Woj says.

"Guests can travel on team charters following testing. Guests will be allowed to attend games."

There will be strict quarantine protocols for guests before they're allowed inside the bubble ... similar to what the players are already going through.

But, here's where it gets interesting ... the league is clearly trying to prevent players from bringing in random people they meet on social media for booty calls. Aka, no randoms from Tinder!!!

"Any individual the player has not previously met in person or with whom the player has had limited in-person interactions [will not be granted access]."

The league cites a hypothetical example of a person who would NOT be allowed in -- "[someone] known by the player only through social media or an intermediary."

Get it? Seems pretty clear to us!

Woj says other people NOT allowed inside include "agents, trainers, massage/physical therapists, personal chefs and tattoo artists."

Sorry, no new ink inside the bubble!

Once inside, Woj says "Each player is allowed one ticket per playoff game for a guest -- plus an additional admission for a child (32 inches and below)."

Gilbert Arenas recently told us he's been talking to players who are griping about not being able to get booty while inside the bubble.

Well, hang tight fellas ... things could get really interesting in Orlando!

AZ Anti-Masker Son Carries Dad Out of Store ... Ends His Tough Guy Tirade

Published | Updated

Perfect antidote for a dad raging like a maniac at grocery store customers who ARE wearing masks -- his own son, who's strong enough to shut down his loudmouth parent!!!

Check out this older man going off inside a grocery store in Tucson, AZ ... spewing anti-mask rhetoric. Typical tirade we've seen lately -- you're all sheep, blah blah blah -- except this guy threw in some offensive machismo.

He drops the r-word repeatedly when describing the workers and shoppers, and even tries to fight at least one person before he had to be held back by a young buck who's said to be his son. It's pretty crazy -- usually this is how responsible parents handle a child throwing a tantrum.

Not only did his son hold him back, but he hoisted up his old man by the waist and carried him out the entrance like a 5-year-old having a meltdown -- with the chaos leaving a crate knocked over on the way out.

Chip off the old block this son is not ... lucky for everyone involved.

8-Year-Old Boy Put in Handcuffs, Taken to Jail ... Cops Scare Him Straight?!

Published | Updated

The boy in the video allegedly punched his teacher in the chest and cops were called to his school, Gerald Adams Elementary, and arrested him on a felony battery charge ... this according to the police report obtained by TMZ.

The report says the kid cursed at the teacher and told her "my mom is going to beat your a**" before punching the teacher in the chest with his right hand. The teacher says it all started when the kid wasn't properly sitting on a bench.

The alleged incident happened on Dec. 14, 2018 and the status of the case is unclear. The video started circulating Monday and Key West Police Chief Sean T. Brandenburg told the Miami Herald his officers didn't do anything wrong.

Here's police in Florida scaring an 8-year-old boy into straightening up his act ... by slapping handcuffs on him and taking him to the slammer.

Civil rights attorney Ben Crump claims the boy Key West police tried to scare straight has special needs, and he's ripping cops for their tactics.

As you can see in the video, the young boy is so small his hands are too tiny for the cuffs and they fall off his wrists. Crump says the kid is only 3.5 feet tall and 64 pounds.

Police body cam footage also shows officers lecturing the boy as they lead him out of his elementary school and into the back of a squad car. Crump says the kid was then taken to a real jail for processing. Ya know, just like an adult.

U.S. politician Julian Castro also shared the shocking footage on social media, calling the incident "unbelievable" and saying "police should have no role in punishing our kids or pulling traumatic stunts like this on our schools."

We reached out to Key West cops to find out what led up to the arrest, but so far no word back.

GA School Student No Longer Suspended!!! ... For Posting Hallway Pic Showing COVID Risk

Published | Updated
UPDATE

9:08 AM PT -- 8/7 -- Watters is free!!! The teen just announced that this morning "my school called and they have deleted my suspension." It appears the school came to its damn senses amid outrage over the school's so-called violation of school policy about social media.

UPDATE

This back-to-school pic didn't just alarm parents worried about their kids and coronavirus ... it also got at least 2 teenagers suspended.

Georgia's North Paulding High School hit the student, 15-year-old Hannah Watters, with a 5-day suspension for posting that photo -- a shot she took out of concern for her safety ... as well as her classmates'.

Hannah had captioned the pic, "Day two at North Paulding High School. It is just as bad. We were stopped because it was jammed." She added that she was pushed multiple times, and defiantly posted, "This is not ok. Not to mention the 10% mask rate."

The school's stance is that Hannah, and another student who posted the crowded hallway image, violated school policy about social media and posting images of minors without consent.

That's the letter of the school's law, obviously, but one could easily argue ... the safety of students and faculty should be getting some consideration here. Hannah clearly posted the photo because she was alarmed at the inability to social distance.

Hannah told BuzzFeed News she feels her suspension is excessive.

The photo went viral Tuesday as it highlighted the fears of parents, and for that matter ... teachers, as students return to schools for the first time since the pandemic began.

Jerry O'Connell Homeschooling's Killing Me ... I'm No Stephen Hawking!!!

Published
Jerry O'Connell
NEW SCHOOL YEAR, NEW CHALLENGES

Jerry O'Connell is dreading the new school year like most parents whose kids will continue virtual learning, and he's not afraid to admit it ... helping his girls with math is a mind-boggling challenge.

Jerry joined us on "TMZ Live" Friday from his home in Calabasas, where he's quarantining with his wife, Rebecca Romijn, and their twin girls, Charlie and Dolly ... and getting ready for the 6th grade.

In just a couple weeks his daughters will be doing distance learning, due to the pandemic, which means he'll have to pitch in some when it comes to teaching at home -- and based on this convo ... Charlie and Dolly should be very afraid.

Jerry says things are only getting harder since he posted a funny video at the end of last school year. In particular, he's hung up on long division problems ... which makes him feel like Stephen Hawking wrote their textbooks.

It's pretty funny too ... Jerry knows just what to do when the tough questions inevitably come his way. Stay on your toes, Rebecca!

There is one thing he's gotten better at this summer -- just watch the video. Unfortunately for his daughters, it doesn't involve math.

The good news here is Dad's sense of humor is very much intact.

Bradley Cooper, Jen Garner Flirty in the 'Bu

Published | Updated
UPDATE

9:11 AM PT -- A source with direct knowledge tells TMZ ... Jen broke up with her boyfriend, John Miller. That said, we're told Jen and Bradley have been close friends for years -- since "Alias." They have spent time together with their significant others at dinners and other occasions.

Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Garner have a long past together, and judging by the photos they may also have a present.

The former "Alias" stars hit up Malibu beach Wednesday, along with a little girl who appears to be Bradley's daughter, Lea De Seine Shayk Cooper.

Bradley and Jen have something in common ... they've both split from their partners ... obviously Jen more recently than Bradley.

The 2 have been seen together over the years, but now that they're both available ... who knows? But, if you can glean anything from a few snapshots ... sure looks flirty.

There were rumors during their "Alias" days that costars Bradley and Jen may have been a thing, but it never materialized ... at least not publicly.

Who knows whether this is something, but when people break up they often gravitate to people they know, and lots of times that develops into something. If you didn't know that ... it's actually a thing.

Mariah Carey's son clearly knows the rules about Mom being "camera-ready" ... as evidenced by this hilarious video of him trying to get her to appear on his TikTok video!!!

Mariah and Nick Cannon's 9-year-old, Moroccan Scott Cannon, aka Rocky, was playing around on TikTok and one of his fans asked if he could get his famous mama to react ... on camera.

Bless his heart, Rocky's confidence was so cute as he said ... "Of course I can do that!" -- but watch what happened when he found Mariah and asked her to say hi to his fan.

Mariah's response? "Tell her I'm on a business call." Rocky did not ask twice, and quickly explained to the fan, "So yeah, if I bug my mom ... well, I don't really know what'll happen but I'm not gonna test it!" Smart kid.

Even better was his response when someone on TikTok tried to give him crap about not getting Mom on cam. You gotta see him handle the troll!!!

Rocky's been trained well by Mama Carey. Remember Mimi's classic line, "I don't know her" -- referring to Jennifer Lopez -- well, Rocky's definitely seen that video.

Brian Austin Green Roasts Megan Fox ... For 'Achingly Beautiful' MGK Post

Published

Brian Austin Green is still hurting over the Megan Fox breakup, and he's not hiding it -- he's mocking her love for Machine Gun Kelly by waving their kids in her face.

ICYMI, Meg took to IG Wednesday to post a photo of her and MGK, both in towels ... posing for a steamy mirror selfie ... with the gushing caption, "Achingly Beautiful Boy... My heart is yours."

Awww -- good for her, right? Not in Brian's book!

Megan's post seemed to have BAG feeling some sorta way, based on his blistering public response. He posted 4 photos of his sons -- three of them being Megan's -- Bodhi, Journey and Noah, but his caption was the dagger.

He added the same "achingly beautiful" line, but said his heart belongs to his sons. It's an obvious shot with the not-so-subtle message being (we think) ... don't forget you got kids who deserve your love and attention too.

Bitter? Table for at least one ... maybe 2?

McDonald's Child Allegedly Chokes On Mask ... Fried into Chicken Nuggets

Published | Updated

A mom and daughter in England are not loving their McDonald's Chicken McNuggets -- they claim the little girl bit into the food and got a mouthful of face mask!!!

The not-so-Happy Meal was reportedly served Tuesday at a McDonald's in a London suburb. Laura Arber, the upset mother, claims her 6-year-old daughter, Maddie, started making choking noises after chowing down on the McNuggets.

Laura claims she put a finger down her daughter's throat to make her throw up the food, which she says was speckled with blue. Mom says she did some more investigating, puzzled by what her daughter was eating, tearing into the Chicken McNuggets with her fingers to discover parts of a blue surgical face mask.

Laura posted video showing what appears to be more blue face mask parts inside other Chicken McNuggets her daughter had not yet eaten ... and it's really gross.

McDonald's corporate office has since apologized for the incident ... and mom says her little girl is fine.

'American Ninja Warrior' Champ Charged with Child Sex Crimes ... Dropped by NBC

Published
UPDATE

12:09 PM PT -- 8/5 NBC has announced it has severed ties with Drechsel in wake of the allegations. The network said, "We are shocked and disturbed to learn about the charges alleged against Drew Drechsel. 'American Ninja Warrior' is a family show that has inspired countless people, and we will not let the actions of one contestant tarnish the hard work and amazing stories of so many."

UPDATE

"Moving forward, the 'American Ninja Warrior' brand will sever all ties with Mr. Drechsel, including his appearance on future seasons of the show."

Drew Drechsel, the reigning "American Ninja Warrior" champ, is now facing federal charges for luring an underage girl for sex.

Last year's 'ANW' winner allegedly began a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl in New Jersey back in 2015 ... according to legal docs, obtained by TMZ. Drechsel, nicknamed the Real Life Ninja, was arrested Tuesday at his home in Saint Cloud, FL.

The feds say the alleged victim contacted cops in NJ in June 2019 and told them she started having sex with Drechsel when she was 15 and he was 26. She claims they first met in 2014 after an 'ANW' contestant event, exchanged numbers and began texting each other.

In the docs, the alleged victim claims Drechsel invited her to his gym in Hamden, CT as a 15th birthday present, and they had sex after his girlfriend left the gym. She told police she informed her mother about the encounter the very next day.

The mother alleges Drechsel didn't deny having sex with her daughter when confronted, but claimed he did not know the girl's age.

According to docs, the alleged victim also told cops she met Drechsel multiple times outside a NJ gym and had sex with him when she was 15 to 17 years old.

The feds say she told them Drechsel frequently asked her to Skype him while she was naked, and they allegedly found child pornography on Drechsel's cell phone ... along with his requests for her to delete their text messages.

Drechsel -- who won $1 million on 'ANW' -- remains in custody after a judge found him to be a flight risk and danger to the community. U.S. Marshals are transporting him from Florida to NJ, where he'll stand trial.

Disney World Sued I Was Arrested for Having CBD Oil ... No Way to Treat Grandma!!!

Published | Updated

The grandmother who claims she was arrested at Disney World's Magic Kingdom for having CBD oil in her bag is following through with her threat to sue ... for a huge payday.

Civil rights attorney Ben Crump just filed suit against Disney, the Orlando Police Department and the Orange County Sheriff's Department on behalf of Hester Burkhalter. The 69-year-old North Carolina grandma claims she was busted by Mouse House security for carrying a bottle of CBD oil.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Hester says she was arrested and detained by cops at Disney World in April 2019 -- even though she claims the CBD oil was purely for medical purposes related to her arthritis, and didn't contain THC.

The grandmother says she was handcuffed in front of her 8 and 10-year-old grandchildren, and says the entire ordeal was traumatizing for the little ones.

In the docs, grandma says she panicked while being placed in the back of a police car and began vomiting, but was denied medical attention and subjected to a miserable 15-hour ordeal. Hester says she was further humiliated because cops allegedly made her strip down at the jail for a cavity search.

Prosecutors did not pursue charges and closed the case against her -- Hester claims cops even tested the CBD oil and found no trace of THC -- but she says she's filing suit because she still feels traumatized.

In her suit, Hester is alleging assault and battery, false arrest and imprisonment, defamation, emotional distress, and more ... and she wants more than $18 million in damages plus additional damages for her husband and other family members.

GA School Reopening Kids Crammed in the Hall ... 'No Practical Way To Enforce' Mask Mandate

Published
UPDATE

4:19 PM PT -- Superintendent Brian Otott is trying to downplay the situation to concerned parents, telling them the hallway was only packed for "just a brief period" while students went to their next class.

UPDATE

In a note to parents sent Tuesday evening, Otott admits the optics don't look good, and says the school district will make adjustments as the year progresses. He says there's "no practical way" to enforce a face covering mandate at the high school, and students and staff are simply being strongly encouraged to wear masks.

UPDATE

A Georgia school's reopening may very well be exhibit A on the lack of COVID-19 safety precautions in place for students ... just look at this hallway, which looks like a superspreader's dream.

The photo shows the first day back for kids in Paulding County, where -- with the support of the Georgia Department of Education in partnership with the Georgia Department of Public Health -- schools are opening up their doors with "guidelines, not mandates" on how to deal with the pandemic ... and judging from the pic it's an absolute failure.

Students are crammed in a narrow hallway, and at least half of them are walking side by side without face coverings.

Georgia's "Path to Recovery for K-12 Schools" lists "prioritizing safety" as its top concern for the reopenings ... but it sure doesn't look like that's being followed.

This school photo is not the only one to raise eyebrows this week in Georgia. Another from Etowah High School in Woodstock shows a large group of seniors bunched together for a color-coordinated clothing pic ... ALL without masks.

The troubling photos come on the heels of coronavirus cases being reported at other recently reopened schools across the country ... which has led to protests over the unsafe nature of doing so.

As everyone knows, kids can infect their parents and grandparents, but also the teachers are at risk when students are in situations that make transmission almost inevitable.

President Trump, of course, has been a vocal proponent of reopening schools ... while ignoring the inherent risks.
