Levi from 'Raven's Home' Earned Over $120k for Season 1, And Future Dough Looks Good!
Disney sure takes care of its child stars -- the kid who plays Levi in Raven Symone's new show raked in more than $120k for the 1st season alone, and he's in position for even more.
According to his minors contract, obtained by TMZ, Jason Maybaum hauled in $12,500 for the pilot of Disney Channel's "Raven's Home" -- a spin-off of "That's So Raven" -- and then earned an additional $9,000 for each Season 1 episode.
There are 13 episodes in the can -- which means this kid earned about $120,500. What's more, he's set to earn $9,450 per episode for a second season, $9,923 for a third, and $10,419 for a fourth.
Jason, who's only 10 years old, plays a major character in the show ... so the cash is well-deserved.
BTW ... Season 2 of "Raven's Home" is already in the pipeline, too ... Disney ordered a new season this fall.

Stan Lee Missing $300k Cops Investigating Forged Check
Stan Lee's checking account is $300k light, and cops are on the hunt for the perp who swiped the cash ... TMZ has learned.
We're told the Marvel Comics legend filed a report with Beverly Hills PD Tuesday after one of Stan's business partners discovered the money had been withdrawn without his knowledge. After some digging, it was discovered a $300k check was written to a merchandising company, Hands of Respect, for a "loan."
Sources tell us neither Stan or his money managers wrote or authorized the transaction, and Bev Hills PD is investigating the case as a check forgery.
We're told Stan's people believe this might be an inside job -- someone within the foundation wrote the check in an attempt to keep the cash themselves.
Either way, it's not a very nice bday gift for the comic book icon ... who just turned 95 on Thursday.

NBA's Avery Bradley Paid Big Money to Silence Sexual Assault Accuser ... Denies Allegation
Detroit Pistons player Avery Bradley entered into a confidentiality agreement with a reality star who accused him of sexual assault earlier this year -- and at one point, negotiations got as high as $400k, TMZ Sports has learned.
But Bradley's attorney tells TMZ Sports he adamantly denies all wrongdoing -- and only entered into the agreement to prevent false information from being made public.
Here's what we know ... the allegation stems from an incident on May 23 in Cleveland, Ohio. The woman involved claimed Bradley sexually assaulted her while she was passed out drunk.
Bradley was a member of the Boston Celtics at the time of the incident. The Celtics were in Cleveland to play the Cavs in the Eastern Conference Finals.
After the incident, the woman contacted Bradley and accused him of assaulting her. The two sides came together to work out a deal to keep her quiet and prevent her from releasing any video, photos or audio.
At one point in the negotiations, the parties considered resolving the matter for $400,000 ... but it's unclear what number Bradley ultimately agreed to pay. We're told the final figure was high.
We spoke with Bradley's attorney Brian Wolf of Lavely & Singer who tells us, "Mr. Bradley absolutely denies having engaged in wrongdoing whatsoever. The confidentiality agreement specifically refutes and denies the validity of all allegations of any wrongful conduct by Mr. Bradley. The sole purpose of the agreement was to protect the reputation and privacy of Mr. Bradley and his family."
Wolf adds, "My office will take all appropriate action against all persons involved in the wrongful disclosure of this agreement. We will conduct a thorough investigation into who is responsible for this wrongful disclosure."

'My Big Fat Greek Wedding' Mom Store was Ready to Bust Her ... 'Cause She Allegedly Shoplifted Before
Lainie Kazan had a whole shoplifting routine down before she was caught red-handed, which is why the store was ready at the exit as she allegedly tried to shoplift on Xmas Eve ... sources at the store tell TMZ.
We're told the mom from "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" came into the same Gelson's supermarket where she was arrested for petty theft on Christmas Eve at least a couple times before and stole stuff ... before she eventually got busted.
Gelson's employees told us they saw a pattern with Kazan -- she would fill up her basket and pretend to walk toward the checkout line, but would then make a quick exit out the door as another group of customers was leaving. We're told security footage backs this up.
Workers were ready for her the last time she came in, and notified the folks in loss prevention ... who were waiting to bust her at the exit. We're told they waited for Kazan to get outside before nabbing her.
As we reported ... her cart had about $180 worth of groceries, and we're told it included cleaning supplies (Comet and Pledge), a hot rotisserie chicken, tomatoes, some Jell-O ... and uncured pepperoni.
We reached out to Kazan ... her attorney, Mark Werksman, tells us the store didn't give Lainie a chance to pay for her items before it made moves to get her arrested, calling it a misunderstanding. Werksman also denies Lainie ever stole from Gelson's in the past. He says Gelson's "overreacted and didn't give her a chance to pay."

Kyle Richards, Mauricio Umansky Latest Celebs Hit in Home Burglary
Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky are the latest victims of celebrity break-ins ... TMZ has learned.
We're told the house was empty Wednesday night -- the family went to Aspen the day before. The burglar or burglars made their way in by breaking a window and stole some expensive items. Our law enforcement sources say the thieves made off with more than a million dollars in jewelry, including $150,000 worth of watches owned by Mauricio. Kyle's jewelry was in a lock box. We don't know if they got into that. The housekeeper discovered the break-in.
Kyle and her real estate mogul hubby bought the Encino home in October for $8.2 million and were in the middle of renovations.
We're told there is a security system but it was not on when burglars entered. Cops do know the burglary occurred at around 1:15 AM because a closet sensor inside the home was triggered by the burglars.
The home -- once owned by Motown legend Smokey Robinson -- has a number of surveillance cameras, so cops are hopeful it will help them nab the culprits.
One family source tells TMZ they suspect it could be an inside job because a number of people had access during the construction. We're also told the burglars did not ransack the house and knew exactly where they would find the jewelry.

Ellen DeGeneres Takes an 'L' In Condo Sale
Ellen DeGeneres just unloaded her second condo in a posh L.A. building, but the sale offers more proof that condos are the red-headed stepchildren in the Southern California housing market.
Ellen sold half a floor in the Beverly West condo complex in West L.A. She's pocketing $5,850,000 which sounds great, but here's the rub. She owned the entire floor, and she previously sold the other half for $6 million.
Real estate sources tell TMZ she bought the floor for $13 million, so after commissions and renovations ... she's underwater.
Ellen, who's repped by real estate guru Kurt Rappaport, still has a swanky home in Beverly Hills. She buys and sells lots of property and usually turns a big profit, so this is all part of the game.
And TMZ broke the story ... she bought a second home in Montecito, CA for $7.2 mil and she's Oprah's neighbor.

Japan Flight from Hell Passengers Get 30,000 Yen Apology
The airline responsible for Chrissy Teigen's flight from hell loaded passengers up with 30,000 Japanese Yen just to try and make nice.
One of Chrissy's co-passengers tells us when All Nippon Airways flight NH175 from LAX to Tokyo landed in Japan, each person was given 30k Yen. The passenger says everyone was stoked ... until they did the conversion and realized they were given just over $250 for their troubles.
Teigen live-tweeted the traveling nightmare Tuesday after the originally scheduled 11-hour flight turned back to LAX just 4 hours in for a passenger who was allegedly on the wrong flight.
All Nippon initially didn't tell passengers why the plane was headed back, but did apologize (twice), fessing up to the screwup.
If you're wondering ... Chrissy and hubby John Legend boarded a different make-up flight to Japan than most of the other OG passengers ... and more than likely missed out on their $265 windfall.

2 Chainz I Got Defrauded by a Fake Lawyer ... Over a Rolls
12/28 10:30 AM PT -- Waddell tells TMZ ... the texts 2 Chainz received did not come from him or anyone he knows, and he believes they were fabricated to discredit Highline's case or delay paying the owed funds. He says the texts in question were never authenticated and could have come from anyone, but he's not going to let them distract from the case against the rapper.
2 Chainz believes the guy suing him for an alleged unpaid Rolls-Royce tab tried to trick him into settling the case ... by fraudulently posing as 2 different lawyers.
The rapper claims Joshua Waddell of Highline Holdings Group sent him texts in early December from an unknown number pretending to be Chainz' lawyer, urging him to pay the amount the auto broker sued for back in October.
2 Chainz says he knew it was Waddell, though, because he recognized the number from previous communications.
A few days later, Chainz claims Waddell was at it again -- this time pretending to be HHG's lawyer -- and falsely claimed a default judgment had been granted to HHG and a lien had been issued on the rapper's whip.
According to the docs ... 2 Chainz confirmed that neither his lawyer or Waddell's lawyer sent the texts, and believes Waddell fraudulently sent the texts as a trap.
We broke the story ... HHG claims the rapper has an outstanding balance on his Phantom Drophead of $18,317 plus interest.
2 Chainz now wants the judge to teach Waddell a lesson ... and toss the case.
We reached out to Highline ... no word back so far.

Braylon Edwards Apologizes for Bar Prank ... Caught on Video
Ex-NFL wide receiver Braylon Edwards says he was just kidding around when he reached over the bar at a Chicago tavern and pulled the beer taps ... in a late-night incident captured on video.
It all went down Friday at Duffy's Tavern and Grille -- you can see the 34-year-old pull 4 beer taps while jawing at the bartender. Unclear what was being said.
The bar manager initially slammed Edwards on social media -- saying Braylon owed the bar $75 for "the product he wasted." The manager also claimed Braylon "threatened my staff and punched the front window as he left."
Edwards tells a different story -- saying he was just goofing around and meant no ill will. He's also adamant he never threatened anyone.
Braylon's rep tells TMZ Sports, "He heard Duffy's was a Michigan fan bar and he wanted to stop by for some holiday cheer. Mr. Edwards spoke with the bar manager and has offered to pay the tab for the taps that were poured during the prank."

Kardashians Fire Back at Chyna You Ruined Your Reality Show, Not Us
The Kardashians have come out swinging in Blac Chyna's lawsuit against them in which she claims the fam sabotaged her reality show with Rob, saying it was all her doing.
As we reported, Chyna is suing Rob, Kim and Kris claiming they orchestrated a plot to torpedo "Rob & Chyna" after the couple broke up, and that's why E! canceled the show.
The Kardashians have just filed legal docs, courtesy of their attorney Shawn Holley, asking the judge to toss Chyna's case, claiming the real reason the show was canceled is that Chyna went to court and got a domestic violence restraining order against Rob, making it impossible to shoot a show with interactions between the 2.
It's important to note ... Chyna got a settlement in which she now gets $20k a month in child support and in return dropped the domestic violence allegations.
The Kardashians are also calling BS on Chyna's defamation claim, saying their allegations were true, including that she left Dream at home while she went out to party.

Beyonce and Jay-Z House Developers Sued ... We Did Dirt Work, You Did Us Dirty!
The folks who built Beyonce and Jay-Z's new Bel-Air house apparently scored a fortune off them, but screwed the little guy who did the dirty work ... this according to a new lawsuit.
Qwest Engineering is suing famed real estate developer Dean McKillen and Cuesta Estate -- the developers of Bey and Jay-Z's $88 million estate -- for allegedly stiffing them on at least $200k of work Qwest says it did on the house prior to it being sold to the couple.
In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Qwest says McKillen and Cuesta asked them to do all the excavating on the house and to specifically carve out a space for a future basement.
Qwest says that required 2,000 sq. feet at a height of 12 feet and 888 cubic yards of dirt to be taken out ... which they say they quickly wrapped up over 5-6 weeks with McKillen and Cuesta breathing down their necks.
When it was time to pay up ... Qwest says McKillen and Cuesta came up empty-handed, and never gave 'em their cash -- an alleged whopping $205,337.
Even more interesting ... Qwest says McKillen and Cuesta can't claim they're broke on this one, 'cause Qwest says the developers made a FAT profit off Bey and Jay in selling it for $88 mil. Qwest says McKillen and Cuesta paid only "a small fraction" of that purchase price to demolish and reconstruct the home that was eventually sold.
We broke the story ... Jay and Bey have continued to pour money into their home, and an underground living area of this type sounds like what they were still building back in October.
Qwest wants its dough and then some ... they're asking for more than $1.8 mil in punitive damages, too. We've reached out McKillen ... he said the lawsuit was based on false info, and that Qwest is not owed that money.
