This seems impossible, but Elvis Presley's daughter is drowning in debt ... this according to Lisa Marie Presley herself ... TMZ has learned.

Lisa Marie just filed docs in her divorce from Michael Lockwood, and they contain the bombshell news ... the King's daughter is more than $16 million in the red. In the docs she says most of her debt is unpaid taxes from 2012 to 2015, totaling more than $10 million.

She also says she has a house in the U.K. she's desperately trying to unload because she's defaulted on the mortgage. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ ... that's another $6 mil she owes.

LMP says the rest of her debt is mostly credit cards and unpaid attorneys' bills.

She's revealing all of this because Lockwood is demanding she pay more than $450k for his attorney fees, and she's clearly saying ... I ain't got it, dude.

There has been a run on bulletproof backpacks in the aftermath of the slaughter at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School ... TMZ has learned.

A company called Bullet Blocker sells the fortified knapsacks for anywhere between $200 and $500. We're told the company sold 500 of the bags Thursday, a 30% spike in regular sales since the shooting.

The company's owner, Joe Curran, tells us the majority of the backpacks sold this week are headed to Florida.

The item is made with a Kevlar lining and weighs about 4 1/2 pounds.

Joe's company sells a bunch of bulletproof gear on a regular basis, but he says Thursday, backpacks were at the top of his sales list, and most of those sales were in Florida.

BTW ... the company also sells bulletproof luxury items, like Gucci bomber jackets and Hermes bags.

If you've ever wanted to raid Kim Kardashian's closet, here's your chance to do it ... without getting arrested for trespassing.

A bunch of Kim K's old wardrobe and accessories are being auctioned off on eBay right now through marketing agency Auction Cause -- with more than 200 items up for grabs.

Here's the cool part ... a lot of this stuff is "Pre-owned," meaning they were worn or used by Kim herself at some point. There's also a handful of new items she owned but never wore -- such as bikini bottoms. Nothing used in that department. Sorry, creeps.

Kanye West just scored a belated victory by settling his massive lawsuit against Lloyd's of London, which had refused to pay for the losses he incurred when he canceled some of his 2016 Saint Pablo concerts after suffering a mental breakdown.

We've learned Lloyd's folded under massive pressure by Kanye's lawyers and agreed to pay most of what Kanye was due under the policy. Kanye's touring company -- Very Good Touring -- had sued for $10 million after Lloyd's incredibly refused to pay because it claimed the breakdown was triggered by Kanye's alleged drug use. Lloyd's claimed drug use was an exclusion under the policy.

As we reported, Lloyd's initially dragged its feet, claiming marijuana triggered the mental breakdown, something we're told was totally unsupported by medical evidence. TMZ reported the breakdown was triggered by a mental condition that had nothing to do with drugs.

In the end ... Lloyd's decided going to court was too risky, especially when faced with a possible huge punitive damages award.

A similar fight was triggered when Heath Ledger died ... Lloyd's initially refused to pay his daughter under the policy, but eventually recanted.

A Cardi B team member says she's pregnant -- 3 to 4 months along -- which would make her upcoming business deals and commitments tricky ... costing her big bucks.

Sources close to the rapper tell TMZ ... Cardi and her team expect to finish a new album before end of summer ... and the plan is to tie the release to a 2-month tour with Bruno Mars, which kicks off in September. When you do the math, you see the problem. If she's at the beginning of the second trimester, she'll give birth sometime in August.

And there's more. Cardi, who had a hugely successful Super Bowl commercial, has other commercial deals on the table. She also has offers to collab with other artists.

On top of all that ... she's supposed to start filming a movie sometime next month, which could be problematic once she approaches her 5th month.

And don't forget ... she's scheduled to perform at Coachella in mid-April. If she's a no-show, that would be the second year in a row a huge act bailed because she was with child.

As for how much money is on the line ... it varies from project to project, but as a point of reference -- Cardi gets around $100k a show and $60k for nightclub walk-throughs.

Cardi says she's not pregnant, but time will certainly tell.

Donald Trump's longtime personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, says he paid porn star Stormy Daniels $130k out of his own pocket and was not reimbursed.

The disclosure comes weeks after reports surfaced that Trump hooked up with Daniels in 2006, a year after he married Melania ... something Trump's people deny. The payment was made in 2016, during the campaign.

Cohen says, "Neither the Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign was a party to the transaction with Ms. Clifford [Stormy's real name], and neither reimbursed me for the payment, either directly or indirectly."

Cohen did not say if Trump was aware of the payment.

Zedd's proving to the world once again -- big time DJs make big time bucks ... and they know how to spend it.

One of the best basketball players alive says she's sick and tired of having to play overseas to make a decent living -- and she's calling for the WNBA to start paying women like their male counterparts.

Angel McCoughtry was the #1 overall pick in the 2009 WNBA draft and went on to become the 2009 WNBA Rookie of the Year, a 4-time WNBA All-Star and has already won the scoring title TWICE!

Problem is ... the top female players make SQUAT compared to NBA stars. According to a 2017 report, the top WNBA players only make around $100k in annual base salary.

To compare -- Steph Curry is making $34.6 million this season and that goes up to $45.7 mil per season at the end of his contract.

McCoughtry says the top women are forced to play overseas -- where they can make 10 times as much. McCoughtry has played everywhere from Russia to Lebanon to Turkey.

But she's clearly over it ...

"Pay us like you pay the men. I don't want to get paid more overseas. I want to get paid in my country."

In fact, McCoughtry says she sometimes wears the medals she wins in overseas tournaments out in public because people usually buy her a free meal when she does.

A few fun 'Star Wars' props from the last 2 franchise films are on the auction block, and are expected to fetch thousands for a good cause -- helping victims of last year's fires in California's wine country.

Lucasfilm donated 2 screen-used First Order Stormtrooper helmets -- one from 'The Force Awakens' signed by director J.J. Abrams and company president Kathleen Kennedy ... and the other from 'The Last Jedi' signed by director Rian Johnson -- to raise the money.

There's also a model porg from 'The Last Jedi' -- one of just 5 ever made -- signed by Johnson, Kennedy and creature designer Neal Scanlan. All 3 auctions opened last week with a starting bid of $1,000 ... but the helmets already have bids placed for over $4k.

Proceeds from the auction will go to Tipping Point’s Emergency Fire Relief Fund, which supports low income communities affected by the fires in the Napa and Sonoma Valley areas.

John Cena is giving Ford a little attitude adjustment of his own -- telling the car company to take their lawsuit over his old $500,000 supercar and shove it.

We broke the story ... Ford claims it sold Cena a super rare "limited edition" Ford GT supercar -- 647 horsepower, 3.5L EcoBoost V6 engine with an MSRP of $450,000.

Ford claims they only selected a few people for the privilege of buying the car -- and Cena was one of the lucky ones (Justin Verlander and Joey Logano also own the whip).

The caveat, according to Ford, owners CANNOT resell the car during the initial 24 months of ownership. Ford claims Cena broke the rules and flipped his ride for a profit. They're suing Cena for every penny he got from the sale.

But in new court docs filed in district court in Michigan, John says he did nothing wrong -- because the final contract he signed said nothing about a 24-month no-resale clause.

Cena says Ford screwed up by not putting the sale restriction in the final binding contract -- and he shouldn't be punished because they suck at paperwork.

Now, he's asking the judge to throw out the case against him.

Tamar Braxton's estranged husband is taking a very expensive L on a Rolls-Royce he once leased in Florida.

A Florida judge is ordering Vincent Herbert to fork over more than $65k after failing to make payments on a Rolls-Royce Wraith. According to docs, Vincent fell so far behind on the ride ... Manhattan Leasing Enterprises repo'd it. They turned around and resold it, but since it was used, the company says it lost more than $62,000.

Someone's gotta cover that, and the judge says that someone is Vincent, who never responded to Manhattan Leasing ... so the judge entered a default judgment.

Over the weekend, he was in his hometown of Missouri City, Texas to get a key to the city -- and we're told he spent most of his free time on FaceTime with Kylie and Stormi.
