Tekashi69 Lifetime Ban from 3 L.A. Clubs After AoD Scuffle

Published | Updated

Tekashi69 is officially persona non grata -- permanently -- at the strip club where he incited a near brawl last week ... along with 2 more of L.A.'s hottest clubs.

The owner of Ace of Diamonds in WeHo tells TMZ ... the rapper was to blame for Monday night's glass-throwing incident -- video of which was posted on TMZ. As a result, Tekashi's banned from that establishment and 2 of the owner's other clubs ... Penthouse and Murano LA.

We're told 6ix9ine started trouble at AoD when he stopped tossing money at the dancers and began violently throwing bricks of cash at patrons ... hitting one in the head. The rapper refused to apologize and kept hurling money, which we're told led to someone throwing a glass at him.

We broke the story ... the chucked glass hit Tekashi's lady friend in the boobs, so she retaliated by firing a glass back before security whisked them away.

At least one clubgoer claims she was injured in the fight.

Disney, ABC Sued Kids' Show Creators Claim Hypocrisy In Wake of 'Roseanne' Axing

Published | Updated

If Disney is so high and mighty, as they showed by canceling "Roseanne," then why are they screwing over a couple family-run businesses that delivered them a hit kids show? ... is the question posed in a new suit.

Production companies Milk Barn and Microseries claim they spent 2 years creating "Goldie & Bear" ... only to get kicked to the curb by Disney once the company realized it had a hit on their hands.

According to the docs ... Disney secretly lined up a rival production company to replace the family businesses for Season 2, and made it "virtually impossible for these companies to ever be in the children's television or feature business again."

To make it worse, the production companies claim they got stiffed $250k for 18 months of executive producer work ... and Disney crushed their plans to produce other animated children's programming.

The companies are suing for $20 mil, and claim that the president of ABC's comments about canceling "Roseanne" came down to "doing what's right and upholding our values of inclusion, tolerance and civility" are complete BS.

They love Floyd Mayweather in Mexico!!

Check out the welcome banner Floyd got at Los Cabos Mexico International Airport on Thursday ... when his private jet touched down for a little getaway south of the border.

We spoke with a rep at the airport who told us it was just a "friendly" little gesture to welcome Mayweather and his crew.

Floyd got the VIP treatment once his PJ landed -- a pimped-out sprinter van took Floyd and the rest of his Money Team to their fancy resort.

Floyd has REALLY racked up the miles this year -- vacationing everywhere from Dubai to Singapore and Monaco, Thailand, Bali, Turks and Caicos and L.A.

If you're wondering if Floyd ever gets sick of hanging on the beach and spending his money ... no, he does not.

Famous Dex Busted in NYC On Outstanding Warrant

Published | Updated

Famous Dex got arrested Thursday in NYC because he was in the wrong place at the wrong time ... and also because he was already a wanted man.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the rapper was busted in Manhattan on an outstanding warrant stemming from missing a previous court date for a public drinking violation. Now, the wrong place, wrong time part ...

We're told Dex was initially nabbed at the Royalton Park Avenue hotel with a group of people cops were investigating for credit card fraud. When they ran his name, the warrant for his arrest popped up.

Our sources say the rapper was also cited for marijuana possession. He was not charged for anything related to the alleged credit card fraud committed by the other people in the hotel room.

We're told Dex is being transferred to the Bronx to see a judge about that outstanding warrant.

We reached out to his reps and they confirm the rapper had nothing to do with the credit card fraud case.

Roseanne's TV Son Michael Fishman Worries for Crew They Missed Out on Jobs!

Published | Updated

Roseanne Barr's TV son, Michael Fishman, says he fears the sudden cancellation of their show might have left a lot of people without a job -- and he's right ... TMZ has learned.

Fishman, who plays D.J. Conner on "Roseanne," tells us, "I worry most for our crew and writers who passed on jobs this year to stay with us." As we reported ... ABC axed the show hours after Roseanne's racist tweet.

Welp, Mike's concerns are indeed valid. A production source who was working on "Roseanne" tells us about 300 people are now unemployed after the cancellation. We're told most production gigs for the fall were filled in the last few weeks during network upfronts.

The source says a lot of the "Roseanne" crew -- including writers and others -- are hoping to land jobs during mid-season replacements this year to help pay for their life expenses, which we're told can be ... well, expensive! One crew member has 2 kids in grad school, and says they couldn't afford the show getting tanked out of nowhere like it did.

A 2nd source tied directly to the show also tells us people might've overextended themselves financially considering the show's massive ratings, and might've had a false sense of job security.

It's unclear whether writers and crew will get paid for the scrapped upcoming season.

Thomas Markle I Never Asked My Daughter For Money

Published | Updated

Meghan Markle's dad, Thomas, has never asked his daughter for money -- despite reports -- because he says he leads a frugal life by choice and doesn't need extra cash.

Thomas is shooting down reports that, in the weeks before his daughter's lavish royal wedding, he reached out to Meghan for money on at least two occasions and Meghan refused to help him out.

Thomas tells us the rumor is "just plain bulls***" despite outlets repeatedly pushing the story. He says he's got a decent retirement fund and doesn't need his daughter's help when it comes to money, but if he did he knows Meghan would help him out.

Thomas says money has never been a topic of conversation between the two. Neither brings it up when they talk.

As for his health ... he says he's been resting a lot since his heart surgery and will be going to his 2-week follow-up appointment next week.

Jermaine Jackson's Ex He Makes Up to $500k/Month ... So, Here's What I Want!!

Published | Updated

Jermaine Jackson's estranged wife says $35k per month is a fair amount for spousal support ... because she claims he's raking in way more than that every month.

Halima Rashid filed new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, asking for $35,643 per month in spousal support. She claims it's a decent amount since Jermaine's income fluctuates between $50k and $500k per month, depending on which concerts he books and other business deals.

According to the docs, Halima makes just $600 per month, and had to sell her cars to pay her bills. She says her primary job during their marriage was being by Jermaine's side. She also says she's gotta pay for treatment on a neck injury she claims Jermaine caused during a 2015 domestic violence incident.

Worth noting, Halima got arrested after that incident, not Jermaine.

Halima also says, in the docs, Jermaine's banned her from the house they lived in together.

We broke the story ... Halima filed for divorce back in June 2016.

Chris Paul Severing L.A. Ties Puts Mansion Up for Sale!!!

Published | Updated

Good news, Houston Rockets fans -- you may have lost Game 7 of the Western Conference Finals, but all early signs point to your star PG Chris Paul returning next season ... including the fact he's selling his L.A.-area home.

CP3, who's set to be a free agent next season, put his Calabasas property on the market just months after buying a massive mega-mansion in Texas about 30 miles from where the Rockets play ... and he's asking for a cool $11.5 million.

The Calabasas pad -- which Paul bought in 2015 for nearly $9 mil -- is more than 11,000 sq. ft. with 6 beds and 8 baths ... featuring a master bedroom with a private courtyard, a chef's kitchen with a pizza oven, a refrigerated wine closet and a home theater.

The ballin' grounds boast a pool & spa, fountain, waterfall, fire pit, BBQ island ... and a full-size outdoor basketball court. Oh, and Khloe Kardashian is the next-door neighbor.

Tomer and Isidora Fridman are working with Paul on the sale ... which seems to scream -- I wanna stay in Houston!!

Tommy Lee Calabasas Palace Back Up for Sale

Published | Updated

Tommy Lee's Calabasas pad is apparently home sweet home no longer ... so he's trying to unload it once again.

The rocker put his 6 bed, 8 bath, nearly 10,000 sq. ft. palace back on the market after briefly taking it down early this year. Tommy's house is 3 levels featuring walnut floors, stone counters, soaring ceilings, a full gym and an incredible music studio transformed from a 13-car garage.

If that's not cool enough ... there's also a retractable roof covering a jungle-like indoor atrium with cascading waterfalls. And just for good measure ... the backyard boasts a saltwater pool and built-in BBQ.

Lee was asking for nearly $5 mil for the home last year, but is now working with new agents -- Jonathan Siegfried and Tomer Fridman -- and dropped the price to $4.65 mil.

You'll recall ... this is the house where Tommy Lee's son recently coldcocked his dad, triggering a criminal investigation.

He bought the property in 2007 for $5.85 mil ... so it seems like quite a steal.

Daniel Craig 007 Reports for Duty Again ... But, Just 'for the Money'

Published | Updated

Well, whadya know? Daniel Craig is on set, in the role he swore he'd rather slash his wrists than play again -- Bond. James Bond.

Daniel was in Cardona, Spain Tuesday for what appears to be the start of filming for his fifth 007 flick ... and a production assistant clearly wanted to keep it under wraps. This will be the 25th installment in the franchise, and the working title is "Bond 25."

DC's looking suave as ever in the black tux during the shoot in a castle ... especially considering how staunchly he vowed he'd never put it on again.

You'll recall, back in 2015, Daniel said he was totally "over" the James Bond role, but left himself an out, saying he'd only do it again "for the money."

Word is he got plenty of it. There are all kinds of crazy numbers being reported for Daniel's salary -- some as high as $66 million!

That's a crap ton of shaken-not-stirred martinis.

Prince Estate Woman Probably Isn't His Kid And, Even IF She Were ...

Published | Updated

Prince's estate has a message for the woman claiming she might be his daughter -- kick rocks, you're way too late ... TMZ has learned.

The estate filed a response to Snowe Melinda Saxman ... saying she missed the deadline to establish the heirs to Prince's fortune. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Prince's estate says they gave everyone a year from May 18, 2017 to file a claim. Saxman filed on May 18, 2018, which the estate says is a day past the limit.

The estate adds ... even if Saxman had been on time, and even if she WAS his actual daughter, there are technicalities under Minnesota law that would prevent her from staking a claim. Saxman had said she was adopted as a child, but believes Prince is her real dad -- but the law prevents adoptees from obtaining heirship to biological parents.

Prince's estate wants Saxman's claim tossed.

Dr. Dre Subterranean Home Building Clues

Published | Updated

Dr. Dre's mega-mansion in L.A. is a sight to behold, but he's looking to add even more awesomeness to it ... underground.

According to L.A. City docs, obtained by TMZ ... Dre's got plans to dig up a huge portion of his property -- roughly the size of his home -- to build a basement (or bunker? or music studio?) featuring a few lightwells. He's also obtained permits to add retaining walls around his palace ... and a guard house.

It's unclear what the whole project's gonna cost the music mogul, but with excavation and additions -- along with construction of an underground fortress -- it could potentially be millions.

FYI -- Dre applied for the permits a few years ago, but he just got them granted this month.

Dr. Dre's mansion sits on 4 acres in Brentwood and features an infinity pool with ocean and canyon views, a poolside cabana, a gym, an outdoor kitchen and living area, 7 fireplaces ... and a freakin' moat.

He bought the house in 2014 from Tom Brady and Gisele for $40 million, and recently scooped up another pad in Calabasas for $4.9 mil.

Clearly ... he's still got cash to spare.

'Pawn Stars' Jesse Amoroso Cobain's 'Unplugged' Guitar is Priceless ... Like Jimi's Woodstock Strat

Published | Updated

"Pawn Stars" Jesse Amoroso says Kurt Cobain's "MTV Unplugged" guitar is a piece of rock and roll history and belongs someplace special ... in other words -- NOT with Frances Bean's ex-husband.

The guitar expert and Cowtown Guitars owner tells TMZ ... Kurt's 'Unplugged' performance with the 1959 Martin D-18E is synonymous with the '90s and as iconic as the white Fender Stratocaster Jimi Hendrix shredded with at Woodstock.

Amoroso says because Cobain played the acoustic-electric Martin -- which is already a rare guitar because only 302 were ever made -- it's basically priceless ... though he estimates it could easily fetch close to a million bucks or more at auction.

Jesse also tells us if Cobain's 'Unplugged' guitar ends up on sale, he hopes it ends up someplace where it will be appreciated ... like Seattle's Museum of Pop Culture or the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

We broke the story ... Frances Bean Cobain conceded her dad's famous guitar to her ex-husband, Isaiah Silva, in their divorce settlement after a long legal battle.

No word yet on what he plans to do with it.

TMZ has learned ... Josh Martinez and Paul Abrahamian are teaming up for the "Big Brother" mash-up season of 'Race.' They were on season 19 of 'BB,' which Josh ended up winning the $500k grand prize ... and Paul came in second.

Despite the fact Paul bitch slapped Josh while they were in the 'BB' house -- we're told they actually became good friends afterward. We'll see if that holds up though, while they race around the world.

Paul and Josh join other former houseguests Rachel Reilly and Caleb Reynolds, as well as James Huling and Corey Brooks. The 'Race' starts at the end of the month in New Guinea.
