Tupac Death BMW Getting Lowball Interest ... Sellers Standing Firm!!!

Tupac Shakur's "murder car" is up for sale and it's getting lots of offers from interested buyers ... problem is, no one's hitting the magic number -- the $1.7 million asking price.

Honchos at Celebrity Cars Las Vegas, where the 1996 BMW 750IL is on display, tell TMZ ... the whip's been on the market for years, and while they've gotten 30 to 40 offers in the past year, none were willing to pay that very steep price.

No matter, Celebrity Cars is refusing to budge from $1.7 mil -- in part, we're told, because they view Pac's "murder car" as a one-of-a-kind piece.

As we told you, it's the car Pac was riding in, with Suge Knight behind the wheel, when they were shot Sept. 7, 1996 in Las Vegas after a Mike Tyson fight. Pac died 6 days later from his injuries.

With the 25th anniversary of the shooting having just passed, we're told Celebrity Cars believes interest in the BMW is gaining momentum and the car will soon be off their hands.

Celebrity Cars and Pac's "murder car" were featured on a 2018 episode of "Pawn Stars" ... when the asking price was a mere $1.5 mil. A rep for CC told Rick Harrison they were offered $900k and passed. Rick ultimately refused to pay full price.

As for the $200k bump in the asking price, we're told it's based on demand and interest.

Stay tuned ...

Barack Obama & Bill Clinton Triller Wants Ex-Presidents to Call Fights!!! Offer Out to Bill Already

Triller Fight Club is bipartisan -- or it's trying like hell to be -- because we've learned the company's made Bill Clinton an offer it hopes he can't refuse to get on the mic to announce a fight later this year.

TMZ Sports is told Clinton's people have been sent the deal, but hasn't responded to Triller one way or another. The offer comes after Triller successfully landed ex-Prez Donald Trump to do commentary for Saturday's Evander Holyfield vs. Vitor Belfort fight.

Someone at Triller's got POTUS fever, obviously, because we're told they're also planning to offer an announcing gig to Barack Obama. The specifics of Clinton and Obama's potential deals aren't clear -- but if they mirror Trump's, Triller's gonna be backing up a Brinks truckload of dough.

As for the fights Clinton and/or Obama would be on the mic for, we're told it's possible it could be for the return of Oscar De La Hoya, who was originally supposed to fight Belfort this weekend until he got COVID-19.

I'D K.O. JOE!!!
Triller

Obviously, landing #42 and #44 could be a PPV draw, but it's also an important strategic move. Trump is the most polarizing person in the country, and many fans were not happy when Triller brought him aboard. Obama and Clinton would make the company look politically unbiased.

One more thing ... we don't know if Bill and Barack would be working a fight together or doing separate matches. You can bet Triller would take 'em any way they want.

T.J. Watt Scores Massive $112 Million Contract ... After Big Ben Goes To Bat For Star

UPDATE

1:40 PM PT -- 9/9 -- What Big Ben wants, Big Ben apparently gets ... 'cause just 1 day after the quarterback urged the Steelers to pay Watt, the team has vowed to do just that.

UPDATE

Watt and Pittsburgh agreed to a mega, 4-year, $112 MILLION deal on Thursday ... NFL Network's Ian Rapoport and ESPN's Adam Schefter reported.

UPDATE

The contract -- which Watt is expected to officially sign within the next day or so -- comes with a fully guaranteed $80 MIL, Rapoport reported.

UPDATE

Watt should now be fully ready to play against the Bills on Sunday ... but first, perhaps a thank you gift or two for Ben???

Ben Roethlisberger says the Steelers better pay T.J. Watt ASAP ... explaining to reporters on Wednesday a new contract for the defensive star is "one of the reasons I took less money."

"I think T.J. should get whatever the heck he wants," Big Ben said. "He's arguably the best football player in the game right now, not just on defense, just in general."

Watt is currently locked in a heated contract dispute with the Steelers ... and things have gotten so contentious, there's a chance Watt -- who's sat out team drills in Pittsburgh practices while waiting for a new deal -- might miss the season-opener on Sunday over it all.

PAY THE MAN
Pittsburgh Steelers

Ben clearly thinks it should never have gotten to this point ... 'cause the QB explained to media members this is why he agreed to take a pay cut to play for the Steelers this season.

"One of the reasons I took less money was for guys like him to get paid, and he needs to get paid," Roethlisberger said.

"He deserves every penny that he wants and asks for. T.J. Watt is that guy that should get whatever he wants."

Watt has made the Pro Bowl in 3 of his 4 seasons with the Steelers ... piling up 49.5 sacks in 62 games. His next contract is expected to make him the highest-paid defensive player in the league.

"He was here every single day and he didn't need to be, working, busting his butt," Roethlisberger said. "He should get taken care of."

Donald Trump I'd K.O. Biden Within Seconds ... In Boxing Match

Donald Trump thinks he'd knockout Joe Biden EASILY in a boxing match ... saying the current POTUS wouldn't stand a chance.

#45 faced the media at the Evander Holyfield vs. Vitor Belfort presser before his big commentary gig for Saturday's event ... when he was asked who he'd want to face off against in the ring for a hypothetical fight.

"If you said if I had to box somebody, I think probably my easiest fight would be Joe Biden," Trump said. "Because I think he'd go down very, very quickly. Very, very quickly."

I'D K.O. JOE!!!
Triller

Of course, Trump ain't shy about his hate for Biden ... often referring to #46 as "Sleepy Joe."

DT's refused to accept the fact Biden beat him fair and square in the voting booths during the 2020 presidential election ... so it's no surprise he'd want to duke it out in the ring.

As we previously reported, The Donald is getting paid MILLIONS to call one of three broadcast options for the Triller fight on Saturday alongside his son, Don Jr.

Part of his duties included being the "honored guest" during the bout's final press conference at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort on Thursday ... but only Trump Jr. was actually present.

DTJ said the gig is a natural fit for the Trumps -- they grew up loving combat sports and would probably end up calling the fight to themselves if it weren't for the opportunity.

Trump will be joined by UFC's Jorge Masvidal and Todd Grisham in the broadcast booth on Saturday ... but if you aren't interested in that, there's always the main broadcast with 50 Cent.

THIS IS HIS WORLD
Triller

As for a fight between Trump and Biden?? Don't hold your breath -- both guys are in their 70s ... among other obvious reasons.

But hey, we can dream.

Prince Andrew Sexual Assault Case Alan Dershowitz Trying to Help ... Wants to Unseal Epstein Settlement

Prince Andrew's old friend, Alan Dershowitz, is trying to get him out of a jam with his sexual assault lawsuit ... by asking a judge to unseal some old legal docs involving Jeffrey Epstein.

As you'll recall ... Queen Elizabeth's son was sued last month by Virginia Roberts Giuffre, who claims she was a victim of Epstein's sex-trafficking scheme for powerful men, including guys like Prince Andrew and Dershowitz.

Giuffre also sued Dershowitz in 2019 and made similar accusations, but she recently dropped her battery claim against him. He says she dropped it because an old settlement she reached with Epstein in 2009 released him and others from certain liability ... meaning they can't be sued by her for the sexual claims.

According to new legal docs filed by Dershowitz ... this confidential settlement is the reason she had to drop the battery claim against him, and he believes it should apply to Prince Andrew too.

However, according to legal docs, Giuffre's lawyers claim they can't undo the confidentiality of the settlement because other parties were involved ... and Epstein's estate won't undo it either. So, Dershowitz is asking the judge to step in.

Dershowitz wants the judge to unseal the 2009 settlement with Giuffre -- or at least a redacted version of it -- so Prince Andrew can try to use it to get the sexual assault claims against him dropped.

Prince Andrew is accused of sexually abusing Giuffre in NYC when she was 17 as part of the alleged sex trafficking by Epstein and his accused co-conspirator, Ghislaine Maxwell.

Andrew was not cooperative with FBI and federal prosecutors in 2019 and 2020 -- when they wanted to talk to him about Epstein -- and in wake of Epstein's arrest and death in his jail cell, the Prince claimed he couldn't remember meeting Giuffre ... despite a 2001 photograph where he's apparently posing with her.

Prince Andrew retreated from all public roles in May 2020 over his ties to Epstein.

Donald Trump I'm Getting 'Obscene' Amount of Money ... For Calling Holyfield/Belfort Fight

Donald Trump is doing way more than calling a fight this weekend ... he's bragging about making an outrageous amount of cash for the gig, and his deal has a crazy perk.

Multiple sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ, Trump says he's making an "obscene" amount of money providing "live, alternative commentary" on the Evander Holyfield/Vitor Belfort fight. We're told Triller, the media company behind the event, is paying a fortune ... millions and millions for his blow-by-blow analysis, though our sources would not be more specific.

And there's more. Trump says Triller is providing him with a G-5 jet to take him back and forth. What's unclear ... Trump lives in West Palm Beach, a stone's throw from the Hard Rock in Hollywood, Florida where the event is taking place. So that's a car drive, not a plane ride.  It's possible Trump's going to New York City earlier in the day to commemorate 9/11.

We don't know what Triller is paying Don Jr., who will join his father providing commentary.

We're told the deal was sealed over Labor Day weekend ... a deal Trump just couldn't refuse.

Our sources say not everyone connected with the event is pleased, and some are downright angry.

We reached out to Triller ... so far, no word back.

Beck KEEPS SOME BANKSY ART, LOSES MINIVAN ... In Divorce Settlement

Beck's walking away from his marriage with some precious Banksy art ... but he's taking the 'L' when it comes to the family minivan in his divorce.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ ... the judge signed off on Beck and Marissa Ribisi's divorce judgement, which became final last Friday. Beck and Marissa are splitting up their crazy art collection, with both getting some works from the famous Banksy.

Beck's getting 4 Banksy pieces, including works titled "Hunters" and "Sale Ends Today."

The "Where It's At" singer is getting more pieces of real estate than his wife, including properties in Los Angeles, Malibu, Memphis and Little Rock ... and he's going to have to fork over a cool $500,000 to even things out between them.

Marissa -- an actress who had roles in "Dazed and Confused," "Pleasantville" and several other movies -- is getting 5 Banksy pieces, plus some bank accounts and the family minivan, a 2014 Honda Odyssey.

Per the terms of the judgment, Beck will pay Marissa $18,169 per month in spousal support, plus additional amounts if he earns more than $1.7 million in a year. He's also got to pay at least $14,531 per month in child support (again, plus additional amounts if he earns more than $1.7 million in a year), and they will have joint legal custody of their 2 kids. Beck and his ex will figure out some of the physical custody schedule on their own, but Beck will get the kids at least 19% of the time.

As we reported ... Beck filed for divorce in February 2019, after nearly 15 years of marriage.

Kodak Black Cop's COVID Death Moved Me ... Donates $20k to Her Child

Kodak Black wants to ensure the daughter of a cop who died from COVID can go to college -- he's making a hefty donation after hearing about the officer's story.

Here's the deal ... Fort Lauderdale police officer Jennifer Sepot recently died after contracting COVID-19 and experiencing complications related to the virus, leaving behind a 2-year-old daughter.

Kodak's attorney, Bradford Cohen, tells TMZ ... the rapper read an article about the cop's COVID death, saw she had a young daughter and said ... "Make sure that kid is straight. Pay for her college fund."

Kodak donated $20,000 to a college fund for the little girl, and we're told he was so moved by Officer Sepot's story because he also battled COVID.

Cohen says Kodak contracted COVID several months ago and suffered from body aches, headaches and difficulty breathing for about 10 days.

The Fort Lauderdale Fraternal Order of Police tells TMZ ... they're "grateful to everyone who has donated to the Sepot family in memory of Jennifer. Her loss has had an immeasurable and lasting impact on our officers. The generosity by supporters has offered a degree of hope during a time in which support for law enforcement feels to be a waning movement."

Akon Michael K. Williams' Death Proves ... Rich and Famous Struggle More than the Poor

CHECK IN WITH YOUR FRIENDS
TMZ.com

Akon is mourning the loss of his good friend Michael K. Williams, and says he's the latest example of how the "facade of success" can send celebrities into a tailspin.

We got the artist Tuesday at Petrossian in L.A., and he said although he was close to Michael, they hadn't seen each other since the pandemic.

Akon has an interesting take, saying the rich and famous go through more issues than the poor. As he says, "More money, more problems."

He also talks about how the pandemic has masked real mental health struggles ... literally with masks that hide emotions.

Akon feels strongly, drugs and alcohol never solve difficult issues ... they send people down a dark path that, in Michael's case, ends in tragedy.

As you know, Michael died over the weekend of an apparent drug overdose. Police believe it might have been heroin-related, and they've launched an investigation to determine who may have provided him with the drugs.

Nipsey Hussle Estate Sues Alleged Counterfeiters For Selling Bootleg Merch

Nipsey Hussle's estate wants to stop alleged bootleggers from hawking merch with his popular brands on them, but it's got a problem ... the estate says most of the sellers operate out of China.

The late rapper's brother and estate administrator, Samiel Asghedom, just filed suit against several entities that the estate believes are behind a bunch of e-commerce websites selling knockoff Marathon-related clothing ... which is Nip's line.

Asghedom says the estate has the rights to several registered trademarks -- including a "Crenshaw" logo for clothing, another clothing line called "South Central State of Mind" and others -- but claims the websites in question are using the marks without permission.

The estate also says the foreign e-commerce sites have specifically targeted sales to Illinois residents ... which appears to be why the lawsuit is filed in a federal court in Illinois.

According to the lawsuit, there are tell-tale signs linking the various sites ... including misspellings, similar checkout methods and accepted payments, ad tactics and so on.

The estate also believes a lot of these sites are operating out of China, and perhaps in concert with one another, using different operating systems and domain host sites to cover their tracks.

Nipsey's estate wants the judge to force the sites to hand over their domain registrations and is also looking for big damages -- either all the profits from the merch sales using the trademarks, or $2 million per infraction!!!

Tupac BMW He Was Shot in ... For Sale at Over a Million Bucks!!!

Tupac Shakur's "murder car" can be yours for the taking -- if you're into macabre stuff -- but it won't be cheap ... you'll need damn near $2 mil in cash to claim this ride.

This 1996 BMW 750IL is the same one Pac was riding in, while Suge Knight drove, 25 years ago today in Las Vegas. The rapper was shot Sept. 7, 1996, and eventually died in a hospital from his injuries.

The bullet holes from that fateful night have been repaired, and word is that it's been restored to its original condition. Now, the price -- a whopping $1.7 million! So yeah, this is definitely for the diehard and very wealthy Tupac fans.

The car is for sale and on display at the Celebrity Cars Las Vegas showroom -- not too far from where the fatal shooting went down.

Pac and Suge had stopped at a traffic light following a Mike Tyson fight ... when another vehicle pulled up alongside them and opened fire, hitting Pac multiple times while only grazing Suge.

As you know, the rest is history. Tupac's killer has never been brought to justice.

Clinton Portis Pleads Guilty To Fraud Charge ... Faces 10 Years Behind Bars

Clinton Portis could be headed to prison for a LONG time ... 'cause he's now facing up to 10 years behind bars after he agreed to plead guilty to a fraud charge last week.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, the former NFL star cut a deal with prosecutors on Friday ... and pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit health care fraud.

As a result, per the docs, 40-year-old Portis now faces a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison ... as well as HEAVY fines.

Portis had been hit with multiple charges by federal prosecutors in 2019 ... after prosecutors say he -- and several other ex-NFL players -- developed a scheme to get cash from the Gene Upshaw NFL Player Plan.

Prosecutors say Portis and the other former players made up fake claims and submitted them to the plan, which was initially designed to help retired players pay for medical bills.

Prosecutors alleged Portis and the players made huge coin after the plan reimbursed them.

Investigators say some of the fraudulent claims the players were reimbursed for included pricey hyperbaric oxygen chambers and ultrasound machines.

Portis went to trial over the allegations last week, but jurors could not reach a verdict. The case had been set for a re-trial ... before Portis ultimately reached his deal with prosecutors.

Portis' sentencing hearing is slated for January.

Clinton was a star running back in the NFL from 2002 through 2010 -- rushing for 9,923 yards and 75 TDs in his career.

PARAMORE'S HAYLEY WILLIAMS Buy My Nashville Home ... Doubled As My Studio!!!

Paramore's lead vocalist Hayley Williams just put one of her Nashville homes on the market ... and it's the place where she recorded her second solo album.

The singer listed the 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom pad for a cool $1 million ... and the place is 2,137 square feet and recently renovated.

As you can see in the gallery, the place has a quirky master bedroom and bath on the upstairs level, wood floors throughout, carefully manicured lawns, patios, a fire pit and a green front door that really sticks out.

Hayley's Cape Cod-style home is in a booming area of Hillsboro Village, in walking distance to tons of shops, grocery stores and restaurants.

The home served as a creative inspiration for Hayley ... she recorded her second solo record, "Flowers for Vases / Descansos," at the property. The album came out in February, and now it looks like she's ready to move on.

Donna Brevard of Zeitlin Sotheby's International Realty has the listing.

Barstool's Dave Portnoy Brooks Koepka's 'Mentally Weak' ... Gonna Crush Him In Charity Golf Match

IT'S IN THE BAG
TMZSports.com
UPDATE

12:02 PM PT -- As it turns out, Koepka went down with a wrist injury this weekend … which has forced the big match to be delayed until after the golfer is fully healed.

Barstool Sports president Dave Portnoy ain't fazed by going up against a 4-time major winner on Tuesday ... telling TMZ Sports he's gonna whoop golf superstar Brooks Koepka's ass on the links -- for charity!!!

El Pres is facing off against Brooks (who will be playing left-handed) in a $250,000 match on September 7 ... with the winner getting the huge chunk of change sent to the cause of their choice.

We spoke with Dave at the Slice app pop-up at Brooklyn Pizza Masters ahead of the big event ... and he says he's fully expecting 250k to hit the Barstool Fund afterwards -- courtesy of Mr. Koepka.

"He's mentally weak," Portnoy tells us. "I think he's a bum and I think I'm gonna beat him pretty easily."

"Brooks Koepka is a country club kid," he added. "He's not used to people talking trash to him and I'm convinced he's mentally weak."

Dave says he's been crushing it on the course leading up to the competition ... and is fully preparing to live rent-free in Koepka's head.

BARSTOOL BOWLIN'
TMZSports.com

We also spoke with Portnoy about Barstool sponsoring the Arizona Bowl this upcoming college football season ... and he said they're gunning to make it "the most unique bowl in the history of bowl games."

Portnoy will be in the booth with Dan "Big Cat" Katz when the time comes ... and hopes the game will lead to even more exciting events in the future.

But for now, he's focused on getting that dub against Koepka.

Hurricane Ida NYC Photog on a Mission ... To Find Delivery Guy Wading Thru Flood

A guy waded through waist-deep waters just to deliver grub to a hungry New Yorker during Hurricane Ida's massive flooding -- and one photog wants to ID him ... and get him paid!

The man in this video was filmed by Johnny Miller, who runs a freelance photography business -- among other ventures -- and who couldn't believe this dude got stuck on a food run for someone who might've used GrubHub, or any number of other delivery apps.

He wrote ... "And through it all! @Grubhub delivery still out there bringing your dinner #ida #flooding #brooklyn. Miller says this was in Willamsburg, around 10 PM on Wednesday.

The next day, Miller set out on a mission to actually find this dude, and give him some dough ... because the guy seems to need it if he's putting himself at risk for a gig job like this during a dangerous storm. And so, JM hit the streets ... using context clues he picked up on.

After a hard search in the same area, Miller says he came up empty -- this upon realizing he might've been using a generic Chinese takeout bag ... making it virtually impossible to pin him down. He even talked to other delivery bikers there, and they too had no clue.

Miller didn't give up ... requesting the help of the NYT, plus the general public. He's determined to locate the man and bring his story out in the open. Looks like he might've made some groundwork with an org called the Workers Justice Project, which dabbles in this field and might be able to assist in identifying the gig worker. Even AOC got in it!

She noted that now is NOT the time to be ordering delivery in NYC ... because some of these "deliveristas" might not have a choice but to work in these harsh conditions, and they shouldn't have to be subjected to that. The video has sparked larger talks about this type of work in general, with some pointing out these folks are legitimately underpaid and exploited.

BTW, this is far from the only bike food courier who's roughing in the flood ... there are other stories and images of workers doing the exact same thing -- and it's tough to see.

So far, it doesn't seem Miller (or anyone else, really) has been able to pluck the needle from the haystack here -- but he has raised a pretty penny that he plans to hand off eventually. Here's hoping someone notices and gets word to this fella ... they're looking for you, bro!

Kanye West Drake Can't Beat This ... Working on Homeware Line?!?

Kanye West looks to be channeling his inner Martha Stewart -- on the heels of huge music success, he's taking a crucial step toward launching his own line ... of homeware products.

Say whaaat? Yep, according to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Ye's company, Mascotte Holdings, Inc., filed a trademark application to slap the name "Kanye West" on a slew of home line products.

Unclear if his quest to legally change his name to "Ye" will affect this new venture ... but some of the products that will bear his name, in some fashion, include shower curtains, textile wall hangings, towels, placemats and blankets. Lots of blankets.

The docs specify Ye's company wants to crank out bed blankets, throw blankets, golf blankets ... using cashmere, fleece and silk.

Kanye famously designed his Hidden Hills home with Kim Kardashian ... a project that took several years and was eventually featured in Architectural Digest.

It should be noted ... Kim appeared to be heading down this very same road. Kim's company filed trademark docs last year to lock up "KKW Home." Her application included a lot of the same products as her estranged husband's -- towels, shower curtains/liners, linens, drapery, comforters and yes ... throw blankets.

Whether they're getting back together or not ... one thing's for sure -- these two are on a quest to conquer the consumer world.

Kanye's trademark application comes on the heels of crushing it on Apple Music with his 10th studio album, "Donda." #CantStopWontStop.
