Dr. Will Kirby, known for being one of the best 'Big Brother' winners of all time, scored a 2-for-1 deal at the movies Friday night -- see one film ... help save 2 lives.

Sources at Cinemark Playa Vista in L.A. tell us ... the Doc was with his wife watching "Blockers" when people began screaming in the middle of it and the lights came on. We're told they were shouting for medical assistance for a man having a seizure in the front row.

Dr. Will sprinted down and stabilized the man for about 20 minutes until EMS showed up and took him to the hospital. We're told management then addressed the crowd, Will got a standing ovation ... and they played the second half of the film.

That's a lot of action already, but it didn't stop there. We're told as Will was leaving, theater workers caught him and asked if he could help care for a girl who was seeing "A Quiet Place" who'd also suffered a seizure. Dr. Will stepped up again and stabilized her until help arrived ... and got another standing O.

We spoke to Kirby, who tells us ... "It was an amazing feeling to put my skills to use ... and unbelievably refreshing to see how positive, helpful and truly concerned all the moviegoers were. People were helping in any way possible to complete strangers, which was inspiring."

Quentin Tarantino's no stranger to pushing the envelope ... and that applies to the age limits on rides meant for children.

The famous director was seen at a Super A Foods market in L.A. Friday afternoon, and couldn't resist a ride on the coin-operated kiddie ride in front ... which happened to be a mini-version of Scooby-Doo's Mystery Machine.

We're told it looked like Tarantino was at the grocery store with other Hollywood types scouting for a movie. He hasn't made a film since 2015's "The Hateful Eight" ... but he's been linked to an upcoming 'Star Trek' and a third installment of the 'Kill Bill' franchise.

4:15 PM PT -- Abrams lists the date of separation as August 29, 2017. He's also asking the court to terminate Garth's right to spousal support.

Jennie Garth's third marriage is ending ... her husband has just filed for divorce ... TMZ has learned.

Dave Abrams filed for divorce Friday citing irreconcilable differences.

The "90210" star and Abrams, also an actor, got hitched in July 2015. They have no kids together. She has 3 daughters from a previous marriage.

Jennie said back in November she and Dave were taking a break, but now it looks like forever.

The world-famous "Rocky III" statue just got a major upgrade courtesy of the city of Philadelphia ... and the real-life Rocky wasn't about to miss the ceremony!!

Sylvester Stallone, who's in town filming "Creed 2," says he stopped by the bronzen Balboa earlier today to help unveil a plaque made for the statue 12 YEARS ago ... but got "misplaced" somehow (we blame Drago).

Joining Sly at the ceremony was Philly Mayor Jim Kenney ... and a pack of screaming "Rocky" fans!!

"I want to thank the Mayor Jim (Kenney) and his staff, the Philadelphia Police Department and of course the loyal fans that braved the cold. Keep punching, Philly," Stallone said on social media.

Remember, there were only TWO versions of the famous Rocky statue made for "Rocky III" -- and Sly has the other one back at his L.A. home ... which he's been showing off to some of his famous friends.

Seth Green can breathe easy ... Jamie Foxx ain't licking his chops to deal Seth a beating for licking Katie Holmes' toes.

We got Seth at LAX on Thursday and asked him about his hilariously disturbing scene from his new flick, "Dear Dictator" ... in which he licks and sucks on Katie's toes. Seth plays her boss and in the scene he tells her his wife is basically boring in the bedroom.

We asked Seth if preparing for the scene required lots of alcohol -- NOT the kind you'd think -- and if there were many takes required. Sucking and licking toes can be ticklish ... from what we hear.

Vivica A. Fox didn't take the high road when confronted by fur protesters at her book signing ... she took the holiest road.

The incident went down Wednesday night at Barnes & Noble in Tribeca where Vivica was signing copies of her book, "Everyday I'm Hustling." The video starts with protesters in full "Stop wearing fur" chants as Vivica patiently lets them do their thing.

Check it out ... Vivica at one point even says, "They're doing their thing." But then she dished it back with a good ol' "God bless you." Not once ... not twice ... not three times ... not four times -- well, just watch.

"Napoleon Dynamite" star Efren Ramirez says ICE and the Trump Administration are hanging an ex-gang member out to dry, and essentially signing the death warrant of the 19-year-old kid.

Efren is fired up about "Henry" ... the former MS-13 member whose story is now getting national attention. Quick backstory -- "Henry" fled El Salvador and sought asylum in the U.S. to escape his life in the international crime organization. He turned informant, in exchange for placement in witness protection -- but instead got tossed in a detention center, and is now scheduled to be deported.

Efren, who's of El Salvadorian descent, insists MS-13 will kill "Henry" as soon as he's sent back to El Salvador. As Efren sees it, "The fact he risked his life to give information that he knew, he was promised to be protected."

Kristen Stewart's showing no signs of flipping back to team Robert Pattinson ... at least not yet.

We got Kristen and her GF, Stella Maxwell, arriving together at LAX on Tuesday but, despite putting on a united front, Kristen still faced questions as to whether she's back with Robert. Kristen and Robert have reportedly had several "secret meetings" in the last few weeks.

You'll recall, Kristen and Robert had trouble in paradise after she allegedly cheated on him with director Rupert Sanders. Sure seems like Kristen and Stella are on the same page, though.

6:25 PM PT -- Beverly Hills PD tells TMZ ... Jaime was actually outside of the car when the man began smashing it, but her friend and 4-year-old son were inside, parked along the curb. We're told the man jumped on the vehicle and then on the rear windshield, causing glass to shatter ... which struck King's child.

Jaime's friend then jumped out of the car to confront the guy, and he threw a can at her. Police say the man vandalized another person's vehicle right before King's.

The suspect -- 47-year-old L.A. man, Paul Francis Floyd -- was arrested for felony child endangerment, felony vandalism, and misdemeanor battery. He's being held on $100k bail.

Jaime King was rattled to the point of tears when a stranger jumped onto her car and smashed her windows in the heart of Beverly Hills.

You can tell from the photos ... the actress was absolutely terrified. According to witnesses, Jaime was in her Mercedes-Benz when the man approached on a skateboard, crawled onto her hood ... and then started banging at her windshield.

He eventually moved to the back of her car, and you can see ... he nearly shattered the rear and front windshields. It's unclear when Jaime got out of the car, but she was not injured.

Police got multiple 911 calls from witnesses who said the man was on a mini-reign of terror even before he got to Jaime's car -- allegedly punching and kicking several other vehicles, and throwing cans at several passersby.

Lou Diamond Phillips took a plea deal stemming from his DWI arrest ... so now he's gotta stay off the sauce for a couple years.

The "La Bamba" actor pled guilty to driving under the influence back in November in Portland, Texas, and was sentenced to 2 years probation ... according to his lawyer.

The conditions of the probation reportedly state the 56-year-old actor must stay sober, take a DWI education class, not enter bars or taverns, report in-person to a probation officer for the first 4 months, and use a portable device to make sure he's not drinking alcohol.

Karrueche Tran was terrified when a man tried to run through security at the New Orleans airport ... and was planning her escape in case he had a gun.

We got Karrueche at LAX Wednesday after she arrived from Louis Armstrong International, where she witnessed a guy get taken down and arrested after he tried to flee the TSA screening area with his luggage.

She tells us she was scared the guy had either a gun or a bomb -- especially with Tuesday's shooting at YouTube headquarters in mind -- but gives props to the TSA agents for handling the situation before cops showed up for the arrest.

Law enforcement sources tell us the man ran from the screening area after he was told he couldn't go through the metal detector with his bag and to put it on the conveyor belt. We're told he was quickly caught and subdued ... but not before he injured a TSA officer in the process.

Fortunately, our sources say nothing suspicious was found in his bag, but it was enough to freak out the nearby passengers like Karrueche.

Channing Tatum doesn't look like he has the weight of the world on his shoulders after his separation from Jenna Dewan ... but he does have their kid up there.

Channing was spotted out Wednesday for the first time since news broke of his split with his wife of almost 9 years. He was leaving Target in Studio City carrying the ex-couple's daughter, Everly, on his shoulders and carrying a bag of goodies.

We saw Jenna out solo on Tuesday after a SoulCycle class in WeHo.

Ted Kennedy didn't abandon Mary Jo Kopechne when his car plunged off a bridge on Chappaquiddick Island ... he didn't even know she was in the car, according to a retired CIA operative.

We've been asked not to use the CIA person's name, but he worked for the agency for decades. He says back in 1969, Kennedy was romantically involved with the wife of a very powerful politician, and if word got out about the affair Kennedy was afraid it would ruin his career.

The operative says the night of the accident Kennedy and some of his buddies were all drunk and drove to a party on the Island. They went there because the politician's wife was at the party and Kennedy wanted to hook up with her. Mary Jo Kopechne was at the party ... she and Kennedy were acquaintances but not romantically involved.

According to the operative, Mary Jo was drunk, said she had a headache, got up and said she was going into one of the bedrooms to lie down.

At some point later in the evening, Kennedy and the politician's wife wanted "some alone time" and didn't want to do anything in front of the group, so they got in the car and drove ... eventually plunging off the bridge into the water. They both swam to shore safely. The operative says both were not injured.

The operative says unbeknownst to either Kennedy or the politician's wife, Mary Jo apparently was unable to sleep in the house because of the noise, so she went into the back seat of the car where she fell asleep ... which is where she died. At least one person at the party knew Mary Jo had gone into one of the cars and told authorities that after the accident.

The operative says cops immediately knew the politician's wife was in the car, because she had left her purse on the front seat. The operative says so began a cover-up to protect Kennedy.

Minnie Driver's years-long war with her neighbor has finally come to an end ... TMZ has learned.

According to legal docs ... Minnie and her neighbor, Daniel Perelmutter, reached a settlement in their heated dispute over their property line. The exact terms of their peace agreement are not included in the docs -- but sources connected to both parties tell us money did change hands. The case was scheduled to go to trial soon.

We've chronicled their battles since 2015. Highlights include Minnie claiming Daniel blew cigar smoke in her children's faces and told her to "f*** off and die" -- and Daniel suing Minnie for chucking baby food jars filled with paint at his house. She also got a restraining order against him.

Cops had to get involved in 2016 to break up a shouting match between them.

Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan may have called it quits on their marriage, but their business relationship is as strong as ever ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the former couple tell us ... nothing will change between Channing and Jenna when it comes to their joint entertainment ventures, which currently includes executive producing the new YouTube Red series "Step Up: High Water." The show stars Lauryn McClain and Petrice Jones and features Faizon Love, Naya Rivera and Ne-Yo.

We're told the 2 could be partnering up on future 'Step Up' projects as well, and have no issues moving forward and working together despite announcing their separation Monday after nearly 9 years of marriage.

As we reported ... the couple met on the set of the 2006 film "Step Up" and tied the knot in July 2009, and have still been seen hanging out in recent weeks on social media.
