Post Malone has another reason to make you say "wow" ... he's getting into the marijuana business, with his very own weed venture set to officially launch on his birthday!!!

Sources close to the Post tell TMZ ... he's launching a chronic company he's dubbed Shaboink, and it's specializing in a line of flower, pre-roll joints and vaporizers.

The company debuted at the annual cannabis trade show, Hall of Flowers, at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds in Santa Rosa, CA ... but we're told Shaboink products will officially roll out in dispensaries across the state on July 4, Post's 24th bday.

Post's biz will produce THC and CBD products, as well as some dank accessories. Y'know ... rolling papers, grinders, hats and stickers. Hemper manufactured the packaging and pre-rolled cones for the brand.

As for the name Shaboink ... we're told it's a word Posts been saying for years. It's also a slang term for "the act of two people fornicating in a wild spontaneous fashion." We're guessing Post likes to shaboink with a side of sativa.

YFN Lucci's not a lawyer, but he has some legal advice for fellow Atlanta rapper Offset on how to handle that felony arrest warrant.

We got YFN leaving Icebox Diamonds & Watches in the ATL Thursday -- says he just dropped $500k in there, and was NOT shy about showing off his bling ... or his whip.

When we brought up Offset's case -- for allegedly smashing a fan's $800 phone -- YFN said it's hard for him to relate because he always shows his fans love and respect. Watch the clip ... he ripped a page out of his own playbook and handed it to the Migos rapper.

Lucci makes it clear he doesn't think Offset deserves a felony warrant for a mere slap of a phone, but he still needs to rectify the situation. The fan told us he just wants Offset to pay for his broken phone and not be arrested ... so YFN might be on to something.

Usher's put that $20 million herpes lawsuit with Laura Helm behind him -- the case has been dismissed again, but this time it looks like they reached a settlement.

According to court docs, Laura filed to dismiss her suit earlier this week because she and Usher have "reached an amicable resolution." As to how much that resolution cost Usher -- neither side will say.

We reached out to attorneys for both sides, and they would only repeat that word ... "amicable." The dismissal was filed with prejudice ... meaning it can't be refiled, and that's typically done when there's been a financial settlement.

You'll recall, Helm sued the singer back in 2017 ... claiming he had exposed her to the virus when they had unprotected sex. She initially sued for $10 million, then upped it to $20 mil for emotional harm and punitive damages.

Everything's come full circle for Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian -- the former besties have solidified their BFF status once again ... thanks to their asses.

Kim was spotted Thursday outside Hollywood's Nightingale Plaza club, glammed up alongside Paris on the set of what looks to be the music video shoot for Hilton's new single with Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, "Best Friend's Ass."

Paris and Kim have both teased a secret project together on social media ... and now all signs point to it being this music vid.

Along with Kim, Paris was joined by "RuPaul's Drag Race" star and Britney Spears impersonator, Derrick Barry, who was decked out in full "I'm a Slave 4 U" attire.

There were also more drag queens, shirtless hunks and snakes on set ... lots of snakes.

The irony of Paris' new song title is strong. If you'll recall ... when she and Kim had their falling out more than a decade ago, she said she would not want a butt like the famous Kardashian, adding ... "It's gross! It reminds me of cottage cheese inside a big trash bag."

Peabo Bryson remains hospitalized since suffering a heart attack -- though his condition is improving -- and has had to cancel several concerts as a result.

TMZ broke the story ... Peabo was at his Georgia home in the early hours of Saturday morning when he suffered a mild heart attack. The singer was quickly stabilized and doctors were hopeful that he'd make a speedy recovery.

Peabo is still in the hospital, though a rep for Bryson tells us he is on his way to making a full recovery.

We're told Bryson has had to cancel the following shows in order to rest and focus on his health.

Kodak Black's trying hard to get back in karma's good graces ... by doling out cash for kids in need.

We're told the rapper heard about a teen's quest to get a notebook in the hands of all 7,600 students in the Cleburne Independent School District in Texas. 14-year-old Paige Cook had a successful first campaign last year ... collecting 40k pencils.

Paige's mom, Angel, tells TMZ ... her daughter upped her game this year with the notebooks AND 60k pencils. But, with such an ambitious goal, it was clear she was gonna need some help. Enter, Kodak.

Bradford Cohen, Kodak's attorney, tells us the rapper picked up the tab -- a cool $12,500 -- for the notebooks. The items will benefit a school district where a majority of its students come from low-income communities.

Kodak's no stranger to taking on a good cause ... he's played Santa before and donated cash for early childhood education. At the time, he said he was focused on making a positive impact.

Offset was minding his own business when he was accosted by a guy who's now trying to get famous and score a big payday ... according to the rapper's lawyer.

Drew Findling tells TMZ ... the warrant issued for Offset's arrest for allegedly damaging a fan's phone is "disgraceful and should be dismissed immediately," because he says the whole case is a load of baloney.

Findling says the incident went down while Offset was "simply trying to buy some items for youngest child" at Target. Offset's lawyer points out the guy whose phone was allegedly shattered, Junior Gibbons, waited 4 days to file a police report, and "this so called victim, instead took to social media for an extended 15 minutes of fame."

He adds, there's been no investigation and no evidence to show Offset caused the damage to Gibbons's phone.

We broke the story ... a felony arrest warrant was issued Thursday for the phone smacking incident. Gibbons claims after Offset slapped it out of his hand, it fell to the ground and shattered.

Gibbons tells us his main objective in filing the police report was simply to have Offset pay to replace the broken phone -- and he doesn't want him arrested.

Remy Ma's criminal past could come back to bite her, because it means she's facing the possibility of added jail time ... stemming from her latest assault case.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the rapper is under investigation not only for allegedly punching "Love & Hip Hop New York" star Brittney Taylor in the face at a concert last month, but also to determine if the incident was a parole violation.

We broke the story ... Remy turned herself in to cops Wednesday and was booked for misdemeanor assault. She bailed out shortly afterward, and her attorney claims all of Taylor's accusations are lies.

Regardless, the case has sparked a probe by New York State's Division of Parole, because as we've reported ... Remy's currently on parole. She has been since she was released from prison in 2014 after doing 6 years for her connection to a shooting.

We're told the parole authorities are reviewing her latest assault case -- and if she did violate parole ... it could be revoked, and she could get additional time behind bars.

For now, the judge ordered Remy to have no contact with Taylor, and imposed an 8 PM curfew.

6:45 AM PT -- Jesse Grice, Reverend Elvis who officiated, tells TMZ he was booked for the wedding a week ago but wasn't told who was getting hitched. We're told Joe and Sophie booked the entire Chapel from 8 PM to 12 AM ... so no other weddings were going down. Grice says he recognized the Jonas Bros, but had no idea who Sophie Turner was because he doesn't watch "Game of Thrones."

Grice serenaded Joe and Sophie to "Viva Las Vegas" after the "I dos."

BTW ... Joe and Sophie got married on what would have been the 52nd anniversary of the marriage between Elvis and Priscilla.

7:40 AM PT -- After the wedding, the night was just getting started. Joe and Sophie found their way back to their hotel, where they jumped in the Jacuzzi wearing their wedding duds.

Guess what happened last night? Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner got hitched, and their wedding could not have been more different than the Nick/Priyanka nuptials.

Here's the way it went down ... the Jonas Bros performed at the Billboard Music Awards Wednesday night in Vegas, and afterwards they all beelined it for the Little White Wedding Chapel. Yup, Elvis is in the building.

You wouldn't know a wedding was going down by appearances, because Sophie didn't wear a wedding dress, although she looked super good in a white blouse and slacks.

So, there's inside the Chapel L'Amour, and the Elvis impersonator comes out and before long Joe and Sophie say to each other, "I promise you, I will never leave you. I will love and trust you all the days of my life, in sickness and in health, forever and ever."

Country stars Dan + Shay were there to sing Sophie down the aisle, and Joe's bros, Nick and Kevin, looked on as groomsmen ... and that was pretty much it.

They followed tradition and posed in front of the Cadillac at the Chapel and, of course, with the Reverend Elvis in red -- and they were husband and wife.

Oh, and this ... they exchanged ring pops as wedding bands!!!

Turns out they applied for a marriage license earlier in the day in Vegas. That doesn't necessarily mean the wedding wasn't planned -- they probably waited to make sure it all stayed secret.

A few celebs were on hand, including Diplo and Khalid ... the whole thing was super casual and pretty damn cool. BTW, Diplo captured the action inside the chapel on Instagram Live.

It COULD NOT have been more different from the endless wedding of Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra, which was beyond elaborate and lasted 9 years.

LeBron James produces and acts in movies and TV -- he's on his way to Hollywood mogul status -- but now he's the one being offered a role ... by an up-and-coming R&B singer.

The dude with the voice is TOBi ... and a bunch of athletes from Todd Gurley to DeAndre Hopkins have been rockin' out to his music -- so when we saw him in NYC earlier this week, we asked about all the baller support.

"Man, it's crazy, man, cause these are people that we look up to in the sports world, and they love my music, and they're working out to it which is f**king dope. I love that."

TOBi says his favorite athletes are LeBron and Kawhi Leonard (he's from Toronto) ... so we asked if there might be a King James cameo in one of his videos.

It ain't out of the question ... LBJ appeared in the music vid for Ohio rapper Al Fatz's song, "Came Down," back in 2007.

TOBi says ... "You never know, that might happen. That just might happen. We're gonna get it poppin'!"

Offset is in a heap of trouble because a warrant has been issued for his arrest, and it's a felony.

TMZ broke the story, a week ago Monday Offset was in a Target store in Sandy Springs, Georgia, when a fan eyed him, pulled out his cell phone and tried taking a video of the rapper shopping after he checked out.

The fan, Junior Gibbons, said, "What up, Offset?" and that set Offset off. The video Gibbons shot shows Offset smack the phone out of his hand, and he says the instrument crashed to the ground and broke, shattering the screen. Offset also allegedly told him to "get that f***in' phone out of my face" afterward ... then exited the store.

Junior filed a police report last Friday, cops investigated and got a warrant.

Diplo had one hell of a night in Vegas ... with a lot of famous friends in the mix.

The DJ capped off an action-packed Thursday in Sin City by DJing a show at Wynn's Encore Beach Club ... which served as the official after-party of the 2019 Billboard Music Awards.

Among the celebs who joined him onstage was Halsey -- who also performed at the BBMAs -- and she rocked a couple of her hits live, "Closer" and "Bad at Love." She told the crowd she was going big or going home ... and they ate it up.

Speaking of going big, Diplo's late-night set came after he attended the awards show at the Grand Garden Arena and then made his way over to the Little White Wedding Chapel ... to be one of the select few guests at Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner's surprise wedding.

As we reported ... the couple got married by Reverend Elvis after the Jonas Bros performed just hours earlier at the BBMAs. Diplo captured the ceremony on his Instagram Live.

Rich the Kid caused a stir over not being able to stir a drink on his flight out of Los Angeles, and when he landed in Sacramento ... the police were waiting.

Folks sitting near Rich on the Delta flight Wednesday tell TMZ ... the rapper was PISSED because flight attendants stopped serving booze as the plane was about to land ... and he kept ringing his flight attendant call button.

We're told the flight attendants got upset too and asked him to stop ... but Rich wouldn't listen and the madness ensued. The crew called ahead to the terminal to let police know they had an unruly passenger onboard.

As you can see, cops greeted Rich as soon as he got off the jetway. Sources close to Rich tell us he wanted to speak to a Delta supervisor about why he couldn't get served, and to file an official complaint with the airline.

We're told the police mediated the discussion between Rich and Delta -- he was never handcuffed or arrested ... and eventually went on his way.

Rich is on his way to a gig in Stockton, CA. We're guessing he'll find all the booze he wants in his dressing room.

Nipsey Hussle's team is putting the kibosh on the late rapper's memorial ... because people trying to pay their respects were being hounded by bootleggers and grifters trying to make a buck off his death.

Sources close to the slain Crenshaw rapper tell TMZ ... the memorial outside his Marathon Clothing store is going away, principally because it was becoming a chaotic scene where hustlers roamed the street, turning what was supposed to be a solemn tribute into a circus.

As you know ... Nipsey was gunned down in the parking lot outside his store, and the lot was transformed into a makeshift memorial, with fans leaving flowers, pictures, notes, trinkets and loads of candles.

But, that's all over now.

Here's what the wild scene outside Nipsey's shuttered store looked like ... people selling bootleg t-shirts with Nipsey's image, others demanding money for a tour of the neighborhood, and some even charging fans just to walk through the area where Nipsey was shot. The memorial became so busy, food trucks started parking outside.

Sources close to Nipsey tell us the whole thing reeked of disrespect ... and they felt like he was not being properly honored, so they're closing up shop.

We've seen this kind of thing before ... scalpers tried charging astronomical prices for free tickets to Nipsey's celebration of life, and people who went to the service tried selling the free programs for huge profits on eBay.

The 2019 Billboard Music Awards are in full swing ... and there have been some amazing performances so far.

Some of the biggest names in music took the stage Wednesday night for some pretty awe-inspiring performances inside the Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas ... rocking the crowd and getting everyone hyped between the award-giving.

Taylor Swift set the tone for the night, playing her new single "ME!" and bringing in a marching band for a super colorful set. Kelly Clarkson kept the party going, belting out a medley of hits from artists across all genres of music. Ciara did her thing, Halsey sang her heart out and the Jonas Brothers continued their triumphant return and kept the good vibes rolling.

The stages weren't the only thing getting the rock-n-roll treatment ... check out which famous folks where hanging out behind the scenes when the television cameras weren't looking!

4:30 PM PT -- Remy has officially bailed out ... but she didn't have much to say to our camera.

3:41 PM PT -- Remy just saw the judge -- and her bail was set at $1,500 -- she's expected to post that shortly. Remy's attorney, Dawn Florio, claimed all of the accusations made by Taylor are a lie. For instance, Taylor allegedly claimed the attack happened at 9:30 PM and Florio says there's video proof Remy Ma was at home at that time.

Florio also argued it was suspicious Taylor lawyered up with a civil attorney immediately after the attack.

The judge also ordered a protective order, meaning Remy is not to have any contact with Taylor ... Remy will also have an 8 PM curfew.

It took a couple weeks, but Remy Ma is in police custody for allegedly punching Brittney Taylor at a concert last month.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the rapper surrendered to cops Wednesday, flanked by her attorney. We're told she's been booked for misdemeanor assault.

As we reported ... the "Love & Hip Hop New York" star claimed Remy punched her in the right eye while backstage during the Pretty Lou Benefit Concert at Irving Plaza near Union Square on April 16.

While police were investigating the incident, Taylor geared up to file a civil suit against Remy by requesting cops preserve all evidence of the alleged assault, including surveillance footage.

Taylor's attorney, Sanford Rubenstein, tells TMZ that this is real life, not reality TV, and that Brittney is a victim. He stresses that Brittney "has confidence in our system of justice and will continue to fully cooperate with the authorities."
