Tekashi 6ix9ine had deep concerns about COVID when he was in prison, which is why he got out early ... but those concerns have evaporated in a big way, 'cause dude hit a packed strip club ... and didn't seem too concerned anymore about catching the 'rona.

The New York rapper celebrated his girlfriend Jade's birthday Sunday by walking into a gentleman's club with two human-size sacks full of cash ... which he and the crew dragged over to a VIP section and started unloading singles on dancers.

Based on what we can see ... it looks like they might've rolled in there with upwards of $200k on hand -- at least that's what Jade's claiming.

Speaking of her, 69's GF documented much of their good time on IG -- where she was seen wearing a body-hugging, green bodysuit ... while Tekashi was decked out in all black with a ton of bling and a new mustache. One thing they weren't seen wearing at all ... face masks. Nobody in the video seems to be rockin' one.

We should note that it looks like they were somewhere in Florida here -- just the night prior, there were reports that 6ix9ine and co. had been spotted in Miami.

It's perfectly legal there to be up in the club right now -- even without face coverings, although it'd be wise to wear one. That said ... it's funny how Tekashi's urgent fears of catching COVID-19 just earlier this year have vanished.

You'll recall ... part of the reason why Tekashi was even allowed to finish his sentence from home was because he cited asthma and other underlying conditions he claimed made him susceptible to contracting the disease from inside prison walls -- and a judge believed it and let him out early.

He may not be happy in Houston, but Russell Westbrook was all smiles in L.A. on Thursday ... where he celebrated his birthday at one of the swankiest spots in town.

Russ turned the big 3-2 on Thursday -- and hit up Delilah with his wife, Nina, and some close pals (No, James Harden wasn't there).

As you may have heard, Westbrook is looking to leave the Houston Rockets ... where he's reportedly unhappy with the team's "accountability and culture," according to The Athletic.

He apparently wants to play for a squad where "he can have a role similar to his prior, floor-general role in Oklahoma City."

So, Westbrook has reportedly made a trade request with just about a month until the 2020-21 NBA season kicks off. Tick tock ...

Westbrook still has 3 years left on his current contract -- which is set to pay him out more than $132 MILLION.

Mailmen and women are getting a huge pat on the back for their part in helping deliver votes in this election -- and, in L.A., they're also getting sprayed down with champagne.

Check out this celebratory scene we captured Saturday in WeHo, where Biden supporters had flooded the streets and tracked down a USPS truck, which seemed more than down to get in on the happy vibes ... as folks literally bowed down to the guy behind the wheel.

Unclear if the dude was stuck at a light, or if people were blocking his path -- but either way, he was in no rush to go anywhere as Angelenos literally popped a bottle of champagne and started hosing down the exterior of his vehicle. It's insane to see ... in a good way!

We also talked to the mailman driver, and he seemed about as happy as anyone outside. You can tell as much by the way he started honking his horn upon departure.

Speaking of champagne ... there was some other guy out there handing out bottles for free ... which the West Hollywood crowd did not turn down. Yeah, they're feelin' themselves.

BTW, the praising of postal workers wasn't just confined to the West Coast -- across the country in Brooklyn, something very similar was happening out there as well ... where a mail truck was getting rained upon with cheers, as the driver reciprocated with jubilant honking.

The USPS has been through a lot in the months leading up to this election ... and yet, despite that adversity, the good men and women in the short shorts soldiered on and delivered those mail-in ballots, which clearly helped put Biden over the hill here.

Odell Beckham can somehow make a knee brace look cool -- with the Cleveland Browns superstar rockin' his new accessory on his birthday ... and it's #fashion.

It's been a tough time for OBJ -- the WR went down with a torn ACL injury two weeks ago ... which required season-ending surgery.

The 28-year-old showed face to celebrate his big day Wednesday night ... hitting up David Grutman's Komodo restaurant in Miami with girlfriend Lauren Wood and other close friends nearby.

There are many questions surrounding OBJ's NFL future as rumors circulate his time in Cleveland is over ... but one thing's for sure -- a bit of a rough patch isn't gonna stop him from celebrating the big 2-8.

Kendall Jenner had a party on top of a party Saturday night ... celebrating Halloween and her birthday.

Kendall hosted the bash at Harriet's Rooftop in WeHo, where 100 guests wished her a happy 25. Among those who showed ... Justin and Hailey Bieber, Kanye West, Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Travis Scott, Scott Disick, Jaden Smith, Paris Hilton, The Weeknd, Justine Skye, Quavo, Doja Cat, Winnie Harlow and Saweetie.

Kendall transformed herself into Pam Anderson in "Barb Wire," with the help of a blonde wig and a skin-tight, black one-piece. She blew out the candles on her birthday cake, which had a screen-printed pic of her from back in the day.

It's interesting ... the flyer for the party read ... "take all the photos you want, but please do not post on social media of any kind."

Halloween in Hollywood was different this year -- face it, everything's different this year -- but the costumes were still pretty awesome, and in some cases, pretty spectacular.

There's a ban on trick or treating this year, but fear not ... lots of celebs put on some epic costumes. For e.g., Kris Jenner transformed herself into Jack Skellington from "Nightmare Before Christmas," Lizzo was all about "WAP," and Cardi B was an awesome Medusa.

Then there's Genie Bouchard who became Mileena from Mortal Combat. Gabbie Union and Dwyane Wade went as a s'mores fam ... and they had all the accouterment, including chocolate and graham crackers.

The Weeknd killed with his Eddie Murphy character from "The Nutty Professor." BTW ... it took 6 hours to prepare the prosthetic make-up.

Kelsea Ballerini decided on social relevance, dressing as a Karen. Her shirt read, "I need to speak to the manager." Of course, she had the requisite Karen cut.

And the list of costumed celebs goes on and on ... Vanessa Hudgens, Tracee Ellis Ross, Celine Dion, Nick Young, Kim Kardashian, Taraji P Henson, January Jones, Conor McGregor, Kate Upton, Kerry Washington, Rosalia, Snoop Dogg and Alicia Keys.

A Halloween party packed to the gills with TikTokers, YouTubers and many others was unceremoniously broken up by cops after numerous complaints that the bash was COVD unsafe.

It went down Friday night in swanky Bel Air, CA., with scores of partygoers crammed together in tight spaces ... most of whom are not wearing masks.

Cops showed at around 2 AM after receiving multiple complaints from neighbors about noise, COVID restrictions and parking issues.

Police broke up the party without incident and the costumed partygoers got up and left ... many with drink still in hand.

Hold the balloons and confetti -- President Trump is reportedly bagging on a planned election night shindig at his hotel in Washington D.C., and it could be a major sign ... of several things.

The event scheduled for Tuesday night at his Trump International Hotel was billed as THE Trump campaign's celebration of winning 4 more years in the White House, and POTUS would be in attendance. An email invite to the bash screamed, "It will be absolutely EPIC, and the only thing that could make it better is having YOU there." Very Trump-esque.

However, the Prez is now opting to watch the poll results pour in from the White House ... according to the New York Times.

Now, Democrats will say the Prez is running scared ... eyeing poll numbers that show him trailing anywhere from 3 to 8 percentage point. Another option could be the administration finally adhering to coronavirus concerns. Current D.C. restrictions are for no more than 50 guests at a party.

The more likely option though is the strong likelihood the election won't be decided on Tuesday night -- so, what's the point of filling a ballroom if ya can't pop champagne bottles?

Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner are still doing Halloween in full force ... at least when it comes to their costumes.

Kim went with what's sure to be a popular costume in 2020 ... getting all decked out as one Carole Baskin. She nailed it, even including her kiddos as tigers, and North gets extra credit for busting out the famous Carole Baskin dance. Mark Wahlberg would be proud.

As if that wasn't enough ... Kim paired up with her BFF, Jonathan Cheban, who was Joe Exotic.

Now, Kylie and her pals dialed things back to the '90s -- dressing up as Power Rangers ... KJ was the Red Ranger, complete with long, red hair. Looks like she got her hands on an authentic Power Rangers buckle too. Naturally. She's a billionaire, after all.

Kylie's crew filled out her Rangers lineup, and after Morphin' time ... they all hung out for a rooftop party -- that's as close to COVID-safe as you're gonna get. Without staying home, that is.

Walker Buehler cracked some brews with Clayton Kershaw after winning the World Series -- and dudes looked happy as hell -- but it begs the question, where's the rest of the Dodgers' celebrations?!

There's no footage of champagne showers. No pics of double-fisted beer chugs in the locker room. And there are no signs of naked cannonballs into ice baths.

It's all peculiar ... considering even in pandemic times guys have gone CRAZY winning championships -- and it's forcing us to ask, did Justin Turner's COVID test mute it all???

JT was pulled from the World Series late in L.A.'s Game 6 win ... after MLB officials say he had a confirmed positive coronavirus test result.

The team and Turner both insisted he was off to quarantine after learning the news ... but cameras later spotted the third baseman on the field celebrating his ass off -- even maskless at times.

Turner and the Dodgers were IMMEDIATELY crushed for allowing the scene to play out ... with many wondering, how could they be so reckless???

Turns out, since that time ... no post-game locker room footage or party pics have been released.

Dodgers ace Buehler did at least show the team had SOME post-game beers to celebrate ... but did MLB force a bigger celly to be called off??

Kim Kardashian did it BIG for her big 4-0 ... renting out a private island for a week of birthday celebrations.

The bday getaway was super lavish ... our sources say Kim flew 40 of her closest friends and family on a Boeing 777 to the private isle, where they were handed keys to their own private villas on the beach.

Kim's guest list included ... Kris, Khloe, Kourtney, Kendall, La La Anthony, Corey Gamble, NBA studs Devin Booker and Tristan Thompson, plus Scott and Mason Disick. We're told Kanye West was not present for Kim's actual birthday -- he had some work commitments -- but Yeezy joined the trip for the final few days.

Our sources say Kim picked out an island that hadn't seen any COVID cases ... and she asked all her guests to quarantine for 2 weeks before the trip and get multiple tests. Smart and safe.

In addition to private beachfront villas, we're told Kim hooked her guests up with Skims pajamas, KKW Beauty products, GoPro's, waterproof disposable cameras and lots of other island essentials. Now that's hospitality!

Our sources say Kim and co. spent the entire week dancing, whale watching, swimming in lagoons, kayaking, snorkeling, playing volleyball and enjoying outdoor dinners right on the sand. Like we said -- lavish.

We're told Kim even treated everyone to a private screening of "This is 40" on the beach.

It's been nearly 2 weeks since the Lakers won the 'ship ... but the team clearly ain't ready to stop the party yet -- 'cause some of L.A.'s stars hit Hollywood on Tuesday for another celebration!

TMZ Sports got footage of Dwight Howard, Danny Green, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Kyle Kuzma and Dion Waiters hittin' up Delilah ... and the evening looked awesome.

The guys -- along with their significant others -- all were dressed to the nines ... and YG and Tyga joined the festivities later in the night as well!

No sign of LeBron James or Anthony Davis ... maybe the Dodgers' World Series game kept them glued to their TVs at home?

Or, hell, maybe they're just tired of partying!!

As we previously reported, the Lakers have been spotted raging in the Orlando bubble, at Nobu in Malibu and even in Las Vegas since beating the Miami Heat in 6 games on Oct. 11.

As for the Tuesday night celebration ... Caldwell-Pope's wife, McKenzie, posted some clips from inside the venue -- and the menu looked great to us.

University of Alabama football coach Nick Saban was back in the game Saturday when his team trounced the University of Georgia ... and the team celebrated the win in spectacular fashion with its formerly COVID-positive coach.

Saban tested positive for coronavirus Wednesday and immediately went home to quarantine. He says he stayed asymptomatic and subsequent tests on Thursday, Friday and Saturday were all negative. So Saban returned and led his team to a 41-24 victory. It was pretty spectacular ... in just 10 minutes in the 3rd quarter, 'Bama scored 3 TDs.

But, you gotta check out the locker room celebration ... Saban and his players are dancing wildly ... celebrating the victory and his return to the team.

The Flaming Lips are showing us how to let loose at a live show while maintaining social distancing ... it simply requires inflatable bubbles for everyone.

The eccentric rock band from Oklahoma City performed earlier this week for their hometown at The Criterion, and tested out their bubble concert idea ... which they first unveiled on "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert."

This time though, the Lips pulled it off with a live audience at a public venue ... for what looks like a multi-sensory space rock experience.

The gig was reportedly a test run for future concerts along with partly being a music video shoot, as the band performed a dance remix of "Assassins of Youth" and "Brother Eye" -- 2 tracks from their latest LP, "American Head."

Flaming Lips' frontman Wayne Coyne has toyed with the idea of a bubble concert since the early days of the pandemic, and seems pleased with the trial run. He posted a clip of the show -- with his bubble among the crowd -- with the caption, "Yessss!!!"

The band has actually utilized bubbles for themselves at shows for years, but Coyne says they're still trying to adapt the space bubble system to allow for more people at their shows.

Cardi B and Offset are looking more like a married couple who aren't about to get divorced than the other way around -- further proof they might be patching things up.

CB and her not-so-estranged hubby are back home in ATL, and hit the town together Tuesday night with a couple pals in tow. While they were at the venue, Cardi flashed her camera over to Offset, who was seated right beside her.

No PDA that we can see ... but Offset had some footage up on his own IG that was more explicit as far as his feelings for Cardi in the moment. He posted vid of them dancing at the club, and tagged it with "I wanna f**k."  Can't get any clearer than that!!!

The doting husband also recorded Cardi brushing her hair in the car and both of them goofing around. Seems like they're pretty chummy for folks who are headed toward divorce.

This is a continuation of the affection we saw Cardi giving Offset during her birthday celebration this past weekend, where she was giving the dude full-blown lap dances.

We know Offset has saved their relationship in the past ... is it possible your boy has done it again??? Sure feels like it 👀.

Not everyone in the Trump fam is thinking Election Day -- Tiffany Trump is focused on turning UP right now, partying in Miami to kick off her birthday celebration.

Donald Trump's youngest daughter did it big Sunday night, hitting up a couple hot spots with her boyfriend, Michael Boulos, and a group of friends ahead of her 27th bday.

The Dom Perignon was flowing throughout the fun-filled night, which began with a ton of sushi at Komodo.

Tiffany and her party people, including Papi Steak partner David Einhorn, kept the good times rolling at Kiki on The River, where Aris Nanos greeted the group with bottle service, sparklers and, of course, an American flag.
