Kylie Jenner wants to turn a big pile of dirt she bought into more cash -- 'cause she's listing her $5 million lot for a bit more than she purchased it for ... just 10 months later.

Kylie recently put her nearly 1.5-acre plot of land that she swooped up last October on the market for $5.55 million. It's being marketed as an empty space in Hidden Hills ... perfect for developers.

We broke the story ... Kylie dropped a cool $5 mil for the corner lot -- which is adjacent to her Hidden Hills home -- with a plan to build a garden and possible barn with horses. She had 3 acres to play with at the time -- now she's back to just about an acre and change.

Kylie clearly had a change of heart on the farm thing. A lot has changed for Kylie since last Fall -- she's had her kid, and she also made Forbes' list for youngest self-made billionaire. Some thing's gotta give in business.

Kylie's go-to realtor, Tomer Fridman of Compass, along with Marc Shevin, have the listing.

Kim Kardashian West had some pretty dramatic implants installed under her skin ... and these make her look like she just arrived from another planet.

Kim posted a couple vids Monday showing a growth in her neck that lights up to the rhythm of her heartbeat. The temporary piece -- that looks like an alien necklace -- is part of a larger art experience called A. Human ... founded by Simon Huck.

"Queer Eye" star Tan France got in on the action too -- with a piece called The Tudor -- a living piece of jewelry made to look like ruffled skin with bioreactive crystals.

A. Human will open as a month-long interactive art experience, starting September 5 in NYC.

12:45 PM PT -- The arrest warrant issued for Courtland Rogers breaks down a disturbing alleged narrative. The court magistrate says they found probable cause to believe that Rogers had brutally attacked a woman named Lindsey Frazier on Sunday by allegedly slapping her, dragging her by the hair and pulling her hair out. The magistrate also says Frazier credibly alleged Rogers had threatened her and her family's lives ... and threw her phone against a wall to prevent her from calling 911.

The ex-husband of "Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans got busted again in North Carolina -- this time he's accused of assaulting a woman.

According to legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Courtland Keith Rogers was arrested Sunday in Leland, NC and booked into the Brunswick County Jail for one count of misdemeanor assault on a woman. We're told there was an open warrant for Rogers' arrest, and Leland PD executed it.

It's unclear when the alleged assault happened. We've got calls in to law enforcement.

It's been a tough year for Jenelle's ex -- he was arrested earlier this year on drug-related charges -- delivering substances, and possession with intent to sell and distribute. He had to drop $15k to bond out after that bust.

This assault arrest will cost him a lot more -- bail's been set at $100k.

Kourtney Kardashian strutted her stuff in Mexico ... and need we say the obvious ... super hot.

Kourtney was on vacay in Cabo with a butt floss bathing suit that is hanging on for dear life.

Lauren Conrad, star of the "The Hills," didn't turn down MTV's reboot because she hated her costars ... she's just way too busy making a fortune.

Sources close to Lauren tell us ... LC is swamped with business ventures and just doesn't have time to shoot "The Hills: New Beginnings," which premiers in 2019.

It makes sense why LC can't be bothered with a reboot. Been there, done that.

Lauren's already got several revenue streams -- multiple clothing lines and her own stores -- and her business portfolio is WAY stronger than any of her former costars.

She's DEFINITELY got more going on than Justin "Bobby" Brescia.

We broke the story ... Justin bashed Lauren and Kristin Cavallari as "s****y people" in discussing the new cast for the reboot.

Everyone who watched "The Hills" knows ... LC had tons of confrontations.

But, LC's blowing off Justin's comments ... we're told her decision to pass on the show doesn't have anything to do with beef or lingering problems with Justin or anyone else.

Lisa Fleming, the woman who weighed more than 700 pounds and was featured on "My 600-lb Life," has died, and she's the second person from the show who has died this month.

Fleming's daughter, Danielle, says her mom passed Thursday. Danielle tells TMZ her mom's death had nothing to do with her weight. In fact, she says Lisa had lost 200 pounds after she appeared on the show and was actually able to stand on her own.

Danielle says her mom was sick before she came on the show and the various illnesses took their toll over time. She says, "At the end she was sick and her body was tired and her body just gave out."

Danielle says she held her mom's hand for 4 hours after she passed.

Lisa was featured on Season 6 back in February. She revealed her struggle with weight began as a child and it got significantly worse after she witnessed her brother's murder.

Lisa's episode was heart-wrenching ... her situation was so desperate she found maggots in the folds of her skin.

When Lisa was on the show she was bedridden and unable to care for herself. Life was so cumbersome, 7 paramedics were required to remove her from her bed.

Kirstie Alley opened up about her love life ... and she's got some big-name celebrities in her fantasies.

Kirstie revealed on "Celebrity Big Brother" over in the UK she wanted to run off and marry John Travolta ... AND have an affair with Patrick Swayze!!!

Get it, girl!!!

The actress was asked by another housemate if she ever had an affair with a celebrity ... she says she never consummated one, but cops to kissing Swayze and then dives into her crush on Travolta.

Kirstie and Swayze starred on the 1985 TV series "North and South." She was married to actor Parker Stevenson at the time, so she didn't go all the way with Swayze ... 'cause she's a good girl who values fidelity.

Of course, Kirstie said it's REALLY hard not to fall in love with a costar ... and, let's be real, Swayze was a dreamboat.

As for Travolta, Kirstie says they almost ran off together ... and she's still IN LOVE with John. Kirstie believes they would have gotten hitched if she wasn't already taken. They starred in "Look Who's Talking" together in 1989.

Kirstie divorced Parker in 1997 ... Travolta's been married to Kelly Preston since '91.

Angelina from 'Jersey Shore' ain't sweating a reboot of 'The Hills' ... 'cause, as far as reality TV reboots go, she's adamant the 'Shore' will leave 'em eating dust.

We got the cast of 'Jersey Shore' -- well, most of the cast -- leaving NBC Studios Thursday in NYC and our guy wanted to know ... is "The Hills: New Beginnings" gonna be better than 'Jersey Shore'?

'The Hills' has a tough hill to climb to get there. Remember ... the 'Jersey Shore' reboot was a monumental success for MTV with millions of viewers tuning in for some much needed GTL.

As far as Angelina's concerned, well, she's not. But, she does have a soft spot for Spencer Pratt. And, JWoww agrees. BTW ... noticeably absent from the bunch was Ronnie, who is still dealing with tons of baby mama drama. It was just a couple months ago when Jen Harley allegedly dragged him with her car ... leaving him bloody. He's tried working it out with Jen, but we've heard that before.

Simon Cowell had lots to celebrate this week -- a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and a new deal with 'AGT' -- and he did it in true Simon fashion, which is why we love the guy.

Simon was having himself a little soiree Wednesday night at his favorite restaurant -- Ago in WeHo -- to ring in his two newest achievements in Tinseltown -- a permanent place on Hollywood Blvd. and a contract extension with NBC that'll keep him judging folks for years to come.

When we asked him about what was next, he replied in the purest SC way -- cold, brief, British and snarky ... just like he's been on TV for more than a decade. Classic! His t-shirt was a bit snug on him too, so he hasn't changed much in that department either.

It's true what they say ... the apple doesn't fall far from the tree 'cause Bristol Palin's son has officially gone Hollywood.

Bristol's 9-year-old son, Tripp, will make his reality TV debut on "Dancing with the Stars: Juniors" and he's in line to bring in a boat load of money if his rhythm's on point ... this according to his minor's contract, obtained by TMZ.

Just like Honey Boo Boo and Scottie Pippen's kid ... Tripp will get paid $50k just for signing up to do the show. He can make a ton of cash if he survives and up to $130k total if he makes it to the finale. BTW ... Stevie Wonder's son, Mandla Morris, is also joining the cast. The kid's got music in his blood, so watch out.

For all her railing against the Hollywood elite, it seems Sarah Palin's daughter and grandson sure love the dough and attention that's gonna come with it. TMZ broke the story ... Bristol is joining MTV's "Teen Mom OG" as its newest cast member. It appears she's replacing Farrah Abraham.

According to Tripp's contract, he's allowed to appear in episodes of Teen Mom while competing on DWTS.

Justin "Bobby" Brescia is thrilled to be working with a smaller cast on "The Hills" reboot ... 'cause he says Lauren Conrad and Kristin Cavallari killed the good vibes on the original MTV series.

We got Justin in NYC Monday leaving the Four Seasons Hotel ... and he suggested LC and Kristin were difficult to work with -- so he's glad the 2 aren't joining him on the reboot, "The Hills: New Beginnings."

Justin tells us ... there were "s****y people" involved in the original show, which ran for 6 seasons from 2006-10 ... and says the new cast is way better.

The new show features Audrina Patridge, Heidi Pratt, Whitney Port, Spencer Pratt, Stephanie Pratt, Jason Wahler, Frankie Delgado and Justin.

LC and Kristin aren't coming back for different reasons. LC is focusing on her family and business ventures. Kristin is under contract with E! for her own reality show.

Justin says the condensed cast is happy and they all have positive vibes.

Former 'Bachelorette' star Jordan Rodgers had a big bash for his 30th birthday over the weekend -- featuring friends and family ... but NOT his famous brother, Aaron Rodgers.

The family beef is well known -- hell, they even played it up during Jordan's season on "The Bachelorette" -- but people in Aaron's life had been trying to convince him to reconcile.

Doesn't seem like it worked ... because when Jordan posted pics from his birthday bash in Bowling Green, Kentucky on Saturday -- we saw brother Luke and dad Edward but no Aaron.

One source who was there confirms to TMZ Sports Aaron did not attend.

JoJo Fletcher -- the woman Jordan proposed to on "The Bachelorette" -- was there (she's in the gold wig). So was Luke's fiancee, Aimee.

If you're wondering, the Packers had a preseason game on Thursday ... so, it would have been theoretically possible for the QB to make it.

Reality TV and a border wall??? This has Donald Trump written all over it.

"Celebrity Big Brother" over in the UK dressed contestants as border patrol agents and had them build a wall ... then they tried to stop intruders from getting their hands on a green card.

Trump even made an appearance ... sort of.

Someone on the production team dressed up as Trump ... then hopped over the wall and snagged a green card before the housemates shut him down.

The makeshift border wall split the house in two ... and everyone seemed to have their fun at Trump's expense.

The wall featured a striking image of the American flag ... and at least one contestant was NOT DOWN with the segment.

Trump wasn't the only political figure to be lampooned ... there were also impostors of Melania Trump and Queen Elizabeth. Trump is hated by many in England for a variety of reasons.

Vivica A. Fox damn near choked on the word "No" when our camera guy told her she could play Omarosa in a movie, making it crystal clear -- not a fan.

We got Vivica A. at LAX where our photog mustered the strength to say she resembles President Trump's friend-turned-foe. The idea of playing Omarosa made her recoil. Our bad.

Of course, an Omarosa biopic hinges on how well her tell-all book sells. Vivica says if it flops, O's gotta ride off into the sunset -- on a donkey ... 'cause she attached herself to an ass.

You'd think Kanye West would not get shut down when he ordered a pair of Yeezy slides, but the ones he wore to 2 Chainz' wedding were waaaay 2 small.

The back of Ye's feet were hangin' off the slide. It may have affected his balance because it looks like he had to use Kim's ass to stay upright. Then again ... that's just a theory.

They otherwise had a great time at the nuptials.

Kyle Richards sounds like she knows something ... about a possible Charlie Sheen appearance on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."

We got Kyle Saturday at LAX, and she says flat out ... it's possible Charlie will make an appearance on the show. As we reported, Charlie's ex and mother of 2 of his children, Denise Richards, is joining the 'RHOBH' cast.

Charlie and Denise have a long history of getting along and then going for the jugular.
