Paris Hilton is still reeling over the fact her pooch, Diamond Baby, is still MIA ... but says there's some hope, because she's been assured by pet psychics DB is still alive.

We got Paris Monday at LAX who gave us an update on her missing Chihuahua, almost 3 weeks since she vanished. Paris says she's dying without Diamond Baby, but hasn't lost her faith that the two will be reunited again.

In fact, she tells us she's spoken to some credible mediums and pet communicators who say Diamond Baby is safe where she's at, so Paris just wants to spread the word to bring her home.

Paris says she almost raised the reward money to entice people to come forward with info -- but her security team said that would only make her a target for possible pet snatchers in the future.

Kim Kardashian failed to tell her followers she was paid to promote a crypto asset -- a mistake that's now cost her $1.26 million and charges from the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The SEC made the announcement Monday ... Kardashian was allegedly paid $250,000 to post about EMAX tokens on Instagram, a crypto asset offered by EthereumMax. Kim's post also included a link to the EthereumMax website where her followers could buy the tokens.

Kim has already paid $1.26 million in penalties, disgorgement and interest to the SEC ... and has cooperated in the SEC's ongoing investigation.

SEC Chair Gary Gensler says, "Ms. Kardashian's case also serves as a reminder to celebrities and others that the law requires them to disclose to the public when and how much they are paid to promote investing in securities."

Remy Ma was in early talks to become the first rapper-turned-'Real Housewife,' but she ran into a major problem -- because as any realtor would tell her, it's all about location, location, location.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... 'RHONY' star Eboni K. Williams brought up Remy's name to casting several months ago for the Bravo reality series ... suggesting Remy would be a great addition to the show.

We're told the casting team had a virtual chat with Remy and the conversation went really well ... but they hit a huge roadblock when they found out the Bronx-born MC now lives in New Jersey full-time.

Our sources say the rapper used to have an apartment in midtown Manhattan, but she doesn't anymore. At the time she was recommended to casting it was still believed she had ties to NYC.

While the Bravo series is historically loose about the cast's "wife" status, they're pretty strict when it comes to geography -- so all convos with Remy about "Real Housewives of New York City" ended.

We're told well-known NYC newscaster, Tamsen Fadal, from the CW affiliate PIX11 was also being considered, but ultimately that didn't work out, either.

Bravo hasn't officially announced the new cast for season 14. As we reported in April, housewives honcho Andy Cohen announced the network is completely rebooting and recasting 'RHONY' after 13 seasons.

Choreographer and former "Celebrity Big Brother" contestant Todrick Hall may need to downsize ... he's been ordered to cough up six figures after being sued over unpaid rent.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a default judgment was entered against Todrick and now he's on the hook for more than $102,000.

As we reported ... Todrick was sued in March for allegedly failing to pay back rent on a Sherman Oaks home. The suit claimed his monthly rent was $30K and he had fallen behind.

Oddly enough, Todrick made it seem -- at least on social media -- like he owned the home ... giving an elaborate tour of the lavish property in a YouTube video where he says, "I have been wanting to buy a home for a very very long time, and this is a dream come true."

The place is decked out with an outdoor pool, movie theater, huge massive closet and even a Louis Vuitton bedframe ... which would explain the $30K monthly rent.

Todrick's been ordered to pay $100,000 in damages plus another $2K in attorney fees and costs.

Tom Girardi and Erika Jayne's trove of fancy schmancy stuff up for sale at their court-ordered estate auction were a huge hit ... 'cause they just raked in some big bucks!!

The ex-couple's fire sale was launched September 21 and lasted about 5 hours ... designed to pay down Tom's whopping bankruptcy debt. Needless to say, it generated worldwide interest, especially with Erika's 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' fans.

John Moran Auctioneers, which helmed the online/in-house auction, has now released the results. In total, 253 pieces sold for a grand total of $493,641. Not too shabby, but it's hard to fathom it'll make much of a dent in Tom's overall debt, estimated at $101 million last year.

Tom came under scrutiny after allegations surfaced his old law firm mismanaged tons of client assets for their own use. Erika tried to distance herself from the whole mess.

Some of the hottest items hawked from the divorced couple's Pasadena mansion included a J. Seward Johnson Jr. bronze sculpture ($13,750), a black lacquered cabinet with mythological oil paintings ($11,875), a black lacquered Chinoiserie-style console table with gilt highlights ($10,000) and two Michael Taylor “Montecito” outdoor garden armchairs ($7,150).

Tom's cherished sports memorabilia also got some love from one of the more than 8,000 bidders. A historic 1993 Spaulding NBA Finals Ball signed by Michael Jordan sold for $4,688.

Carole Baskin's thrilled to announce all of her big cats are in good shape after Hurricane Ian -- and she credits that to staying 2 steps ahead of the storm, something the lions and tigers can feel coming ... in the air, as they say.

Carole joined "TMZ Live" Thursday to give us a tour of her Big Cat Rescue outside Tampa. The 'Tiger King' star says she prepares for hurricanes and tornados year-round, so they are ready to shelter in place when this kinda weather hits.

Carole told us her 45 big cats have plenty of places on the grounds to keep safe ... even if they experience 6+ feet of storm surge flooding!!!

While Ian wreaked havoc across much of Florida, it didn't get that bad at her sanctuary last night. She says in the past, the tigers sometimes seem to sense there's a weather emergency coming ... and take steps to keep themselves safe.

Carole says they have lots of protocols and measures in place for the animals when the wind gets over a certain speed.

As we reported ... Carole's 21 bobcats, 8 tigers, 6 servals, jaguar, leopard (and others) rode out the hurricane, while some of her other animals -- like chickens -- have been temporarily moved to a different sanctuary.

Khloe Kardashian was torn up over the latest Tristan Thompson cheating scandal ... and now she has medical proof it messed with her brain.

Dr. Daniel Amen was at the ready for a scientific stunt for the Kardashian's Hulu show, to show there's medical proof she was experiencing brain trauma ... presumably from the scandal.

So Khloe laid down on the MRI machine and got a brain scan, and the good doc then sat her down with some interesting results.

Dr. Amen showed Khloe the telltale signs showing brain trauma. Who knew, but you can see the subtleties in changes in brain patterns that expose such trauma.

Fact is ... it didn't take a brain scan for Khloe to know she was traumatized. As we reported, Tristan egged Khloe on to have another baby back in July 2021, when he knew he was having a baby with another woman. The fertilized embryo was implanted in a surrogate in November, and weeks later Khloe learned Tristan was having a baby with another woman.

Another interesting tidbit from the episode ... Khloe reveals Tristan proposed to her back in December 2020. Something she kept a secret from her sisters for months, saying she wanted to be proud of the relationship before going public with the announcement.

"Big Brother" winner Mike "Boogie" Malin is in legal hot water ... a California judge issued a warrant after Mike failed to show up to a court date, and now his probation's revoked.

Sources with knowledge tell TMZ ... Mike was MIA from a Wednesday court hearing related to his felony stalking case... so the judge issued a bench warrant, set Mike's bail at $20k and revoked his probation.

It sounds like Mike blew his second chance here ... we're told he was due in court two weeks ago for a "proof of live-in program" hearing but he didn't show up then either, but his public defender took the blame and the judge moved the court date to Wednesday ... but Mike was a no-show again.

We're told Malin, who won season 7 of the reality series, had a new public defender Wednesday, who told the court she emailed Mike and he was aware he was supposed to show up ... but when the judge told her to call Mike, he didn't pick up the phone.

According to our sources, Mike's probation officer said Malin told him Tuesday he would be in court Wednesday ... but after an hour of waiting around for him at the courthouse, the judge called the case and issued the bench warrant.

TMZ broke the story ... Mike pled no contest to felony stalking last year in a case involving his former 'BB' buddy Dr. Will Kirby, and Malin was sentenced to 2 years probation and ordered to pay Will more than $44k.

We're told Mike's latest public defender told the judge his client doesn't have the money to pay the restitution.

Kanye West has hired yet another divorce lawyer, this time tapping into the same attorney who represented Melinda Gates in her multi-billion dollar divorce case with Bill Gates.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us Ye's retained Robert Stephan Cohen of Cohen Clair Lans Greifer Thorpe & Rottenstreich LLP as his sixth divorce attorney in the back and forth with Kim Kardashian. Interestingly enough, Cohen is based in New York, and the Kim divorce is in Los Angeles, so Ye's also bringing on Nicholas A. Salick of Salick Family Law Group, APLC as his counsel in California.

Not only has Cohen represented Melinda, but he's also had clients like Rupert Murdoch, Chris Rock, Athina Onassis and more.

TMZ broke the story, Kim filed for divorce in November, and a judge declared her legally single back in March, after she filed docs stating, "I very much desire to be divorced." The couple still has to iron out custody and property details.

We know Kim and Kanye already had a prenup in place, so property shouldn't be an issue. As far as custody, that seems to be settled too, as Kanye recently said Kim's got the kids about 80% of the time and mostly raises them.

Khloe Kardashian is not romantically involved with Italian heartthrob Michele Morrone ... despite her fans' reaction to a photo of them together at Milan Fashion Week.

A rep for the '365 Days' star tells TMZ Khloe and Michele met for the first time when they were both in attendance this weekend at Kim Kardashian's fashion show with Dolce & Gabbana.

The internet went crazy when Michele posted a photo of him and Khloe over the weekend on his Instagram story with tons of fan theories about a possible romance based on Michele ... but Michele's rep says D&G asked him and Khloe to take a picture together, and they obliged.

We're told Michele thought Khloe was very nice, but that's the extent of their relationship.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro is single and very much ready to mingle ... because he's back on the nightclub scene, making out with women ... and it's all on video.

The 'Jersey Shore' star looked in his element Friday night at Tunnel in River North Chicago, locking lips with a blonde.

Folks who were there say Ronnie hit up the club with a buddy, and the woman he kissed was already in the joint when the reality TV star showed up ... the flirty duo didn't come together.

Ronnie seemed like a big hit in the club, and not just with the ladies ... he also took a bunch of photos with fans.

We're told Ronnie didn't get too rowdy or anything, and he wasn't seen drinking alcohol.

Remember, Ronnie told us last year he's sober ... and he's only a few months removed from calling off his engagement to Saffire Matos.

"Basketball Wives" star Brooke Bailey's daughter, Kayla Nicole Bailey, has tragically passed away at 25 years old.

Bailey announced the devastating news in an Instagram post on Sunday ... writing, "Pretty Black aka Kayla Nicole Bailey 💜🕊💔 This is not a goodbye. Mommy will see you soon 🙏🏾."

The 45-year-old reality star added, "Forever my baby."

A cause of death was not revealed. Brooke, however, did repost an article from a "Basketball Wives" fan account that claimed Kayla died following a car accident on Sunday in Memphis.

"Kayla left a mark on so many lives," Brooke said Sunday. "She entered the room and demanded respect, love and attention."

"If you had the pleasure of meeting her and being friends with her, she has forever changed your life."

Brooke's social media page was flooded with prayers from fans. Several celebrities, including Nicki Minaj, Porsha Williams and Tammy Rivera, also commented on her page.

"Omg beautiful I'm sooooo sorry!" Rivera wrote. "My prayers are with you. I'm lifting your name high tonight in prayer 🙏🏽😔"

Brooke -- who had relationships with former NBA stars Rashard Lewis and Vernon Macklin -- made her first appearance on "Basketball Wives" in 2012. Kayla then gained fame a short time later for her work in the modeling world.

Kim Kardashian's got a new fashion line out, and she hit that point home with quite the getup in Italy ... one that would make National Geographic blush.

Following her showcase of a Dolce & Gabbana collab -- Ciao, Kim -- in Milan Saturday, KK stepped out in this leopard print bodysuit on Sunday ... complete with a fur coat/matching bag. She's worn a lot of eye-popping ensembles all weekend, but this one takes the cake.

The look is part of her new collection -- which she personally selected alongside Stefano Gabbana and Domenico Dolce.

Her collection will be part of D&G's Spring/Summer rollout ... and it's a big deal. Kim's essentially trying her hand at designing -- or at the very least, dipping her toe in -- with this debut line exhibiting her taste. Ciao, Kim's meant to be a flashback to styles from the '80s through the '00s.

Kim had her family on hand to support her -- Kris, Khloe and a few of her kids made the fashion show ... and it got a lot of media attention, especially when Kim herself came out.

She had this to say of the experience ... "I always loved the beautiful, quintessential 90s & 2000s looks… feminine, bold, they always made me feel so confident & glamorous. You could feel the moment you put on a D & G dress that the intention when it was designed & made was to celebrate the woman wearing it."

Kim explains this was a months-long endeavor, with her and D&G going through countless photos of their clothes and letting her pick her faves. She adds, "Not only did the D & G team allow me to curate the collection they also trusted me & my team to create all of the content, the short film, music & creative direction of the show, working along side their incredible team. This process really allowed me to express my creativity without limitations."

One last thing ... if this leopard suit is giving you deja vu, that's because she's actually worn something like this before. Back in 2019, Kim rocked another one with a similar pattern.

That one was designed by Azzedine Alaïa and featured in an early '90s lineup -- so it seems even with Dolce & Gabbana, she's still channeling those late 20th century sentiments.

Bam Margera's outpatient rehab program clearly isn't working -- because the guy was partying his face off this weekend in a whole different state.

TMZ has obtained photos of the 'Jackass' star hanging out early Saturday morning at the Koo Koo Room in Atlanta, where we're told he was raging with a group of strangers into the wee hours of the night.

Eyewitnesses tell us Bam was seen drinking ... and not just that, but he was also, apparently, name-dropping himself around the joint and drumming up interest.

Looks like Bam made friends fast, because he posed for at least a couple of pics ... including with some ladies. The guy in the white hat, we're told, is Parker Lipman -- who hosts MTV's "Buckhead Shore." Keeping it in the network family, it seems.

Anyway, this obviously flies in the face of the restructured program we were told Bam was going to attempt a couple weeks ago ... this after he'd escaped his rehab facility in Florida several times, only to surface in bars and with friends time and again.

Lolo Jones tells TMZ Sports she's down to be on a dating show like "The Bachelor" ... on one condition -- the program would need a big change in its age requirements!

The Olympic hurdler and bobsledder explained her stance on it all when we got her out at RiseNY in New York City this week ... saying if producers would make the cast older, she'd be intrigued.

"Why is the Bachelor, Bachelorette never old?" she said. "Tell me that?! 'Cause those are the people that want to get married the most. These 20-year-olds, they're not trying to get married."

The 40-year-old -- who knows a thing or two about reality shows as she's been on "Celebrity Big Brother" and "The Challenge" -- tells us she is single, so it could all work out.

"You guys need to get someone that's like 40-plus," Jones said in a message to dating show producers. "Because they're trying to settle down, have a family."

"Like," she added, "sign me up!"

For now, the World Indoor Champion appears content to continue to use dating apps -- and she tells us it's been hit or miss in that category.

Todd Chrisley is continuing to spew lies about a woman who investigated him for tax evasion ... this according to a new lawsuit.

The "Chrisley Knows Best" star is being sued for defamation by Amy Doherty-Heinze over remarks she says he made on his popular podcast about the former Georgia Department of Revenue investigator.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Amy claims Todd continues to defame her on his podcast, "Chrisley Confessions," by falsely accusing her of various criminal conduct related to the investigation into his finances.

In a podcast episode last September, ADH claims Todd "maliciously" accused her of breaking laws during the investigation, mentioning her twice by name, calling for her to be prosecuted and making her out to be corrupt and dishonest.

Amy previously sued Todd back in June 2021 for defamation -- that separate lawsuit is still pending -- but she says Todd has not only refused to retract his statements about her but has instead doubled down, prompting her to file another lawsuit.

As we reported ... Todd and Julie Chrisley were found guilty in June of bank fraud and tax evasion. The couple is awaiting sentencing and are facing up to 30 years in federal prison.

Todd's talked about the case at least a few times on his podcast ... recently asking listeners to send thoughts and prayers.
