Nikolas Cruz Confession Tapes Aims Fake Gun at Head ... 'Kill Me'
Police interrogation video of Nikolas Cruz -- the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High mass shooter -- was just released ... and it's disturbing.
In the video, you see 19-year-old Cruz being interviewed by an investigator shortly after police apprehended him, and Cruz tells himself he deserves to die because he's "nothing but worthless s**t."
One of the most harrowing parts of the nearly 12 hours of footage shows Cruz sitting by himself and staring into the overheard camera ... pointing his fingers at his head -- like a handgun -- and saying, "Kill me." He also starts sobbing.
Cruz explains to the investigator that he hears voices in his head that tell him to "burn, kill, destroy" -- and he blames the voices for instructing him to pick out the gun used in the Feb. 14 shooting.
Cruz has been indicted on 34 counts -- 17 of premeditated murder, and 17 of attempted murder. Florida prosecutors are seeking the death penalty in his case.

NFL's Antonio Callaway Bullets and Gun Parts In Car ... During Weed Bust
Antonio Callaway had gun parts and ammunition in his car (in addition to weed) when he was pulled over in Ohio ... and the police video obtained by TMZ Sports shows it made the lead officer get "real nervous."
The Cleveland Browns rookie WR -- selected in the 4th round of the 2018 NFL Draft -- was pulled over on August 5 at 2:59 AM in Strongsville, Ohio for a routine traffic violation.
The cop smelled weed and searched the car -- finding a small amount of marijuana under the driver's seat ... along with the backstrap of a Glock firearm and several rounds of ammo.
You can see the officer gets very serious when he finds the bullets and gun parts -- ordering Callaway to put his hands in the air and stay put.
Antonio told the officer there was NO gun in the car -- just the parts. The officer eventually verified Callaway's claim, but admits to his partner he got anxious when he found the bullets.
In the end, the officer realizes Antonio is a Cleveland Browns player and admitted he felt bad busting him ... since he didn't appear drunk or high and was super polite during the arrest.
At one point, the officer admits he's excited to watch Callaway play -- saying he's "fast as sh*t."
That part's true -- he ran the 40 in 4.41 seconds.

Farrah Abraham says if you're looking for the real villain in "Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans' gun incident ... you should start with the people who put the show on the air.
The 'Teen Mom' alum was leaving Mastro's in Bev Hills Friday night when asked about Jenelle's road rage video, and while she thinks what Evans did was wrong ... she believes MTV producers and its parent company, Viacom, are just as culpable for putting the cast in harm's way.
Farrah adds that Ryan Edwards' issues with drugs are another example of the production team being complicit in illegal behavior ... and wonders if their goal is to ruin lives.
Speaking of illegal acts ... Farrah also goes off on the latest Donald Trump Walk of Fame star vandal, saying he should be in jail and the haters need to get over it.

Nancy Grace Jenelle Evans Might Lose Her Kid Over Road Rage Incident
Nancy Grace thinks the lack of self-control and recklessness shown by Jenelle Evans during a fit of road rage could land her in legal hot water ... and even cost her her child.
We got the 'Crime Stories' host at LAX and asked for her take on the "Teen Mom 2" star whipping out a gun in her car with her 8-year-old son beside her. Nancy blasts Jenelle for putting her child in danger ... and believes it might lead to criminal charges and her kid being taken away.
And, much like the other driver in the road rage incident ... Grace says the situation could have been much worse, and it's ridiculous Jenelle didn't use better judgment as a parent.
We broke the story ... Jenelle's ex feels the same way as Nancy, and believes Evans' dangerous behavior proves he should have custody of their 4-year-old son, Kaiser.

Jenelle Evans' Ex Road Rage Shows She's Dangerous ... I Want Custody of Our Kid!!!
Jenelle Evans keeping a loaded gun in her car -- in reach of her children -- proves she's not using sound judgment as a parent and doesn't deserve to have custody ... so says her ex and 2nd baby daddy.
We spoke with Nathan Griffith -- who shares 4-year-old Kaiser with Jenelle -- and he tells us he's incredibly concerned for his kid's safety in light of Jenelle's recently aired road rage incident on "Teen Mom 2."
He believes the video shows her kids are being raised in an unstable and hostile environment ... so his fight to get custody of Kaiser is well justified.
There's also this ... Nathan actually sides with Jenelle's husband, David Eason, who berated her for following someone home and confronting them. Nathan says it could've turned into a bloodbath, which is true ... 'cause the other driver told us he was armed.
Bottom line for Nathan ... Jenelle's apparent lack of proper gun safety around her 8-year-old son tells a much bigger story -- she's unfit as a parent, and his son would be better off with him.

As we reported, Offset was charged with 2 counts of illegal possession of firearms.
Offset's attorney, Drew Findling, says officers only targeted his client because he's a rich, successful black rapper. Findling claimed cops used the lane change as a thinly veiled excuse to take down Offset, but the police report describes it as more than just an improper lane change.

Parkland Shooting Parents Sue 'Coward' Deputy

The Broward County Sheriff's Deputy who bolted from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School as a gunman sprayed the building with bullets has just been sued by a group of parents and students ... claiming the deputy's inaction caused the carnage.
The parents and students claim Scot Peterson -- a 33-year veteran tasked to guard the school -- ran from danger as Nikolas Cruz killed 17 people. As you know, Peterson came under intense scrutiny when video surfaced showing him taking cover outside. The Sheriff's Office acknowledged as much.
The suit claims Scot was incompetent in providing security. They say Scot was known in certain law enforcement circles as "ROD" or "Retired on Duty" ... a slur for a lazy cop.
The parents and students also claim the Broward County Sheriff's Office received dozens of calls warning them about Cruz from 2008 to 2017, but did nothing. A Broward Co. Sheriff's captain, who allegedly refused to allow emergency personnel in the school was also named as a defendant. The suit also names Broward County as a defendant.
The plaintiffs are parents of students who survived the shooting. 2 students are also suing. Scot's already been sued by another parent, Andrew Pollack, who made similar claims. His daughter died in the shooting.

Mandalay Bay Another Mass Shooting Thwarted 3 Years Before Massacre
The Las Vegas massacre last October was not the first time a gunman entered the Mandalay Bay hotel with the intent of gunning down visitors ... this according to new legal docs.
Victims of the October shooting have sued Mandalay Bay, claiming the hotel was negligent by not properly thwarting the attack. The hotel has responded by saying it owed no legal duty to the victims, in part because there was no prior warning or incident that would have put it on notice.
According to docs, there was indeed a "nearly identical situation" 3 years before the October rampage. On November 29, 2014, a housekeeper discovered a guest on the 24th floor had brought multiple semi-automatic assault weapons into his room. One of the weapons was a high-powered rifle equipped with a scope, which was positioned so it pointed out of his hotel room onto the Las Vegas Strip.
The docs claim the weapons were positioned to "shoot at a large mass of people." The housekeeper thwarted the effort and the man was ultimately convicted and sentenced to 40 months in prison.
