Tomi Lahren says a New York-based attorney who's gone viral for an incredibly racist rant he unleashed this week is rude ... and ridiculous.

We got the conservative talk show host Wednesday at LAX, where we showed her video of Aaron Schlossberg yelling at a restaurant manager for allowing his employees to speak Spanish to customers -- while also threatening to call ICE on the staff before storming out.

Tomi says no one deserves to be treated like that, whether they're native English speakers or not. She sticks to her guns on policy topics like assimilation and merit-based immigration ... but she says Schlossberg simply went too far here.

BTW ... this ain't Schlossberg's first rodeo for getting into people's faces and screaming bigoted rhetoric. He's been captured in multiple videos confronting people on the streets of New York over immigration.

Meghan Markle's half-sister says England's new princess-to-be has no right to tell her when to talk, or what to say -- 'cause this is 'Merica, damnit!!! Yes ... seriously.

We spoke with Samantha Markle a few days ahead of Meghan's wedding with Prince Harry -- amidst a ton of family drama brewing among the Markles -- and she tells us she doesn't care if her sis wants her to refrain from blabbing to the media as much as she has.

Samantha insists she's not bad-mouthing Meghan ... she's just defending herself. And besides, Samantha says whatever censorship laws the U.K. have on the books don't apply to her across the pond ... even if Meg's now a big deal there.

You gotta hear her for yourself -- she's certainly got her opinions of Meghan.

Danielle Bregoli is celebrating a huge achievement in the music biz by dropping an inadvertent, but freakin' hilarious, diss on the last person to do it ... LeAnn Rimes.

We got Bhad Bhabie Tuesday in Chicago -- the latest stop on her tour -- and the photog asked how it felt to be the youngest female artist since '97 to score 3 Billboard Hot 100 hits. Her single, "Gucci Flip Flops," just peaked at #80 this week.

She was stoked, and wanted to know who else did it. The photog told her it was LeAnn, and you have to see Bhabie's reaction. Gotta hand it to her, it's hysterical ... IF you're not LeAnn Rimes.

As for her future in music -- Danielle says she's gonna, "Do what I do."

We'd expect nothing less. BTW, if you ARE LeAnn ... shout out to your glory days.

Tekashi69's a wanted man for all the wrong reasons -- there's a warrant out for his arrest.

The rapper is wanted in Houston for allegedly choking a 16-year-old kid at the Galleria Mall back on January 6 ... this according to legal docs obtained by TMZ.

In docs the alleged victim, Santiago Albarran, claims he ran into Tekashi and started recording him. Albarran then claims Tekashi turned around and began to yell at him to erase the video, and says Tekashi grabbed him by the neck as his bodyguards surrounded him in an intimidating way.

Albarran says he erased the video so he wouldn't get hurt again ... but a video shot by someone else made its way onto social media anyway. The video shows Tekashi and Albarran in a scuffle and Tekashi grabbing his jacket, but hard to make out if he's also grabbing his neck.

Albarran says his family witnessed the incident and he reported it to cops who say they did document seeing scratch marks on Albarran's neck.

This is just the latest in Tekashi's drama-filled life. As we first reported ... someone in his crew was busted for firing a weapon inside the Barclays Center during an Adrien Broner boxing match.

One of the best 'Survivor' contestants/lying scoundrels thinks producers should go easy on the 2 dimwits who broke their NDAs before airtime ... but says they still gotta pay.

We spoke to Jonny Fairplay of season 7 fame and podcast host Survivor NSFW -- known for lying about his grandmother dying and getting 3rd place -- and he tells us Alec Merlino and Kara Kay shouldn't be taken to court for violating their $5 million confidentiality agreements. He's got an alternative.

Jonny says the duo should lose their prize money from the show -- which he predicts is more significant than just a 1st or 2nd round payout, based on an apparent alliance/romance they seem to have formed ... which must've taken at least a few rounds.

BTW ... Jonny tells us just how much money is on the line for these two if showrunners go with his suggestion. It ain't $5 mil ... but it would definitely hurt a bit.

XXXTentacion is ready to move past an old video in which he's seen hitting a teenage girl -- because he says she's changed her story and, as a result, he's dropping his defamation lawsuit against her.

Sources tell us ... the woman, who XXX is seen smacking on the back of the head, recently submitted a notarized letter to his team, recanting her previous claim that she hadn't revealed the clip earlier as a result of being "terrified for her life."

, the woman says, "The video was taken years ago when Jahseh [XXX's real name] and I were both kids and we were just joking around. I was not injured as a result of what happened nor did it negatively affect my personal life."

When we reached out to her, she had no comment.

As we reported ... XXX sued the woman for fraud and defamation. As of Monday, that suit has been dismissed.

A rep for XXX's management tells us they're pleased with the result. They also go on to bash "large corporations" for cutting off promotion of XXX's music in playlists based on "unproven allegations" -- a clear shot at Spotify's new policy.

The "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star's immediately required to wear a SCRAM Continuous Alcohol Monitoring device around her ankle as a new condition of her bail stemming from 2 legal cases in Fulton County, Georgia.

The judge handed down the order Friday ... along with a warning not to drink any alcohol until her cases are resolved.

We're told the device -- which detects alcohol consumption through sweat every 30 minutes -- is not provided by the court, so the $400-500 monthly cost comes out of Tommie's pocket.

It could have been worse for her, though -- we're told prosecutors pushed for getting her bond from her 2016 DUI arrest revoked due to her recent arrest for an alleged mall employee attack ... but the judge opted for the alcohol monitoring instead.

John Barrowman's hatched an idea that'll benefit the homeless while simultaneously shading Target for an embarrassing incident.

We got the "Arrow" star Friday at LAX, and got an update on what happened after Target employees in West Hollywood tried to stop him from buying a homeless man a t-shirt, grooming kit and gift card. The store publicly promised to take some helpful action after the story went viral.

But, John tells us Target all but went radio silent -- so he decided to take matters into his own hands.

He's partnered up with the folks at Represent to sell t-shirts with 100% of proceeds going to help the homeless.

Former President Bill Clinton embraced John McCain in a big way, clearly throwing shade on the White House staffer who dismissed the Arizona Senator as a guy whose opinion doesn't matter because "he's dying anyway."

The robotics company released this video of its insanely human-like robot named Atlas going out for some air -- Boston Dynamics' own words, not ours. The robot's missing a head, but who cares? As you can see in the video, Atlas seamlessly goes for a jog and jumps over a log ... all on its own.

'Love & Hip Hop' star Teairra Mari allegedly took a metal pole to her boyfriend's car windows after accusing him of revenge porn the day before ... TMZ has learned.

Teairra's BF, Akbar Abdul-Ahad, tells us he was working out at his apartment's gym in North Hollywood Thursday when he got a call from security that a woman was smashing his G-Wagon windows outside. Sure enough ... AAA says he came upon Teairra doing just that.

We're told Teairra was using a metal rod from a bar stool, which he claims she was swinging at his passenger side window and windshield. Based on these photos -- obtained by TMZ -- it looks like someone broke through at least one, and was working on the other.

AAA says Teairra was accompanied by another 'L&HH' star, Milan Christopher, and that they took off when he showed up to confront them. Akbar hasn't filed a police report yet.

The alleged attack appears to be in reaction to lewd photos and video of Teairra engaged in sex acts being posted this week, which she accused AAA of leaking. AAA denies being the one who leaked the sensitive material ... but admits to being the male in the clips.

Amy Schumer broke a huge rule on the comedy club circuit by crashing an up-and-coming comedian's stand-up set, according to fellow comic Michael Blackson.

We got Blackson at LAX Thursday afternoon where he told us what Amy did this week at Carolines in NYC was just plain rude. If ya missed it, she interrupted Brendan Sagalow Tuesday night, right in the middle of his set to practice her monologue for 'SNL.' She's hosting this week.

Sagalow has said he's cool with how it went down, but other comedians are taking Amy to task. Michael says it's not that an A-lister like Amy doesn't get preferential treatment -- it's just that there's a way to do it, and Michael says Amy should know that.

He had some harsh advice for her, for which we suspect HE's gonna catch some flak.

Meek Mill is back behind bars ... is what the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania would have you thinking if you eyed its online records. He's not locked up, and there's actually some good news for Meek.

An alert went out early Thursday morning to people signed up for VINELink, an inmate notification system. It said Robert Rihmeek Williams was in Chester State Prison as of 4 AM.

We double checked the inmate records at the facility, and sure enough ... it still shows Meek is there, and the reason is kinda funny. The PA Dept. of Corrections tells TMZ ... this is all about getting Meek paid!

We're told the "full release process includes the processing of Mill's final paycheck." Meek's name will remain in the system until he gets that check. VINELink alerting his name appears to be an electronic error.

As for that final check ... we're told Meek's got $15.12 coming to him, plus $644.90 that was deposited in his inmate account by family and friends. Total windfall ... if he wasn't already a super-rich and successful rapper.

If ya needed more proof Meek's still free -- he was on ESPN Thursday morning with Stephen A. Smith. Oddly, they did NOT discuss his pending payday.
