Coronavirus Craziness UK Woman Goes On Rampage ... Breaks 500 Bottles of Booze

Published

A woman went ham inside a UK supermarket ... obliterating the liquor shelves.

She apparently was acting erratically while waiting in the checkout line, and when one of the shoppers told her to calm down, she went nuts and started breaking more than 500 -- THAT'S FIVE HUNDRED -- bottles of booze.

The tantrum went on for 5 long minutes, according to The Sun. At one point she slips and slashes her right hand, but continues her rampage with her left.

The lady was arrested and taken into custody. A police spokesperson said she was taken to a hospital for treatment of her injured hand.

... If one of those bottles would happen to fall, 499 bottles of beer on the wall.

Thanksgiving 2020 Homeless Woman Hog-tied and Removed From Abandoned Home

Published | Updated

A homeless woman was forcibly removed from her home on Thanksgiving Eve by the California Highway Patrol, and it has enraged folks who say the move is especially heartless during Thanksgiving 2020.

The woman appears to be hog-tied as she's carried out of an abandoned home, as a number of protesters expressed great displeasure.

The officers were there to remove a number of people who broke into some homes that had been boarded up. 170 homes were supposed to be demolished as part of a plan to expand a local freeway. That plan was abandoned after neighbors rose up and complained.

A group called Reclaim and Rebuild Our Community appealed to California Governor Gavin Newsom, saying the families who were squatting in the homes had mostly been living in their cars and are now "sheltering in place" in the abandoned homes.

The group's message ... "We feel that amid the global pandemic it is irresponsible and inhumane for our state to be hoarding over 170 homes."

It seems the government is unmoved, an official said their plan was to "remove trespassers so that properties can be re-secured and boarded up."

What about the old saying ... desperate times call for desperate measures?

Joe Exotic Sends Thanksgiving Wishes ... Now Lobby Congress and Get Me Outta Here!!!

Published

Joe Exotic is making a plea to Americans -- enjoy Thanksgiving, and then tell your rep in Congress to pressure the Prez to spring him from the big house.

Joe wrote a long Thanksgiving message, telling folks to enjoy Thanksgiving Day but on Black Friday ... " ... please think about the last 3 holidays I have spent in here while all the people that lied to put me here and the people that made money off of films, products and so on with the people that put me here under false pretense enjoy their freedom and their families during the Holidays."

That said, Joe then makes his pitch ... "Please pick up a phone on Monday and call your congressman and ask everyone you know to support asking President Trump to sign my Pardon and make this right so I don’t have to miss another Christmas without my loved ones just as you wouldn’t want to. I would love for some of you that has the power to pick up a phone and contact some pretty influential people to do so, so I could go home before something happens to my father or Dillon."

TMZ broke the story ... Joe's legal team traveled to D.C. recently to file their pardon application, and the team leader, Eric Love, says they've been getting encouraging words back from folks in the seat of power.

Trump's in a pardoning mood ... he just spared Michael Flynn from serving his prison sentence.

Eric says he's grateful to Trump and even suggests he and Joe have a lot in common ... he's asking for a pardon, and stat.

Sofia Vergara, Joe Manganiello Need Protection from Alleged Stalker!!!

Published

Sofia Vergara, Joe Manganiello and her son are seeking court-ordered protection from a man their friend claims is stalking them, and is potentially dangerous

Producer Luis Balaguer filed docs seeking a restraining order against a man named Rengifo Randazzo, who he claims is a mentally unstable stalker who was recently arrested for trespassing in Sofia's gated community.

Luis says the guy has a fixation on him, Sofia, her husband and her son, Manolo, and has repeatedly harassed them. According to the docs, Randazzo admitted he was stalking them when he got busted for trespassing.

Luis says Sofia and co. fear for their lives because the alleged stalker has a history of domestic violence arrests and others have gotten restraining orders against him.

They want a judge to force Randazzo to stay at least 100 yards away from them at all times.

Megan Fox Files to Divorce Brian Austin Green

Published | Updated

Megan Fox apparently has a great thing going with Machine Gun Kelly ... good enough that she's decided to pull the trigger and divorce Brian Austin Green.

The actress filed her divorce docs Wednesday after nearly 10-and-a-half years of marriage to the '90210' star. In the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Megan asks for joint legal and physical custody of the couple's 3 kids and wants to terminate the ability for either her or Brian to get spousal support.

Brian filed a response agreeing to almost everything, he's checked the box for spousal support to still be on the table. Neither has indicated anything when it comes to child support.

There's also a major discrepancy when it comes to their date of separation. Megan says they were done in November 2019 and Brian lists March 5, 2020.

Brian and Megan got married back in June 2010 in Hawaii, and have 3 kids together ... 8-year-old Noah Shannon, 6-year-old Bodhi Ransom and 4-year-old Journey River.

If ya haven't heard, Megan and MGK met on the set of "Midnight in the Switchgrass" earlier this year in Puerto Rico. As you've definitely heard, they REALLY hit it off ... since the movie, she's also starred in one of his music videos and they've been seen together all over Los Angeles.

THIS WASN'T AN ACCIDENT
UPDATE

3:49 PM PT -- Faizon says Universal's blatant decision to remove the only Black stars from the "Couples Retreat" movie poster is another example of "white arrogance" in Hollywood ... and he wishes he would have made a stink about it sooner.

UPDATE

Faizon joined us on "TMZ Live" after filing his discrimination lawsuit against the studio and he said he never got an explanation for why he and his Black co-star, Kali Hawk, were scrubbed from the overseas version of the poster.

UPDATE

He says execs tried to pass the buck in explaining the hard-to-miss change, and tells us the fact they tried to play dumb screams of white arrogance.

UPDATE

Faizon's wishing he raised a fuss way back when, because he thinks John Boyega fell victim to the same stunt on a 'Star Wars' poster.

UPDATE

It's pretty interesting to see Faizon lay out his suit in his own words ... and he's also got a few jokes.

Faizon Love claims he was scrubbed from a movie poster just because he's Black ... and now he's suing Universal over it.

The actor filed the lawsuit Wednesday, accusing the studio of racial discrimination for removing him from an overseas version of the "Couples Retreat" poster ... while leaving the rest of his white costars in it.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Faizon claims his name and image were erased from the poster when the movie was released outside of the U.S. He says Universal had no issues featuring Black actors in the film, but claims the studio decided to segregate white and Black talent when it came time to market to an international audience.

Faizon says he let the snub slide at first ... claiming the film's producer, Scott Stuber, promised him the overseas poster would be taken out of circulation and Universal Pictures chairman at that time, Adam Fogelson, promised he'd throw a few roles Faizon's way.

However, in the lawsuit, Faizon claims the poster without him is still being used and he never got those acting gigs he says he was promised

We reached out to Universal, which declined to comment.

'Kissing Booth' Star Joey King Sued Over Car Wreck ... You Busted My Car and My Shoulder!!!

Published | Updated

Actress Joey King crashed into another car and is taking ZERO responsibility ... so claims a man now suing her.

Parviz Mohammady is suing the 'Kissing Booth' star, claiming he was driving in the L.A. area back on February 13 when Joey merged into his lane and collided with his car. According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Parviz sustained damage to the right side of his car and suffered injuries from the crash.

Parviz's attorney, Kamelia Jalilvand, tells TMZ ... Parviz was driving northbound when Joey -- who also earned critical acclaim for her role in the Hulu crime series "The Act" -- pulled out of a metered parking spot and plowed into Parviz's car. You can see the damages Joey's car suffered on the driver's side.

Kamelia tells us her client suffered a tear in his shoulder ... and says a preexisting condition made the shoulder injury even worse, requiring surgery. We're told after the collision, Parviz and Joey exchanged insurance info. No cops were called but Kamelia claims he still hasn't gotten compensated for the damage ... so now he's going after Joey in court.

Kamelia says, "Due to the collision, Mr. Mohammady sustained significant injuries, which necessitated surgical intervention. We hope that through the lawsuit, Ms. King will accept responsibility and compensate our client for his damages."

Parviz is suing for unspecified damages. We've reached out to Joey, so far no word back.

Kim Kardashian West Visits Death Row ... Vows to Help Inmate Julius Jones

Published | Updated
UPDATE

9:30 AM PT -- Oklahoma Attorney General Mike Hunter is calling out Kim for advocating for Jones, claiming "every criticism surrounding his case has been disproven."

UPDATE

AG Hunter says ... "Celebrity endorsements and biased documentaries cannot erase the facts of the case that overwhelmingly prove Julius Jones killed Paul Howell in cold blood."

UPDATE

He also says the DNA evidence in the case shows "the probability of selecting an individual with the same DNA profile found with the murder weapon is 1 in 110 million."

UPDATE

Hunter adds ... "Jones had his day in court and has exhausted his appeals at every level. He committed this horrific crime and now must serve the sentence a jury of his peers deemed appropriate. I encourage those advocating for Jones, including Mrs. Kardashian West, to research the case and read the summary of the transcript on our website."

Kim Kardashian West is using her celebrity and legal connections to help a death row inmate who is currently in a battle to stave off execution.

Kim came face-to-face with Julius Jones in Oklahoma City Monday. Jones, a black man, was 19 when he was arrested for the shooting death of a 45-year old white man named Paul Howell in 1999. He was convicted of first-degree murder in 2002 and sentenced to death.

Sources familiar with the meeting tell us Kim spent time with both Jones and his attorney, Dale Baich, and promised to do whatever she could to assist his legal team. After the meeting with Jones, Kim met with some of his family members at a local church.

During the meeting at the church, we're told Jones' mother got emotional in recounting the night of Howell's murder ... and said Julius was home with her the whole time.

Our sources say, Kim became interested in Julius' case after watching "The Last Defense" in 2018 -- a Viola Davis produced docuseries about his arrest and his trial. Kim also helped to push a Change.org petition in support of Julius from a couple hundred thousand signatures to millions.

Many who have been critical of Julius' case say it was racially charged from the beginning with little evidence to tie him to the scene and a poor legal defense. Julius has also stated he believes he was framed for the murder and didn't fit the appearance of suspect given by Howell's sister ... who stated it was a young black man with a red bandana.

Jones filed a petition for clemency in 2019 and is now waiting on The Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board to recommend his sentence be commuted and reduced ... a final decision would then fall with Governor Kevin Stitt.

Jones does not yet have a scheduled execution date.

Ricky Schroder Calls Cops Over Online Attacks ... After Helping Kyle Rittenhouse Post Bail

Published | Updated

Ricky Schroder's getting so much hate for helping accused murderer Kyle Rittenhouse make bail, he reported it to cops ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... deputies responded to a call from Schroder Sunday and stopped by his home to review various negative social media posts directed at the "NYPD Blue" actor.

While they weren't life-threatening, some of the comments were pretty nasty ... "Tbh thought he was dead. Would've been better," "This was a racist move pure and simple," and "Ricky Schroder can shove that silver spoon right up his own ass."

Celebs including Bette Midler weighed in too, saying, "Who knew he could be so malevolent?"

We're told cops determined none of the online comments rose to the level of a criminal threat ... so the officers just took a suspicious circumstances report and left.

Our sources say Schroder will be in contact with authorities if things escalate, and we're told police are monitoring the situation.

As we reported ... Schroder donated $150k to the 17-year-old's bail fund, which the teen's attorney, Lin Wood, said helped them post $2 million bail to get Rittenouse out of jail while he awaits trial for murder.

Some of the outcry is obviously harsher than others ... but you get the idea.

As for Rittenhouse ... he's accused of shooting and killing 2 men and wounding a third during the protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin following the police shooting of Jacob Blake. He's claiming he acted in self-defense.

Harvey Weinstein Being Filmed Nonstop in Prison To Avoid Another Epstein

Published | Updated

Harvey Weinstein is getting the home movie treatment from behind bars -- having cameras record his every move so he doesn't go the way of Jeffrey Epstein ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... a correctional officer is assigned to follow Weinstein anytime he's on the move from within the state prison he's currently serving his sentence at -- which is Wende Correctional Facility in upstate NY.

Aside from the regular surveillance cameras that might be fixated on HW at any given time, we're told whichever guard is assigned to shadow him for the day has a camera on him at eye-level ... basically, he's being recorded damn-near round-the-clock.

It's unclear if it's a body cam or hand held camera -- prison officials tell us they can use both when monitoring an inmate's safety -- but in any case it's lights, camera, action all over again for Mr. Weinstein.

As for why ... the concerns followed Weinstein from Rikers to where is is currently -- prison officials are worried if they take their eyes off Weinstein things could quickly go awry.

More importantly, we're told state prison officials are doing this to tamp down any conspiracy theories that might arise if things go south -- not just that, they're looking to cover their butts  from criminal liability.

Our sources say the thinking is ... if there's a mountain of visual evidence at the ready, nobody can accuse them of screwing up like the Epstein guards allegedly did.

Weinstein is in frail health and there were concerns last week he may have had COVID, but he tested negative.

Weinstein's rep, Juda Engelmayer, declined to comment. The New York State DOC also refused to comment on specific safety protocols for any given prisoner.

Trump Supporter Charged For Coughing on Protester ... At Prez's Own Golf Course

Published | Updated

One of President Trump's supporters is facing criminal charges after being caught on tape coughing on someone without a mask on -- and it happened on 45's own turf, no less.

The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office tells TMZ ... 61-year-old Raymond Deskins has been charged with misdemeanor simple assault and was released on a summons -- this after somebody got a citizen's warrant from a country magistrate.

All of that follows what was captured on video Saturday at the Trump National Golf Club in Sterling, VA -- just outside of D.C. -- when a man, believed to be Deskins, was seen arguing with a protester ... and then forcefully coughing on her.

In the clip, the man isn't wearing a face mask or covering of any kind ... and he seems to do the exaggerated coughing/blowing in the woman's direction after she makes a fuss about him being too close to her and expressing COVID concerns.

At first, LCSO told us since cops weren't on the scene and didn't see this first-hand -- and because the video didn't quite capture everything unfold in its entirety -- their hands were tied as far as arresting anyone after both parties claimed assault.

So, as a temporary fix, we're told the man and woman in the video were instructed to run to court and get a warrant themselves ... apparently, only the woman followed through thus far. It's unclear what spurred Deskins' assault claim.

Two noteworthy things about this -- this appears to be one of the rare instances of somebody coughing on another person on purpose (outside of a law enforcement officer, which we've seen) and getting rung up on charges for it. It hardly happens.

The second thing ... how does this happen at Trump's own golf course? Doesn't Deskins get immunity??? Apparently not ...

NYC Sheriff's Office Break Up Underground Swingers Party ... No Sex for You!!!

Published | Updated

A bunch of free-spirited sex revelers had their good time cut short by cops in the Big Apple -- an interesting contrast to another attempted New York bust gone bad.

The NYC Sheriff's Office busted in and broke up an underground swingers club early Sunday morning in Queens ... which is said to have been hosting upwards of 80 people -- a big no-no under Gov. Cuomo's new 10-person-or-less rule.

Sure enough, there was a rager going down -- music was blasting and people were mingling and sipping on booze, which the Sheriff's Office says was being illegally served. Oh, and there were some people making whoopee too ... all together.

The cops say they found three couples having sex in a small room -- apparently, this swinger joint -- which goes by Caligula, of all names -- has services for that if you're looking to get busy. The Sheriff's Office even snapped a shot of one of those rooms, plus a price sheet going over rates, and what looks like a box of condoms!

All in all, two organizers and one patron were charged with misdemeanors -- and the place was cleared out. The NYP reports that the manager was hit with lots of fines ... which amounted to about $16,000 for violating emergency measures issued by the state. The guy reportedly also got dinged for booze infractions.

This is almost a complete 180 from what went down in neighboring Buffalo just the night prior -- when Sheriff's deputies and county health workers tried barging in on a packed business meeting to shut it down, only to get chased off by the mob.

Maybe the Erie County crew should call up the city boys and get a few pointers on how to go about handling these types of situations. Just a thought!

Kenny Rogers Estate Sues His Ex-Friend ... You Gambled on Farewell Tour, Now Pay Up!!!

Published

One of Kenny Rogers' longtime friends did NOT know when to fold 'em, because he allegedly produced an unauthorized DVD of Kenny's farewell tour ... and now his estate is suing.

The estate claims Kelly Junkermann, an employee and friend, went rogue after he recorded Kenny's last tour and tried to release a DVD called "Kenny Rogers -- The Gambler's Last Deal."

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the estate claims Junkermann convinced the singer to let him shoot the farewell tour -- but Kenny made it crystal clear the footage would be for Kenny's personal use only ... and NOT for commercial release.

The estate claims Junkermann ignored that condition and went ahead and made a DVD filled with "priceless and irreplaceable audio, video, photographic and audiovisual content that were compiled over the course of Kenny Rogers' decades-long career."

What's more ... the estate claims Junkermann made repeated requests for approval to use the content, but was repeatedly denied verbally and in writing. The estate is adamant Junkermann knew he had no right to go forward, but still struck a deal with a distributor.

Earlier this year, the estate says it blocked the release of the DVD but it cost nearly $290k in legal fees to get it done. So, they're suing for damages and for an injunction blocking Junkermann's DVD from ever coming out. They say it's not up to Kenny's standards and would damage his brand.

Most importantly, the estate doesn't want fans confusing Junkermann's DVD with its own farewell tour project.

Ricky Schroder Donated $150k to Get Kyle Rittenhouse Released on Bail

Published | Updated

Accused killer Kyle Rittenhouse got some help from a few famous people this week, and as a result, he's free on bail.

Ricky Schroder made a "significant contribution" which led to Rittenhouse posting $2 million cash bail ... this according to Rittenhouse's famed lawyer, Lin Wood. We're told Schroder contributed $150,000 to the bail fund.

Wood posted a photo of his client and Schroder, saying, "Thank you, All Donors. Thank you, All Patriots. Thank God Almighty."

In addition to Schroder, MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell also donated and attorney Wood thanked both Schroder and Lindell for "putting us over the top." We're told Lindell donated $50,000.

17-year-old Rittenhouse is now free pending trial. He's accused of shooting and killing 2 men and wounding a third during the demonstrations in Kenosha, Wisconsin, surrounding the police shooting of Jacob Blake. He claims he acted in self-defense.

'Tiger King' Star Jeff Lowe Feds Claim Zoo Animals In Danger ... He Calls Total BS

Published | Updated

Jeff Lowe is back under Uncle Sam's microscope -- the feds have more concerns about animals at his zoo, and want to check things out for themselves -- but Jeff says they can kick rocks.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the feds claim the 'Tiger King' star is displaying animals at Joe Exotic's former zoo in Oklahoma without the necessary licenses or care. Prosecutors believe the animals are in "serious danger" because they don't have an attending veterinarian, and are getting substandard care.

The feds paint a grisly picture of the scene on the ground, claiming some animals are malnourished, dehydrated and licking wounds from fights in their enclosures.

However, Jeff says it's impossible for the feds to know what condition the animals are in because no one outside of his team has seen them in 2 months! Jeff says, "How arrogant and ignorant of them to deduce that my animals are in anything but perfect health. Their filing doesn’t have a single factual accusation in the entire document."

Jeff also gave us a pic shot Thursday at the park, showing 2 very healthy looking tigers. He tells us all of his animals has a perfect body scale rating.

As we reported ... the USDA inspected the zoo this summer and found a bunch of problems -- including a razor-thin 16-week-old lion cub that could barely stand -- and suspended Lowe's license for 21 days.

Making matters worse, the feds claim Jeff's zoo doesn't keep good records of everything that's going on with the various animals.

The government wants an order declaring Lowe is in violation of federal law, and giving federal investigators immediate access to inspect the park ... to determine the condition of the animals.

Lowe calls the whole thing a sad attempt by the feds to grasp at any type of authority over him.
