Terrell Davis I Doubt Gurley Can Return To Form ... Same Knee Issues I Had

Published | Updated
Terrell Davis On Todd Gurley
HE'LL NEVER BE THE SAME

Terrell Davis tells TMZ Sports he's concerned Todd Gurley might never regain his old form in Atlanta ... saying a similar knee issue in 1999 caused him to lose a permanent step.

"I was never the same," the Denver Broncos legend says.

Gurley tore his ACL in college at Georgia in 2014 ... but didn't have problems with the surgically repaired knee up until 2019 -- when the Rams RB dealt with arthritis.

Gurley was still able to run on it, but he clearly wasn't the same guy ... and following this past season, the Rams straight-up cut him over the decline in his play.

Fortunately for the tailback, the Falcons believe he's still got some juice left --- they signed him right away -- but Davis tells us he's skeptical Gurley can be a premier RB again in the future.

"They said he had an arthritic knee," said Davis, who tore his ACL playing for the Broncos in 1999. "And, I said, 'I've had that. I understand what it feels like.'"

Davis was forced to retire before the 2002 season ... saying his arthritic knee made it impossible for him to feel like the same dude that won a Super Bowl MVP just a few years prior.

"What happens is you feel like your knee -- like you have just enough swelling in your knee, just enough, to where it doesn't stop you from running, but you don't have the full flexibility or mobility and you just feel like you're just a second slower," TD says.

"When you think about making a cut, it's like the signal from your brain to your knee is like, it just comes just a fraction of a second too slow where your knee doesn't respond to it. And, that's what was happening for me."

Don't get it twisted ... Davis still thinks Todd has more than enough gas left in the tank to be an effective NFL RB -- he's just wary about the prospects of TG returning to superstar status.

"If he could come out of this one year and have the attitude that, 'I want to prove everybody wrong' -- which I feel Todd will -- he could have a really good year."

Guess Who This Umbrella Babe Turned Into!

This dainty, young gal would grow up to become one of America's most famous child actresses and models, and controversially ... a major sex symbol too.

She was born in Manhattan to a socialite mother and a Revlon executive father, but the 2 divorced when she was a baby and her mom quickly got her into modeling -- seriously, her first gig was an Ivory Soap ad as an 11-month-old.

At the age of 12, she gained critical acclaim as the lead in a movie where she played a child prostitute ... and her career would continue to venture into risque territory.

She'd go on to become the youngest fashion model to appear on the cover of Vogue at 14 and later appeared in a very controversial ad campaign for Calvin Klein jeans.

Of course, this was right before she appeared in 2 scandalous teen dramas in the early '80s ... which are still her most well-known movies to date.

She took a career break to attend Princeton and made a return to acting and modeling in the '90s ... with great success.

Can you guess who she is?

Rob Kardashian To Blac Chyna I'm Not a Bad Parent ... Stop Smearing My Name!!!

Published | Updated

Rob Kardashian's pushing back on Blac Chyna's insinuation he's a bad parent because Dream got burned in his care ... he says she's the bad parent.

Here's the deal ... Blac Chyna got the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services to investigate Rob after Dream suffered multiple burns at his home, and she claims Rob initially denied the second burn happened under his watch.

Now, Rob is firing back and blaming his former nanny while also chiding BC for trying to smear his name.

Rob's attorney, Marty Singer, tells TMZ ... Dream's health and well-being is Rob's top priority, and even though Dream did in fact get burned in two incidents with the nanny at Rob's home last month, Rob's confident DCFS won't find any safety issues at the home.

RK's legal team tells us the nanny is leaving his employment, and they say Rob treated Dream's incidents appropriately and told BC what happened.

Rob's attorney tells us it's "unfortunate that Chyna feels the need to publicly miscommunicate the situation and has once again wasted valuable public resources by calling first responders in a desperate attempt to smear Rob’s name in response to his ongoing lawsuit against her for full custody of their daughter."

And, get this ... Rob's attorneys say he has grave concerns about Dream's safety in Blac Chyna's care, and they say third parties have sent DCFS to BC's home for her treatment of Dream.

Dream's come back from her mother's house with many unexplained injuries -- rashes, cuts, bruises and a dislocated arm -- at least according to Rob.

Rob's also blasting BC for claiming to be concerned about Dream's safety when she was busy posting a video showing Dream on her older's back while they were bouncing on a trampoline.

As you know ... Rob and Chyna have joint legal and physical custody of Dream, but their both gunning for primary custody.

Lori Loughlin Dismiss My Case, Your Honor Prosecutors Acted Corruptly

Published | Updated

Lori Loughlin and other defendants in the college admissions case want a judge to throw out the cases and send prosecutors packing ... because Lori and the others say the U.S. Attorney's Office is guilty ... guilty of gross and shocking misconduct.

Lori, and others who have not copped a plea, laid out why it would be unfair to continue on the with the case. For starters, defense lawyers say authorities browbeat the ringleader in the case -- Rick Singer. Singer initially told prosecutors the money he received from Lori and others were donations made payable to the university, but FBI agents wanted him to call the money bribes. Singer said they were not bribes -- rather donations -- and that's when he says an agent started screaming at him ... ordering him to lie and say they were bribes.

And, Singer says, FBI agents told him to lie on recorded calls to obtain incriminating evidence against the parents.

There's a lot more. Prosecutors withheld this evidence for more than a year, this according to the legal docs, even though they were ordered to produce it.

Singer told agents his clients "typically do not know that [former USC official Donna] Heinel is involved until the time of their first payment." In other words, the clients thought it was legit.

And, the defense says the government recorded various conversations between Singer and various parents, but they claim this "was a sham carefully engineered by government agents in an effort to entrap defendants and "nail" them "at all costs."

In Loughlin's case, according to the docs, she made it clear she did not know the payments were bribes. In a recorded conversation, she says, "Yeah, no, no I -- I had questions about USC. I was like, 'Well, maybe the way they got in you're not supposed to get in like that. I don't know, like can you,' but Moss [her husband] was like, 'No you can make a donation.  It's ok,' like I don't know. Uh, yeah, I don't know. But it's all on the up-and-up."

Short story ... the defense says the government has lied, fabricated incriminating evidence and intentionally withheld evidence it was supposed to turn over that tended to show these were not bribes.

The defense wants the charges dismissed ... or at the very least they want all the FBI recordings ruled inadmissible because they were allegedly obtained dishonestly.

Donald Trump 'LameStream Media' Stoking Fear ... So I Lose the Election

Donald Trump
CONTINUING THE ATTACK
UPDATE

3:53 PM PT -- President Trump was just asked point-blank if his "lamestream media" theory is behind his push to see packed churches on Easter Sunday -- and he went off.

UPDATE

Paula Reid from CBS asked if he's advocating for that Easter timeline in order to boost his poll numbers. Trump accused Reid of writing "fake news" about him and ended with a shot ... claiming she wouldn't even have a United States of America right now without him.

UPDATE

Seriously. Just watch.

Sorry folks ... even if you like Donald Trump, come on -- now he thinks the coronavirus scare is something the media has cooked up to defeat him in November.

Trump flew off the handle on Twitter, saying, "The LameStream Media is the dominant force in trying to get me to keep our Country closed as long as possible in the hope that it will be detrimental to my election success."

He goes on ... "The real people want to get back to work ASAP."

So, he says the media is the "dominant force." Well, Mr. President, how about Dr. Anthony Fauci, who has cautioned about the desperate need to flatten the curve? How about the Governor of New York, who has held daily news conferences begging people to stay inside and warning this could last a long time?

By the way ... you actually think people other than "the real people" don't want to get back to work? Absurd, and offensive.

How about a reality check. Trump is acting like this is all a media concoction, at the same time he's using his daily briefings in place of his campaign rallies ... trying to tell the world what a great job he's doing. He's essentially the M.C. of a news conference that doesn't need an M.C.

BTW ... 870 people have died so far in the U.S. alone, and DOCTORS think it's going to get worse.

'Tiger King' Star Joe Exotic Sues from Prison ... Wants Almost $94 Mil!!!

Joe Exotic -- the eccentric, wild and captivating convict tiger breeder featured in the wildly popular Netflix docuseries 'Tiger King' -- is suing from prison ... claiming a huge conspiracy behind him being locked up, and it led to the death of his mom.

If you've seen the show, you know Joe -- real name Joseph Maldonado-Passage -- is one of the biggest names in the big cat business. If you haven't seen it ... SPOILERS AHEAD.

Anyway, Exotic ran a popular zoo in Oklahoma until he was found guilty of a murder-for-hire plot in 2019, but according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... he claims he was falsely arrested and imprisoned, and the victim of malicious prosecution and discrimination.

But, let's back up, because firstly ... Joe's suing the U.S. Department of Interior and the U.S. Federal Wildlife Service for placing the "generic tiger" on the endangered species list. Exotic claims this was done for the sole purpose of targeting businesses like his, and essentially ... putting him out of business.

As he puts it, this equates to "stealing my property and promoting an animal rights agenda."

Joe also alleges he was "discriminated against because he is the only person charged with this statute because [he] is an openly gay male with the largest collection of generic tigers and crossbreeds."

According to the suit, he wants $78,840,000 for the loss of his personal property and 18 years' worth of his work with tigers for this.

As for his criminal conviction, he's going after a handful of people involved in the case -- including his former business partner, Jeff Lowe, for allegedly lying to the feds and planting evidence against him.

He accuses another former colleague of being an informant and claims the sum of all this contributed to the passing of his mother, Shirley.

Joe's seeking an additional $15 million for this.

'Bachelor' Star Peter Weber Hanging with Kelley Now ... Can't Make Up My Mind!!!

Published | Updated

Peter Weber's season of "The Bachelor" is over, but he's still getting around ... putting in time with another contestant -- Kelley Flanagan, at least for now.

Pilot Pete was seen playfully slinging Kelley over his shoulder Wednesday afternoon in Chicago on the shores of Lake Michigan. Folks who saw them tell us Pete was super-flirty and very handsy with Kelley.

Peter can't make up his mind ... remember, his season was marked by his flip-flopping ways. He got engaged to Hannah Ann, called it off months later so he could get with Madison.

Now, he's apparently moved on to Kelley -- making for a pretty impressive trifecta.

'Bachelor' fans are gonna go crazy for this latest twist in Pete's complicated love life. Rumors were swirling about something brewing between Kelley and him, but this is visual confirmation. It's the first time they've been seen together since she was eliminated from the show.

We can't confirm Pete's favorite song is Tupac's, "I Get Around" ... or The Beachboys "I Get Around," if he's really OG -- but it's a good bet.
