Kenya Moore is hoping to get things squared away with her divorce soon ... but she makes it clear, there's still one huge roadblock.

We got the "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star out in New York and asked about her split with her estranged husband, Marc Daly ... which she called the world's longest divorce.

Kenya tells us it's been a long time coming because they didn't have a prenup ... and dividing up the spoils of the marriage isn't as easy as it seems.

As we reported, KM and Marc called it quits after 2 years of marriage ... way back in September 2019. She filed for divorce in May 2021.

At the time of their split she said, "Due to recent and ongoing circumstances, I can no longer continue in the marriage" ... adding that their daughter Brooklyn would be her main focus.

True to form ... she offered motherhood advice to mommy-to-be Keke Palmer, who recently revealed her pregnancy.

As far as when she'll become officially single ... she has high hopes it'll all be done in time for hot girl summer!

Underneath this starlike figure is an artistic guy who can dance like no one's watching and own every stage he steps foot on (in a sparkly pair of boots). Aside from his superior singing chops and dynamic dance moves, he definitely knows how to ring in the new year!

Chucky the killer doll is trending this weekend -- and the reason is because there's a new silicone-laced slasher in town that's got everyone dying for her ... that'd be 'M3GAN.'

The new horror flick just hit theaters this weekend, and by all accounts ... it's a hit with the young crowd, especially Gen-Zers and TikTok users. Apparently, she's all the rage online right now -- there's tons of memes and whatnot cropping about the movie, which is said to be laced with dark comedy, which is apparently starting to encroach on 'Child's Play' territory.

You can hop into the trend yourself and see the comparisons that are (jokingly) being drawn up between the classic foul-mouthed Good Guy of the '90s and M3GAN ... who's very much so an upgrade in terms of tech, tact and murdering capability in 2022.

If you're unfamiliar, 'M3GAN' is about this toy maker who creates a robotic best friend for children ... and tests it out on her niece, without realizing the doll starts to develop a mind of its own. Eventually, it wants control of raising the girl ... and it goes on a murderous rampage to get it. Pretty familiar territory, but in this case -- it's shaping up to be a hit.

Box office estimates have 'M3GAN' aiming to rake up at least $27 million through the weekend, which is a solid opening to kick off the new year -- especially against 'Avatar 2,' which is still cleaning up since its December release. So far, 'M3GAN' is at $11.7M.

Anyway, while 'M3GAN' might be the talk of the toy town right now -- Chucky's still got a special place in people's hearts ... and that's in large part because of his SYFY/USA show, which has undoubtedly given him a new lease on life in the 21st century.

It's pretty popular and maintains the spirit of the OG franchise. But with M3GAN out here, everyone's one-time favorite killer doll might need to bust out a new trick or two and get even more with the times than he has on TV thus far.

Damar Hamlin's health has, thankfully, improved dramatically ... so much so, in fact, that the guy is active on social media again ... and his message is one of gratitude and thanks.

The Bills safety -- who's been receiving treatment in a hospital for several days now, following his horrifying on-field collapse -- posted to IG for the first time since the life-threatening incident. He compiled shots of himself, seemingly from the fateful day in question.

The final slide in his 4-pic post shows a quote doctors told him when he was finally awake and talking on his own. It's the "you won" line, which resonated with him.

Damar adds, "When you put real love out into the world it comes back to you 3x’s as much.. 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾 The Love has been overwhelming, but I’m thankful for every single person that prayed for me and reached out. We brung the world back together behind this. If you know me you know this only gone make me stronger. On a long road keep praying for me!"

His message comes on the heels of his team providing yet another encouraging update on his condition. They said he was making continued progress, but remained in critical care --noting he was breathing without assistance and that his neurological function was excellent.

This turnaround is nothing short of miraculous, considering we now know that his heart gave out ... requiring immediate resuscitation on the gridiron during Monday Night Football.

Since his injury, Damar's been receiving an outpouring of support in several different forms -- including on the charity front ... which has amounted to millions of dollars being donated to a GFM endeavor he was hosting for the holidays.

Seems he's taken notice of that and all the other well-wishes sent his way. A good sign.

Prince Harry's been making a lot of claims about his brother lately -- and the repercussions for going against the family, as they say, is apparently not all that bad ... per a new report.

The Times published a story Saturday that claims to have some inside knowledge on how the Royals are digesting Harry's bombshells ... which have been leaking out via excerpts from his forthcoming book, "Spare," due to release next week.

According to the outlet, the only thing PH faces at this point for spilling his guts is being "written out of the script" for King Charles' coronation ceremony in May -- when he's officially crowned and all that jazz. That doesn't mean the Duke can't attend, though.

The Times' Royal Editor, Roya Nikkhah, tweeted this tidbit as a follow-up to her post ... "I can also reveal that Prince Harry has been written out of the script for the Coronation, with no official role in the service if he attends. Breaking with tradition, Charles will scrap royal dukes kneeling and paying homage to the monarch. Only William will perform that role."

So, it sounds like Harry can, in fact, roll through if he wants ... but will have to sit in the peanut gallery with all the others, while Prince William takes center stage next to Dad. All things considered, that's mild. Some speculated Harry would be uninvited altogether.

As for Willy ... The Times claims, through Royal sources, that he's "burning with anger" over Harry's assertions -- namely, that he allegedly attacked his brother, insulted his wife, Meghan Markle, and encouraged him to wear that Nazi costume all those years ago.

And yet, he's staying silent through it all ... which he apparently plans to continue doing for the foreseeable future. Time will tell if even more nuggets emerge when the book comes out.

As we know, Harry's on a full-blown press run right now to promote this thing. Word is, Penguin -- which reportedly paid him $20M for "Spare" -- needs around 1.7 million copies to be sold just to break even. Here's hoping the best deets are still under wraps.

The Joker gets pregnant in a new comic series they just rolled out -- which is, expectedly, drawing some outrage and backlash among a certain demographic ... can you guess who?

The latest story about the Clown Prince of Darkness comes from DC's 'The Man Who Stopped Laughing' series, which explores different plots and subplots for the Joker ... and some aren't even canonical, including this one about him growing a baby bump.

It dropped a few days ago, and people immediately noticed that writer Matthew Rosenberg and cartoonist Carmine Di Giandomenico concocted a tale about Joker wanting an heir, but one that was of his DNA. So, he starts to pursue female super wizardress Zatanna.

Of course, she wants nothing to do with the Joker ... so she casts a spell on him that guarantees no one else will ever bare his offspring, but it backfires -- making it so Joker gives birth all by himself, via vomiting as readers eventually find out. Along the way, the comic strip depicts him with a huge belly and getting checked on gynecologically.

In the end, the Joker's "baby" is a mutated version of himself ... and they're both enamored with one another. That's about all there is to the entry, and yet -- it's caused a lot of feathers to be ruffled in conservative circles, per usual.

Some on Twitter are accusing DC of trying to push LGBT-friendly narratives onto their base ... which they say has been going on for a while, through decisions like making Robin and Superman gay in some of their newer comics. Others, of course, saw that as progress.

BTW, the word "trans" is never mentioned in this latest iteration ... but that doesn't seem to have clicked with this crowd. They see what they wanna see, and they see trans Joker.

Rep. Hakeem Jeffries was feeling musical on the House floor after being elected House Minority Leader for the Democratic Party ... and he let his song be heard by all, from A to Z.

The New York congressman -- who was the clear favorite among his peers for House Speaker as 15 rounds of voting were held -- delivered his speech early Saturday morning after Rep. Kevin McCarthy finally won the gavel among a divided Republican party.

We'll get to him in a minute, but first ... listen to Jeffries' ABCs of red, white and blue. He went through the entire alphabet to compare and contrast the core tenets of his caucus.

It starts with American Values over Autocracy, Benevolence over Bigotry, the Constitution over the Cult ... and finally ends with Zealous Representation over Zero Sum Confrontation, covering every letter in between. It's got good rhythm to it, much like the real alphabet song!

Jeffries got huge applause throughout, and what sounds like a standing O at the end.

You could argue there was just as much enthusiasm within the GOP, when now-House Speaker McCarthy delivered his remarks to cap off the long night ... when he promised to push a strong conservative agenda and to reign in a lot of Pres. Biden's policies.

McCarthy's win came after an excruciating 15 rounds of voting over 4 full days ... during which he slowly started to flip enough Republican votes in his favor among holdouts.

The notorious BTK serial killer is pouring cold water on the idea -- floated by his own daughter -- that he has a link to Idaho murder suspect Bryan Kohberger.

BTK fired off an email to TMZ from prison after we reached out to him about a recent NewsNation article ... claiming Kohberger may have communicated with him through DeSales University professor Katherine Ramsland.

Kohberger, a Washington State University grad student, had previously studied at DeSales under Ramsland, who's also a famous true crime author and penned a book about the BTK killer.

In his January 5 message to us, BTK says, "No on Kohberger all around," in response to his daughter, Kerri Rawson, telling NN reporter Brian Entin she was "pretty shocked" there was "potentially a connection to my father."

Rawson also said she thought Bryan was likely influenced by BTK since he studied under Ramsland.

On this point, BTK agreed, stating, "I had thought some one may have study me." He also gave props to the Idaho investigators for nabbing a suspect, meaning Kohberger.

BTK went on to share his personal torment about not connecting with his family. "My family don't communicate with me at all. I love them all very much and [would] be happy if one did."

As you know ... BTK (real name: Dennis Rader) killed ten people during his sexually motivated, sadomasochistic rampage in Wichita, Kansas, from 1974 to 1991. He wrote taunting letters to the media, giving himself the moniker, "Bind, Torture, Kill."

He was finally captured in 2005 and confessed to the slayings, leading to his conviction. He is currently serving ten life sentences -- one for each of his murders.

The man charged with slaughtering 4 Idaho college students may have joined online chat groups to discuss some of the facts of the brutal slayings with Internet sleuths.

Bryan Kohberger might have been the person or persons making claims about the quadruple homicide case, using the Facebook and Redditor handles "Pappa Rodger" and "InsideLooking," respectively, according to former FBI agent Jennifer Coffindaffer.

Coffindaffer, who was tracking both accounts, says many of the allegations made by the individual(s) turned out to be factually accurate, causing her to think it could have been Bryan.

In two of the postings, the person/persons offered a correct timeline for the murders and mentioned the knife sheath left at the crime scene BEFORE police publicly released those details.

One spot-on message read: "Committed murders and exited sliding door. One knife according to corners [sic] statement. Time of murder approximately 3:20am - 3:40 am according to car fleeing scene and on camera on highway 8 approximately 3:45am. Vehicle left skid marks upon exit."

In another factual post, the user wrote: "Of the evidence released, the murder weapon has been consistent as a large fixed blade knife. This leads me to believe they found the sheath." Other members in the chat group were so alarmed they accused the person of talking "like a serial killer."

Jeremy Renner is giving us regular progress reports after his horrendous snowplowing accident, and it's looking hopeful as he thanked the hospital staff the day before his birthday.

Jeremy posted a pic of himself in bed with a rather large group with the caption, "Thank you renowned medical ICU team for beginning this journey." The prayer emojis did not go unnoticed.

This is Jeremy's third post ... Tuesday he gave an update thanking his fans, with only a photo of his head, saying ... "Thank you all for your kind words. 🙏. Im too messed up now to type. But I send love to you all."

Then Thursday, he posted video of his sister shampooing/massaging his head ... calling it a "spa moment." So his sense of humor is clearly intact.

He's already had at least one surgery and presumably has a long road to recovery, but doctors are optimistic.

The House of Representatives started looking like a UFC fight Friday night, when a congressman had to be physically restrained from attacking one of his colleagues.

It went down late Friday night after the 14th vote for Speaker of the House ... where Kevin McCarthy again failed to get the required number of votes.

Rep Mike Rogers (Republican, Alabama), a McCarthy supporter, was watching Matt Gaetz ... who in part spearheaded the opposition to McCarthy and voted no.

Rogers eyeballed Gaetz having a chitchat with McCarthy, and apparently saw Gaetz mouth the word "committee." It's unclear exactly what the 2 were talking about, but Gaetz was serving on the House Armed Services Committee, which Rogers chairs. It apparently looked like McCarthy and Gaetz reached some sort of agreement.

We're guessing -- but seems like a good guess -- Rogers was worried McCarthy was going to give the chairmanship to Gaetz in return for his vote, and that set Rogers off.

C-SPAN got shots of Rogers losing it, walking to the row in which Gaetz was sitting and then fully lunging at him. Other reps tried to thwart an attack by grabbing Rogers by the chin and shoulders ... holding him back.

Rogers then screamed at Gaetz, "I won't forget this!"

French Montana and members of his team were desperate to find safety in the seconds following the chaos of gunfire in Miami Gardens ... ducking into a fast food joint.

We've obtained video from inside a KFC restaurant where French and others gathered to find safe shelter. French isn't saying much in the clip, but you see him peering outside toward the scene.

A witness inside the restaurant tells us French remained there for 30 to 40 minutes, while cops arrived and victims were taken to the hospital.

As we reported, as many as 10 people were hit by bullets Thursday night when shots rang out into a crowd of people who had gathered at The Licking restaurant to celebrate the release of French's new mixtape, "Coke Boys 6: Money Heist Edition."

It's unclear what led to the shooting, but one witness on the scene tells us they believe it was the result of an attempted robbery during the celebration.

A rep for French confirmed to us he was not injured in the melee, and everyone is expected to survive ... including a bodyguard who was listed in critical condition.

In a statement Friday, French said, "Last night, I was in Miami celebrating the release of my CB6 mixtape w/ friends at a local restaurant. We unfortunately were at the wrong place, at the wrong time when an incident took place that left people hurt. Our thoughts & prayers are w/ the victims & families at this time."

Britney Spears and Jamie Lynn are battling it out for bragging rights over who had a rougher life ... and it's getting ugly.

Britney fired back at her younger sister with a social media rant Friday, after Jamie Lynn complained on TV about growing up with a super famous older sister.

The sisterly beef reignited this week when Jamie Lynn said on FOX's new reality series, "Special Forces: World's Toughest Test" that she struggles with self-esteem living in Britney's shadow.

Britney's having none of it, though ... she says Jamie Lynn and the rest of her family and friends were living it up while she was wasting away under a conservatorship.

What's more, Britney's none too pleased Jamie Lynn is whining on national TV ... Britney says she'd rather spit in her family's faces and "trash them on Instagram cause that’s all my family has ever been to me !!!!"

Jamie Lynn says she's proud of Britney and loves her to death, but grew up feeling like she didn't have anything for herself because her older sister found fame at such a young age.

Britney's response ... "It honestly blows my mind the hardships you say you have had with having me as your sister."

While Jamie Lynn says she's having a hard time finding her own identity outside of being Britney's sister, Britney's claiming she suffered nerve damage during the conservatorship.

French Montana is coming under fire from the Miami Gardens Police for not securing permits for his video production that turned into a bullet festival with 10 people shot.

Miami Gardens Police Chief Delma Noel-Pratt just blamed the rapper and his crew for all the violence and chaos.

Noel-Pratt said investigators have learned event organizers (i.e. French and Co.) failed to fill out an application to obtain the necessary permits for the video shoot, which is a violation of city policy.

"As a result of this disregard of the procedures, the unauthorized music video production led to an unfortunate situation," the police chief said.

He added, "If the necessary agencies were notified ahead of time and protocol followed, police officers would have been in place to safeguard the community and assist with deterring and responding, if needed, to any situation that may arise."

French has a completely different take. He tells us he was NOT shooting a video in Miami, but rather "celebrating the release of my CB6 mixtape w/ friends at a local restaurant." He says they were just in the wrong place at the wrong time when the shooting occurred.

TMZ obtained new video of Cage The Elephant vocalist Matt Shultz being put inside the back of a police car with his hands cuffed behind his back after his arrest this week for possessing illegal guns in NYC.

Check out this footage of the two-time Grammy-winning musician sporting a formal shirt and tie and surrounded by police Thursday morning outside The Bowery Hotel in the East Village. Cops took Shultz to a police station, where they processed him for criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a firearm, both felonies.

According to law enforcement ... Shultz's problems started late Wednesday night while he was a guest at the hotel. A worker spotted Shultz brandishing a handgun in a first-floor bathroom and reported him to a superior, who, in turn, called the NYPD.

We're told police responded to Shultz's room and knocked on the door .... Shultz answered the knock and stepped out into the hallway.

Cops allegedly asked Shultz if he had a firearm ... to which, Shultz replied, "two .45 caliber guns." When pressed about whether he still had the weapons, Shultz told cops he "may, but did not know," leading to his arrest, police said.

Investigators then got a search warrant and recovered the two loaded firearms from inside Shultz's room.

Prince Harry's latest list of grievances is a lot, and how the hell was Celine overlooked by Rolling Stone!?! So we gotta ask ...
