Kylie Jenner's put up a billboard smack in the middle of WeHo that kills 2 birds with one stone -- celebrating Stormi's birthday and hawks the kiddo's new makeup collection.

The massive bday card -- in a prime location on Santa Monica Blvd -- shows Kylie gently cradling Stormi, who turns 2 on February 1. Obviously NOT coincidentally, Kylie's also adding to her cosmetics empire on that day ...with makeup products inspired by Stormi.

Kylie's dubbed the collection, naturally, the Stormi Collection -- and says it's something she's been waiting for since the moment she found out she was pregnant.

She says it's dedicated to Stormi and inspired by her, but the kiddo also lent a helping hand. There are butterfly-themed packages of lip kits, blushes and mini eye shadow palettes with pastel and glitter shades.

At this rate, Stormi might end up snatching Mom's crown for youngest billionaire in history.

Mac Miller fans are showing up in droves to honor the late rapper at pop-up exhibitions opening around the country.

Fans were treated to the invite-only installation in L.A. Thursday to celebrate Mac's music and legacy. These exhibitions -- produced by Mirrored Media -- are launched in partnership with Amazon Music, and in conjunction with Mac's posthumous, "Circles," album release. Fans perused the art pieces and tons of mech ... while also enjoying listening sessions.

Thursday's event was a soft opening, but a 2-day event is slated for Friday and Saturday in NYC and also in Mac's hometown of Pittsburgh. The exhibition is free to the public from noon to 9 PM, and all net proceeds from merch sales will benefit the Mac Miller Fund ... which supports young musicians.

Barack Obama delivered a lovey-dovey happy birthday message to Michelle for all the world to see, and if this isn't relationship goals ... what is?

The former President wished the former First Lady a HBD by sharing a series of adorable black-and-white photobooth pics. He captioned it ... "In every scene, you are my star" and added an emphatic, "Happy birthday, baby!"

Barack showed his wisdom by not revealing her age, but for the record ... Michelle's celebrating #56 today.

Her birthday caps off a great week for the Obamas -- a documentary film they produced, "American Factory," landed them an Oscar nomination Monday.

The couple also spent a lot of the recent holiday season having fun in Hawaii, and Barack was named the most admired man in 2019. Of course, he tied with President Trump for that honor ... so ya can't have it all.

Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik apparently are fans of going back to what you know ... because they're back together again.

Gigi and Zayn hit up il Buco restaurant in New York City Saturday night. Gigi's sis, Bella, and Anwar's GF, Dua Lipa, tagged along.

They walked arm in arm as they celebrated Zayn's 27th birthday. Gigi presented Zayn with a big-ass bouquet as a token.

The two have a long history together. They first hooked up in 2015 but broke up in March 2018. It only took a month for them to get back together, but by January of last year, they were history again.

There were signs it still wasn't over last March when Zayn tweeted that he stilled loved Gigi.

The Duchess of Cambridge's dour face said it all as she pulled into Kensington Palace Thursday. Yes, it's her 38th birthday, but no one in the royal family's in the mood for cake due to her bro-in-law, Prince Harry, and his wife, Meghan Markle, deciding to rock the royal boat one day earlier.

According to multiple reports, Queen Elizabeth, Prince Charles and Prince William are royally pissed off at Harry and Meg for going public with their plans to pull out of their Senior Royal duties and move, at least part-time, to Canada.

Word is QE2 told Harry to hold off on the announcement, but he defied Grandma ... and now there's talk he and Meghan could face some sort of punishment.

Meanwhile, poor Kate's like ... umm, it's my birth -- oh, never mind.

Fact is, Prince William and Prince Harry were already on the outs -- allegedly because Wills wasn't down with his decision to get married.

The world's first cloned pet, a feline named Copy Cat, is celebrating a major milestone ... she's been on this Earth for a whopping 18 years!!!

Copy Cat, or CC for short, was cloned back in 2001 at Texas A&M University and she recently celebrated her 18th birthday on Dec. 22 at her adopted home in the Lone Star State.

It's a pretty momentous occasion ... when Copy Cat was created, researchers believed animal clones would die at young ages ... but CC is still pawing around.

CC's caretaker, Duane Kramer, helped spawn her in a lab and his wife, Shirley, adopted the cute critter shortly after her birth. Now, Copy Cat lives in a special shed in the Kramer's backyard in College Station.

Copy Cat's got a feline family of her own too ... she gave birth to a litter of 4 kittens back in 2006, and 3 survived -- their names are Tess, Tim and Zip.

Cuba Gooding Jr. celebrated his 52nd birthday without a trace of trepidation over his impending criminal trial for sexual misconduct.

The actor partied hard at Julien Roussel’s Casa Nightclub in St. Barts Thursday night, and looked more than comfortable getting on the mic and leading the crowd in singing Journey's feel-good hit, "Don’t Stop Believin’."

We're told Cuba stormed the DJ booth -- run by DJ Shortkutz and Chris Magic -- as soon as they cranked the song up, and as you can see ... he was feeling it.

Cuba's bday bash coincided with a 1 OAK pop-up at the club hosted by owner Richie Akiva, and we're told Gooding Jr. stayed and partied all night long. Along with singing, he also busted out some interesting dance moves to "Uptown Funk" and "In Da Club."

Deshaun Watson took some time off from preparing for the Buffalo Bills on Wednesday to celebrate his smokin' hot model GF's birthday ... and we gotta say, dude is MVP caliber on AND off the field!!

LeBron's party was swanky -- black tie and gowns. It started at the famed Sunset Tower hotel on the Sunset Strip, and some of LeBron's teammates, including Anthony Davis, Dwight Howard, Jared Dudley, Danny Green and Kyle Kuzma. Al Harrington, Cuttino Mobley and 2 Chainz were also front and center, along with LeBron's wife, Savannah.

LeBron was smokin' a huge stogie and chowin' down on a 3-layer cake, along with his guests.

That wasn't the end of the evening. The group moved the party to Crazy Girls strip club in Hollywood. Savannah joined LeBron and crew for some late-night fun.

Diddy celebrated his half-century on earth in pretty spectacular fashion, with the help of several tons of celebs.

The mogul's 50th birthday bash went down Saturday at his $40 million Holmby Hills home, where Diddy celebrated with Jay-Z, Beyonce, Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, Khloe Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Dr. Dre, Pharrell Williams, Cardi B, Offset, G-Eazy, Chadwick Boseman, Post Malone, Tyler Perry, Kobe Bryant, Machine Gun Kelly and on and on.

Possibly the biggest headline from the evening, Jay and Ye shaking hands! Seemingly squashing their years-long beef.

As for the performers ... how 'bout Mary J. Blige, Usher, Lil' Kim and Doug E. Fresh?

As for the eats ... McDonald's apple pies, breakfast sandwiches and some fancy stuff too.  There were lots of CBD and weed products served -- courtesy of The BRN Group -- and, of course, Ciroc Vodka all over the place.

Diddy's birthday is actually November 4, but he apparently waited so all his friends could join him.

He's had a rough patch for sure ... a little more than a year ago the mother of his twins -- Kim Porter -- died due to complications from pneumonia.

The pop star performed Friday night at Madison Square Garden for iHeartRadio's annual Jingle Ball concert, where her Dirty 30 was acknowledged on stage with a giant birthday cake -- courtesy of the iHeart team and Elivs Duran, who led a communal "Happy Birthday."

She also got a sweet video montage of birthday wishes from tons of her celeb pals and contemporaries ... including Katy Perry, Niall Horan, Ryan Seacrest, Lauv, BTS, Why Don't We, Lizzo, 5 Seconds of Summer, Samuel L. Jackson, Camila Cabello and others.

Then came the real celebration ... which basically doubled as a holiday party.

Stars on hand to party with TSwift included Halsey, Camila, Abigail Lauren, Fletcher, Gigi Hadid, Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, Cazzie David, Jack Antonoff and more. Everyone posed for Christmas-style group shots, with most wearing Santa hats and holding Xmas decor.

Her birthday cake was also on theme ... covered in cat heads. She's a well-known cat mom.

Offset and Cardi B had way more fun than you Friday night ... at least that's a safe bet!

There was a pretty spectacular party in downtown L.A. in celebration of the 28th birthday of the Migos member.

Where to start. Lots of strippers. A bank safe full of bills ... it's a combination that never fails. Offset got a lap dance as his wife cheered both him and the stripper on. The forecast was rain and plenty of it, due in large part to Offset's tried-and-true technique.

As for eats ... Popeyes chicken sandwiches for starters.

BTW ... Migos has partnered with Uber Eats and Popeyes to launch a "Migos Menu" with different deals named after each member. The promotion was launched after Quavo posted an Instagram video of himself selling Popeyes Chicken Sandwiches from his car for $1,000 a pop!)

Tiffany Haddish is celebrating 3 things at once, and they all center around her Jewish heritage ... something she's leaning into as she hits the big 4-0.

The comedian and actress turned 40 on Tuesday and decided to ring it in by throwing a 'Black Mitzvah.' What the hell is that? Well, it's not only the title of her new Netflix stand-up special -- which dropped Tuesday -- but it also looks like a kick-ass freakin' party.

Tiff's bday bash/bat mitzvah went down at the SLS Hotel in Bev Hills, where friends like Jimmy Kimmel, Kevin Nealon and Sinbad -- to name just a few -- helped her celebrate.

If you hadn't heard, Tiffany learned she was part Jewish a bit late in life -- age 27, apparently -- with her father revealing he was an Eritrean Jew. That spurred her to learn more about the culture, and now she's dedicated her comedy special to it.

She's also been studying Hebrew, so she seems to be taking it seriously. Funny enough, Tiff used to work at bar and bat mitzvahs -- she says she was an "energy producer" at events. You can see that's a perfect gig for her.

Aaron Rodgers is turning 36 Monday -- and his girlfriend, Danica Patrick, just hit him with a super lovey-dovey note, thanking the universe for making him.

"Happy birthday to my best friend and favorite person in the world," Danica posted on IG ... "You are the one I want to tell my best and worst days to first."

The question everybody is asking ... when are they getting married?

Now, if you want to give him the legend label -- Game's cool with that, and told us he's satisfied with his stats, so, "it's time to live a little." He's hinted at it before, but last night he stated strongly ... he IS retiring.

As for the Nipsey "legend" question ... we did get Wack heading into the bash, and he was happy to explain why he said what he said.

He said it's nothing personal, it's just about numbers -- and, in his eyes, that's all that determines a "legend." Wack says Nip just wasn't around long enough but believes he would have gotten to the level of Game, Dr. Dre and Kendrick Lamar.

Hailey Bieber is very quick to return a favor, because just days after she turned 23 ... the missus got her hubby something arguably nicer than the birthday gift he gave her.

Justin's showing off this new iced-out necklace he just got from L.A. jeweler Jadelle Beverly Hills. Even in the dimly lit pic, you can see just how damn blingy the chain is -- and we've learned Hailey actually picked it up for her groom.

The timing is interesting because Hailey's birthday was just 5 days ago, and the Biebs got his wife a glimmering diamond watch ... which we're told set him back $70k.

Our sources say Hailey turned around and one-upped her man on Tuesday with the chain -- which is similar to a traditional Cuban link, but Justin's is thinner and lighter.

As for the specs ... white gold covered in VVS super white diamonds, and valued at $90k. For the record, it's nowhere near Justin's bday.
