Dolly Parton's dream of being a 75-year-old woman gracing the cover of Playboy might soon become reality ... we've learned the ball's in her court.

Here's the deal ... Dolly's had her eye on posing for Playboy's January issue -- when she turns 75 -- and now the feelings are mutual.

A Playboy honcho tells TMZ ... the magazine would love to shoot Dolly again, and she knows all she has to do is say the word, and it's on!

Dolly first appeared on the cover of Playboy way back in October 1978, when she was 32, slipping into a Playboy bunny costume and showing off the big boobs that were part of the rich and famous package.

The country music legend told "60 Minutes Australia" back in March ... she hoped to grace the cover again when she turned 75, and even joked about wearing the same costume as before because her boobs are the same, but she didn't know if the mag would go for it.

Now we know Playboy's totally on board ... so it sounds like it's just up to Dolly.

Talk about a thoughtful 25th birthday gift ...

Jordyn Woods celebrated Karl-Anthony Towns' quarter-century day over the weekend with a very special celebration -- complete with golf, gifts and some incredible tributes to his late mom.

FYI, the NBA star's mother, Jackie, passed away back in April after she contracted COVID-19.

KAT and his mother were extremely close and he was devastated when she died.

Woods decided she would use KAT's 25th birthday as an excuse to get him some very cool items to remember his mom -- including an unbelievable custom ring featuring the name "Jackie" decked out in gold and diamonds.

She also got him a fancy Louis Vuitton handbag with his mom's full name, "Jacqueline" painted on the side ... underneath a halo and a pair of angel wings.

Pretty touching gifts ...

There's more ... Woods also surprised KAT with a special golf outing at the legendary Torrey Pines course in San Diego.

She even got him a special golf-themed cake!!

The two have been dating for about a year -- and if you're wondering what KAT got Jordyn for her 23rd birthday back in Sept., those gifts weren't too shabby either!

We're talkin' 2 Birkin bags, a Chanel clutch and an autographed Michael Jordan jersey ... among other things.

He may not be happy in Houston, but Russell Westbrook was all smiles in L.A. on Thursday ... where he celebrated his birthday at one of the swankiest spots in town.

Russ turned the big 3-2 on Thursday -- and hit up Delilah with his wife, Nina, and some close pals (No, James Harden wasn't there).

As you may have heard, Westbrook is looking to leave the Houston Rockets ... where he's reportedly unhappy with the team's "accountability and culture," according to The Athletic.

He apparently wants to play for a squad where "he can have a role similar to his prior, floor-general role in Oklahoma City."

So, Westbrook has reportedly made a trade request with just about a month until the 2020-21 NBA season kicks off. Tick tock ...

Westbrook still has 3 years left on his current contract -- which is set to pay him out more than $132 MILLION.

Gervonta Davis' rep has issued an official "no comment" in regards to claims the boxing star was involved in a hit-and-run crash in Baltimore early Thursday morning.

Here's the deal ... cops are investigating a hit-and-run incident that took place around 2 AM in South Baltimore -- where witnesses told officers a Lamborghini blew through a red light and hit another vehicle.

There is police scanner audio where cops describe the car in question as a 2020 Lamborghini with no tags.

Local reports out of Baltimore say the car is a Lamborghini Urus, a very expensive SUV. There is footage of Davis driving off in a tricked out Urus with no tags after his victory over Leo Santa Cruz on Saturday.

When cops arrived at the scene, the car responsible for the crash had fled -- despite several people sustaining injuries in the wreck.

We spoke with police who told us they would not comment on if Davis was a suspect.

Gervonta was reportedly celebrating his birthday at a nearby nightclub before the hit-and-run crash. The club is located less than a mile from the crash scene.

At this point, Davis has not been arrested or charged with a crime. The investigation is ongoing.

As for the victims, we're told everyone in the car sustained at least minor injuries. One person was transported to a hospital.

Odell Beckham can somehow make a knee brace look cool -- with the Cleveland Browns superstar rockin' his new accessory on his birthday ... and it's #fashion.

It's been a tough time for OBJ -- the WR went down with a torn ACL injury two weeks ago ... which required season-ending surgery.

The 28-year-old showed face to celebrate his big day Wednesday night ... hitting up David Grutman's Komodo restaurant in Miami with girlfriend Lauren Wood and other close friends nearby.

There are many questions surrounding OBJ's NFL future as rumors circulate his time in Cleveland is over ... but one thing's for sure -- a bit of a rough patch isn't gonna stop him from celebrating the big 2-8.

Kim Kardashian got a virtual reunion with her father -- an amazing 3-D hologram was her 40th birthday gift from her hubby, Kanye West.

Kim just shared an incredible video of Robert Kardashian Sr. in hologram form, and it will blow you away.

Our sources tell us Kim got the surprise from Kanye during her bday getaway to a private island. Ye led Kim, Kris, Khloe, Kourtney and Rob into a dark room where the hologram was unveiled.

Robert's hologram speaks to Kim for about 3 minutes, wishing her a happy birthday and telling her how proud he is of her.

Kudos to Kanye, because the quality of the hologram is awesome -- it really feels like he was in the room. Kim's dad also told her he's excited she's following in his footsteps as a lawyer and he's proud of the great mom she's become. A definite "cue the waterworks" moment.

Our sources say Kim, Kris and her sisters watched the hologram several times along with their guests ... and then the family asked to be alone with it.

Kanye's obviously paid a lot of attention to stories about Robert Sr. ... we're told Kim always told Ye about him, including how he'd leave her love notes and was always super supportive.

A lot of work went into the hologram ... our sources say Kanye spent a lot of time in the studio pouring over old video and audio of Robert to bring the vision to life, and AI was used to finish off the project, which Kanye started in early September.

Tennis superstar Naomi Osaka and her rapper boyfriend Cordae had the most epic romantic dinner on the beach to celebrate her birthday this week ... and it legit looks like it came out of a dream.

The couple has been boo'd up in paradise for about a week to celebrate Osaka's 23rd (which was Oct. 16) ... posting up at the beach and other cozy spots.

Cardi B is confirming what our own eyes have been telling us -- she and Offset are back together, and to hell with that pending divorce.

During the rapper's birthday celebration last weekend and another outing in Atlanta together this week, they seemed way more like a happily married couple than exes moving on ... and Cardi says the reason is pretty simple.

Cardi denies she's gone back to Offset for attention, instead it's just that she's a "crazy bitch" who can't make up her mind. She says one day she's happy, the next day she wants to beat him up ... and then she starts to miss him all over again.

She adds ... "It’s hard not to talk to your best friend. It's really hard not to talk to your best friend."

Of course, there's also a sexual reason too. Cardi put it bluntly -- "It's really hard to have no d**k."

Cardi also responded to haters accusing her of only taking her husband back because he bought her a brand new Rolls for her 28th bday. It's not an outright denial, but again it sounds more like Offset just has what Cardi wants ... in his pants.

Cardi also casually claimed she's not bipolar and even took a test to prove it.

As you'll recall, they've been through rocky patches before, and even though Cardi filed for divorce last month claiming their marriage was beyond repair ... she's seeing it differently now. Or at least today.

Ashanti's 40th birthday trip comes with all the bells and whistles you could imagine -- a private jet, partying with friends, lounging on a yacht, and oh yeah ... it's bikiniriffic.

The singer's celebrating her milestone bday -- which was Tuesday -- by traveling to Antigua with her crew for what she's dubbed #shanbday week ... so you know the celebrating has just begun.

George Floyd would have been 47 today, so people are remembering him by flocking to the Minneapolis block where he was killed to leave tributes.

The makeshift memorial site for Floyd -- at the corner of 38th Street and Chicago Avenue -- is visited by hundreds weekly who grieve and protest his death ... but on Wednesday they also adorned the area with flowers and balloons in honor of his birthday.

Memorials are pouring in online as well, including from Sen. Kamala Harris, who says ... "He should still be alive today celebrating another year with his family and friends."

Along with the extra balloons and flowers, there's also a gathering planned Wednesday night at the location ... to honor Floyd's memory and the movement his death sparked in America and around the world.

As we reported ... a beautiful new mural of Floyd was also unveiled days ago in his hometown of Houston, which encourages people to "Be the Change" and "Vote."

Cardi B and Offset are looking more like a married couple who aren't about to get divorced than the other way around -- further proof they might be patching things up.

CB and her not-so-estranged hubby are back home in ATL, and hit the town together Tuesday night with a couple pals in tow. While they were at the venue, Cardi flashed her camera over to Offset, who was seated right beside her.

No PDA that we can see ... but Offset had some footage up on his own IG that was more explicit as far as his feelings for Cardi in the moment. He posted vid of them dancing at the club, and tagged it with "I wanna f**k."  Can't get any clearer than that!!!

The doting husband also recorded Cardi brushing her hair in the car and both of them goofing around. Seems like they're pretty chummy for folks who are headed toward divorce.

This is a continuation of the affection we saw Cardi giving Offset during her birthday celebration this past weekend, where she was giving the dude full-blown lap dances.

A new mural of George Floyd just got a public showing right in the nick of time -- days before his 47th birthday, and perhaps more importantly ... three weeks before the election.

The mural -- which has been worked on under the steady hand of local artist Ange Hillz -- was unveiled Monday in Houston ... George's hometown. It's even more personal that, though ... the artwork is featured on a wall outside of a corner store George used to frequent.

As you can see, the final product is pretty exquisite -- it's George painted in a multicolor display, with 2 doves by him carrying signs that read "Be the Change" and "Go Vote."

Like we first told you ... that lines up with his birthday wish expressed by his family members, who plan to hit the streets of Minneapolis and St. Paul on Wednesday -- the day he would've turned 47 -- and trying to sign up as many people as possible and get 'em registered.

As for Monday's ceremony -- we're told George's immediate kin were in attendance, as was U.S. Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee ... who made public remarks reflecting the message the mural is pushing -- namely, getting out the vote and being the change.

There were a few other community members in the crowd too, but it was relatively small ... we're told George's fam wanted to keep COVID-friendly and not make it super packed. BTW, civil rights attorney Ben Crump -- who's repping the Floyds -- called in and spoke as well.

Not everyone in the Trump fam is thinking Election Day -- Tiffany Trump is focused on turning UP right now, partying in Miami to kick off her birthday celebration.

Donald Trump's youngest daughter did it big Sunday night, hitting up a couple hot spots with her boyfriend, Michael Boulos, and a group of friends ahead of her 27th bday.

The Dom Perignon was flowing throughout the fun-filled night, which began with a ton of sushi at Komodo.

George Floyd's family is planning to celebrate his birthday by hitting the streets in Minnesota and encouraging people to keep pushing for change ... by getting them registered to vote.

George's birthday is coming up Wednesday -- he would have turned 47 -- and his brother, Philonise, tells us the family wants to use its platform to encourage people to hit the polls.

There's still time to register to vote in Minnesota, and the family wants to make sure folks in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul have a say in the upcoming election. We're told his brothers and sisters will be out and about, working with several organizations to register potential voters on the spot.

As we first told you, there's a new George Floyd mural going up in Houston, his hometown, with a special message to the community -- "be the change" by voting.

George's brother tells us the family wants to thank everyone for their support so far, and they're hoping citizens vote in droves between now and Nov. 3 ... when polls close.
